The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of students and teachers in developing a learning media in the form of a trainer to support the Sensor and Transducer practicum process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online to 75 respondents, including productive Electronic Engineering and Electrical Engineering teachers at SMKN 2 and SMKN 10 Makassar and their students. In addition, there were also respondents from Electronic Engineering students at the two schools. This study indicates that the condition of facilities and infrastructure in schools is in the high category with a percentage of 64%, learning conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic based on data from respondents are in the medium category with a percentage of 67%. The level of need for IoT-based sensor trainer learning media to support distance learning at SMKN 2 Makassar and SMK Negeri 10 Makassar is in the high category with a percentage of 72%. Based on this value, it can be concluded that practicum facilities are needed in the form of IoT-based sensors and transducer trainers that can be used as alternative learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is hoped that the teachers can adjust learning tools according to pandemic conditions so that the implementation of the learning process can run smoothly.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to obtain information about professional teachers' performance in the application of online learning regarding 3 aspects: planning, implementation, and evaluation. This research used a descriptive quantitative research approach. The sample in this research was 56 professional teachers, in State Elementary Schools throughout Pagelaran District, Malang Regency. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this research indicate that: (1) online learning planning obtained a percentage of 78.96 percent belonging to the medium category; (2) the implementation of online learning obtained a percentage of 81.46 percent belonging to the high category; (3) evaluation of online learning obtained a percentage of 79.13 percent belonging to the medium category. The overall results obtained a percentage of 80.06 percent which indicated that the performance of professional teachers in the application of online learning in State Elementary Schools throughout the Pagelaran District of Malang Regency is in the medium categories. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi kinerja guru profesional dalam penerapan pembelajaran daring mengenai 3 aspek yakni: merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 56 guru profesional, di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) merencanakan pembelajaran daring diperoleh persentase sebesar 78,96 persen tergolong kategori sedang; (2) melaksanakan pembelajaran daring diperoleh persentase sebesar 81,46 persen tergolong kategori tinggi; (3) mengevaluasi pembelajaran daring diperoleh persentase sebesar 79,13 persen tergolong kategori sedang. Hasil keseluruhan diperoleh persentase sebesar 80,06 persen yang menunjukkan kinerja guru profesional dalam penerapan pembelajaran daring di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Malang tergolong kategori sedang.

One of the simplest analysis and often used as a preliminary analysis of the quantitative research is descriptive statistical analysis. This analysis aims to describe the results of the calculation of numerical data. Some descriptive statistical analysis techniques that are commonly used include: 1) The presentation of data in tables or histograms, 2) The central tendencyof data, 3) The dispersion of data, and 4) The distribution of data. In the analysis of UAS Ekonomitrika with SPSS 23 and Eviews 8.1, found differences in the operational steps in each of these programs. The output of SPSS 23 displays histogram curve is accompanied with normality, explained the value of the variance, standarderror of the mean, standard error of skewness, and kurtosis , but in Eviews 8.1 not display case. In contrast, in Eviews 8.1 displays the value of the JB, the probability JB, sum.square deviation value while in SPSS 23 is not so. The equation of the output that is displayed on the two programs, namely: 1) Displays the number of observational data is processed, 2) Showing mean, median, mode, sum, minimum, maximum, skewness and kurtosis, and 3) Present Histogram.

This study purposes to analyze the character of the hard work of students of class VIIC and class VII E SMP Negeri 1 Jambi City. This study uses descriptive quantitativeresearch methods. While the type of research used is observation with a test assessmentinstrument in the form of a questionnaire with hard working character variables.The subjects of this study were students of class VII C and VII E SMP Negeri 1 KotaJambi, with a total number of respondents as many as 61 respondents. The data analysistechnique used is descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of the studystated that the character questionnaire of hard work of students in class VII C on averagebelonged to the category "Good" with a percentage of 81.3% of statements answeredwell by students and 6.3% of statements answered badly by students. While the resultsof research in class VII E on average belong to the category "Good" with 65.6% of statementsanswered both by students and 3.1%, answered not well by students. Based onthe results of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that students of class VII C and classVII E in SMP Negeri 1 Kota Jambi have had the character of hard work in the learningprocess.

