Background: A clinical pathway is a concept of an integrated service which describes the stages of healthcare services from the admission until the return of  patients based on the medical service standards and evidence-based nursing care with measurable results. Kaliwates General Hospital is an accredited hospital with a clinical pathway. Typhoid case was the highest disease in 2017 at Kaliwates General Hospital.Aims: This study aims to describe the resources at Kaliwates General Hospital in the implementation of clinical pathways, especially typhoid fever treatment.Method: This study was a descriptive and qualitative study. Nine respondents were selected using purposive sampling, including one internist and the quality team at Kaliwates General Hospital. The variables studied include human resource factors, budget factors, method factors, and time factors.Results: The results suggested that the human resources at Kaliwates General Hospital had high commitment, motivation, and moderate knowledge in the implementation of clinical pathways. All equipment and documents were considered adequate. The communication among the implementers was good, but compliance and training for staffs were considered less prominent. The task division of each staff was fairly distributed even though the pharmacy unit perceived that the division was quite unfair.Conclusion: The implementation of the clinical pathway for typhoid fever treatment at Kaliwates General Hospital runs quite well. The hospital must identify and plan staff training regularly, prepare the job description appropriately, and perform performance appraisal based on the job description that has been developed.Keywords: clinical pathway, typhoid fever, resource.

ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung sebagai rumah sakit yang sudah menerapkan Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan mutu pelayanan, terutama mutu pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan petugas di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan Penunjang Pelayanan Kegawatdaruratan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas yang bekerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan penunjang pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 94 petugas dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah mayoritas petugas memiliki pengetahuan baik mengenai SPM yaitu sebesar 86,17% sedangkan 13,83% memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Dilihat dari tingkat pengetahuan berdasarkan karakteristik, pengetahuan baik sebagian besar pada umur umur ?30 (88,14%), jenis kelamin perempuan (96,23%), pendidikan DIII (87,93%) dan masa kerja >10 tahun (88,46%). Saran yang bisa diberikan kepada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung, sebaiknya rumah sakit memberikan sosialisasi kepada seluruh petugas mengenai SPM dengan rutin dan terjadwal sehingga petugas mendapatkan informasi mengenai SPM merata. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan, Standar Pelayanan Minimal ABSTRACT Klungkung Regency Regional General Hospital as a hospital that has implemented Financial Management Public Service Agency continues to improve and develop the quality of services, especially the quality of emergency services. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of officers in the Emergency Installation and Supporting Emergency Services of the Klungkung Regency General Hospital on Minimum Service Standards. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all officers who worked in the Emergency Installation and supporting emergency services. The number of samples in this study were 94 officers with total sample collection techniques. Data collection techniques in this study are by distributing questionnaires and data analysis used is univariate analysis. The results of this study were that the majority of officers had good knowledge of MSS, amounting to 86.17% while 13.83% had poor knowledge. Judging from the level of knowledge based on characteristics, good knowledge is mostly at the age of ?30 (88.14%), female gender (96.23%), DIII education (87.93%) and years of service> 10 years (88, 46%). Suggestions that can be given to the Klungkung Regency Regional General Hospital, the hospital should provide information to all officers on MSS routinely and on a regular basis so that officials get information about SPM evenly. Purpose This paper aims to determine the performance of the departments at Dr Zainoel Abidin Regional General Hospital, Banda Aceh, Indonesia, in 2016, based on the targets and realization of their work programs using balanced scorecard. Design/methodology/approach This study adopted qualitative and quantitative approaches. Findings The overall results of the performance appraisal using the balanced scorecard approach seen from the financial, internal business, customer and training and learning perspectives are good. Dr Zainoel Abidin Regional General Hospital has provided good services, and performance of its departments have generated the expected outcome, realized by the Hospital. Originality/value The novelty of the present study lies in its research model, where human resources (transformational leadership, organizational commitment and resource uniqueness) and financial management (business plans, budget and performance).

