This research was conducted with the aim to be able to analyze and describe more deeply about the academic and social culture at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Middle School and find out how the characters formed at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Middle School. This research methodology uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis methods and ethnographic research types. The primary data source of this study was obtained from observations, field notes (interviews). Secondary sources in this study were obtained from various sources consisting of books, dissertations, theses, theses, magazines, journals, articles, newspapers and data from the internet as well as writings that support the authenticity of credible and authoritative primary data. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in this study is to do data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. Whereas in checking the validity data, the researcher uses four criteria, namely: trustworthiness, dependability, dependability, and certainty. Based on the analysis of the researchers' findings, it can be conveyed about the school culture at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Junior High School which contains two aspects of culture, namely: 1) academic culture which includes reading culture, learning culture, creativity culture. 2) social culture that is attached to mutual support, 3S culture (smile, greetings, greetings), and simple living culture. The characters formed through school culture in Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Middle School ITS are: religious character, independent character, curiosity character, creative character, democracy character, discipline character, responsible character and social care character.

This journal is entitled "Analysis of the Competency Analysis of the Principal's Clinical Supervision in Islamic Middle School Integrated Islamic Boarding School Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Indralaya Ogan Ilir". The main concern of education supervision is the problem of teaching quality and improvement efforts, and refers to the main mission of educational organizations, namely activities aimed at improving and improving academic quality. In other words, educational supervision is an activity that deals with the improvement, improvement of the process and learning outcomes. In the implementation of supervision at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Middle School, the headmaster has conducted supervision activities, despite the assumption from teachers that the supervision activities are carried out to look for mistakes, but actually contain more coaching elements, so that the working conditions that are being supervised can be known for their shortcomings (not solely its error) to be told which part needs to be fixed. And become a tool for teachers to become more professional in teaching. The data source in this study consisted of primary data sources (school principals, curriculum chiefs and Raudhatul Ulum Junior High School IT teachers) and secondary data sources namely all supporting documents and data. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and interviews. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative by means of data reduction (summarizing and selecting the main points), data display (presenting data in a brief pattern), data verification (drawing conclusions temporarily). The research results obtained as follows: Supervision competencies conducted at Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Middle School IT have run well in accordance with the objectives. This research was purpoted to develop a valid, practical and effective learning devices based on problem-based learning model especially for substance pressure materials. The development model used was 4-D model from Sivasailam Thiagarajan. The research data are validity data, practicality data, and effectiveness data. The research instruments were validation sheets, practicality sheets, and effectiveness sheets. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis. The results of the study are the science learning tools of SMP based on the learning model of problem-based learning on material pressure and its application in everyday life that is valid, practical and effective.

Perception is an individual observation or process giving meaning as a result of observations about an object, event, and so on through his five senses, which is obtained by inferring information and interpretation of messages so that someone can provide feedback about the good or bad or the positive and negative of it. The use of animation media in learning other than providing many conveniences, there are also obstacles, causing various student perceptions. Students' perceptions of the use of learning media can be seen by gender. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of learning using animation/powton in SMP/MTs based on gender. Based on the data collected, this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire in collecting data from primary and secondary sources. In this study, the primary data was the result of a perception survey through a questionnaire conducted to SMP/MTs students. In contrast, secondary information is obtained from a literature review regarding online learning systems and virtual classes. The data analysis technique uses percentages. The results of data analysis are presented descriptively in the following subchapter. Based on the results of research and discussion, it has been known that students' perceptions of learning mathematics using Powton media are perfect. Both male and female students positively perceive learning mathematics by using Powton-based learning media in SMP/MTs. Students get an average student answer of 100% and fall into the "Very Good" category. it explains that animation media is beneficial for students in understanding the lesson.

This study aims to describe the existence of social media on student behavior and the inhibiting factors of PAI teachers in various social media at North Belopa State Middle School. This research is qualitative research that uses pedagogical, psychological, sociological, and theological normative approaches. Data sources are primary data sourced from principals, PAI teachers, and students through interviews, while data in the form of existing documents with research. The results of the study show that in the role of the teacher in using social media in junior high school students in the sub-district as follows: 1. Dutch Middle School students use social media as a place to show the outside world. Everyone is competing to display and make branding about the World World. There is nothing that can be done for others and  2. As for the PAI teacher's inhibitors in various social media at the North Belopa State Middle School, they are not working with teachers and parents in using social media. Community environment (association) association of students outside the school is also very large on the behavior and behavior of students in everyday life. Ineffective regulations made by schools.