This study aims to determine verbal linguistic intelligence, to determine the results learning English especially on students' speaking, and to find out the influence of verbal linguistic intelligence on learning outcomes in English students of class X IPA 1 of SMAN 1 Sidrap. This research is quantitative research; this type of research is a pre-experimental design research. The population in this study was all students of class X SMAN 1 Sidrap, amounting to 182 people, while the study sample was the entire population, namely students of class X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Sidrap, amounting to 32 people. The instruments used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, treatment and recording tools. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and simple regression test through the application of SPSS. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, verbal linguistic intelligence obtained an average value of 84.94, the lowest value obtained 0, and the highest value 107 and are at a percentage of 56.25% are in the average category. The results of learning English in this case speaking students obtained an average value of 96, the lowest value of 0, and the highest value of 96 and are in the good category with a percentage of 65.625%. The simple regression test results obtained sig <α (0,000 <0.05). This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a positive influence between verbal linguistic intelligence on learning outcomes of students of class X Science 1 of SMAN 1 Sidrap.

This study aims to determine: 1) How is the discipline of Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah teachers, 2) How is the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, and 3) How is the influence of teacher discipline on the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang. This type of research is classified as quantitative with the approach used is the ex post facto approach. The population/sample of this study is high class students. Furthermore, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Then, the data processing and analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and statistical statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) Discipline of teachers in Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 16 or 40%. 2) The students' learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang is at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 20 or 50%. 3) There is a significant influence of teacher discipline on student learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, it can be known based on the coeeficiens table (α), the value of tcount = 6.952 is obtained. The value of ttabel can be found obtained 1,684 so comparing ttabelandtcount turns out tcount = 6.952&gt;ttabel = 1.684, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is an influence between teacher discipline (x1) on learning motivation (y) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang.

This research was intended for reducing student hedonic behaved, using experiment type Pre-Experimental Design with research One-Group Pretest-Posttest Designs. Data was collected using questionnares and observation instruments. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and non parametric inferential statistical analysis. The results of research showed that the hedonist behavior of the students before being given the treatment of existential humanistic counseling approached was in the high category and after being given the treatment of humanistic existential counseling is in the low category, the treatment was be given through three steps namely preliminary step, mid step and termination step with seven times for face-to-face meetings.

The purpose of research to describe the ability to listen and recognize the socio-cultural environment through the use of video “Sidoarjo Story Sound” in kindergarten children group B. With the research subjects of children aged 5-6 years of group B at Happy Kids School Kindegarten in Sidoarjo with a total of 20 children. The research method uses experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection instruments use descriptive quantitative statistical analysis techniques. The findings of this study showed that video “Sidoarjo Story Sound” can improve the ability to listen and recognize the socio-cultural environment in group B by 0.88 with a high category and 0.97 with a high category. Implication of the research can combine Sidoarjo Story Sound videos with other learning methods and adjust the development of technology and curriculum used in schools.

This research generally aims to give an idea of the extent of the VO2Max ability of the futsal team at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar. The subjects of this study were 20 students from the SMA Negeri 22 Makassar team, this sample was also called the "saturated sample". The sampling technique used in this study uses a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation sheets and bleep test forms. Research instruments in the study for data collection in this study using the Bleep Test. Data analysis techniques in the study used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the ability of the VO2Max level of the futsal team at the 22nd High School Makassar Makassar is in the medium category with a mean value (42.375) with detailed data that is in the excellent criteria of 0 students (0%), on good criteria a number of 10 students ( 50%), students on the medium criteria were 10 people (50%) and students who were included in the criteria were poor and the criteria were very few at 0 students (0%). The conclusion of this study is the VO2Max level of the Futsal Team at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar is in the medium category.

Emergencies like Covid-19 brought distance education to the fore, as countries were forced to close the campuses and initiate online teaching. Many universities in the country supported a distance education program aimed at students who had experienced an unprecedented experience. Thus, 155 students from the Greek department of Early Years Learning & Care participated in the present study, which aimed to investigate the factors that influence learners’ perceptions and attitudes during distance learning. The survey was conducted through online distribution of questionnaires and investigated hypotheses about obstacles and changes in students’ perceptions of distance learning. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis showed that the role of the educator in this process, combined with the technical support of the courses, is extremely important. This study aims to (1) analyze the influence of education operational costs on educational output at Vocational High School/ SMK in Gresik regency, (2) analyze the effect of education operational costs on educational output with teacher’s work productivity as a moderating variable at SMK in Gresik regency. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research are vocational high schools (SMK) at Gresik regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques which used are documentation and interview techniques. While the method of analysis that used is descriptive statistical analysis techniques, statistical analysis techniques infrensial regression with SPSS. The results showed that the education  operational cost does not affect the output of education at SMK in Gresik and education operational cost does not affect the educational output with teacher’s work productivity as moderating variable. Teacher’s work productivity less can be used as a moderator variable or can not be used as independent variables that have an influence on educational output variables
