Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengindentifikasi, 2) me-ngembangkan model evaluasi, dan 3) mengetahui kelayakan model evaluasi kultur SMA yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan. Langkah-langkah penelitian dan pe-ngembangan menggunakan acuan pokok dari Plomp, sedangkan penentuan jumlah subjek uji coba menggunakan acuan dari Borg & Gall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) keadaan kultur akademik yang berkembang di SMA saat ini terdiri atas enam aspek budaya, yaitu berprestasi dan berkompetisi, disiplin dan efisien, jujur dan terbuka, gemar membaca, teguran dan penghargaan, serta kerja sama dan kebersamaan; 2) keadaan kultur sosial yang ber-kembang di SMA saat ini terdiri atas sembilan aspek budaya, yaitu jujur dan terbuka, teguran dan penghargaan, kerjasama dan keber-samaan, saling menghormati, bersih, disiplin dan efisien, ber-sahabat/komunikatif, saling percaya, dan semangat kebangsaan; 3) hasil confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) menunjukkan bahwa model evaluasi kultur akademik dengan responden siswa dan guru sesuai dengan data lapangan dan model evaluasi kultur SMA yang di-kembangkan layak digunakan.Kata kunci: pengembangan model, evaluasi, kultur sekolah______________________________________________________________DEVELOPING A MODEL OF AN EVALUATION OF THE SCHOOL CULTURE IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLSAbstract This study aims to: 1) identify the condition of the school culture in senior high schools (SHSs) at this moment; 2) develop a model of an evaluation of the school culture in SHSs; and 3) know the feasability of the developed model of the evaluation of the school culture in SHSs. This research was a research and development. This steps of the research and development were those proposed by Plomp, while the number of the try out subjects was established using Borg & Gall. The conclusions of the study are as follows 1) the condition of academic culture which is developing in SHSs consists of six cultural aspects, namely achievement and competition, discipline and efficiency, honesty and openness, reading habit, reward and punishment, and cooperation and togetherness; 2) the condition of social culture which is developing in SHSs consists of nine cultural aspects, namely honesty and openness, reward and punishment, cooperation and togetherness, mutual respect, cleanness, discipline and efficiency, friendliness/communicativeness, mutual trust, and nationalism spirit; 3) the result of the CFA shows that the evaluation model for the academic culture for the students is  relevant to the field. Teacher respondance shows that value of KMO is 0,655; 4) the result  of the social culture for students is relevant to the field. Teacher respondance shows that value of KMO is 0,682; 5) the effectiveness of the model of the evaluation of the school culture is judged as a good evaluation model.Keywords: model development, evaluation, school culture

This research was conducted with the aim to be able to analyze and describe more deeply about the academic and social culture at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Middle School and find out how the characters formed at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Middle School. This research methodology uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis methods and ethnographic research types. The primary data source of this study was obtained from observations, field notes (interviews). Secondary sources in this study were obtained from various sources consisting of books, dissertations, theses, theses, magazines, journals, articles, newspapers and data from the internet as well as writings that support the authenticity of credible and authoritative primary data. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in this study is to do data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. Whereas in checking the validity data, the researcher uses four criteria, namely: trustworthiness, dependability, dependability, and certainty. Based on the analysis of the researchers' findings, it can be conveyed about the school culture at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Junior High School which contains two aspects of culture, namely: 1) academic culture which includes reading culture, learning culture, creativity culture. 2) social culture that is attached to mutual support, 3S culture (smile, greetings, greetings), and simple living culture. The characters formed through school culture in Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Middle School ITS are: religious character, independent character, curiosity character, creative character, democracy character, discipline character, responsible character and social care character.

Abstract A mechanistic model was developed with the objective to characterize weight gain and essential amino acid (EAA) deposition in the different tissue pools that make up the pregnant sow: placenta, allantoic fluid, amniotic fluid, fetus, uterus, mammary gland, and maternal body were considered. The data used in this modelling approach were obtained from published scientific articles reporting weights, crude protein (CP), and EAA composition in the previously mentioned tissues; studies reporting not less than 5 datapoints across gestation were considered. A total of 12 scientific articles published between 1977 and 2020 were selected for the development of the model and the model was validated using 11 separate scientific papers. The model consists of three connected sub-models: protein deposition (Pd) model, weight gain model, and EAA deposition model. Weight gain, Pd, and EAA deposition curves were developed with nonparametric statistics using splines regression. The validation of the model showed a strong agreement between observed and predicted growth (r2 = 0.92, root mean square error = 3%). The proposed model also offered descriptive insights into the weight gain and Pd during gestation. The model suggests that the definition of time-dependent Pd is more accurately described as an increase in fluid deposition during mid-gestation coinciding with a reduction in Pd. In addition, due to differences in CP composition between pregnancy-related tissues and maternal body, Pd by itself may not be the best measurement criteria for the estimation of EAA requirement in pregnant sows. The proposed model also captures the negative maternal Pd that occurs in late gestation and indicates that litter size influences maternal tissue mobilization more than parity. The model predicts that the EAA requirements in early and mid-gestation are 75, 55 and 50% lower for primiparous sows than parity 2, 3 and 4+ sows, respectively, which suggest the potential benefits of parity segregated feeding.

