[Analysis of Student Ability in the Development of Chemistry Lesson Plan Through a Scientific Approach] Sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran, guru harus terlebih dahulu mempersiapkan dan merencanakan perangkat pembelajaran yang salah satunya adalah RPP, dimana mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia Uin Walisongo Semarang sebagai calon guru harus mampu menyusun perangkat pembelajaran sebagai bekal nantinya ketika memasuki dunia kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pendekatan saintifik dalam tahapan kegiatan pembelajaran penyusunan RPP mata pelajaran kimia oleh mahasiswa yang mengambil matakuliah Perencanaan Pembelajaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Kimia Uin Walisongo Semarang semester 5 yang mengambil matakuliah Perencanaan Pembelajaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni 25 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket analisis pendekatan saintifik penyusunan RPP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh bahwa dari 25 sampel menunjukkan kemampuan pada tahap mengamati yakni 83%, menanya 80%, mengumpulkan informasi 75%, mengasosiasikan/mengolah informasi 76% dan mengkomunikasikan 81 %.

This research attempts to find out EFL teachers� understanding of lesson plan and the development along with problems the teachers faced in developing lesson plan. The researcher used two data collection techniques; interview and analyzing the lesson plan developed by four EFL teachers. The interview results revealed that all participants understand about the lesson plan as well as its development and understand about the elements that should be included as parts of lesson plan, but, unfortunately, the teachers could not understand the system of learning assessment. They thought that it is too complicated because they should provide one system of learning assessment along with the rubric of assessment. On the other hand, the result of lesson plan analysis showed that all participants understand how to develop lesson plan by stating all elements of lesson plan in accordance with the requirements stated in the Regulation of Ministry of Education and Culture No. 103 in 2014. The problems found are when the teachers did not state learning purposes, even two of the teachers stated that learning indicator is similar with learning purposes. Another problem is found when they did not include the assessment rubric. Then, the other problem is found when they were asked about the implementation of scientific approach. Scientific approach is a new thing for them to be applied as the approach consists of observing, questioning, associating, collecting, and communicating.Keywords: lesson plan, lesson plan development, 2013 curriculum

[Title: The Integrated of The Nations Characters Based on The Scientific Approach in the Lesson Plan of Social Science at SMPN in Sape Regions, Bima]. The rage of students delinquency that happens at Sape district, so the SMPN commit some efforts in designing the lesson plan of social science based on the scientific approach.The research aims to describe the integrity of the nations characters based on the scientific approach in social science planning at SMPN in Sape Regions, Bima. The study uses the descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of the research are The headmaster, vice-headmaster and 6 teachers of IPS that are chosen purposively sampling. The instruments that are used: interview guide and documents. The technical analysis data that are used: reduction, display and verification. The testing of the data validity using the triangle source and tehcnics. The results results shows is sufficiently reprentative incarryng the values of nations characters in each level of RPP that made are the characteristic determinant of the achievement competency, the purpose of the study, learning methods, and technical evaluation of leraning in which continued by the program over the study result. Based on the results study, can be concluded thet the set of equipments which have been arranged have shown the learning activity by using the scientific approach and by integriting the characteristic values in every its component.

The research was Development Research with limited test which aimed to develop Mathematics learning devices with Cooperative Model with The Combination Of Experiences, Language, Pictorial, Symbol, Application (ELPSA) and Scientific Approach in Inequality Absolute Value, Fraction, and Irrational material which covered Lesson Plan, Students Book, and Students Worksheet. The subjects of the research were the students of class X at SMAN 2 Polewali Mandar District with the total of 35 students. The Development procedure of the research employed Thiagarajan Model (4-D) which covered four stages, namely defining, design, development, and dissemination. The result of limited test showed that (1) the average score obtained by the students in learning result test is 75.42 from ideal score by 100 with deviation standard 8.69 where 29 from 35 students or 82.85% met individual completeness which shows that classical completeness had been reached; (2) by using Mathematics learning devices with Cooperative Model with the Combination Of Experiences, Language, Pictorial, Symbol, Application  (ELPSA) and Scientific Approach, the students are more active in the learning process; (3) in general, the students gave good responses on the learning devices used; and (4) the level of teacher’ abilities in managing learning process of Cooperative Model with the Combination Of Experiences, Language, Pictorial, Symbol, Application  (ELPSA) and Scientific Approach is in good category, meaning that the teachers’ performances can be maintained. Based on the results of the research, it can concluded that Mathematics learning devices with Cooperative Model with the Combination Of Experiences, Language, Pictorial, Symbol, Application  (ELPSA) and Scientific Approach developed has met the requirement of valid, effective, and practical criteria.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjabarkan kesiapan guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam melaksanakan pembelaran tematik berdasarkan standar yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 10 Aceh Tengah. Data penelitian ini telah diuji keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi data dan member check, dan dianalisis melalui tahap reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: 1) sebagian guru yang telah memahami konsep pembelajaran tematik tidak dapat menearapkan pembelajaran tematik; 2) guru telah mampu menyusun rencana pembelajaran tematik dengan baik; 3) guru melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran tematik sesuai dengan RPP yang disusunnya, 4) dan metode dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran tematik kurang bervariasi, dan 5) guru kurang terampil dalam menyusun rubrik penilaian autentik. Kesulitan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran tematik adalah; 1) kondisi sarana belajar yang tidak memadai; 2) sumber belajar dan media yang digunakannya masih sangat terbatas, 3) kesulitan dalam menyusun rubrik penilaian sikap; dan 4) guru kesulitan dalam menguraikan kegiatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan pendekatan saintifik. AbstractThis study aims to analyze and describe the readiness of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in carrying out thematic learning based on applicable standards. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research subject is a teacher at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 10 Central Aceh. The validity of this research data has been tested using data triangulation and member check, and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that: 1) some teachers who had understood the concept of thematic learning were unable to apply thematic learning; 2) the teacher has been able to develop a thematic lesson plan well; 3) teachers carry out thematic learning activities in accordance with the RPP they have compiled, 4) and the methods and learning media used by teachers in thematic learning are less varied, and 5) teachers are less skilled in compiling authentic assessment rubrics. The difficulties of teachers in implementing thematic learning are; 1) conditions of inadequate learning facilities; 2) learning resources and media used are still very limited, 3) difficulties in compiling an attitude assessment rubric; and 4) the teacher has difficulty in describing learning activities that are in accordance with the scientific approach.

