As the development direction of information retrieval technology gradually evolves toward the relationship of search entities, traditional relational databases are difficult to satisfy, and graph databases are specifically created to handle the relationships between data. This article explains the basic concept of graph database, and takes the example of domain-specific database information retrieval as an example, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and analyzes the challenges faced by the graph database in full-text information retrieval.

Semantic Search is an area of research which focuses on meaning of terms used in user query. Ontology plays significant role to define the concept and the relationship of terms in domain. Since the understanding of concepts is domain specific, Ontology creation is also domain specific. According to this argument, query interpreted in Tourism domain can have different meaning in some other domain. This paper presents a prototype of information retrieval interface using ontology which can save users time by rendering relevant, precise and efficient search results as compared to traditional search interfaces.

In order to improve the retrieval results of digital agricultural text information and improve the efficiency of retrieval, the method for searching digital agricultural text information based on local matching is proposed. The agricultural text tree and the query tree are constructed to generate the relationship of ancestor–descendant in the query and map it to the agricultural text. According to the retrieval method of the local matching, the vector retrieval method is used to calculate the digital agricultural text and submit the similarity between the queries. The similarity is sorted from large to small so that the agricultural text tree can output digital agricultural text information in turn. In the case of adding interference information, the recall rate and precision rate of the proposed method are above 99.5%; the average retrieval time is between 4s and 6s, and the average retrieval efficiency is above 99%. The proposed method is more efficient in information retrieval and can obtain comprehensive and accurate search results, which can be used for the rapid retrieval of digital agricultural text information.

The research focused on the analysis of the interaction of the individual components of the system operationally efficient building – indoor environment quality – user has been conducted since 2014 in the Czech Republic by a team of College of Banking (BIVŠ) employees. The purpose of the research is the evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of operationally efficient buildings by their owners, users or facility managers. One of the most monitored research parameters is the rating of indoor environment quality and its influence in physical and psychological fitness and work performance of the building users. Next, there are also other relationships which are examined – as the importance of the indoor environment quality with regards to other building's parameters, its influence of the estate market value and the users' willingness to participate on the creation and keeping of indoor environment quality. The interpretation of gathered data proved a significant difference of the individual users' demands in relation to their individual preferences. This fact is necessary to respect while design and managing the operationally efficient buildings.

There exist different methods and definition how to measure poverty. It can be measured by income or consumption, objectively or as a perception of individuals for their socio-economic situation.The objective and subjective poverty are highly correlated and both are influenced by socioeconomic factors. Till now, it is the objective poverty mostly considered while the subjective one has been analyzed only as a part of it. Assessments of the subjective poverty are more scarce, especially in the case of transition countries. Different studies proposed advantages and disadvantages of using each method. The significance of different factors shows the characteristics and the trend of monetary or subjective poverty. The national poverty is Albania is calculated through monetary poverty. There are a set of influenced factors related with household composition, geographic division, education and other socio-economic indicators. In this paper we analyze the perception of individuals for the poverty, the relationship of this perception with the objective poverty, and the socio-demographic factors that influence the probability of being poor. There are used the data from the Albanian Living Standard Measurement Survey (LSMS).

The article examines the advantages and disadvantages of methods for restoring forest areas lost due to forest fires, illegal logging. The most relevant methods of reforestation measures for the reproduction of green zones in Russia have been identified, taking into account the reasons for the negative impact and the relationship of tree and shrub plantations with the nature of recreation. A comparative analysis of the methods of reforestation used in the formation and reconstruction of forestry areas is presented. The study determined that the most effective method for restoring forest areas is artificial reforestation. Today, most of the forest area is restored using traditional methods, including natural methods. It should be noted that regular forest fires have a detrimental effect on forestry and the country's ecology as a whole; here it is necessary to use the most effective methods aimed at accelerating the renewal of forest resources. The use of the artificial method of reforestation allows the use of seedlings both with an open root system and with a closed one, which are more resistant to various pests and diseases.

AbstractThe Diffuse Infrared-Background Experiment (DIRBE) on the Cosmic Background Explorer (COBE) satellite is a 10-band absolute photometer covering the wavelengths 1–300 microns using photovoltaic, photoconductive, and bolometric detectors. The input is via a 19-cm, off-axis, highly-baffled Gregorian telescope, with the detectors located at a pupil plane so they share the same field of view (0.7 × 0.7 degrees). The whole assembly is mounted inside a 1.4 K; super-fluid, liquid-He dewar, which is shared with the Far Infrared Absolute Spectrometer (FIRAS) instrument. Each day half of the sky is surveyed, as the line-of-sight of the DIRBE is canted 30 degrees to the COBE spin axis. The whole sky is fully observed in 6 months, as the spin axis precesses at about 1 degree per day. At present each sky pixel has been observed at least once. The basic findings on the general brightness of the sky - Zodiacal light and galaxy - are provided, as well as a synopsis of the advantages and disadvantages associated with a space-borne observatory. The relationship of our experience and findings with respect to possible future missions and their scientific goals is presented.

Research exploring the relationship of intellectual aptitude to moral judgment has indicated that, as a group, those with a high intellectual aptitude score significantly above their age peers on measures of moral judgment. These data support the contention that intelligence is a “general factor” that cuts across domains. Some theorists have advocated an alternative view, that intelligence is domain specific. In looking at high achievers, the current study offers support for both views by reporting data that indicate a dependence of moral judgment precocity upon high intellectual achievement. As a group, the high achieving students scored higher on the Defining Issues Test's Principled score. However, there was a wide variation in scores among the high achievers, indicating that apparent intellectual aptitude was not enough for high scores in moral judgment. This variance, along with the fact that no low achiever received an unusually high score, supports the “independent domains” hypothesis of intelligence.

Three Phases

Jilin is a major city in northern China, and the Special geographical environment and rich history and culture made a profound impact on the evolution of urban form. The urban pattern has common features as other waterfront cities in northern China, and also has its own uniqueness. With the start of analysis of evolution of urban form,this paper divides the development of Jilin City into three phases according time node,and analyzes the form evolution and its causes of each phase,as well as the relationship of the three phases. Finally,the paper presents development direction of spatial pattern of Jilin city based on analysis,and provides reference for the development for cold water cities.
