Commercial zakat is zakat issued on property ownership intended for buying and selling, which of course has reached the nishab or haul. Trading activities are efforts made by humans to obtain halal sustenance aimed at being able to meet the needs of human life. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence muzakki in paying commercial zakat (study of traders in Banda Aceh City). This research is a field research (Field Research) using quantitative methods. Sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 100 muzakki or traders in Banda Aceh City. The data used in this study is primary data which is data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that partially trust and self-awareness factors have a positive and significant effect on muzakki in paying commercial zakat (study pf traders in Banda Aceh City). On the other hand partially understanding factors do not have a significant effect on muzakki in paying zakat on brokerage (study of traders in Banda Aceh City)

Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that influence Acehnese’s behavior in choosing Islamic banking products. In this study the author used descriptive statistical approach with quantitative research method.The primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100customers of Bank Aceh Branch Banda Aceh. In choosing the samples the author used incidental sampling method, which is a sampling technique based on coincidenc, in this technique anyone can be a sample of the study as long as he/she is suitable as a source of data. In analyzing the data, the author used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) analysis tools version 20 for windows. The results of this study showed that the religious variable has a correlation value of 0.876, social variable has a correlation value of 0.878, economics variable has a correlation value of 0.869 and geographical variable has a correlation value of 0.860. Overall, it can be concluded that the religious, social, economic, and geographical variables have a positive relationship with the Acehnese’s behaviorin choosing Islamic banking products.Keywords: Behavioral Factors, Society, Islamic banking products.

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence and commitment to turnover intention at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch Office. This research uses quantitative methods, namely by presenting research results in the form of numbers or statistics, in order to test the hypotheses. As for the subjects of this study were employees of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch Office. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from respondents who filled out questionnaires and secondary data obtained from several sources. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. Sampling was done by nonprobability sampling technique using saturated sampling method. The tool used for this study was multiple regression analysis with SPSS 22 application. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence and commitment negatively affect turnover intention. Simultaneously, the variables of human resource competence and commitment affect the turnover intention. Patially, commitment has a dominant influence on the turnover intention of sharia bank employees. Keywords: Human resource competence, commitment and turnover intention.

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. This article discusses the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung Subdistrict X Koto Atas, Solok Regency in a review of muamalah fiqh. The type of research is field research (field research). The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from farmers and farm laborers who were carried out to 8 people and 4 farm workers, while the secondary data were obtained from documents in the form of the Bukit Kandung Nagari Profile that were related to this research, which could provide information or data. Addition to strengthen the primary data. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing that the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of wages in agriculture carried out in Nagari Bukit Kandung District X Koto Diatas Solok Regency is farm laborers who ask for their wages to be given in advance before they carry out their work without an agreement to give their wages at the beginning. Because farm laborers ask for their wages to be given at the beginning, many farm workers work not as expected by farmers and there are also farm workers who are not on time to do the work that should be done. According to the muamalah fiqh review, the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung is not allowed because there is an element of gharar in the contract and there are parties who are disadvantaged in the contract, namely the owner of the fields.

This study aims to know and prove how much influence Innovation Product,Packaging, and Product Varians to Purchase Intention at ice cream Aice in Padang City.This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padang City with characteristic know about inforormation Aice and never buying ice cream Aice. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 25.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Innovation Product has a negatif significant effect on purchase intention, 2) Packaging has a positif signifikan effect on purchase intention, 3) Product Varian has a positive significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords: Product Innovation,Packaging, Product Varians, Purchase Intention

