ABSTRAKLembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) adalah salah satu bagian dari bahan ajar. Sebagai salah satu bagian dari bahan ajar, LKS merupakan komponen yang penting dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pendahuluan, LKS yang digunakan masih belum mengarah pada pola pembelajaran yang mengeksplorasi pengetahuan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKS hasil pengembangan berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi teks diskusi siswa SMP kelas IX yang valid dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan, kolaborasi model Borg & Gall dan Dick & Carey. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen (static group comparison design). Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMP kelas IX, 30 siswa sebagai kelas pembanding, 33 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen. Alat ukur berupa tes pilihan ganda pada evaluasi formatif sebagai posttest. Analisis data digunakan uji-t untuk sampel berpasangan pada taraf signifikan 5 % (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan LKS tergolong valid berdasarkan rata-rata penilaian pakar sebesar 74,7% dengan kategori cukup valid. Efektif berdasarkan 1) hasil belajar kognitif, rata-rata kelas 90,42 dan melebihi batas ketuntasan (KKM) yang ditetapkan yaitu 80. Hasil uji-t diperoleh nilai t = -9,574 dengan derajat kebebasan (dk) sebesar 61.  Sedangkan p-value (2-tailed)= 0,0000, karena p-value = 0,0000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 maka H0 : µ1 = µ2 ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara posttest kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok pembanding. Kata Kunci: LKS, inkuiri terbimbing, materi tek diskusi.ABSTRACTStudent Activity Sheet (LKS) is one part of teaching materials. As one part of teaching materials, LKS is an important component in learning. Based on preliminary research results, LKS used still not lead to learning patterns that explore students' knowledge. This study aims to produce LKS based on guided inquiry based on the discussion material of students of SMP class IX class that is valid and effective. This type of research is a research and development, collaboration models Borg & Gall and Dick & Carey. The method used is quasi experiment (static group comparison design). The sample of the research is the students of SMP class IX, 30 students as the comparison class, 33 students as the experimental class. Measurers are multiple choice tests on formative evaluation as posttest. Data analysis used t-test for paired samples at 5% significant level (p <0,05). The result of the research shows that LKS is valid based on the average expert rating of 74.7% with the category is quite valid. Effective on the basis of 1) cognitive learning outcomes, grade averages 90.42 and beyond the defined limit of (KKM) which is defined as 80. T-test results obtained t value = -9.574 with degrees of freedom (dk) of 61. While p-value (2-tailed) = 0,0000, since p-value = 0,0000 is smaller than α = 0.05 then H0: μ1 = μ2 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental group posttest and the comparison group. Keywords: LKS, guided inquiry, discussion material.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of guided inquiry learning model based on real laboratory and virtual laboratory on students' cognitive learning outcomes; (2) Effects of guided inquiry learning model based on real laboratory and virtual laboratory on students' psychomotor learning outcomes. The study sample consisted of the first experimental class of 34 students and the second class of 33 students. This research used randomized post-test control group design. Data were analyzed using independent sample t-test statistic technique with SPSS 19 for windows. The result of statistical analysis at 5% significant level shows: (1) the t-test value for the cognitive domain of -2.407 at sig.0.019; (2) the t-test value for the psychomotor domain is -5.595 on the sig. 0.00. However it can be concluded: (1) There is a significant difference in the cognitive learning outcomes of physics learners using guided inquiry based inquiry model based on real laboratory and virtual lab; (2) there is a significant difference in psychomotor learning result of physics learners using guided inquiry model based on real laboratory and virtual lab.

