In the professional educational organizations implementing the educational program of secondary General education within the development of professional educational on the basis of the main General education, studying of mathematics has the features depending on a profile of secondary vocational education. Profiling goals of mathematical education are reflected in the choice of priorities in the organization of educational activities of students. The scientific and technological revolution in all areas of human activity imposes new requirements on knowledge, technical culture, General and applied nature of education. This poses new challenges for the professional educational to improve education. The applied orientation of the school course of mathematics is carried out in order to improve the quality of mathematical education of student’s, the application of their mathematical knowledge to solve problems of daily practice and further professional activities. The article is devoted to the peculiarities and importance of integrated classes ‘Mathematics and Chemistry’ for obtaining professional skills in secondary vocational education. Experimental work has yielded positive results. The significance of the research: the materials of the article can be useful for school teachers of mathematics.

Research is devoted to a new strategic initiative for the development of secondary vocational education "Professionalitet". This initiative is declared as a new level of education in colleges and contains approaches and principles for updating the content of vocational education, intensifying the development of professional educational organizations and reducing the duration of training.A retrospective analysis of the history of secondary vocational education revealed the predisposition of this level of education to rejection and change in the semantic connotations of the levels of vocational education in different historical periods. The process of development is often presented as a struggle of emerging new entities with old meanings, which inevitably continue to function in the minds of people. Historical retrospective knowledge gives us the opportunity to optimize our views on the inevitable new and the obsolete old.Presents the characteristics of the project "Professionalitet". The analysis of the socio-economic reasons for the creation of professionalism allows us to speak about its objective necessity, and the presented structure of the new level of education gives an answer to the question-due to what the training period will be reduced. Special attention is paid to the risks and problems that will have to be faced when implementing this project.

В статье обоснована актуальность обновления библиотечных фондов, фондов электронных образовательных и информационных ресурсов в соответствии с содержанием образовательных программ системы среднего профессионального образования по специальностям, востребованным в настоящее время в связи с запросами конкретных отраслей экономики и перспективными потребностями рынка труда. Рассмотрены вопросы обеспечения и мониторинга занятости выпускников образовательных организации среднего профессионального образования, как индикаторов качества и развития системы подготовки квалифицированных рабочих, служащих и специалистов среднего звена с целью соответствия запросам реального сектора экономики, социальной сферы, сферы услуг, малого и среднего предпринимательства, в том числе с учетом обновления перечня профессий рабочих, должностей служащих, по которым осуществляется профессиональное обучение, перечней профессий и специальностей среднего профессионального образования. The article justifies the relevance of updating library funds, electronic educational and information resources in accordance with the content of educational programs of the secondary vocational education system in specialties currently in demand in connection with the needs of specific sectors of the economy and the promising needs of the labor market. Issues of ensuring and monitoring employment of graduates of educational organizations of secondary vocational education, as indicators of the quality and development of the system of training of skilled workers, employees and middle-level specialists in order to meet the needs of the real sector of the economy, social, services, small and medium-sized enterprises, including by updating the list of professions of workers, positions of employees in which vocational training is carried out, lists of professions and specialties of secondary vocational education.

The digital transformation of education is one of the federal priorities of the Russian Federation, the implementation of which in the vocational education system is designed to provide effective training for the digital economy. The study of the digitalization process of secondary vocational education and the identification of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for its effectiveness is carried out on the basis of an interregional network of experimental sites - professional educational organizations that have been implementing online training programs for several years. Describes the problems and limitations associated with the introduction of online into the secondary vocational education system, as well as possible solutions. It is shown that distance learning technology can be used in the implementation of vocational education programs only in force majeure circumstances (forced self-isolation in the fight against a pandemic) with a significant loss in the quality of education and its practical orientation. The optimal form of introducing online courses in the educational process of secondary vocational education is the technology of blended learning, combining online work with contact forms of training. The key condition for ensuring the effectiveness of the digital transformation of the educational process is the development by teachers of a complex of general competencies, including: self-organization, remote motivation management, work with granular educational content.

The experience of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport (Roszheldor) conducting annual training courses for the heads of educational institutions of secondary vocational education and heads of state universities of railways supervising their work, organized by the Training and Methodological Center for Education in Railway Transport, considered. The future of secondary vocational education is uncertain. As part of the development of regional training systems, models are being reviewed in which the training of workers is carried out at enterprises, and the training of middle-level specialists is carried out at universities. In these conditions, it is especially important to integrate colleges into the industrial ecosystem of the region, to develop the base of professional training for adults. Scientific, pedagogical and methodological works are analyzed, on the basis of the analysis, generalization and systematization of results, periodization of information is carried out. The main stages of development of secondary vocational education presented. Each stage has its own periodization. The time frame of the stages depends on the changes taking place in the socio-economic and political spheres, which is reflected in the education system. The stages are characterized and described: the reasons are identified; new elements, objects and subjects of educational relations have been identified; new concepts are presented. The description of the stages allows you to trace the trends and identify the dynamics in the development of secondary vocational education. Differentiation of secondary education is the most likely scenario for the development of secondary vocational education for the next decade. It was revealed that a strategically important task for the next decade is to provide of secondary vocational education system with management mechanisms that allow timely and adequate response to changes in external conditions both in the labor market and in the field of technology.

In a situation of uncertainty, there is a rapid change of priorities, which is reflected both in the requirements for the level of professional training of specialists and in the requests of employers for new specialties. However, the list of specialties and areas of training of workers for the regional economy in the regional system of secondary vocational education is formed on the basis of applications from employers for a five-year perspective, but in a situation of uncertainty, no one can guarantee that in five years graduates of a particular specialty or profession will be in demand in the labor market. To achieve a balance in this problem, it is necessary to develop and implement new mechanisms for interaction between professional educational organizations and employers. The aim of this study is to determine the list of popular vocational education specialties, the description and identification of effective mechanisms of interaction between professional educational organizations and employers that affect the improvement of the quality of specialists training and the indicators of their employment according to their specialty based on the analysis of the indicators of the admission campaign and graduates employment of vocational education system of the Republic of Buryatia.
