Teachers, according to the Javanese’s views, are those having a respectable position because they become the reference and role model for the Javanese. A teacher is considerably responsible for all students’ behaviors, both in and outside the classroom. In this digital era, this condition has shifted due to the occurrence of socio-anthropological changes in society. Although teachers’ identity shifts, they are still crucial in transferring values during the learning process. This study aimed to comprehensively find out how the reconstruction of teacher’s identity was carried out in socio-anthropologically changing situations among the Javanese, derived from 30 respondents. Qualitative research was then used in this study using the ethnographic method, and the subject of the research was Javanese. Data collection was performed through interviews using a purposive selection of respondents. Analysis techniques comprised of data collection, data selection, data presentation, and conclusion. As a result, it was found that, in the context of the Javanese, socio-anthropology in modern technology had affected the meaning of the teacher’s identity. Although the Javanese considered teachers as an ordinary profession and had the same level with other professions, the Javanese still held that teacher was an honorable profession and it deserved to be appreciated since the presence of a teacher could improve students’ knowledge.

This scientific work is the result of the analysis and study of literature that reviews the communication and information media, namely social media in the form of social networks as a very effective medium used as a medium of communication and information to convey problems or aspirations of the community, especially for regions that have not been touched by the media optimally. widely known by the general public, especially officials who are currently serving. This study has a purpose for: first, to describe the characteristics of digital age society that uses communication media. Second, describing the linkages of the media of communication with national development and Third, describing the opportunities and challenges that arise in the digital era society. And fourth, describe the efforts that must be done in the digital era.This research method is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Researchers conduct data collection in accordance with existing events. Then the data is analyzed by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation then drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study show that national development will be well realized if there is a communication medium in the form of social networks that are used by the community correctly, ethically and can be accounted for. This can be reached in the wider community with the existence of cooperation between the community and the local government, namely by conducting counseling in all places evenly.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the implementation of reward and punishment strategies implemented in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas in an effort to improve teacher discipline. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was teacher of KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in teacher discipline management in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas is to sanction money fines for late teachers and gold awards for teachers whose discipline comes on time. The implementation of this strategy has been shown to help improve teacher discipline in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Keywords: discipline; teacher; reward; punishment Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi strategi reward and punishment yang diterapkan di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi strategi reward and punishment dalam manajemen kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas adalah dengan pemberian sanksi denda uang bagi guru yang terlambat dan penghargaan berupa emas bagi guru yang disiplin datang tepat waktu. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti membantu meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan; guru; penghargaan; hukuman

Cultural and educational shifts and changes in Kampar community cause the Timang as the traditional bathing and other traditions are ignored. Kampar society are now more interested in contemporary culture than their ancestors, especially the younger generation. The younger generation is farther away from the tradition adhered to especially when related to degradation and moral decadence which is very different from the youth of the past. Therefore, a deep study of the timang tradition of bathing in Kampar community is needed. The problem in this study related to cultural and character education values in the tradition of the Kampar community, timang bathing. The purposes of this study were to describe, analyze, and interpret the values of cultural ​​and character education in the tradition of taking a bath in the Kampar community. This research was a qualitative research using ethnographic methods. This study has been conducted in six steps, first is the selection of an ethnographic project. Second, asking questions. Third, data collection. Data collection is done by observation, see competent involvement. Fourth, the recording process. Fifth, data analysis. Sixth, the writing process. The data of this study were sourced from the timang tradition of bathing in the community of Kampar Regency. The data examined were documented by being recorded, noted, then analyzed and concluded based on values of cultural and character education contained. The results of this study revealed five cultural values ​​in the timang tradition of bathing in the Kampar community, being obedient, giving advice, loving, loving, and being loyal. Meanwhile, there were three values ​​of character education in the timang tradition of bathing in the Kampar community, such as faith and piety, honesty, and caring.