PERINEUM WOUND HEALING WITH POSSIBLE EXERCISES Background Labor and delivery are physiological events. Often childbirth causes birth canal injuries so that it must be cared for properly and properly The maternal mortality rate in Lampung in 2017 is still high, namely 115.8 per 100,000 live births. The results of the initial survey in January 2019 at BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST, Desa Merak Batin Natar District, South Lampung Regency, that in January there were 52 post partum mothers, of the 52 post partum mothers 40 of them had perineal injuries, 37 due to spontaneous rupture and 3 due to episiotomy.Purpose was to determine the effect of postpartum gymnastics on the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST, Merak Batin Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency in 2019.Methods Quantitative research type methods, pre-experimental research design with a static group comparison approach. The population was 52 postpartum mothers. The research sample was 30 people divided into 2 groups, namely 15 people as the experimental group and 15 people as the control group. With a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis with dependent T-test.The results of univariate and bivariate analysis showed that the average duration of healing of perineal wounds in postpartum women who did postpartum exercise at BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST, Merak Batin Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency in 2019, was 1.33 and in the control group was 4 , 60.The conclusion is that there is an effect of postpartum gymnastics on the healing of perineal wounds in post-partum mothers at BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST, Merak Batin Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency in 2019. The t test results obtained p value 0.000 <α (0.05).Suggestion it is recommended for health workers, especially midwives, to advise postpartum mothers to do postpartum exercise as an alternative to accelerate the healing of perineal wounds.  Keywords: Postpartum exercise, Perineal Wound Healing ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Persalinan dan kelahiran merupakan kejadian fisiologis. Seringkali persalinan menyebabkan perlukaan jalan lahir sehingga harus dirawat dengan baik dan benar Angka kematian ibu di Lampung tahun 2017 masih tinggi yaitu sebesar 115,8 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup.Hasil survey awal pada Bulan Januari 2019 di BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST Desa Merak Batin Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, bahwa pada bulan januari terdapat 52 ibu post partum, dari 52 ibu post partum tersebut 40 diantaranya mengalami luka perineum, 37 dikarenakan rupture spontan dan 3 karena episiotomi.Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Senam  Nifas Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Perineum Pada Ibu Nifas di BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST Desa Merak Batin Kecamatan  Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2019.Metode Jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian pre-eksperimen dengan pendekatan static group comparison. Populasi sebanyak 52 ibu nifas. Sampel penelitian  30 orang yang di bagi dalam 2 kelompok yaitu 15 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 15 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol. Dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Analisa data dengan uji T-test dependent.Hasil analisa univariat dan bivariate didapatkan rata-rata lama penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas yang melakukan senam nifas di BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST Desa Merak Batin Kecamatan  Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2019, yaitu sebesar 1,33 dan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 4, 60. Kesimpulan diketahui ada Pengaruh Senam Nifas Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Perineum Pada Ibu Nifas di BPM Siti Hajar, S.ST Desa Merak Batin Kecamatan  Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2019. Hasil uji t didapat p value 0,000 < α (0,05).Disarankan bagi tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan agar menganjurkan kepada ibu nifas agar melakukan senam  nifas sebagai salah satu alternatif mempercepat penyembuhan luka perineum.  Kata Kunci            : Senam nifas, Penyembuhan Luka Perineum

Gelisah, nyeri, jenuh dan susah tidur merupakan fenomena yang biasa terjadi ketika anak menjalani hospitalisasi. Gangguan tidur jika tidak diatasi dengan baik akan berdampak buruk terhadap status kesehatan serta tumbuh kembang anak dimasa yang akan datang. Adjuvant dari pemberian aromaterapi lavender dan terapi musik pop anak penting diberikan untuk memperbaiki kualitas tidur anak. Mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas aromaterapi lavender dengan terapi musik pop anak terhadap kualitas tidur anak yang menjalani hospitalisasi di Rumah sakit Ciremai Cirebon. Menggunakan quasi experiment, dengan rancangan Static Group Comparison, Pre-test and Post-test Group. Populasi penelitiannya adalah anak usia sekolah yang menjalani hospitalisasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling terhadap 30 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan minyak esensial aromaterapi lavender, diffuser, Mp3 player, headphone, stopwatch, dan kuesioner kualitas tidur. Analisis statistik univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi sedangkan bivariat menggunakan uji wilcoxon Signed Test dan independent sample t test. Terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi antara kedua kelompok dan nilai rerata pada kelompok aromaterapi lavender sebelum dilakukan intervensi 5,40 dan sesudah 12,60. Sedangkan kelompok terapi musik pop anak sebelum diberikan intervensi 5,27 dan sesudah 13,00. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Test kualitas tidur pada aromaterapi lavender dan musik pop anak masing-masing didapatkan nilai p value = 0,001<0,05. Sedangkan hasil uji independent sample t test diperoleh p value 0,606>0,05, artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan efektifitas antara kedua kelompok intervensi tersebut. Tindakan pemberian aromaterapi lavender dengan terapi musik pop anak sama-sama efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas tidur anak. Perlu adanya SOP rumah sakit khususnya di ruang anak mengenai prosedur manajemen pemenuhan istirahat pada anak saat menjalani hospitalisasi sebagai adjuvant dari atraumatic care yang di pasang dan disosialisasikan kepada perawat anak.

