ABSTRACT: Teachers in delivering materials need intermediate tools to make the delivery of material easier and more targeted. The way is by using the learning media. One of the learning media that can be used by teachers in learning is computer-based media. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability and knowledge of teachers in applying computer-based learning media, constraints and efforts undertaken by teachers in applying the media. The type of this research is descriptive r esearch with qualitative approach. This research was conducted in SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang with the subject of research class III to class V which amounted to 3 people. Then the technique of data collection using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The results of this study describes teachers have been able to apply computer-based media. Teachers are skilled in utilizing technological means and developing material into an interesting computer -based media product, and easy to apply in learning. There is no significant obstacle for teachers in implementing computer-based learning. Efforts by teachers that is by self-development through training and utilization of facilities and infrastructure already provided by the school intelligently.Keywords: Computer Based Media, Learning, Integrated ThematicABSTRAK: Guru dalam menyampaikan materi memerlukan alat bantu perantara agar proses penyampaian materi lebih mudah dan tepat sasaran. Tidak ada hambatan yang berarti bagi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis komputer. Upaya yang dilakukan guru yaitu dengan pengembangan diri melalui pelatihan dan pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana teknogi yang sudah disediakan oleh sekolah secara cerdas.Kata kunci: Media Berbasis Komputer, Pembelajaran, Tematik terpadu

ABSTRACTThe study of learning media development is motivated by the lack of availability of computer-based learning media PPKn in elementary school. The type of research used is research and development using 4-D development model, by executing various stages of development covering the stage of defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The subjects of this media development research are grade III-A students as experimental grade and III-B as control class at SDN Pakis I / 368 Surabaya. Based on the results of assessment of media experts and material experts on computer-based learning media obtained value with the category of " Reasonably", and the results of assessment of users of computer-based learning media obtained value with the category "Practical". Based on the data analysis of the results of student learning tests showed there are significant differences between the results of student learning tests on experimental classes that use computer-based media with control classes that do not use computer-based media, and the average posttest value and percentage increase in pretest posttest value in the experimental grade is larger than the control grade. From the results of data analysis above can be concluded that computer-based learning media with Lectora Inspire reasonably and practical, and effectively can improve students' understanding on the subject of PPKn about the implementation of values of Pancasila in grade III Primary School. Keywords: Media Learning, Computer Based, Lectora Inspire, Values, Pancasila. ABSTRAKPenelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya ketersediaan media pembelajaran PPKn berbasis komputer di Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D, dengan melaksanakan berbagai tahap pengembangan meliputi tahap pendefinisian, perancangan pengembangan dan penyebaran. Subjek penelitian pengembangan media ini adalah siswa kelas III-A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan III-B sebagai kelas kontrol di SDN Pakis I/368 Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari ahli media dan ahli materi terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis komputer diperoleh nilai dengan kategori “Layak”, dan hasil penilaian dari pengguna terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis komputer diperoleh nilai dengan kategori “Praktis”. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil tes belajar siswa menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil tes belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media berbasis komputer dengan kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan media berbasis komputer, dan hasil rata-rata nilai posttest dan persentase kenaikan nilai pretest posttest pada kelas eksperimen lebih besar daripada kelas kontrol. Dari hasil analisis data diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis komputer dengan Lectora Inspire layak dan praktis, serta efektif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn tentang pengamalan nilai-nilai Pancasila di kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Berbasis Komputer, Lectora Inspire, Nilai-Nilai Pancasila.

The background of this research is the use of unvaried learning resources causes tired and bored students in following the lecture. Boredom experienced make the students difficult to think creatively, so that they only work based on the example problems and discussion of the lecturer given. To solve the problems, one of the media that can be used is a computer-based learning media. This research aims to see the effectiveness of student learning media towards the attitudes of students in the subject of Space Geometry. Type of research is a developmental research. This research developed a  computer-based learning media on the subject of space geometry. Model of development used on this research is a model of instructional Development Institute (IDI). IDI applies the principles of systems approach. There are three stages of a systems approach, namely the discovery (define) or a needs analysis, development (develop), and evaluation (Evaluate). The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire of attitude. Computer-based instructional media on the lecture of Space Geometry has a positive attitude towards students. It is found from the results of the questionnaire that student attitudes toward computer-based learning media are  interested and very interested in computer-based learning media. This is pictured out by the results of percentage ranging between 66% - 89%. Based on the previous explanation, it can be concluded that the use of computer-based learning media has a positive influence, so that it can be used as a medium of learning in the subject of Space Geometry.

The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of responsible character education based on school culture. A qualitative approach is taken in this investigation. An SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga sample was used in the analysis. In order to gather accurate information about the subject matter, the authors employ qualitative research methods, such as interviews and documentation. There are two ways to implement educational character education in the classroom: first, incorporate it into the school's curricula and rules, then spread the word to the students and staff. Character education for responsibility is carried out by incorporating the character of responsibility into self-development programs, subjects, and school culture. 2. This includes classroom and school-wide activities in which character values are taught and practiced. Students' attitudes are assessed as a means of evaluating responsibility character education.

This research aimed to analyze the types of media and the characteristics of physics materials that are suitable for use in the development of physics learning media, using Adobe Flash software. The research uses a meta-analysis method, which is a method for analyzing many of the research that has been done. This research uses secondary data obtained from previous research in the form of journals related to the media using Adobe Flash software for senior high school physics subjects. The journals examined in this research consisted of 20 research articles that developed an adobe flash-based interactive learning media for physics learning in senior high schools. The number of articles reviewed consisted of 3 articles from international journals and 17 articles from national journals. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, found 13 physics materials obtained from 20 journals analyzed, where the concepts of temperature, heat, and transfer are the most widely used material as content in the development of physics learning media based on Adobe Flash software. While the type of media that is widely used in computer-based learning media.