Electronic media is currently chosen as one of the solutions to be able to carry out educational activities in the midst of the 19th epidemic sweeping the world; even this application is also carried out for learning Arabic at MTs. level. This study aims to determine the application of electronic media in Arabic language learning, and identify obstacles faced by the students of MTs. Normal Islam Samarinda. The subject of this research is students, the data collection obtained through research instruments in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. Then the analysis of this study using the Miles and Huberman method through the process of data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusion. The results of this study are the types of electronic media used are smartphones using learning application from social media in the form of whatsapp, google form, and google classroom. Then the obstacles faced internally are students learning styles and varied language skills, and learning motivation. While externally the obstacles come from the lack facilities, the environment that does not support, the cost of spending to support education, and extra time and energy.

<p>This study aims to analyze children's responses to Islamic religious learning at the ErwitaEducare Center Kindergarten School in Medan, and Islamic learning at the ErwitaEducare Center Kindergarten School Medan.This research uses descriptive narrative qualitative method. To obtain data, researchers conducted observations, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data, this research was carried out in stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in obtaining data.The results in this study indicate that the Islamic Religious Learning of this school emphasizes the Learning of Faith, Learning of Worship, and Learning of Morals. the response to Islamic learning shown by the child is to have a positive response or attitude. This can be seen from some of the responses or attitudes of children in learning, namely (a) Responses / attitudes towards the subject matter of Islamic Religion (b) Responses / attitudes of children towards teachers / teachers (c) Responses / attitudes of children in the learning process in Islamic Religious Learning ( d) Cognitive Response (e) Affective Response (f) Conative response. The child shows a positive and responsive response in learning Islamic religion given by the teacher.</p>

The aims of this research are to discover the implementation, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors of the integration of the 2013 curriculum with the pesantren curriculum in fiqh subject of class X at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mawaddah Ponorogo. This research is a field research. The techniques of data collection used were interview, observation, and documentation. The process of analyzing the data of this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing data conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by triagulation technique. The research results show that: (1) The application of the integration of the 2013 curriculum with the KMI curriculum in the subject of fiqh class X Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mawaddah was held by setting the hours of study for one semester to study the KMI fiqh material and repeating the 2013 curriculum (Ministry of Religion Curriculum) fiqh material. (2) Supporting factors are the support of the pesantren leader in form of policies, a similarity in specifications between the subject matter of the 2013 curriculum curriculum (Ministry of Religion) and the KMI curriculum, and the habits of students using Arabic as the language instruction. The inhibiting factors are limited study time and crowded pesantren activities.

Organology of Tongkek musical instruments in Pancor Subdistrict Selong East Lombok Province West Nusa Tenggara has an important role to be held, this research focuses on the process of making and processing the ignition of Tongkek musical instruments. This type of research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The subject in this study is The Tongkek Craftsman. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, laboratory tests, and documentation. Examination of the validity of data in this study using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques used consist of four stages, namely, data collection ( data collection), reduction (data reduction), Data display (presentation of data), and Conclusion drawing/verification (examiner conclusion and verification). The results of this study contain the organology of Tongkek musical instruments in detail and detail. First, in the manufacturing process, the craftsmen pay attention to the quality of tools and materials to be used, such as the degree of dryness, thickness, the sharpness of the knife, and the diameter of the bamboo used. Second, the process of logging, the most important thing in the process of Tongkek is the sensitivity of taste in each craftsman. Good quality raw materials are also very supportive of sound quality in Tongkek. So with this research, a piece of Tongkek music will know Tongkek instruments better and understand the importance of caring for Tongkek musical instruments wisely, so that the use of Tongkek musical instruments can be used optimally and is expected to bring up the makers of Tongkek with good sound quality.