The research was conducted to evaluate the performance of Community Learning Activities Center (CLAC) as an educational institution in empowering community. The research which is an evaluative study using the Stakes‘s evaluation model, took place at CLACs in Bantul, Yogyakarta Province. The findings show, firstly, each function of the CLACs has been put into practices. However, the implementation is not done effectively based on the criteria. It indicates that the performance is not organized professionally. Secondly, the CLACs have been able to produce meaningful learning outcomes such as creating positive behavior changes of targeted individuals or communities. However, the CLACs do not assign a greater impact on broader and multidimensional context of community empowerment.. Thirdly, there are threats that give negative influences on the implementation of the CLACs in terms of structural, interactional, and cultural aspects resulted from both internal and external environment of the CLAC institution. Therefore, bases on the findings, in the future the development of the CLACs should be planned and oriented to create the community toward more developed and comprehensive aspects of lives accompanied with the continuous development of strong commitment from stakeholders.

The study highlights the development of poetry learning instrument using  Smart Application Creator (SAC) 2.0 program for Android. The study belongs to a Research and Development (RnD). The initial exploration included the observation of the Indonesian Language learning instrument utilized by a number of secondary schools which are the former education institutions of the students of Indonesian Language and Literature Department (PBSI) of University of Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo. The result of observation became the underlying framework for the development of poetry learning instrument through the SAC 2.0 program for Android. The design of the learning instrument development refered to the four-D model development that consists of four stages, including define, design, develop, and disseminate. The development model was firstly developed by Thiagarajan, dkk. The findings revealed that Android-based learning instrument had yet been massively utilized for secondary schools. Most of the teachers still rely on the PowerPoint presentation which is displayed through the projector. The development of the learning instrument that refers to the 4D stages has successfully provided an innovative Android-based poetry learning instrument. The instrument has also been disseminated publicly. The new learning instrument is easy in its installation and application through Android devices.   Keywords: android, learning instrument, poetry instrument, smart application creator 2.0.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini mengangkat pengembangan media pembelajaran puisi dengan menggunakan program Smart Aplication Creator 2.0 berbasis andoid. Bentuk penelitian adalah Research and Development (RnD). Eksplorasi awal dengan pengamatan penggunaan media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA-SMA alumni para mahasiswa Progdi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (PBSI) FKIP Universitas Veteran Bantara. Hasil pengamatan dipakai sebagai dasar pengembangan media pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia khususnya puisi dengan aplikasi SAC 2.0 di android. Model pengembangan dalam merancang dan membuat media pembelajaran puisi berbasis android ini  menggunakan model pengembangan four-D models yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan) dan Dessiminate (penyebaran). Model pengembangan ini dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan, dkk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis andriod di SMA belum digunakan. Guru masih menggunakan media pembelajaran power point serta proyektor saja. Proses pengembangan model media pembelajaran dilakukan sesuai 4 langkah D berhasil membuat inovasi media pembelajaran puisi berbasis adroid yang sudah diseminasikan pada publik. Model media pembelajaran ini mudah diinstal dan diaplikasikan di telepon genggam berbasis android.   Kata kunci: andriod,  media pembelajaran, media puisi, smart aplication creator 2.0.

This research makes use of Research and Development method in which a teaching model is developed to teaching grammar in the form of multiple-choice questions. It is Cohort-based Grammar Teaching Model that is developed. In the development of this teaching model, fifty students took part in. The research was conducted at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Sukma Medan on jalan Sakti Lubis no. 80. To figure out what teaching model which the students need, questionaire was disseminated. In analyzing the available data from the instrument, questionaire inspired by Guttman Scale was made with numerous modifications in statements and questions.The analysis reveals that the participants require an intersting and fun grammar teaching model; easy to understand and more efective; quick problem-solving, time-saving  and target-oriented.  Due to this reason, eventually, Cohort-based Grammar Teaching Model is not mediocrewhere it is capable of alternating grammar problem for multiple-choice question in structure part of the TOEFL in a relative instant high result way.Keywords: Research and Development, Teaching Grammar, Multiple-choice question, Cohort

The research objectives are for analyzing, assessing, and improving the course training program on research and development management of first-level defense in terms of improving research resource competencies on Ministry of Defence. The research was using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. Datum collection techniques were constructed with observation, interview, and documentation. Validation of research has been using data reduction, present and concludes. The research results illustrated that participants who following the training was highly reacted, strong motivated, and process of science transfer well conducted. However, the alumni of the training program on research and development management of first-level defense were not optimally empowered as researchers by the organization either in research and development of the Ministry of Defense or within the TNI. Thus, the out-of-training competency of the training as a researcher has not been empowered by the organization, so the research productivity of the alumni is very low. It is recommended that the Youth ‘Litbanghan’ Training and Training program can be used as a fundamental reference in formulating the functional position of the researcher who can serve as the career path for TNI soldiers.

This research aims to develop digital literacy model through a school culture-based. Digital literacy was chosen considering the development of information through digital media. This study used Research and Development (RD). The research step was to collect data and design a product in a literacy model design based on school culture. The components of developing a school culture-based digital literacy model consist of participants, select participants, a digital literacy program in the form of training, the content of digital literacy programs in the form of exercise, media, teaching materials, assessment, program socialization, implementation, evaluation and mentoring. This research is the design of a guideline for implementing a school culture-based digital literacy model that can be used in digital literacy activities in schools.
