Complexity of coffee supply chain system encourages business actors to optimize supply chain management as an effort to increase market transparencyamong them. Consolidating in farmer organization was required to strengthen bargaining position of farmer for facing the complexity of supply chain system.The aim of this research was to analyze supply chain and marketing margin on coffee marketing; and to analyze the characteristics of coffee farmer organization.This research was conducted in Pasuruan district as one of coffee producing area in East Java. Number of respondents were 18 that consisted of 16 farmersand 2 extension officers. The respondent was determined by snowball sampling method. The data was considered a primary data and secondary data was usedas supporting data. Data were analyzed by using descriptive method and marketing margin analysis. The result showed that coffee marketing chain in Pasuruan district would lead to a relatively long and complex which was dominated by collectors. The highest profit of Arabica coffee marketing received by collectors was gained by selling green beans. On the Robusta coffee marketing, the highest profit was derived by selling fresh cherries. Farmer organizations could not be able to improve their bargaining position and market access as a result of weakness on the role and function of them.

This study aims to determine the rice supply chain management. Data retrieval is done is primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data obtained from relevant agencies to study the Agriculture Department Kotamobagu. The sampling method is done by snowball sampling, where the sample is obtained based on information from first responders then browse to the next respondent. Data presented in tables and descriptive analysis to describe the characteristics of respondents. The concept of measuring variables used is the procurement, planning and control, operations or production and delivery or distribution. These results indicate that the rice supply chain management in the District of South Kotamobagu starting from farmers in the form of grain and then distributed by the farmers to millers. Activities drying, milling and packaging is done by the rice mill, then sold to wholesalers and retailers or directly to the final consumer in the form of rice. The process of the activities in the implementation of supply chain management is divided into three main streams are managed properly, the flow of goods / products, financial flows and the flow of information so that the production of rice in each member of the supply chain is always available.Keywords: management, supply chain

<strong>English</strong><br />Demand for shallot, used for consumption and seed, tends to increase. However, there are some problems of discontinuity and price fluctuation in its marketing. This research aims to analyze the supply chain of consumption and seed shallot, particularly in Brebes Regency. The research was conducted in the period of April–December 2015 using primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire from 30 farmers based on purposive sampling and 18 traders using a snowball sampling method. Data were analyzed descriptively using a supply chain approach. The results showed that supply chain of shallot for seed was managed better than thatfor consumption purposes. This situation is in line with marketing efficiency. The market of shallot for seed is more efficient than that for consumption indicated by marketing margin and farmer’s share. It is necessary that the government improvesshallot supply chain management particularly for certified high-quality shallot seed provision at affordable price.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Indonesian</strong><br />Permintaan bawang merah baik untuk konsumsi maupun benih cenderung meningkat. Namun demikian masih terdapat kendala diskontinuitas serta fluktuasi harga dalam pemasarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rantai pasok bawang merah untuk konsumsi dan benih, khususnya di Kabupaten Brebes, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April–Desember 2015 menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung dengan responden sebanyak 30 orang petani bawang merah yang dipilih secara purposive sampling serta pedagang bawang merah sebanyak 18 orang dengan metode snowball sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan rantai pasok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rantai pasok bawang merah untuk benih lebih terkelola daripada rantai pasok bawang merah untuk konsumsi. Pasar bawang merah untuk benih lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan pasar bawang merah untuk konsumsi,yang tercermin dari indikator margin pemasaran dan farmer’s share. Diperlukan kebijakan perbaikan manajemen rantai pasokan bawang merah yang berorientasi pada penyediaan benih bermutu/bersertifikat dengan harga yang terjangkau petani.

Origin labeling and quality upgrading through farmer organizations have been considered as solutions to reduce transaction costs and improve market bargaining power. This paper explores whether belonging to a farmer organization that improves and signals quality can help increase yields and household incomes of small-scale farmers for a specific quality product, Hoa Vang sticky rice in Vietnam. The paper is based on primary data on 185 households collected in 2013 and on 149 households collected in 2015. Different econometric methods were applied to investigate the effect based on rice yield, rice income and household income as the outcome variables. The results show that membership of farmer organization does not significantly improve household income compared to non-membership. However, members of farmer organizations have less resources in terms of land and inputs than non-members. These results suggest that the economic results achieved by farmers with fewer opportunities to access markets are similar to those obtained by farmers with more opportunities thanks to the involvement of farmer organizations in marketing. The specificities of the Hoa Vang sticky rice are still not reflected in higher farmer sales prices and incomes. More dialogue between farmer organizations and their customers is thus required, as well as better public control of labeling fraud.