Introduction: The surgical correction of shallow gingival recession by coronally advanced flap (CAF) and its variant semilunar coronally repositioned flap (SLF) offers the advantage of a single surgical site, less patient discomfort and predictable root coverage with good colour match. This study aims to compare and evaluate the predictability and reliability of the two types of flaps.Methods: In 20 Miller’s Class I recession defects, 10 sites each were treated with either SLF or CAF. Recession height, recession width, clinical attachment loss, width of keratinized gingiva, Plaque Index and Gingival Index were assessed at baseline, 1, 3 and 6 months. The intra-group comparison was done using paired t-test and the inter-group comparison using independent t-test with statistical p value set at <0.05.Results: Average root coverage seen with Group I (SLF) at 1 month was 51.67% and with Group II (CAF) was 62.5% and at 6 months the root coverage was 42.5% for both the groups. In both Groups, statistically significant changes in recession width and recession height were seen from baseline to 6 months. No statistically significant difference was seen between the two groups at any time period.Conclusions: The coronally advanced flap is predictable in the treatment of gingival recessions. However the semilunar flap with additional stabilizing suture may also be beneficial in treating gingival recessions and further research is needed in this technique.

Program kelas ibu hamil adalah salah satu bentuk pendidikan prenatal yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil, terjadi perubahan perilaku positif sehingga ibu memeriksakan kehamilan dan melahirkan ke tenaga kesehatan. Hasil prasurvey pada bulan maret terhadap 10 lbu hamil di Puskesmas Madukuro Kecamatan Kotabumi Utara Kabupaten Lampung Utara didapatkan data sebanyak 70% tidak mengetahui manfaat senam hamil dan 100% tidak pemah melakukan senam hamil, dari pengakuan responden didapatkan bahwa aktifitas yang dilakukan hanya sebatas jalan pagi. Sebanyak 100% tidak mengetahui cara senam hamil. Tujuan penelitian diketahui pengaruh demonstrasi senam hamil terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Madukuro Kecamatan Kotabumi Utara Kabupaten Lampung Utara Tahun 2018 Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan design static group comprison. Populasi penelitian seluruh ibu hamil dengan usia kehamilan > 36 minggu di BPS Desi Apri Sanopa Amd.Keb Kalianda Lampung Selatan, Dengan  sampel sebanyak 30 orang teknik sampling purposive sampling. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat uji t (t-test). Hasil penelitian rata-rata ruptur perineum ibu yang melakukan senam kegel  adalah 0,67 dengan standar deviasi 0,617. Rata-rata ruptur perineum ibu yang tidak dilakukan senam kegel  adalah 1,20 dengan standar deviasi 0,676. Hasil analisis uji bivariat pada tabel 4.4 diatas, hasil uji statistik didapatkan p-value = 0,032 (p-value < α = 0,05) yang berarti ada Pengaruh Senam Kegel Dengan Ruptur Perineum di BPS Desi Apri Sanopa Amd.Keb Kalianda Lampung Selatan Tahun 2018. Dapat menambah informasi tentang manfaat senam hamil dalam penurunan angka kematian ibu akibat perdarahan dengan penurunan robekan perineum saat persalinan.