The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). Pandemi Covid-19 telah mewabah di hampir seluruh Dunia tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Kondisi ini membuat sebagian orang cemas dan bahkan panik. Potensi panik ini dapat menyerang siapapun tidak terkecuali mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kepanikan dan resiliensi mahasiswa pascasarjana Aceh-Yogyakarta dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipan dan wawancara dengan menggunakan Whatsapp. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, penyajian dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa pasca sarjana tidak menunjukkan gejala kepanikan melainkan rasa kekhawatiran terhadap pandemi Covid-19. Mahasiswa pascasarjana Aceh-Yogyakarta juga memiliki resiliensi dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini terlihat dari kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi situasi dengan tenang dan menentukan langkah yang rasional dalam berbagai tindakan serta memiliki pandangan positif dalam menghadapi tantangan yang sedang dihadapi. Adapun bentuk-bentuk resiliensinya meliputi mengikuti instruksi dari pemerintah, meningkatkan daya tahan atau imun, mengurangi akses terhadap informasi Covid-19, mengambil hikmah dari Covid-19, menyerahkan segalanya kepada Allah SWT.__________________________________________________________Covid-19 pandemic has plague almost all of the World including Indonesia. This condition makes some people anxious and even panic. This potential panic can strike anyone, including students. This study aims to see the panic and resilience of Aceh-Yogyakarta postgraduate students in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a field research (Field Research) using a qualitative approach. The research method uses descriptive analytical method. Data collection is done by participant observation and interviews using Whatsapp. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling that is sampling based on criteria determined by the researcher. Data analysis was carried out by means of reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that post graduate students did not show symptoms of panic but rather a sense of concern for the Covid-19 pandemic. Aceh-Yogyakarta postgraduate students also have resilience in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the ability of students to deal with situations calmly and determine rational steps in various actions and have a positive outlook in facing the challenges being faced. The forms of resilience include following instructions from the government, increasing endurance or immunity, reducing access to Covid-19 information, taking wisdom from Covid-19, giving everything to Allah SWT.

To know the effect of cupping therapy to decrease cholesterol levels in patients at Home Healthy hiperkolestrolemia Al-hijamaah in the year 2014/2015. Research observational analytic-numerical categorical pairs. Samples were hypercholesterolemic patients at Home Healthy Al-hijamaah in 2014/2015. Taken by using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The primary data obtained directly from respondents, and analyzed by paired T test. The number of samples involved in this study were 45 respondents. Most of the samples were aged 20-45 years were 28 respondents (62.2%), female 27 respondents (60%), and average cholesterol levels before cupping therapy of 262.84 mg / dl and the average after cupping therapy 239.53 mg / dl. In this study, the results of Test Independent t test t test = 2.64 with p = 0,010 (p 0.05) which means that there are significant differences in cholesterol levels before and after cupping therapy

his Research proves that the implementation of Aceh Qanun No. 12, 13 and 14 Year 2003 on Khama r, M a i s i r , and Khalwat in Subulussalam is not completely worked well, because in addition to legal issues qanuns, most have efforts political consolidation of the central government and local government. This thesis supports and strengthens the conclusion Michail Buehrel in this article entitled “The Rise of Sharia by Laws in Indonesia District an Indication For Changing Patterns of Power Accumulation and Political Corruption ” (2008) who found the formulization of Islamic Law in the region is political consolidation instrument for exploring the local government, especially financially in building. Buehler did not even find a conservative movement in the imposition of Islamic Law in the area. This research also support M.B Hooker’s opinion in his work entitled Indonesian Syariah : Defining a National School of Islamic Law, (2008)which states that in legislative process of Islamic law in aceh. There are many obstacles and barriers , because the Sharia Law to be applied must necessarily correspond with the system national law, while the central government to add more breadth of autonomy for Aceh in the part of Islamic Law to legislate in the part of law qanuns jina&gt;na&gt;t . This thesis does not agree with the conclusion of Harold Crouch in his work The Recent Resurgence of Political Islam in Indonesia, “ Islam In Southeast Asi a: Analysing Recent Development” , ed. Anthony L. Smith, (Singapore: ISEAS, 2002) as saying that the barrage history of failure of Islamic parties in order to implement Islamic Law-making opportunities for the application of Islamic Law in Indonesia did not exist. Crouch’s opinion just say that the application of Islamic Law to be in the sense of establishing an Islamic State. Data obtained from field research (field research) with qualitative methods and approach the socio - legal - historical . This research aims to find out and test the influence of E-SPT Implementation, Knowledge and Socialization on Personal Taxpayer Compliance in TelukJambe Village. The study used quantitative methods using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in the study was 620 people. The sample in this study was 86 respondents. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling.  The results showed that the Implementation of E-SPT had no significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance, Knowledge had a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance and Socialization had no significant effect on People's Taxpayer Compliance.
