Analisis Usabilitas Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan (Sipus) Integrasi UGM

It is important to assess usability of Integrated Library Information System (SIPUS) at UGM in order to find out whether the system that has been developed by the Central Library of UGM is useful and accepted by user libraries spread out within the campus. There are three criteria of usability assessment based on the standard of ISO 9241-11 (1998), i.e. efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction. This ISO standard is used because it has a series of assessment criteria relevant with the problems of SIPUS implementation at various libraries within UGM. The study was descriptive quantitative. Data collected during the study were analyzed using statistical method and interpreted. Population of the study were the librarians at UGM. Samples consisted of 30 librarians/library staff at faculty libraries, Central Library, the library of vocational school and Jakarta Campus. The result of analysis and discussion showed that usability, effectiveness and efficiency of integrated SIPUS implementation werevery high.

Sistem Informasi Program Pengalaman Lapangan (SI PPL) Undiksha adalah salah satu sistem informasi yang telah diterapkan untuk mendukung kegiatan PPL Real di Undiksha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi SI PPL Undiksha serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan atas sistem tersebut berdasarkan hasil evaluasi usability yang merujuk pada ISO 9241-11 yang ditinjau dari pengguna mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei berbasis pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode usability testing dengan teknik wawancara untuk mendapatkan data awal, atribut efektifitas dan atribut efisiensi diukur menggunakan teknik Performance Measurementuntuk mengumpulkan data kuantitatif , serta atribut kepuasan diukur menggunakan teknik Restropective Think Alouduntuk mengumpulkan data kualitatif, dan kuesioner SUS. Hasil rekomendasi akan berpedoman pada 8 aturan emas untuk memperoleh desain interface yang efektif sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan perbaikan SI PPL Undiksha. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang mahasiswa FTK di Undiksha angkatan 2015 yang berpotensi menggunakan SI PPL Undiksha. Undiksha Field Experience Program Information System (SI PPL) is one of the information systems that has been implemented to support Real PPL activities at Undiksha. This study aims to evaluate the SI PPL Undiksha and can provide recommendations for improvements to the system based on the results of usability evaluation that refers to ISO 9241-11 which is reviewed by student users. This type of research is user-based survey research. The method used is the usability testing method with interview techniques to obtain initial data, attributes of effectiveness and efficiency attributes were measured using Performance Measurement techniques to collect quantitative data, and satisfaction attributes were measured using Think Aloud's Restropective technique to collect qualitative data, and SUS questionnaires. The recommendation results will be guided by 8 golden rules to obtain an effective interface design so as to optimize the improvement of the Undiksha SI PPL. The number of samples determined in this study were 10 FTK students at the 2015 Undiksha who had the potential to use the Undiksha SI PPL.

Technological advances will be very useful and meaningful to life if used properly and properly. One of the uses of technology in the field of education is in the management information system (SIM). Padang Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School has made use of these technological advancements to support the smoothness and progress of education with the implementation of management information systems. This has been proven by web / sisfo assessment, attendance and report card management. The management information system has been computerized and well-automated, to improve work effectiveness and efficiency. Reducing the use of paper and ink. Then the most important thing is tidying up and securing the data. Data can be input, accessed, and printed anytime anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, can be accessed via a computer and smartphone (Android).

The real-time system is now used on many fields, such as telecommunication, military, information system, evenmedical to get information quickly, on time and accurate. Needless to say, a real-time system will always considerthe performance time. In our application, we define the time target/deadline, so that the system should execute thewhole tasks under predefined deadline. However, if the system failed to finish the tasks, it will lead to fatal failure.In other words, if the system cannot be executed on time, it will affect the subsequent tasks. In this paper, wepropose a real-time system for sending data to find effectiveness and efficiency. Sending data process will beconstructed in MATLAB and sending data process has a time target as when data will send.

