This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, perceived brand image price and perceived value on consumer satisfaction at Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a partial effect of service quality on price perceptions on perceived value and service quality. And there is a significant effect of perceived service quality, price, brand image and perceived value simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at Dian Husada Hospital in Mojokerto. The population used in this study were 100 consumers at Dian Husada Hospital Mojokerto. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple determination analysis, correlation coefficient analysis. The hypothesis test used is the F test and t test. Based on the t test results of Path Sub-Structure 1, service quality, price perception and brand image has a partial effect on perceived value. Based on the results of the t test Sub-Structure 2, the perceived service quality of price and value has a partial effect on service quality and brand image has no partial effect on customer satisfaction; Based on the results of the study of the F-Test Sub-Structure 1, the Sig. <0.05 is 0.000 <0.005, so the variables of Service Quality, Price Perception, and Brand Image have a significant influence on the Perceived Value. And based on the results of the study of the F-Test Sub-Structure Path 2, the value of Sig. <0.05 is 0.000 <0.005, so that the variables of Service Quality, Price Perception, Brand Image.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Tekstil Mac Mohan, Solo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Kota Solo. Teknik penyampelan menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan pemilihan 100 responden yang pernah membeli produk di Mac Mohan Solo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dengan uji R2, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil pengujian menghasilkan nilai sig uji F sebesar = 0,00, artinya secara simultan variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, persepsi harga, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, and service quality toward customer satisfaction at Toko Tekstil Mac Mohan, Solo. The population in this study are the residents of Solo. Non-probability sampling method is adopted with a selection of 100 respondents who have bought products at Mac Mohan Solo. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The multiple linear regression analysis method is used with R2 test, F test, and t test. The test results produce a sig value of F test of = 0.00, meaning that simultaneously, the variable product quality, price perception, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The purpose of  research is to know the partial influence (T test) and simultaneously (F test) between brand image variable and service quality to customer satisfaction PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with quantitative approach Data collection techniques were done by distributing questionnaires to each respondent as much as 294 respondents. The results showed that the value of R Square of 0,135 or 13,5% of the value can be known the brand image and service quality affect the customer satisfaction of 13,5% while the rest is 86,5% influenced by other factors not examined. The result of research based on t test for brand image has  value equal to 6,080 > 1,968 (t table) and significant value 0,000 <0,05 meaning that variable of brand image  have significant effect to customer satisfaction, while service quality has value of 2,281 > 1,968 (t table) and significant value 0,023<0,05 meaning service quality variable have significant effect to customer satisfaction. And the result of F test has value equal to 22,670>3,03 (F table) and significant value 0,000 <0,05 can be interpreted that variable brand image and service quality simultaneously have significant effect toeffect to customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the customer's basic expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The problem that the answer to this research is looking for is the effect of partial, simultaneous and dominant independent variables (service quality and price) on customer satisfaction. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of multiple linear regression obtained an equation, (Y = 2.936 + 0.098 X1 + 0.246 X2). The t-test results obtained by t count variable service quality 5.434 price 3.704 greater than t table 1.660 between independent variables partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results obtained from the F test are: F count (75,966)> F table (3,09) means that variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the regression calculation and t count value can be drawn that the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is price. From the results of the analysis concluded that the independent variable (service quality and price) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction Cv. Cahaya Bonanza Abadi Lamongan.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, brand image on satisfaction of ojek online transportation customers in Lamongan. This study is a survey with quantitative research. The population in this study is Cak Ed Lamongan online motorcycle taxi customers. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 100 respondents using the formula Rao Purba. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used were the validity test, the reliability test, the multiple linear regression analysis, the classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination R2 test, and hypothesis was tested through t test that was used to determine the effect of service quality, price and brand image partially on satisfaction of ojek online transportation customers in Lamongan. From the analysis, results obtained of t test results variable service quality was tcount = 3.934 > ttable = 1.660 which states that the quality of service affects customer satisfaction. Price variable was tarithmetic = 3,622 > ttable = 1,660 which indicates that price influences customer satisfaction, and brand image variable tcount = 2,216 > ttable = 1,660 which states that brand image influences customer satisfaction. While R square of 0.783 shows that 78.3% of the variable Customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality, price, and brand image. While the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables that were not examined.

The research objective is to determine the effect of price, location, and service quality variables on customer satisfaction. 100 respondents who were used as samples were involved in filling out the questionnaire, taken from Paras Snack consumers. Collecting data using questionnaires with the Accidential Sampling Method, and analysis using quantitative methods. The validity and reliability tests were used in the data instrument testing, and the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test were used to analyze the data, the t test and F test and the determination test (R2) were used to test the hypothesis. Validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test whose data have been met are then processed to produce a regression equation: Y = 4,475 + 0.126 X1 + 0.348 X2 + 0.374. Partially service quality variables do not affect customer satisfaction variables, while variables that affect customer satisfaction partially are price and location variables as indicated by hypothesis testing using the t-test. Then the results of the F test are shown simultaneously the influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable. It is stated from the results of the determination test (R2) that the value of the Adjusted R Square is 0.811, which means that the dependent variable of customer satisfaction with a value of 81.1% can be explained by the three independent variables, namely the variable price, location and service quality and the remaining 18.9% value is explained by the variable outside of research.