Abstrak - Penelitian ini dibuat dengan didasarkan pada sebuah permasalahan terhadap faktor secara fisik di rumah sakit. Termasuk hal mengenai peralatan dan sarana prasarana kerja yang belum tertata dengan baik, temperatur ruangan tempat bekerja terasa panas dan tidak dingin, tempat bekerja yang kurang nyaman dan kondusif, terjadi kepadatan di lingkungan kerja, polusi suara yang tinggi menyebabkan kebisingan pada lingkungan kerja, luas ruangan kurang memadai yang mengakibatkan area perekam medis tersebut bekerja termasuk dalam beraktivitas berdampak buruk terhadap tingkat fokus bekerja tenaga perekam medis secara langsung. Pada akhirnya kenyamanan kerja tenaga perekam medis terganggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling bola salju dalam penentuan sampel serta memakai metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dalam pembahasan dan pengolahan penelitian. Data primer merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dan juga teknik data sekunder. Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi bahwa lingkungan bekerja, konsentrasi dan kenyamanan bekerja masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Dari kegiatan wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 9 sampel yang diuji melalui lembar study kasus, menghasilkan informasi bahwa secara bersama-sama lingkungan bekerja fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan terhadap kenyamanan kerja. Pengaruh lingkungan bekerja terhadap kepuasan bekerja diperoleh besaran nilai yaitu 66,7%, kemudian faktor lain yang juga mempengaruhi akan tetapi tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan besaran nilai 33,3%.  Abstract - This research was made based on a problem with physical factors in the hospital. Including matters regarding work equipment and infrastructure that have not been properly organized, the room temperature is hot and not cold, the work place is less comfortable and conducive, there is density in the work environment, high noise pollution causes noise in the work environment, the area of ​​the room inadequate which resulted in the location of the medical recorder working including in activities having a negative impact on the level of focus of the medical recorders work directly. In the end, the work comfort of the medical recorders was disrupted. This study uses snowball sampling techniques in determining the sample and uses descriptive and verification research methods in the discussion and research processing. Primary data is a data collection technique used as well as secondary data techniques. This research produces information that the work environment, concentration and work comfort are in the good enough category. From interviews and questionnaires to 9 samples tested through the case study sheet, it provides information that together the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on work comfort. The influence of the work environment on job satisfaction obtained a value of 66.7%, then other factors that also influence but are not discussed in this study show a value of 33.3%..

The purpose of the case is to introduce the students to an emerging business trend of outsourcing the logistics function. The case enables the students to analyse the benefits of outsourcing logistics function and understand the concept of third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL). The case is developed based on the primary data collected through interviews with the protagonist. Also, secondary data from published reports and archives of the company were used for the development of the case. After the case discussion the students will be able to understand the role of project logistics services in the supply chain. They will also understand the role of value-added logistics services such as cross-docking, reverse logistics and customs clearance, and the documentation involved in cross-border logistics. This case is among the first few cases on the concept of project logistics services and their role in the supply chain management.

This study purpose to how the risk management process in PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah with a case study of vehicle insurance class of business. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study strategic. The research data was obtained through primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data. The selection of informants in interviews through snowball sampling techniques and secondary data obtained from supporting data in the form of archives, reports and relevant document and literature reviews related to research. The results of this study indicate that PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah has a significant role in the process of underwriting risk management, especially in vehicle insurance product, which have the highest loss ratio among other products. The underwriting risk management process carried out by PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah is risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring, and risk control.Keywords: risk management, underwriting, syariah insurance

The study explores the main drivers that affecting the level of participation in green supply chain management of Vietnamese electronics manufacturing enterprises. The research team divided into two groups of factors, which are internal and external pressures. With primary data obtained from 544 electronics manufacturing enterprises in the Red River Delta and Southeast regions of Vietnam, the team applied two modeling software, SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 25.0. Combined with secondary data, the research team found that business type, size, environmental regulations, market pressures, and efficiency-oriented motivations all affect the level of management involvement. green supply chain. Since then, the research team has developed recommendations based on these groups of variables with the goal of promoting the participation of enterprises in the green supply chain management model.

The purpose of this study are: (1) Identify the supply chain model of coconut desiccated at PT. XYZ and (2) to analyze the supply chain management of desiccated coconut at PT. XYZ. The research was conducted over 2 months ie from September to November 2016 and is located in PT. XYZ (pseudonym), in North Sulawesi. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through field observation and direct interviews. Interviews were conducted with the company related logistics company to find a picture of the supply chain and supply chain management is done by the company. In addition, the researchers also conducted interviews with coconut farmers and collectors to determine the condition of the current coconut price as well as the flow of raw material coconuts from the famers to supplier. Secondary data were obtained from the relevant literature, as well as documents and reports that are owned by companies and agencies. This study focuses on the management of the flow of material and information flow of the supply chain of coconut flour at PT. XYZ. The results of observations and interviews were analyzed with descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The results showed that (1) Members of coconut flour supply chain at. XYZ, namely (a) the raw material supplier of coconut spread in some areas, (b) PT. XYZ for purchasing, sales, shipping and production, (c) Expediting Services to send products from Bitung harbor, next to the port of Tanjung Priok to be exported to the country of destination, (d) The customer, in this case the food companies that require raw materials coconut flour to be produced into chocolate bars, cookies, dessert, and so forth. (2) (a) Selection of supplier PT. XYZ is good enough, because every supplier who will supply the raw material to go through the interview stage, made a deal with the company and agree to the terms proposed by the company. PT. XYZ also maintain good relations with its suppliers with visits annually; (b) the flow of material and information flow is managed by PT. XYZ is good enough. Any information purchasing, sales, shipping and finance centered PT.XYZ headquarters is located in Manado and PT. XYZ manage information about the quantity of raw materials available in the warehouse and general condition of the plant.