The research aimed at investigating the effect of giving counterpressure technique to decrease the intensity of pain in the first stage of labor in the delivery room of RSUD Sawerigading Palopo. This study was conducted in a preexperimental manner with static group comparison design, in subject static group comparison design divided into two groups, where the treatment group was followed by observation and observation result compared with the observation result in the control group which only received standard treatment. Data were analyzed using T test. Where t value hit 6.971> t table 2.05, so it can be concluded that the results obtained mean that there is influence of counterpressure technique is big enough to decrease the intensity of labor pain. Abstract Background Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a common inflammation of the nose and the paranasal sinuses. Intractable CRS cases are generally treated with endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS). Although the effect of ESS on CRS symptoms has been studied, the pattern of symptom improvement after ESS for CRS is yet to be investigated. The aim of this study was to determine the magnitude and sequence of symptom improvement after ESS for CRS, and to assess the possible preoperative factors that predict surgical outcomes in CRS patients. Methods This was a longitudinal prospective study of 68 patients who had CRS (with or without nasal polyps). The patients underwent ESS at King Fahd Hospital of the University, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The Sino-nasal Outcome Test-22 (SNOT-22) questionnaire was used for assessment at four time points during the study: pre-ESS, 1-week post-ESS, 4 weeks post-ESS, and 6 months post-ESS. Results The difference between the mean scores recorded for the five SNOT-22 domains pre-ESS and 6 months post-ESS were as follows: rhinologic symptoms (t-test = 7.22, p-value =  < 0.001); extra-nasal rhinologic symptoms (t-test = 4.87, p-value =  < 0.001); ear/facial symptoms (t-test = 6.34, p-value =  < 0.001); psychological dysfunction (t-test = 1.99, p-value = 0.049); and sleep dysfunction (t-test = 5.58, p-value =  < 0.001). There was a significant difference between the mean scores recorded for the five domains pre-ESS and 6 months post-ESS. Rhinologic symptoms had the largest effect size (d = 1.12), whereas psychological dysfunction had the least effect size (d = 0.24). The only statistically significant difference in the SNOT-22 mean scores recorded 4 weeks post-ESS was observed between allergic and non-allergic patients (t = − 2.16, df = 66, p = 0.035). Conclusion Understanding the pattern of symptom improvement following ESS for CRS will facilitate patient counselling and aid the optimization of the current treatment protocols to maximize surgical outcomes and quality of life. Objectives: To compare the effect of gluteal muscle strengthening along with conventional exercises versus conventional exercises alone on flat foot.Method: An experimental study conducted at Physiotherapy Department of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad. A total of 52 subjects were equally divided into two groups using convenient sampling with random allocation (Groups A and B). Baseline treatment was given to both groups (intrinsic muscle strengthening). Group A was given intrinsic muscle strengthening alone while Group B was given gluteal muscle strengthening along with intrinsic muscle strengthening.Result: Statistical analysis was performed using paired t-test and unpaired t-test. In pre-intervention there was no statistically significant difference seen with p values for the navicular drop was 0.3563 and for Ink test was 0.7342. While on comparing the post-interventional values, the results between the two groups using paired t-test revealed that there was extremely significant difference seen with p-value for the navicular drop was <0.0001 and for Ink test was <0.0001.Conclusion: From the study, it can be concluded that there was a significant effect of gluteal muscle strengthening on the flat foot.

Red dragon fruit flesh extract contains of anthocyanin as red pigmen that potentially to be a natural dye. Athocyanin contains of polysaccharide that can binding with polysaccharide of dental plaque called hydrogen bonds, so dental plaque has been colored and potentially as alternative of disclosing solution. The purpose of this study was to find out the difference of plaque index after smeared by red dragon fruit flesh extract 75% and disclosing solution. The method of this study is a clinical experimental study with a static-group comparison design. 20 subjects were examined the plaque index after smeared with red dragon fruit flesh extract 75%) and disclosing solution). There was no significant difference between groups. Conclusions: Red dragon fruit flesh extract 75% had similar capability with disclosing solution to examine dental plaque.

The problem that we need to be solved in the world of our education is the weak learning process. The learning process in the classroom is still directed at the child's ability to memorize information. While biology requires logical and reasonable learning to be accepted and absorbed by the brain so that it can last long. The aim of the research is to know the influence of course review horay learning toward student’s of cognitive learning class ten in the subject matter cell in MA Sabilul Hasanah Kecamatan Sembawa Kabupaten Banyuasin. This research method used quasi-experimental design with a quantitative approach research pretest-posttest control group design. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling techniques. The sample was grade XI MIA 2 as an experimental class and class XI MIA 1 as the control class. The instrument used in this research is a test to measure student’s cognitive learning about the cognitive categories C1-C4. Data analysis use the t-test, data on the calculation difference average posttest both groups earned value t-test much as 4,806 while value t-table with significant level5% with degrees of freedom (dk) 42 is equal to1,684, it can be said that t-test > t-table means the alternative hypothesis (Ha) be accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of course review horay learning toward student’s of cognitive learning class eleven in the subject matter cell inMA Sabilul Hasanah.