The development of business today is characterized by increasingly intense competition,to be able compete with other culinary businesses, companies must pay attention to promotions, service quality and customer satisfaction. Attractive promotions and good service quality can increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a positive and significant effect between promotion variables and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Restoran Bakso Lapangan Tembak Senayan with a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection method is questionnaire. Data quality in this study uses validity and reliability test, the classic assumption and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses t test and F test using SPSS version 23 software program. The results of the t test and F test, it can be concluded promotion is partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality is partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, as well promotion and service quality as a whole. simultaneous positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the Restoran Bakso Lapangan Tembak Senayan. Keywords: promotion, service quality, customer satisfaction

<em>This purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction of Credit Serba Bisa at PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang Period June 2019. This research is a causal applied quantitative research. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data testing methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, test the coefficient of determination R<sup>2 </sup>which shows can be used to measure customer satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of the F test show that the quality of service, product quality, and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction on Credit Serba Bisa in PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang. Furthermore, the t test results showed that service quality, product quality, and price partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Credit Serba Bisa at PD. BPR BKK Kota Semarang.</em>

Rural Banks (BPR) are one type of bank that is known to serve customers, micro, small and medium enterprises. BPR is the official banking institution regulated in the Banking Law which functions not only to channel credit in the form of working capital, investment and consumption credit but also to collect public funds in the form of time deposits, savings and other forms equivalent to it. Based on this background, the title of this research is "The Effect of Service Quality and Employee Performance on Customer Satisfaction at PT. BPR Artha Adyamurthi in Kediri, Tabanan ". The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of service quality and employee performance simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Artha Adyamurthi in Kediri, Tabanan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and employee performance simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Artha Adyamurthi in Kediri, Tabanan. The number of samples is 98 people. The analytical tools used in the study include classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, and t test. From the results of the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the linear regression line equation between service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction is Y = -1,710 + 0,296X1 + 0,765X2. Based on the F test results obtained Fcount value of 132.206 is greater than Ftable (3.07 then it is true there is a positive and significant effect between service quality and employee performance simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Artha Adyamurthi in Kediri, Tabanan. Results of analysis with using t-test, the t-count value of 2.695 and 10.085 is greater than the t-table value, the service quality and employee performance partially have a positive and significant effect between service quality and employee performance simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Artha Adyamurthi in Kediri, Tabanan.

<p>Highly competition requires university to be more sensitive to the interest students as one of stakeholders. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Cimone has many competitors amid the dynamics of increasingly fierce competition of higher education. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, Price and Brand Image of Students Satisfaction. A theory used in research is based on opinion from Andriyani, Suwandi Mananeke &amp; Taroreh, Fatriansyah. There is an effect between Service Quality, Price and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction. This research use a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire. The amount of population are 408 students and the sample is 80 people by Slovin formulas. Based on research result using linear regression analysis multiple SPSS version 20 indicated that: The independent variable Service Quality, Price and Brand Image jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on the Student Satisfaction and the magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (R<sub>2</sub>) was 41,8 %. To test the hypothesis of the use F test and t test. In today’s increasingly competitive coffee industry, the point of running a good coffee shop is no longer to run a coffee and beverage shop simply, but to focus on the quality of service and the value that customers feel as a result. Previous studies have mainly discussed the customer satisfaction and behavioral intention of restaurants, while few studies have explored the influencing factors of customer satisfaction and behavioral intention of chain coffee shops. Given that the perceived service quality theory and DINESERV model can effectively predict customer satisfaction and behavioral intention, this study took 385 consumers in the first Starbucks Reserve flagship store in China as survey objects. SmartPLS 3.0 software was used to explore the relationship among respondents’ perceived service quality, customer perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. The results show that service quality has a partially significant positive effect on perceived value. Perceived service quality and customers’ perceived value both have significant positive effects on satisfaction. Customers’ satisfaction has a significant positive effect on their behavioral intention. These results indicate that enterprises should strengthen the emotional bond between consumers and enterprises and improve the reliability, assurance, and empathy of perceived service quality to create a better emotional resonance between consumers and the Starbucks brand to improve customer satisfaction. At the same time, it should also promote the symbolic perceived value of Chinese consumers to Starbucks to realize the sustainable development of coffee-shop operation and consumer repurchase. This study expands the research on the service quality, perceived value, and behavioral intention of coffee chain enterprises in the context of non-habitual coffee-drinking countries. Moreover, it provides case support for the operation and research of regional cultural consumption habits of international catering chain enterprises.