Kabupaten Toba Samosir (Tobasa) merupakan salah satu penghasil jagung terbesar di Sumatera Utara. Peningkatan produksi jagung sangat signifikan dari tahun 2016 ke 2017 yaitu sebesar 52,60%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi rantai pasok jagung dengan mempertimbangkan potensi sumber daya pertanian jagung, pelaku dan aktor pendukung serta pendapatan petani. Data primer pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak pemangku kepentingan seperti: aktor langsung (Petani, Pengumpul, Pengecer, Pekerja dan Konsumen) dan pendukung (Dinas pertanian, Dinas Perindakop, Dinas Ketapang dan Kelompok Tani). Data sekunder diperoleh melalui BPS, Dinas Pertanian dan studi literatur yang berkaitan dengan rantai nilai, rantai pasok dan analisis pemangku kepentingan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan luas produktif pertanian jagung di Kabupaten Tobasa 5.651 ha, kapasitas produksi 33.524 ton dan jumlah produktivitas 59,32 kw/ha dengan rantai pemasaran jagung di dalam dan luar kabupaten seperti pabrik pakan ternak di Siantar dan Medan. Berbeda dengan kondisi di Kabupaten Dairi dengan luas produktif pertanian 34.114 ha, kapasitas produksi 214.505 ton dan jumlah produktivitas 62,88 kw/ha. Pemetaan rantai nilai didapat bahwa Dinas Pertanian memiliki pengaruh dan kepentingan yang tinggi dalam rantai nilai dengan pendapatan yang diterima petani di Kabupaten Tobasa adalah Rp. 6.401.033per hektar per musim tanam, dengan R/C 1,634. Strategi mendiversifikasi produk turunan jagung dapat meningkatkan nilai jagung dalam rantai nilai. Selain itu dengan menjalin kemitraan antara petani dengan pengumpul maupun pelaku industri dapat menghindari panen raya mupun kelangkaan jagung.   Toba Samosir Regency (Tobasa) is one of the largest corn producers in North Sumatra. The increasement of corn production is very significant from 2016 to 2017 at 52.60%. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the corn supply chain by considering the potential of corn farming resources, supporting actors and actors as well as farmers' income. Primary data in this study were obtained through direct observation and interviews with stakeholders such as: direct actors (Farmers, Collectors, Retailers, Workers and Consumers) and supporters (Department of Agriculture, Department of Industry Trade and Cooperatives, Department of Ketapang Officer and Farmers Group). Secondary data was obtained through BPS, Department of Agriculture and literature studies related to the value chain, supply chain and stakeholder analysis. Data were analyzed using the SWOT method. The results showed that the productive area of corn farming in Tobasa District was 5,651 ha, production capacity was 33,524 tons and total productivity was 59.32 kw/ha with the marketing chain of corn of in and outside the district such as animal feed factories in Siantar and Medan. It is contrast conditions in Dairi Regency with an area of productive agriculture was 34,114 ha, production capacity was 214,505 tons and total productivity was 62.88 kw/ha. Mapping the value chain found that the Department of Agriculture has a high influence and interest in the value chain with the income received by farmers in Tobasa Regency is Rp. 6,401,033per hectares per planting season, with R / C 1,634. The diversify strategy of corn derivative products can increase the value of corn in the value chain. In addition, by establishing partnerships between farmers and collectors and industry players can avoid both the harvest and the scarcity of corn.

This study aims to analyze supply chain management of lobster in Pangandaran especially PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Marine Product. The research method is a case study with the case unit at PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Marine Product while information would be collected through primary and secondary data in the field. The sampling method in this research used snowball sampling. The research was conducted from August 2020 - September at TPI Pangandaran and PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Marine Product. The criteria used to select respondents in this study as follow; 4 fishermen, 3 distributors, 2 employees of PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Marine Product and 1 retailer. And the data would be analyzed to get the supply chain condition of lobster. The results showed that there were 6 marketing channels in the supply chain of lobster in Pangadaran case study of PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Marine Product. The availability of lobster products has a value of 0.5 which means was not easily replaced and needed. Late payment and distribution of lobster have a value of 1.0 which means irreplaceable and important. The third and fourth chain marketing margins are below 50%, which means efficient for all members of the chain. The fifth chain has 46.55% and it’s inefficient Fisherman's share. The largest market share value was 46.40% on the fifth channel. Supply chain of lobster in Pangandaran has 6 marketing channels which third and fourth are the most efficient for all members, and the second is most profitable for PT ASI.
