This study aims to determine: 1) How is the discipline of Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah teachers, 2) How is the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, and 3) How is the influence of teacher discipline on the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang. This type of research is classified as quantitative with the approach used is the ex post facto approach. The population/sample of this study is high class students. Furthermore, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Then, the data processing and analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and statistical statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) Discipline of teachers in Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 16 or 40%. 2) The students' learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang is at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 20 or 50%. 3) There is a significant influence of teacher discipline on student learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, it can be known based on the coeeficiens table (α), the value of tcount = 6.952 is obtained. The value of ttabel can be found obtained 1,684 so comparing ttabelandtcount turns out tcount = 6.952>ttabel = 1.684, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is an influence between teacher discipline (x1) on learning motivation (y) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Bagaimana kompetensi pedagogik guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, 2) Bagaimana motivasi belajar peserta didik pada Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, dan 3) Bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kuantitatif dengan  pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan ex post facto. Adapun populasi/sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas rendah. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket/kuesioner. Lalu, tehnik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik infrensial. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi pegagogik guru pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang pada interval 63 – 66  yakni berada pada frekuensi 9 atau 22,5%. 2) Motivasi belajar peserta didik pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang berada pada interval 61 – 65  yakni berada pada frekuensi 20 atau 50%. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang  , hal tersebut dapat diketahui berdasarkan tabel  coeeficiens  (α)  diperoleh  nilai thitung = 4,463. Nilai ttabel dapat dicari  diperoleh 1.684 sehingga membandingkan ttabel dan thitung ternyata  thitung = 4,463 > ttabel = 1.684, maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik (x) terhadap  motivasi belajar (y) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang. This research generally aims to give an idea of the extent of the VO2Max ability of the futsal team at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar. The subjects of this study were 20 students from the SMA Negeri 22 Makassar team, this sample was also called the "saturated sample". The sampling technique used in this study uses a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation sheets and bleep test forms. Research instruments in the study for data collection in this study using the Bleep Test. Data analysis techniques in the study used descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the ability of the VO2Max level of the futsal team at the 22nd High School Makassar Makassar is in the medium category with a mean value (42.375) with detailed data that is in the excellent criteria of 0 students (0%), on good criteria a number of 10 students ( 50%), students on the medium criteria were 10 people (50%) and students who were included in the criteria were poor and the criteria were very few at 0 students (0%). The conclusion of this study is the VO2Max level of the Futsal Team at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar is in the medium category.

This study aims to determine the effect of numerical and spatial ability on mathematics learning outcomes of students class VIII of SMPN 2 Labuapi. This types of research is ex post facto research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was students of class VIII SMPN 2 Labuapi. In determining the sample, the probability sampling technique is used with the types of cluster random sampling. The sample in this study were students of class VIII-B SMPN 2 Labuapi totaling 30 people. The data collection techniques used were test and documentation. This research uses statistic descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The result obtained indicate that there is an influence on numerical and spatial ability on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMPN 2 Labuapi with an effect of 76,6%.

The purpose of this study was to  describe appreciation of batik. This study included the type of ex-post facto research. Data collection method used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques to find the average value, standard deviation, mean, median, and mode. The results showed that the perception of batik was in a high category with a relative frequency of 75.86%. Data on students' perceptions of batik has four indicators, namely the level of fondness, enjoyment, reaction, and productivity. Frequency distribution and indicator categories are explained as follows. (1) The level of interest in batik in the high category. (2) Enjoy levels of batik. (3) Levels of reacting to batik in sufficient categories. (4) Productive levels of batik in sufficient categories.

Purpose of this study is to explain the influence of mass media and political attitudes on students' political participation in the 2020 regent election at SMA Negeri 2 Raha, Muna Regency. . The method used in this research is associative quantitative research with ex post facto descriptive approach. The research sample is 26 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using regression. Based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing, it shows that there is an influence of mass media and political attitudes on student political participation in the 2020 regent election at SMA Negeri 2 Raha Muna Regency of 58.8%, therefore students must always be given directions in every election. so that students participate in elections

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning outcomes of MTs students. NW Pagutan. This type of research is ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students at MTs. NW Pagutan. The data collection method used in this research is in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The results obtained in this study are the magnitude of F count is 29,020. Meanwhile, the value of  is at a significance level of 5% with N=19, which is 4.45. Then  with a significance/probability level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that it is significant, so H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning outcomes of seventh grade students of MTs NW Pagutan. The suggestions put forward in this study are that teachers are expected to be more familiar with the emotional conditions of students, so that teachers can choose appropriate learning methods or models so that they can help students achieve maximum learning outcomes.

The research aims to determine the effect of the attitude of the spirit of nationalism and cinta tanah air on the independence of elementary school students. This study uses a quantitative approach with ex-post facto methods. The population in this study were high class students, namely class IV, V, and VI of state elementary schools in Masaran Subdistrict, Sragen. The research sample of 100 students randomly selected. Data collection techniques use a psychological scale. Data collection instruments use a scale of independence. Data analysis techniques used are partial correlation and multiple regression. Analysis prerequisite test uses normality, linearity and multicollinearity test. The results showed that the spirit of nationalism partially significantly affected the independence of students, the cinta tanah air partially significantly affected the independence of students, the spirit of nationalism and cinta tanah air simultaneously significantly affected the independence of students.

The effect of activity and learning motivation on the formation of the religious character of students in Makassar 7 Public High School is intended to increase the learning activeness and learning motivation of students in the subjects of Islamic Education to form the relativistic character of students. This type of research is ex post facto using a quantitative approach. The population amounted to 944, a sample of 94 students, using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instruments were questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, namely simple and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study gave the conclusion that the learning activities of students influence the formation of the religious character of students. This can be seen from the results of the analysis, namely the value of the calculated t variable X1 is greater than the value of the t table (10,233> 2,364) with a significant level below 0.05 which is 0,000. The results of the analysis of the value of the calculated t variable X2 are greater than the value of the t table (21,776> 2,364) with a significant level below 0.05 which is 0,000. Significant F value of 0,000 (<0.05), the hypothesis is accepted

This study aims to determine the level of customer understanding of Islamic insurance products and reasons for customers to buy or become consumers of Islamic insurance. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical analysis. This research took at PT. Solo Family Takaful of 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to customers, and the data processing uses the Guttman Scale Cross-Sectional model (traditional) with the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that the level of understanding and reasons for customers in choosing sharia insurance products are classified as high due to factors consumer interest and knowledge factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Realistic Mathematics Approach on the learning outcomes of seventh grade students of Junior High School 6 Pekanbaru with quasi-experimental. There are two classes that will be sampled, namely the experimental and control classes with purposive sampling as a data collection technique. The data collection method used is a test with descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques. Descriptive statistical analysis technique was used to describe the power obtained from the measurement results of the dependent variable, namely learning outcomes, inferential statistical analysis techniques were used to analyze sample data (pre-test and post-test). The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the average pre-test for the experimental and control classes were 50.10 and 54.31, while the post-test averages for the experimental and control classes were 76.79 and 68.13.
