AbstractThe seawater fishery in Dusun Sine has the higher potentials, due to its location near the coastal area of Sine Beach. In general, the people in Dusun Sine make a living as sea fishermen. However, the income of the marine fishing community has not maximized because the community still uses the conventional marine product processing production system, so that the marketing of processed marine fish products is also limited. As an effort to increase the selling value of processed marine fish, the International Community Service Group empowers fishermen's wives in Sine Hamlet by conducting several activity programs in the form of socializing the manufacture of modern marine processed products in the form of Sine Foodies, home industry food (PIRT), and the use of e-commerce. This activity was held to use a health protocol and through a presentation method on product marketing licensing in the form of PIRT socialization and marketing of processed marine fish products with e-commerce as well as demonstrations on the process of making processed marine fish products in the form of shredded fish and fish balls using attractive packaging. Participants in the socialization were fishermen's wives, village cadres, and prospective entrepreneurs from Kalibatur Village. Keywords: Assistance, processed marine fish products, Processing, Licensing management, MarketingAbstrakSektor perikanan air laut yang ada di Dusun Sine, Desa Kalibatur, Kecamatan Kalidawir, Kabupaten Tulungagung, memiliki potensi yang sangat tinggi. Abstract Indonesia is the largest maritime country in the world with two thirds of its territory consisting of territorial waters. Indonesia ha more than 17,000 islands, around 5.8 million km2 of sea, and 81,000 km length of coast. Indonesia Ocean is quite extensive and the sea products are quite diverse. Samudera Indonesia produces many types of shrimp, large pelagic fish (Tuna, Sharks, etc.), with a production of 1,076,890.00 tons / year. To realize the vision of the World Maritime Axis, several things must be considered, namely, sea spatial planning and maritime infrastructure and connectivity development. To support this government plan, the author wants to develop the Muara Angke Fish Market, which is the Center for Marine Products Processing at Muara Angke with the Waterfront Themes Approach. Muara angke is a fairly large supplier of marine products in Jakarta. The sea products come not only from the catch of local fishermen, but also from other regional fishermen. Muara angke has become a center for marine product trade, therefore the development of sea product processing has been able to encourage investment and business growth in the field of marine, diverse marine products and diverse processing capable of making Muara Angke as the Center for Processing of Marine Products. Its location on the edge of the sea is also a potential for the application of the Waterfront theme.

We have created and researched fuel cells using biomaterials as next-generation low-environmental-load energy. As is well known, chitin is a biomass that is discharged in large quantities as a marine product processing waste. We have focused on the chitin and have been studying the production of fuel cells and proton conductivity using it. It was revealed that chitin can be used as an electrolyte membrane for fuel cells under humidified conditions and becomes a proton conductor. It was found that the presence of water molecules is important for the appearance of proton conduction in chitin system. This study presents the utility value of chitin in new fields and provides insight into the proton conduction mechanism of chitin-based biomaterials.

Fascaplysin is a natural marine product originating from sponges, attracting widespread attention due to its potential inhibitory activities against CDK4. However, its clinical application has been largely limited because of serious adverse effects caused by planar skeleton. To reduce the serious adverse effects, 18 tetrahydro-β-carboline analogs (compounds 6a-i and 7a-i) were designed and synthesized via breaking the planarity of fascaplysin, and the biological activities of the synthesized compounds were evaluated by MTT assay and CDK4/CycD3 enzyme inhibition assay. The title compounds showed varying degrees of inhibitory activities, especially the cytotoxicity of compound 6c against HeLa cells (IC50 = 1.03 ± 0.19 μM) with quite weak cytotoxicity toward the normal cells WI-38 (IC50 = 311.51 ± 56.06 μM), and the kinase inhibition test indicated that compound 6c was a potential CDK4 inhibitor. In order to further compare the action mechanisms of planar and nonplanar molecules on CDK4, the studied complexes of CDK4 bound with fascaplysin and three representative compounds (compound 6a-c) with bioactivities gradient were constructed by molecular docking and further verified through molecular dynamic simulation, which identified the key residues contributing to the ligands’ binding. By comparing the binding modes of the constructed systems, it could be found that the residues contributing significantly to compound 6c′s binding were highly consistent with those contributing significantly to fascaplysin’s binding. Through the design, synthesis of the nonplanar fascaplysin derivatives, and binding mechanism analysis, some valuable hints for the discovery of antitumor drug candidates could be provided.

Aceh Province is an area surrounded by coasts which has great potential to develop marine product cultivation, one of which is seaweed. In line with the goal of the central government in 2018 stating its support for increaseing seaweed cultivation in Aceh Province. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries' Directorate General of Cultivation stated that so far the seaweed industry and cultivation are still constrained by transportation problems for marketing. Based on the results of research in a number of regions in Indonesia, it is explained that the coastal area of Aceh is an area that has very good potential for the seaweed cultivation. This study focuses on the Glacilaria sp seaweed cultivation due to its easiness to grow in community ponds. The drawback of this pond cultication method is the existence of predators that eat seaweed and the pond bottom mud that pollutes the seaweed. The application of floating house technology for glacilaria seaweed culture is seen as a solution for aforemention problems. This technology protects the seaweed from predators and the contamination of the seawee from mud pond. The proposed sea seaweed cultivation method is anticipated to offer better income and improve the quality of life of the community, especially in the the targeted area, Alue Naga. Regarding the current situation, Farmer in Alue Naga still practice the conventional method for cultivating the seaweed in the land pond. This regular method has the shortcoming in protecting the seeweed from the predators. In addition, due to the seaweed attached to the bottom of the pond, it causes the slow growth of seaweed. These circumstances cause the crops have lower quality, result in a hardly marketable product either for national or international markets. To cope with such conditions, an easy to use, reliable and safety floating house was proposed and built for the use of glacilaria seaweed culture. The community is also engaged in the workshop and construction of floating house for the glacilaria seaweed culture taught by staff of Cot Irieh Fiberlass workshop. This engagement aims to increase the insight and skill of the community regarding construction and maintenance of the glacilaria seaweed culture floating house. This study is fully supported by Syiah Kuala University Research and Community Service Institute through fostering the Alue Naga fishing community through direct application of technology.