The purpose of this study are: (1) Finding out how much is the influence of school culture on educational quality, (2) Finding out how much is the influence of the competence of teachers to the quality of education, and (3) Finding out how much is the influence of school culture and teacher competence collectively to the quality of education. The population in this study was all State junior high school teachers throughout the Sub District of Randudongkal District of Pemalang, the number of the population was 225 people, and the samples were selected using proportionate random sampling technique as many as 69 people. The data analysis was using descriptive analysis, the test of data requirements, and analysis, / regression test. The test results for the prerequisite of research data it is concluded that the data were normally distributed, homogeneous, linear, does not incur multicollinearity and does not incur heteroskedasticity. While from the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on the school cultures to the quality of education in the total of 0.911 with a contribution of 82.8%. There is a significant effect of teacher competence on the quality of education at 0.790 with a contribution of 61.9%. There is the influence collectively on the School Culture and Teachers Competence against Education Quality of 0.977 with a contribution of 95.3%

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the important aspects in online learning for human resources (HR) in the target schools, namely teachers. Management of ICT needs for human resources of teachers in a fostered school (sekolah binaan) can be done by conducting a training. The purpose of this study is to describe the training process carried out by the PGPAUD FTIK Unisnu Jepara school fostering team and the effectiveness of the training activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research informants came from KB Sya'roniyah teachers, with 12 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. while, the data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis with data testing method using triangulation. The results of the study show that the training process for teachers of the Sya'roniyah KB Purwogondo schools had several stages, those are needs analysis, training objectives, and determining the training program material. Evaluation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the training. Based on the results of the evaluation of the training activities showed a positive response from the training participants. The ICT utilization training attended by the Sya'roniyah KB teacher was effective because the creativity of the teachers in using ICT after attending the training had increased and the level of parental complaints against online learning had also decreased.

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

The focus of the PTK problem is "Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes Through the Application of Media Reciprocal Learning Models with Ball Balls for the IX Class Semester Students of Basketball Games in the Middle School 21 Surabaya Middle School." The formulation of the problem in this study are: Is the ball media and reciprocal / reciprocal learning model able to improve sports learning outcomes in basketball games, so that overall able to achieve the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). This classroom action research was conducted in conjunction with the lecturer practice program at the Surabaya 21st Junior High School. Previously it was preceded by observation for two days. The research procedure uses planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. Data collection techniques with test and observation methods, and the tools used during the study were ball media, field, basket basket, observation sheet. The study aims to (1) describe the perception of sugarcane farmers in the district was on a partnership with PT PG Gorontalo farmers. (2) describe the factors that influence the success of the partnership program sugarcane farmers in the district was by PT PG Gorontalo. (3) analyze the contribution of sugarcane farmer partnership with PT PG Gorontalo to the income of farmers in the district was. This research is quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data from questionnaires to farmers. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, regression and simple regression. These results indicate that (1) The partnership pattern obtained and applied to partnerships sugar cane farmers in the district was by PT PG. Tolangohula namely Gorontalo Province Operational Cooperation patterns Agribusiness (KOA). Farmer partnerships to provide benefits to growers of sugar cane but still less than optimal on the issue of determining the selling price of sugarcane is not appropriate and farmers' rights and obligations of the partner company of farmers not fulfilled in accordance with the terms and agreements. (2) The results of multiple regression analysis about factors that affect the success of the partnership of farmers found that internal factors, external factors, the characteristics of partnership, participation of farmers and supporting components of the partnership jointly significant effect on the success of the partnership program sugarcane growers of the people in the district was the value of the determinant of 63.30%, while it partially only variable that does not pick internal factors have a significant effect. (3) Partnerships sugar cane farmers in the district was by PT PG Gorontalo positive and significant impact on people's income taboo Sugarcane farmers in the district was the positive benefit contribution rate of 0.268 or by 26.8%. This shows that the partnership is very beneficial for farmers' incomes but its implementation still need to be addressed in order to provide a greater contribution to the income of farmers folk taboo.
