This research entitled "Resource Transformation and Keda Survival as Broker in Exploitation of Gold Mine in Baldy Mountain of Buru Maluku Regency". The research with the title aims to know and analyze the transformation of resources and the survival of Keda as a broker in gold mining activity in bald mountain. This research uses a qualitative research type that prioritizes case studies. Data collection techniques such as observation and interview. The elite theory and brokerage concept is used as a blade analysis in reviewing research results. Data analysis techniques are done quickly in the process of interpretation so that data that has been collected does not experience freezing or even become expired. The results of this study show that Keda transformed from the symbolic-based resources of customs and eucalyptus land to material-based resources (gold) by exploiting the illegal gold of bald mountain. In addition, Keda uses wealth as a key resource for building political networks and able to survive to respond to government policies.keywords: Transformation, Survival, Keda, Eksploitation, Gold Mine

Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang, a community that is active in social activities such as Islamic studies, training, talk shows, exhibitions of visual da'wah works, and so on. The phenomenon of preaching through visuals indicates that now graphic da'wah has received wide attention and is in demand by various circles of society. Then how is the behavior of the Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang preaching? What is the influence of preaching activities through graphics / visual communication? This study uses a qualitative research type with a case study approach with phenomenological data analysis techniques. The results showed that the preaching behavior of Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang in carrying out graphic da'wah can be seen in two phases, namely because-motive and motive-for (in-orderto-motive). The reasons that were found were: learning motive (learn). and the motive for sharing (share). Meanwhile, the influence of the delivery of da'wah through graphic media by the Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang covers three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and behavioral aspects.

This research includes descriptive qualitative research type with sociological approach to literature. Sources of data from the novel of Kumpule Balung Pisah by A. Saerozi A.M . Techniques of collecting data using content analysis techniques and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques uses flow techniques which include three components, namely data reduction, data presentasion, and drawing conclusions.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study aims to (1) describe students' perception of entrepreneurial values, (2) analyze Pancasila values that need to be developed in entrepreneurial learning and (3) describe the construction of entrepreneurial learning to produce Pancasila entrepreneurs. The method in this study was qualitative research. The sample in this study was Universitas Negeri Surabaya students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses, as many as 48 students. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation in the form of questionnaires and photos of activities. Data analysis techniques using reduction, presentation and conclusion. The conclusions of this study are (1) the perception of students has a positive category on the benefits of entrepreneurship, mental attitude and their views on Pancasila entrepreneurs, (2) the Pancasila values developed are the values in sila 1 and value 2 which are directly related to the substance of entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, other precepts also need to be a supporter and perfect attitude as an Indonesian and (3) the construction of the entrepreneurship course offered aims to complete the Entrepreneurship course module formulated by the 2016 Entrepreneurship Team, which is through tasks that are given mental attitude processes, personal formation and implementation of the Pancasila values.

This study aimed to find out. Implementation of Family Planning Program in Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. The type of research used in this study was descriptive qualitative research with phenomenology that was inductive. Data collection techniques used by researchers were interviews with eight informants, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validity was used triangulation that was source triangulation, triangulation time, and triangulation technique. The results of this study indicated that the Family Planning Program seuccessfully run well wuth evidence that the satisfaction of people who had used KB, but still needed to improve access to quality services in Family Planning Program in Baraka District Enrekang Regency Keywords implementation of Family Planning Program (KB).Key words: The implementation of Family Planning Program (KB).

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.