Abstract :Medical record services in hospitals has not fulfill the quality of good medical record. Based on Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of medical record in Lavalette Hospital in 2015 shows that overall indicator of SPM medical record has not reached the target as stated in Kepmenkes No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. It is because performance of medical record officer in the Lavalette Hospital can be said that not good enough in its implementation. The factors that cause high low performance is an ability factor and motivation factor. This research aims to study the relationship between work motivation and work ability with performance of medical record officer at Lavalette Hospital. This method of research was explanatory survey. The subject of research was all medical record officers with number of people is 7 . C ollecting data using questionnaires, observation and interview sheets. Analysis of data using statistical test of Rank Spearman. Based on these results of research by comparing rho count value with rho table value (α=0.05) 0.786, shows that there is no significant relationship between work motivation and performance (0.661<0.786) and there is a significant relationship between work ability and performance (0.813>0.786).Keywords :Work Motivation, Work Ability, Perfomance of Medical Record OfficersAbstrak :Pelayanan rekam medis di rumah sakit masih belum memenuhi mutu rekam medis yang baik. Berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) rekam medis Rumah Sakit Lavalette tahun 2015, menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan indikator SPM rekam medis belum mencapai sasaran sesuai yang tercantum pada Kepmenkes No. 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. Hal ini disebabkan karena kinerja petugas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Lavalette masih kurang baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan tinggi rendahnya kinerja adalah faktor kemampuan dan faktor motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja dengan kinerja petugas rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Lavalette. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei explanatory. Subyek penelitian adalah seluruh petugas rekam medis yang berjumlah 7 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, lembar observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan membandingkan nilai rho hitung dengan nilai rho tabel (α=0,05) 0,786 menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja (0,661<0,786) dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan kerja dengan kinerja (0,813>0,786).Kata kunci :Motivasi Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja, Kinerja Petugas Rekam Medis

This study aimed to describe the quality of public services in health after the earthquake in North Bengkulu with study site in Services Agency General Hospital North Bengkulu Region. The focus of this research study aimed at two main dimensions of public services quality, namely confidence and empathy. The method used was qualitative method with the goal of implementing the apparatus and the service selected by using purposive and accidental sampling. Methods of data collection used in-depth interviews, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative techniques with interactive model. The results showed: (1) from dimension of faith, the Services officers Agency of North Bengkulu General Hospital have sufficient competence and attitude in giving service, (2) from the dimensions of empathy, the officers have the willingness and efforts to empathize with the conditions of service users. In general, the quality of public services in the Services officers Agency of North Bengkulu General Hospital has met both criteria. Because the two major dimensions that are the focus of this research can be done properly in accordance with the desired service standards by the service users (costumers).

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the application of the principles of good governance in public services, the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of the principles of good governance, and the output of public services at the Lanto daeng Pasewang Regional General Hospital, Jeneponto Regency. This research uses qualitative research. The instrument used in this study was the interview with the informant, then the answers from the informants were analyzed and described descriptively. The results show that the implementation of good governance related to participation has been carried out, but there is still something that needs to be invited to participate, namely community participation (NGO), related to transparency has not been fully implemented, related to responsiveness has not been implemented, related to accountability is not applied by the management of Lanto Daeng Pasewang Regional Hospital. . Supporting factors in the process of implementing the principles of good governance are the factors of cooperation and communication factors. The output of the service system at Lanto Daeng Pasewang Regional Hospital has not been effective in implementing the service standards of the RSUD considering that the administration is still slow and is still waiting for days to get the results of the examination.

Background: Hospital Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are provisions for hospitals issued by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in the context of government efforts to ensure the quality of hospital services. This Minimum Service Standard can be used as a guideline for the quality of service for every hospital in Indonesia. The Minimum Service Standard (SPM) is a quality guideline issued by the Minister of Health regarding the minimum service that must be provided by the hospital, where each hospital is required to assess and provide services in accordance with the Minimum Service Standards (SPM). Objectives: A study to analyze the implementation of minimum service standards in the Emergency Department (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo, East Luwu. Methods: The research used in this research is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional approach, in which all observed variables are measured simultaneously when the research is taking place. This research was conducted in the Emergency Room Installation Room (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo East Luwu. Sample selection with total sampling technique. The research subjects were 33 respondents in the IGD Lagaligo Wotu East Luwu Regional Hospital. Results: Infrastructure and human resources with minimum service standards. The results showed that the results of the bivariate analysis used the Chi-Square Test. It shows that there is a relationship between infrastructure and minimum service standards with a value of p = 0.008, there is a relationship between human resources and minimum service standards with a value of p = 0.000. Conclusion: There are infrastructure facilities that can be used directly by health workers for the benefit of patients in the form of tools, materials, comfortable rooms and others. The human resources in the emergency department of Lagaligo Wotu Hospital are of good quality.

Leadership is one of the issues in the management is still quite interesting to be discussed today. The role of leadership is very strategically important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization. One such way to impose discipline and provide motivation to work that can be perceived by employees.  The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance. The influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees tested either directly or indirectly. To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees in the General Hospital of the Brothers of Bungo. Data was analyzed by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership, discipline and work motivation influence simultaneously and partially on performance. Where is the leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees at the General Hospital Brothers, where are the good category, Discipline are in both categories, motivation and performance of employees are in both categories. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive method verification. Where the use of a range of scales, while in the verification using path analysis or path analysis.Key words : Leadership, Discipline, Motivation and Employee Performance