Mutu pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan adalah kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu indikator sebuah pembelajaran yang berkualitas dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar yang diraih siswa. Motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi belajar peserta didik. Pemanfaatan media dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk membuat suasana pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan serta dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar peserta didik adalah media powerpoint berbasis animasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar peserta didik didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas, 2) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Kata kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Powerpoint, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar   Abstract: The Effectiveness Of Learning Media Powerpoint Based Animation In Increasing Motivation And Learning Achievement. The quality of education is affected by many factors, one of the factors that affect the quality of education is the quality of learning at school. One of the indicators of a quality learning can be seen from the results of the study earned students. Learning motivation may affect the achievement of the learning achievements of students. The utilization of the media in the process of learning in the classroom to create an atmosphere of learning into fun learning motivation can grow as well as learners. One of the media learning which can be utilized in improving learning and achievement motivation of learners is a media-based powerpoint animation. This research aims to find out whether the utilization of media learning powerpoint based animation can increase motivation and learning achievements learning educates learners on standards of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity. The subject of this research is all learners class X Office Administration amounted to 34 people. The results of this study indicate that 1) utilization of instructional media in powerpoint based animation can improve the learning motivation of learners on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity of media Utilization, 2) powerpoint animation based learning can improve the learning results of students on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure integrity. Key word : learning media, powerpoint, motivation of learnier, the learning achievements

This chapter discusses how cultural variables can be taken into account when designing computer-based learning environments (CLEs). Its purpose is to identify concrete recommendations to guide instructional engineering of computer-based learning for diverse cultures through a review of the literature on the subject. First, this chapter describes the background in which such recommendations have emerged, and identifies some of the issues underlying instructional design for diverse cultures. Then it introduces models and guidelines on how cultural variables can be taken into account when designing CLEs. Specific recommendations are organized using a method of instructional engineering for CLEs called MISA (Paquette, 2003) as a frame of reference. This is followed by a discussion on future trends and future research directions.

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of natural surroundings as a source of learning science subjects. To explore this, a study was conducted using a qualitative approach. In this case, the subject of the study was one of the students who supported the subject who became the class teacher in class V, with a total of 28 students. The method used in data collection is the method of observation, documentation and interviews. To complete the accuracy of the research and the validity of the data it is necessary to use research methods and techniques in order to obtain maximum results. The results obtained from the study are: Utilization of the surrounding environment is a vehicle that can be used as a source of learning that is done in the form of variety and fun when the learning process takes place both in the classroom and outside the classroom. School parks, gardens, and rice fields that are nearby can be used as a source of interesting and fun learning. In implementing the use of the environment as a source of learning, there are obstacles between the lack of an educator's ability to condition learners, which requires a significant amount of time in the implementation process, students feel confused in reviewing the results of activities, and learning resources that are less accommodating.

The research approachused is qualitative approach with the subject of research, that is, students of classV SD Dharma Women Pertiwi Medan, especially VB class which amounted to 24people. Data collection technique used are observation and test. The main datasource of this research is primary data. Primary data sources were obtained fromteachers and students in grade V SD Dharma Woman Pertiwi Medan. The resultsof the research in the first cycle obtained by observation of teacher activity 54%,observation of student activity 55%, and complete according to value MinimumExhaustiveness Criterion (KKM) is 10 people with percentage 42%, whileunfinished 14 students with percentage 58,3% from a total 24 students. Theaverage score of students in the first cycle was 60,75. Students who complete theclassical has not reached 75%, then continued in the next cycle. In the secondcycle, the result of observation of the teacher activity is 94%, the observationresult of student activity is 82,5%, and that is complete according to KKM value22 people with percentage 92%, while 2 students wit unfinished percentage 8,3%from 24 students. The average value of cycle II is 87,75. Based on the dataanalysis it can be concluded that the application of the model of learning quantumteaching to improve the learning outcomes In Skills Creating Narrative Essay InStudents Class V Sd Dharma Women Pertiwi Medan Year Learning 2017/2018has both categorized and student learning outcomes increased. Limitations of thisresearch is a model of learning Quantum Teaching is a model of learning thatinvites students to be more focused and creative in writing a good articlenarrative. Based on the results of this study suggested to elementary schoolteachers to be more creative in implementing the model of learning QuantumTeaching on the learning process.

The objectives of this study are: 1) to know the implementation of cooperative learning model of STAD type in mathematics learning in class V students in SDI Blidit, Waigete, Sikka Regency, 2) to find out the improvement of students' learning outcomes after applying cooperative learning model of STAD type on mathematics learning in class V students in SDI Blidit, Waigete, Sikka Regency. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) by using a qualitative approach. The subject in this study was the V-grade SDI Blidit student, numbering 20 students. The techniques of data collection in this study were observation, interview, test and documentation. Based on the results of the data analysis and the discussion of the results can be concluded that the results of the study of class V students in mathematics after implementation the cooperative learning model of STAD type in cycle I has not reached the complete learning. It can be seen from the number of students who reached the KKM or minimal completeness criteria is 6 people (60.5%) of 20 students, while in cycle II has undergone an increase by an overall percentage of 86%. Teacher and student activities also increased from cycle I to cycle II; (56.15%) in cycle I and (84.61%) in cycle II with its criteria is very good. While the student activity cycle I (50%) and cycle II (87.7%) are in excellent criteria. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that students are motivated when learning materials are implemented using the STAD type Cooperative learning model.
