The living and health conditions of workers were directly impacted by the restructuring of the world of work. The increase in demands and the accumulation of work has led teachers to suffer, as well as other workers. For this reason, the article discusses the psychodynamics of work and studies on the field of education that involve teaching mental suffering and its relationship with nursing, relating it to teachers' work and health conditions. The objective is to present an expanded analysis of the review findings in the context of national literature on the subject, anchored in the theory of psychodynamics at work and theoretical reflections inserted in the dialogue. We consider the professional competence of a future teacher of computer science as: the purpose of professional training on the educational program “Secondary education (computer science)”; professional and personal characteristics of a motivated personality; the ability of an individual to apply fundamental knowledge according to the subject of professional activity; readiness of an individual to perform professional duties; prerequisite for personal and professional development. Professional competence is a dynamic formation distinguished between the professional competence of a future teacher as of a graduate and of the one, who is already a teacher. Speaking of the formation of a competence, we mean mastering it at a certain level. In particular, in the course of higher education we distinguish purposeful formation. Its further development is carried out after obtaining a qualification, in the process of professional activity. The components of this competence are general (pedagogical) and special (subject) competencies, the latter reflecting the specifics of the teacher’s activities in teaching and learning a particular subject. In this list we highlight the methodological competence. This phenomenon is difficult, because the question of developing a unified approach to the interpretation of content and structural components remains open, but these features are not fundamentally different. They emphasize the uniqueness of pedagogical activities. The formation of professional competence is defined as a purposeful process for: mastering fundamental, integrated, systematic knowledge of Pedagogy, Psychology, Computer Science as a basic science and methods of its teaching; strengthening the motivational and value principles of continuous self-education and self-improvement, creative and responsible attitude to the profession; formation of skills to apply the acquired knowledge in practical situations that simulate professional activity; enrichment of professional experience, which should be formed in the institution of higher education at a minimum level; development of professionally significant personal qualities. The peculiarities of this process are due to the requirements of employers, the ideas of implementation in practice of psychological and pedagogical innovations and modern technologies, specified by the specifics of teaching the subject.

In the context of dynamically updated professionally oriented information, the "erasure" of interdisciplinary boundaries, the demand for metasubject competencies the modern higher education system faces the need not only to choose innovative forms, methods and means of organizing the educational process, but to update the content of education taking into account the requirements for a modern graduate whose personal subject position in the process of his professional activity should be clearly "formalized" upon receiving his diploma. The theoretical study confirmed the demand for updating the content both on the behalf of the pedagogical community, and the employers who note the lack of readiness of most university graduates to make independent decisions in real professional situations and be responsible for them. This fact actualizes the need to study the problem of updating educational content through strengthening interdisciplinary links in the process of integrated language-professional training from the position of a subject-centered approach.

Methodology: The data of this research particularly are Sharabi’s works published during 1980s as crucial period of his intellectual journey. Results: The article reveals the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the dependence of mental burnout on the length of professional experience. The research was conducted using questionnaire O. Rukavishnikov's "Definition of mental burnout" and questionnaires for specialists (author M. Kokun). The indexes of mental burnout among teachers with different pedagogical experiences are determined. It was found that the symptoms of mental burnout take place both at the beginning of and during the professional activity, and thus the tendency of reducing the tendency to mental burnout after 20 years of work in the specialty is traced. The high indicators of the professional motivation phase have been received, which may indicate higher expectations of teachers about the profession in general and the work in progress, in particular. Applications of this study: This research can be used for the universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality of this study: The urgency of the choice of this problem is conditioned by the fact that frequent changes in the field of higher education in recent years have raised demands both on the professional competence of the teacher and on his personal component. Those or other forms of personally-professional deformations of the teacher reflected in his interaction with students and colleagues and may have a destructive tone in communication, attitude to the subject, assessment of their own results.

After many years of clinical practice, research and the teaching of projective tests, Shentoub and her colleagues (Debray, Brelet, Chabert & al.) put forward an original and rigorous method of analysis and interpretation of the TAT protocols in terms of psychoanalysis and clinical psychopathology. They developed the TAT process theory in order to understand how the subject builds a narrative. Our article will emphasize the source of the analytical approach developed by V. Shentoub in the 1950s to current research; the necessity of marking the boundary between the manifest and latent content in the cards; the procedure for analyzing the narrative, supported by an analysis sheet for understanding the stories' structure and identifying the defense mechanisms; and how developing hypotheses about how the mental functions are organized, as well as their potential psychopathological characteristics; and the formulation of a diagnosis in psychodynamic terms. In conjunction with the analysis and interpretation of the Rorschach test, this approach allows us to develop an overview of the subject's mental functioning, taking into account both the psychopathological elements that may threaten the subject and the potential for a therapeutic process. We will illustrate this by comparing neurotic, borderline, and psychotic personalities.

This paper focuses on the understanding of service quality in the context of Vietnamese universities. It proposes an approach for measuring the quality of the higher education service provided by universities in Vietnam. Firstly, an exploratory study was conducted. Then, the set of items which were generated became the subject of a questionnaire that was then administered to 675 students of a Vietnamese university to determine the dimensions of higher education service quality in this context. The obtained results permit us to appropriate a measurement scale which is slightly different from the SERVQUAL scale widely known as the standard for measuring service quality. The results also show that tangible elements, responsiveness and assurance seem to be three specific dimensions of the higher education service of Vietnamese universities.
