This study aims to influence education and work performance on the career development of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra.The population in this study were all employees of the office environment PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) West Sumatra Regional Division II numbering 70 employees.Teknik sampling used in this study is total sampling, The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research found results of multiple regression analysis is Y = 0,107 + 0,272 X1 + 0,718 X2 + e, then t-test education variable positive and significant impact on the career development of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia significant value 0,027 < 0,05. Work performance variables positive effect on the career development of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia with significant value 0,000 < 0,05, F-test education variable and performance together have a significant effect on the career development of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia with a significant level of 0,000 < 0,005, Based on the results obtained by the coefficient of determination contained in the value of Adjusted R Square with 0,568. This means that the ability of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is equal to 56,8% is 43,2% explained by other variables which are not addressed in this study was the exposure, networking, loyalty to the organization, coaches and sponsors, the opportunity to grow.

The final measure of success of an HR Department is work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work stress has on work performance of empolyee at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, to find out how much influence discipline has on employee performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, and to determine the Effect of Work Stress and Discipline Towards Employee Job Performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive explanation. The population in this study were employees of PT Surya Menara Pratama South Jakarta with a sample of 60 and the sampling technique used was the Simple Random Sampling technique. Furthermore, the analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination test correlation coefficient test, simple regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test (test partial), f test (simultaneous test). The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work stress has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3.902, a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 0.436 and a regression equation Y = 24.167 + 0.436X1. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work discipline has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3,500, a significance value of 0.001, a regression coefficient of 0.400 and a regression equation Y = 25.804 + 0.400X2. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work stress and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance with a Fcount of 10.923, a significance value of 0.000, a coefficient of determination of 0.252 and a regression equation Y = 17.293 + 0.332X1 + 0.273X2.

The study was conducted at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Snvt Provision of Housing in Riau Province. The aim is to find out the direct effect of educational background and selection, on the competence and performance of field workers with supervision as a moderating variable. This study took a sample of 128 people. The variables used are educational background, selection, competence and performance and supervision. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that there was an influence of educational background and selection on the competence of field workers. And simultaneously there is an influence of educational background and selection on competence. And there is an effect of competence on performance which is moderated by supervision. The better the supervision, the competence of field staff will increase.

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

This study applies multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 16.0 program. To get estimate and good interpretation of this study, the samples studied are set to 32 respondents. Data are collected through a questionnaire to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between independent variables on dependent variable, and it can be explained that: (1) Remuneration variable does not have significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.181 and significant rate 0.104 (> 0.05). (2) Motivation variable has significant impactt on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.559 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05). (3) Independent variables simultaneously have significant impact on employee performance with regression coefficient of 1.094 and significant rate 0.000 (<0.05). R² value shows 0.589 or 58.9%. Employee performance variable is affected by Remuneration and Motivation Variables and the remaining 41.1% is affected by other variables.Keywords : Remuneration, Motivation and Performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings on Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia People's Financing Banks for the 2015-2020 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data used is secondary data. In this study, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be seen that partially Mudharabah Financing has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets, Murabaha financing has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets and Mudharabah Savings has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets at Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank for the 2015 period. -2020 and simultaneously Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings have a significant effect on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia Rural Banks for the 2015-2020 period. It is expected that the Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank will further improve its performance by minimizing financing risk and increasing the amount of third party funds so that its profitability growth is maximized.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

This study aims to determine affect of size and leverage on firm value of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are all of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2012-2017, which amounted to 20 companies. The sample is in the form of selected BUMN company financial statements with certain criteria from 2012-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that firm size has a negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a positive effect on firm value. The results of the partial hypothesis test indicate that size has a significant effect on firm value while leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously size and leverage have a significant effect on firm value. The contribution of size and leverage to company value is 43.8% and the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other variables.