In general, this study aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Policy on Duties and Functions of Non-civil servant Family Planning Field Officers (P.L.K.B.) at the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This study uses a qualitative research type, primary data collected through interview techniques, and supported by secondary data, namely documentation. The data analysis of this research used an interactive model consisting of "data collection, data display, data condensation, concluding; drawing and verifying" developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of this study prove that; The implementation of the P.L.K.B. Duties and Functions Policy is based on the Decree of the Southeast Minahasa Regent Number: 180/13/S.E.T.D.A./2021 concerning the Appointment of Contract Workers, Cleaning Officers, Drivers, and other Officers within the Southeast Minahasa Regency Government. Whereas the main tasks of non-civil servant P.L.K.B. are not much different from that of civil servant P.L.K.B., namely, approach Community Leaders; carry out data collection and mapping of work areas; conduct agreement-raising, conduct I.E.C. counselling/counselling, and advocacy; establish a pioneer and role model group, family planning services, adolescent reproductive health, prosperous families, and family development; make a report on the implementation of tasks to the leadership. Therefore, the Family Planning Field Officer (P.L.K.B. non-civil servant) controls and owns it to carry out the lessons. In carrying out these duties, non-civil servant Family Planning Field Officers can improve their abilities and skills. The main problems faced are related to the duties and functions of non-civil sservantsP.L.K.B. The number of villages is so large that it is not proportional to non-civil servant P.L.K.B. personnel. The facilities and infrastructure owned to support the tasks of P.L.K.B. Non-civil servants are still inadequate. Non-civil servant, P.L.K.B. cooperation with cross-sector (District and Village), is less than optimal. The human resource capabilities of P.L.K.B. non-civil servants are also not yet professional. Non-civil servant P.L.K.B. compensation has not provided adequate guarantees when compared to the duties. So that a wiser policy is needed, namely, "Regulation or Regent's Decree Regarding: Guidelines for the Management, Duties, and Functions of Family Planning Field Officers (P.L.K.B.) for Non-civil servant Southeast Minahasa Regency, which in this policy includes rights and obligations, sanctions and rewards and others deemed necessary. Non-civil servant P.L.K.B. is an officer who implements, manages, and mobilizes the community in the Proud of program planning at the village level. Non-civil servant P.L.K.B. is very helpful in the lack of Family Planning Extension Workers (P.K.B.) in the field.

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the use of multimedia in improving students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru as well as supporting factors and inhibition of the use of multimedia. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 5 Buru District Lilialy Kabupaten Buru, from September 1, 2020 to October 1, 2020. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively including: data collection, data reduction, data display and verification and affirmation of conclusions. The results showed that the use of multimedia can increase students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, where students appear to focus on following the learning process, recording the subject matter, and are happy with the learning using multimedia, students easily explain or answer the teacher's questions PAI boldly and actively in the learning process. Supporting factors and inhibition factors of multimedia use in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru among others, for supporting factors, namely the availability of leptop and computer, infokus, electricity, clean school walls, clean classrooms, and the ability of PAI teachers who are very good in integrating concepts with multimedia in the learning process as well as the availability of special classrooms designed for learning activities using multimedia infokus. As for the inhibition factor is infokus available only one, so it will be constrained when used by other teachers, then electricity is often out and internet access is often sluggish. Keywords: Multimedia, student learning motivation, Islamic Religious Education Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan multimedia dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan multimedia tersebut..Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 5 Buru Kecamatan Lilialy Kabupaten Buru, mulai dari tanggal 1 September 2020 sampai dengan 1 Oktober 2020.. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, dimana siswa terlihat mereka fokus mengikuti proses pembelajaran, mencatat materi pelajaran, dan senang dengan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia, siswa dengan mudah menjelaskan atau menjawab pertanyaan guru PAI dengan berani dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penggunaan multimedia dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru antara lain untuk faktor pendukung yakni tersedianya leptop dan komputer, infokus, listrik, dinding sekolah yang bersih, ruang kelas yang bersih, dan kemampuan guru PAI yang sangat baik dalam mengintegrasikan konsep dengan multimedia dalam proses pembelajaran serta tersedianya ruang kelas khusus yang didesain untuk kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia infokus. Sementara untuk faktor penghambatnya adalah infokus yang tersedia hanya satu, sehingga akan terkendala apabila digunakan oleh guru yang lain, kemudian listrik sering padam dan akses internet yang sering lamban. The objecive of this study was to describe the relationship between the school and community planning, to determine the implementation of scholl and community relations, to know the principals evaluate the implementation of school and community relations. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research in principal,teachers,students,and parents committee chairman. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. After the study concluded that the relationship of he school with the community goes well.
