The current research aims to identify the nature of the Iraqi media network’s practice of strategic prowess and job performance, as well as to test the correlation of the impact of strategic prowess as an independent influencing variable in job performance as a dependent variable directly affected, and given the scarcity of studies that attempted to identify and identify the nature of the correlation between the three research variables in their form direct and indirect in the Iraqi environment, add to this the researcher’s attempt to examine and address a real and realistic problem that directly affects the Iraqi media network. However, the research adopted the intentional stratified sampling method for a population of network managers 250 individuals. The researcher utilized the Thompson equation and Mascheran’s table for small samples. The size of the research sample was 160, and the questionnaire was distributed to them, from which the researcher retrieved 146 which was valid for statistical analysis with a response rate 91.25%, And for this purpose, statistical tools and methods were utilized in analyzing the practical part of the search (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression method, path analysis, Sobel test), and they were analyzed by the statistical program (SPSS V.26 & AMOS V 26), in addition to the descriptive and analytical approach through polling opinions and interviews, so it was the main tool in data collection (the questionnaire), and the research reached the most prominent results represented by the existence of direct correlation between strategic prowess and job performance, and the research contributed to providing the Iraqi and Arab library with the theoretical part In an attempt to bridge the knowledge gap in the interpretation of variables.

Background and objectives. The relationship between leadership styles and job performance draws considerable attention from recent researchers. The main objective of this study was to determine the impact of leadership style (autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire) on job performance from nurse’s points of view at Benghazi Medical Centre. Method. This study was a descriptive questionnaire-based study conducted on 100 nurses working at Benghazi Medical Centre, Libya. To analyze the data (mean, standard deviation, ANOVA test were used. Furthermore, multiple regressions and Pearson correlation were used to determine whether a relationship exists between the independent and dependent variables. Result. Of 100, only 60 questionnaires were completed, giving a response rate of 60%. The findings of this study indicated that democratic was the most dominantly used in the hospital, followed by the autocratic and laissez-faire leadership styles. Whereas, the laissez-faire leadership style had a strong positive and significant impact on performance (R2= .333; P < 0.01). Conclusion. Laissez-faire leadership style positively affected nurses’ performance. Future research that might be relevant to be further explored are worth.

The current study aims to test the impact of marketing strategies on tourism development, as well as to identify the nature of the practice and interest of the Antiquities and Heritage Authority and its affiliated sites, as the importance of the study stems from the limitations of previous studies that tried to identify and know the type of relationship between research variables (marketing strategies, tourism development) Add to this the researcher's attempt to address a realistic problem that mainly affects the tasks and work of the Antiquities and Heritage Authority at the near and far level, so the study adopted the intentional stratified sampling method, and distributed (100) questionnaires as a main tool for data collection, to (director, assistant director, head of department, responsible (Division, employee) at the headquarters of the Commission, and the number of recovered persons was (86), of which (79) were a questionnaire suitable for statistical analysis. Analytical, historical method, and statistical methods were used to analyze the practical aspect (weighted mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, relative importance, T-test, simple correlation coefficient Pearson, regression etc. The simple and multiple folding), and the descriptive and inferential statistical analysis has concluded the most prominent result, by employing the Antiquities and Heritage Authority for marketing strategies in tourism development, especially when it uses the market-oriented strategy, focusing on the main customers, and organizational efficiency in promoting the tourism development of the Authority.

Abstract Background This study seeks to elucidate the impact of COVID-19 on knowledge, attitude, and infection control behaviors among dentists. Methods Changes in knowledge, attitude, and infection control behaviors reported in 2020 (COVID-19 period) were compared to the historical control of the non-COVID-19 period in 2018. A proportional random sampling method was used to select the study samples from 400 dental institutions. The response rate was 69% in 2018 and 62.8% in 2020. A total of 276 dentists in 2018 and 251 dentists in 2020 responded to this questionnaire. Multiple logistic regression was used to assess the associations between factors and recommended infection control practices. Results High rates of correct COVID-19 knowledge (94.76%), fears of being infected with the virus (94%) and use of personal protective equipment (mask, glove and protection gown; 95%) were reported. We found that knowledge regarding environmental infection control, HIV transmission, and the window of HIV transmission were significantly higher in the post-COVID-19 period compared with the pre-COVID-19 period. High compliance rates of wearing mask, gloves and protection were reported. The number of dentists wearing a hair cap and a protective eye mask/face shield during the pandemic significantly increased compared with that noted before the COVID-19 pandemic. Factors associated with the use of a hair cap and an eye mask/face shield differed between the pre- and post-COVID-19 periods. The factors associated with compliance regarding environment infection control also differed between the pre- and post-COVID-19 periods. Conclusion The significant impact of COVID-19 on the knowledge, attitude, and infection control behaviors among dental care workers was observed in the current study. In particular, the use of hair caps and protective eye mask or face shields as well as environmental disinfection protocols has significantly improved. Trial registration TMU-JIRB: N201804006.

This study aims to identify the impact of job stress on the job performance of the nurses working in the Jordanian public hospitals in city of Irbid, to investigate whether there is a relationship between job stress and job performance, and on check if there are any statistically significant discrepancies in the level of job stress attributed to the variable (gender, age, educational qualification, marital status, work experience, workplace). In order to achieve objectives of the study, a questionnaire has been designed and developed for the purpose of data collection, copies of this questionnaire were distributed to a sample of (306) individuals accounted for 50% of the study of the population of the study which equals to (612) nurses, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) has been used to analyze the questionnaire data, depending on the frequencies, percentages and averages, and Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis to test the validity of the model, the effect of the independent variable dimensions (job stress) on the independent variable dimensions (job performance), the test (T) was used as well. The study concluded a range of results, most notably: The job stress of the nurses working at the Jordanian public hospitals in the city of Irbid was of a moderate level. The job performance of the nurses working at the Jordanian public hospitals in the city of Irbid was of a high level. There is a statistically significant inverse relationship between job stress and job performance. There were no statistically significant discrepancies in the level of job stress attributed to the variable (gender, age, educational qualification, marital status, work experience, workplace).

Questionnaire forms were distributed to marketing, and administrative directors (or the ones holding equivalent positions). 76 questionnaire forms were retrieved (out of 108 questionnaires). All of the retrieved forms are valid for statistical analysis. The response rate is 70.37%. The latter rate is considered a good rate. Several results were concluded. For instance, it was found that the strategic fit has a statistically significant positive impact on the marketing performance of the Jordanian industrial corporations. The researchers recommend providing more attention to the achievement of strategic fit in the industrial corporations. That shall enable those companies to improve their marketing performance.
