Abstract: This study reveals the function of morality and religion, especially for today's contemporary society. In fact, moral and religious issues are intimately related to human life in today's global era which has experiences a change or shift of meaning and function. Truthfully, the function of morality and religion in contemporary society barely possesses any value. Morality is noticeably a classic problem that hinders the freedom of human life, as well as religion is considerably an individual issue and another world issue (hereafter). Therefore, the focus of this study is the nature and function of morality and religion for the contemporary society, and the relationship of man, morality, and religion (Islam). Through answering the various issues above, this study uses a philosophical approach (philosophy as a method). The use aims to wholly, radically, and rationally understand what the nature and function of morality and religion for human life or for the contemporary society to the point that the understanding reaches its essential and fundamental meaning. Those issues are principally related to human and humanity. The moral and religious dimensions have been fused with the existence and essence of human life. Religion (Islam) is in accordance with the nature of humanity, and it contains the values of morality. Thus, philosophically, it implies that man, morality, and religion (Islam) is one species, and they cannot be separated. Consequently, morality and religion (Islam) should be implemented in a whole series of human life in the contemporary and global age like nowadays.

Plants have always been an integrated part of human life, whether we discuss about providing food or we about their medicinal value. Ethnomedicines have led to the discovery of many valuable drugs against various diseases. It has been postulated that most of the disease are related to immune system which is affected by imbalance balance between antioxidants and prooxidants or free radicals. Free radicals are the chemical entities capable of independent existence that contain one/more unpaired electrons and can be balanced by antioxidants. Antioxidants maintain the integrity and function of membrane lipids, cellular proteins, and nucleic acids and the control of signal transduction of gene expression in immune cells. For this reason, the immune cells are particularly sensitive to changes in their antioxidant status. Whenever there is imbalance between prooxidant and antioxidants they can lead to many diseases and even ameliorate the severity of disease like Alzheimer, cardiovascular disorder, cancer etc. There are evidences showing usage of plants as a potent source of antioxidants has provided a lot of support in combating various diseases, without any side effect. Various Bioflavonoids, Carotenoids, Hydroxycinnamates etc helps in scavenging the free radicals and thus proved to be immunostimulant. There are various mechanisms through which these Phyto antioxidants assisted against various disease. The present review is an attempt showing the relationship of free radicals with various diseases and immune system and the role of Phyto antioxidants against various health related conditions.

AbstractThis essay draws upon approaches from music analysis, the cultural study of music, and the philosophy of language to examine the meaning and function of borders in music. Drawing upon Jacques Derrida's concept of multiple aporias as metaphors for understanding the relationship of life to death, the essay begins by exploring three functions of aporia at the borders in music: 1) a line to be crossed; 2) a zone of difference; 3) an area of impossibility and unknowability. Three case studies provide a comparative framework that seeks to extend my analytical approaches beyond specific cultural, geographic, and historical repertories. In the first case study I examine the function of caesura at the borders between oral and written tradition in epic; in the second, I examine the coterminous moment of emptiness and fullness known as khāli in South Asian music; in the third, I analyse the compositional language employed by Viktor Ullmann (1898–1944) in his concentration-camp melodrama, Die Weise von Liebe und Tod des Cornets Christoph Rilke, to represent the musical transcendence of death in the Holocaust. By analysing aporia in such different traditions I demonstrate the ways in which they open possibilities for understanding the sameness that connects music from radically different musical traditions.

The role and significance of Mathematics in human life is very important and holds a special place in development of contemporary society. Creativity in Mathematics teaching largely depends on Mathematics teacher. Teacher is the one who creates emotional environment in the classroom and it is expected from him/her to create with the students a relationship of trust and mutual responsibility for the success of conducting the teaching process. Students need to be interested and activated to individually solve tasks and find solutions to set Mathematical problems, to solve tasks in different ways using various methods, so that everybody can find a way of coming to a solution. This is easy to say. In any case, creativity as a competence holds a significant place in the set of key life competencies. Only teachers can answer questions whether Mathematics classes are creative, interesting, or acceptable for students. This paper will contain certain theoretical viewpoints about creativity in general, creative Mathematics teaching, relation towards creativity at school and outside. Research has shown that examinees (teachers of class and subject teaching in elementary and secondary schools) believe that they did not receive a good background during their university studies for strengthening teaching creativity. It transpired that creativity, as opposed to student and teacher, is appreciated less at the school and education system levels. Teachers (of all levels) have shown high level of agreement regarding the need for turnover in relation to creativity in Mathematics teaching, which would guarantee increase of interest of students for Mathematics.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

The existence and function of language  as a medium of communication covers all fields of human life including knowledge, one of them is the history of human civilization; how humans survived, how human utilized nature for their lives, and how nature provides all the necessities for humans. What humans have been doing now, what they have done in the past and far before that in the pre-history time, how the conditions of the nature at those times were and what changes as well as progresses occurred are documented using language, then re-visualized,  displayed as one of conservation and preservation acts in an institution called museum. This research discusess the existence and function of language in museums. How important the existence of a language in museums and what language functions used in museums both in informations given by the museum guides and on the displays accompanying objects and pictures are the aims of this research. The methods used are the combination between field research and library research. The results show that generally the existence of Indonesian language plays more important role than English and both languages have two main functions; communicative function and informative function.

The article titled “Demonstrative Nouns of ini and aini in Muna Language.” The purpose of this article is to analyze the form, meaning, and function of ini and aini in Muna language. The method used is descriptive qualitative with distributional technique. This method is used to describe and analyze the form, meaning, and function of ini and aini. The results of the analysis found that the form of ini is a base or monomorpheme, while the form of aini is a derivative or polymorpheme which consists of morpheme a- and morpheme aini. In construction of phrase, clause, or sentence generally have the same meaning, namely ‘this’. For instance, O lambu ini damasoe and lambu aini damasoe the meaning is ‘The house will be sold.’ However, when it’s examined more closely, both forms of demonstrative ini and aini in distributional are not interchangeable. For instance, *O lambu aini damasoe dan *Lambu ini damasoe. Both of constructions are ungrammatical caused by form ini has a meaning ‘this’, while form aini means ‘which this’. The bound morpheme a- in aini has a function as a noun marker which pointed in article ini called relative noun marker. Thus, demonstrative aini can stand alone as a minor sentence in the answer sentence, e.g., Question: Hamai bokuku kabasa? ‘Where is my reading book?’ Answer: Aini! ‘This’ < (Here is it!). Demonstrative aini when substituted with ini, the construction became ungrammatical, e.g., Question: Hamai bokuku kabasa? ‘Where is my reading book?’ Answer: *ini. Hereafter, the form ini cannot be formed in more complexes, whereas the form aini can be formed again with another bound morpheme, such as: ainihakanau ‘This is me’, ainihako ‘This is you’, ainihakoomu ‘These are you’, ainihae ‘This is he’, ainihada ‘These are they’, and ainihakasami ‘These are we’.