Inventory management is the most important activity, because if the inventory in the warehouse is not managed properly, it will allow a decrease in profits and loss of customers. PT Andalan Teknik Karetindo Putra Bangsa has weaknesses in its inventory management activities, where the presentation of the information is done manually, namely through the process of recording in a book, then transferred to the Speedsheet application. Sometimes the data submitted is inaccurate, that is, there are still errors regarding the stock of goods. In this research, we used a prototype software model.. Making this website is made to overcome these problems and to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of company performance. Where we make 2 level access rights, namely for warehouse staff and company leaders. With this website, warehouse staff can quickly and accurately find out the availability of goods and leaders can immediately find out the stock of goods available in the warehouse and can immediately print inventory reports without having to ask to the warehouse

The SMK Negeri 1 Siantar School Library is one of the special libraries located at the SMK Negeri 1 Siantar School. Libraries provide various kinds of library materials such as books, lessons, lesson questions, and other vocational books. After the researcher made observations, the problem that often occurred was books that were borrowed and returned books that had a non-strategic layout, so that library visitors who did not know the placement found it difficult to find the books they wanted to borrow. This research uses data mining techniques, namely the Apriori Algorithm, the Apriori Method is a method for looking for patterns of relationships between one or more items in a dataset. The Apriori method can be used for data on borrowing books at the Siantar 1 State Vocational School School Library, where the composition of the library books (B1) X_Press UN 2019 B. Indonesia side by side with books (B4) School of Love is a Great Leader and Teacher, if the composition of the book is (B10) Moral Mulia side by side with book (B1) X_Press UN 2019 B. Indonesia, If the book arrangement (B7) X_Press Mathematics is side by side with the book (B5) Relationer, if the book arrangement (B7) X_Press Mathematics is side by side with the book (B9) Indonesian Wisdom Batak Toba, and if the arrangement of the book (B10) Morals Mulia is side by side with the book (B8) Hati Therapy, the data from these items each met the minimum confidance value of 0,5% or the same as the specified 50%. Abstract - Ordering and billing transactions of food and beverages in a restaurant business are in the revenue cycle. Transactions in the revenue cycle have an important role for the company because from this transaction the company gets cash income. The use of information technology to support the transaction process can increase the effectiveness of the transaction process. Transactions can be processed quickly and accurately. Restaurant business can use accounting information systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of transaction processes in the revenue cycle. A computer-based accounting information system is needed in processing transactions. In this study, the authors developed the application of accounting information systems to process transactions in the revenue cycle for restaurant business activities. This study aims to identify the implementation of online learning conducted by teachers to provide the best service to students. This can be seen from health, fitness, spirit, duration of services related to education, applications used, signal conditions, teacher readiness in providing services outside the provisions of working hours, available learning facilities, and several other online learning activities Covid-19 pandemic. This study involved 254 vocational school teachers in Solo Raya. Quantitative data is netted through questionnaires that are disseminated using Google Form facilities. Meanwhile, we obtained qualitative information from interviews designed using WhatsApp and telephone facilities. The results showed that 52.2% of teachers admitted to agreeing not to have any health complaints. Teachers are always fit for online learning, with 58.9% agreeing. Teachers were always excited when they were online, with 68.4% answering agreed. The implementation of online learning requires more service time. 64.9% of teachers provide services about 14 hours per day. 64.1% of teachers agreed that they are ready to provide online services to students outside the working hours. The Times

Technological developments are currently running so fast along with the times. The information system is one of the technological developments. With the existence of information system of course very give big influence to institute or institution good of profit and non profit like library. Of course, the system used has advantages and disadvantages that need to be done a renewal so that the system can work effectively and efficiently. For that we need an analysis of the level of effectiveness and efficiency of a system. One of the methods that can be used in analyzing the system is PIECES Fremwork where there are 6 related indicators about performance, information, control / scuritu, efficiency, service. This study uses quantitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. The results of this study in the form of statements about the information system in carefully. With PICES method is expected to be able to provide an overview of the shortcomings of the system used so that later the system can be improved and developed towards a better direction again.
