The obligation of teaching and educating teenagers to be able to read al-Qur`an well and correctly, it actually encompasses the obligation to find out the correct and effective teaching method. The discovery of iqra` method is a real work of As’ad Humam seen as an effective innovative learning method and sifnificant strive to reduce the number of the blind of reading-writing al-Quran among childern aged 4-6 years and teenagers generally. The use of the rooted Qaidah Baghdadiyah method amidst moslems seen less effective, student`s motivation was low, and the aplication did not develope instutionally. In the same time, anxiousness among Muslims toward blind of reading and writing al-Quran is increasing and unsettling. The discovery of an innovative al-Qur`an learning method could answer the problem of blind of reading-writing al-Quran in real. The innovasion of iqra` method from process aspect is student center learning process, coaching teacher`s profesionalism, and fun and practical learning approach. From the institional development aspect, TPA/TPQ is approved as instituition that organize non-formal Islamic education for learning of reading al-Quran from an early age. Besides, the existence of TPA/TPQ become stronger with the issued Goverment`s Act number 55 year 2007 about Religious Education, the content of the act stated that educaton of al-quran that consits of TKA/TKQ, TPA/TPQ, Ta`limul Quran lil Aulda (TQA), and any other of the same form. This shows that the strive to eradicate ”the blind of reading-writing al-Quran” in Indonesia has had a strong base legalization. While the support factors to speed up the innovasion are the informed clarity ideas, have regional support and have good institutional managerial skills.

The process of Islamic religious education in schools has so far been centered on teaching materials. The materials have a varied segmentation of discussion, especially in the aspects of aqidah, ritual, akhlaq, history and so on. The values of Islamic teachings contained in teaching materials are not only related to both empirical and concrete aspects of knowledge. There are also the ones dealing with the abstract and unreasonable aspects. For example in the aqidah subject matter, there are discussions about belief in God, angels, the hereafter and so on. In this paper, the writer experimented with a learning method that integrates the cooperative learning approach with the Abid al-Jabiri's epistimological foundations. On this stand, the aqidah material in educational institutions is expected to run effectively on the one hand, and not to reduce the fundamental values of Islamic teachings on the other hand.

ABSTRACT The process of learning chemistry which only focused on teacher as informant caused the students’ memory lower. This could make the students’ learning outcomes lower, thus, it was needed STAD type of Cooperative Learning Method which had the process of interaction between student and teacher, and could help the students comprehend the material. Therefore, it was necessary to make a research which had the purpose to know the difference between students’ learning outcomes and memory which used STAD type ofCooperative Learning Method and lectures teaching method as well as how large the effect of STAD type of Cooperative Learning Method on salt hydrolysis material was. This research was Quasi Experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample of the research was choosen by using saturated sampling which XI IPA 1 as experimental class and XI IPA 2 as control class. The techniques of data collection used measurement technique, observation, and interview while the tools of data collection used tests such as essayquestion, observation sheet, and interview guide. The statistical analysis of posttest result using U-man whitney test obtained significant value 0.000. This value was smaller than α (0.005) which meant that there was difference in learning outcome between experimental and control class. The statistical analysis result of U-man whitney delayed test obtained significant value 0.006, this value was smaller than α (0.005) which meant that there was difference between students’ memory in experimental and control class. The calculation of effect size showed value 1.64 with high criteria which gave high effect on students’ learning outcomes which was 44.95%, while the calculation of students’ memory effect size showed value 0.69 with moderate criteria which gave effect on students’ memory which was 26,42%. The purpose of this research is to measure the effectiveness of constructivist learning approach in structural study specifically for architecture students. Theoretically, improving student’s performance in mathematics is challenging for today education. In architectural education, structural study is part of the non- design courses in the syllabus under the area of technology and environment and it involve in mathematical calculations. In the context of typical classrooms that adopt conventional teaching method, students are usually taught using structured rules based on the given academic syllabus. However, teaching architecture students need a different approach. This is because architecture students learn by understanding the application into practice rather than by only solving the principleproblem. Purposive sampling which is the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) was selected as the method of the study and teaching experiment was conducted. In the experimental structural design, 26 groups of architecture students were tested based on two situations; pre-test (original) and post-test (change), and tests are conducted according to the stages and times set for each topic. The experiment was designed based on the Constructivist learning approach as foundation of the experiment to study the mathematical creativity of the students. The findings show that there are positive impacts on creativity in the subject of structural study which beneficially affects their understanding and application abilities. Further research needs to done to ensure this beneficial outcome can be greatly support students’ long-term retention of knowledge and skills. Keywords: Constructivist learning approach, Creativity in mathematical thinking, and Experimental study for architecture students

This paper outlines the possibilities of implementing the elements of smart computer graphics (applets and animations) into the curriculum of science-oriented school subjects. Applet is a purposeful (especially educational) program, which was developed on the platform of modern elements of smart computer graphics. These elements allow us to visualize technical and natural objects, phenomena or processes in such a degree of clarity which cannot be achieved by traditional ways of visualisation or by using traditional technological techniques. To be more specific, thanks to computer animations and simulations it is possible to slow down, speed up or shred the processes over time as well as phenomena taking place in natural systems. Moreover, we are able to visualize objects that cannot be seen with the naked eye because of their size (too small or too large), inaccessibility to humans or, in fact, their non-existence. Application components called Interactive Computer Graphics (hypertext, drag and drop, etc.) as well as Flash animations included into the teaching-learning process are together with a comprehensive methodology of their application, a part of newly designed teaching method. The efficiency of this method is verified by pedagogical experiment.