The research is aimed at investigating the teachers� implementation of scientific approach in English Language Teaching in one state junior high school in Bandung Regency. In addition, this research discusses the conformation of the Scientific Approach implementation and the lesson plans based on the 2013 curriculum. This research employs a case study qualitative research design. The data were obtained from classroom observation and teachers� lesson plan analysis and interview. The findings showed that the teachers implemented the scientific stages in English Language Teaching. They conducted observing, questioning, experimenting, associating and communicating in the sequence activities. Besides, the teachers can demonstrate the student-centered learning strengthened by collaborative, cooperative, active and meaningful learning. However, concerning the conformation of the implementation with lesson plans, based on the indicators, learning objectives, learning materials, learning media, scientific stages and Scientific Approach model (discovery learning, inquiry leaning, problem based learning and project based learning), the teachers still have to underline and mention the Scientific Approach model and state learning objectives. Furthermore, the other components have been presented well in both teaching and lesson plans.Keywords: English language teaching, lesson plan, scientific approach, teaching practice, the 2013 curriculum

Abstrak:Tujuan pengembangan RPP Kurikulum 2013 terintegrasi pemanfaatan Televisi Edukasi ini adalah untuk menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dengankurikulum 2013 yang mengintegrasikan siaran Televisi Edukasi dalam pembelajaran, yang berpijak pada pendekatan saintifik sebagaimana yang diisyaratkan dalam pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013. Langkah pengembangan ini diawali dengan pengkajian kebutuhan dan pengumpulan data awal, dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan pembuatan RPP kurikulum 2013 terintegrasi siaran Televisi Edukasi.Setelah RPP dibuat, dilanjutkan dengan uji substansi ahli substansi dan ahli desain pembelajaran. Setelah revisi dari ahli substansi dan ahli desain pembelajaran selesai dilanjutkan dengan uji coba lapangan pada kelompok kecil seluruh guru matematika SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya, perbaikan produk operasional, uji coba operasional pada kelompok besar, perbaikan produk akhir, dan diseminasi produk akhir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan, yaitu mengembangkan RPP Kurikulum 2013 terintegrasi Televisi Edukasiberdasarkan model Borg dan Gall RPP Kurikulum 2013 terintegrasi Televisi Edukasi inisecara umum dinilai bermanfaat untuk membantu guru untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam pembelajaran dengan pemanfaatan siaran Televisi Edukasi. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari masukan para ahli dan dari uji coba sasaran adalah: RPP kurikulum 2013 terintegrasi siaran Televisi Edukasi yang sedang dikembangkan ini layak dipergunakan dan disebarluaskan.Kata kunci: RPP, Kurikulum 2013, Televisi Edukasi Abstract:The purpose of this development of TVE integrated-curriculum 2013 based-lesson plan is to prepare a learning device in accordance with the TVE integrated-curriculum2013 which is based on a scientific approach required in the implementation of curriculum 2013. This process of the development began with the needs and initial data collection, followed by TVE integrated - lesson plan. After the lesson plan was made, the subject content testing was conducted by subject content expert and instructional design experts. After revision from experts, the next step were field trials on a small group of math teachers throughout the SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya , operational product improvement, operational trials on large groups, improvement and dissemination of the final product. This research is development research in which is developing TVE integrated-curriculum 2013 based lesson plan by Borg and Gall model. This development of lesson plan has generally been considered beneficial to help teachers improving learning performance with programs from TVE. The conclusion that can be drawn from the experts in the phase of testing and field trials is that TVE integrated-curriculum 2013 based lesson plan is feasible to use and disseminate.Keywords: lesson plans, curriculum 2013, educational television.

The problem in this School Action Research (PTS) is the understanding of classroom teachers in the preparation of the 2013 Curriculum RPP is still far from expectations. There are several things that be-come obstacles including: (1) The creativity and innovation of classroom teachers is relatively low; (2) Teachers still adopt the example RPP from KTSP 2006; where there are still competency standards found in the content standards not in the syllabus; (3) Learning objectives have not been arranged logi-cally; (4) the flow of the learning implementation plan prepared has not been based on a scientific ap-proach and has not shown the stages of exploration, elaboration and confirmation activities, so that the lesson plans are made less meaningful; and (5) An authentic assessment plan is not yet visible, and so on. This requires efforts to improve the quality, guidance, motivation and direction of the School Princi-pal. This study intends to describe the efforts to improve the ability of MIN 1 grade teachers in South-east Aceh as many as 3 representatives of class teachers in preparing Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) Based on Scientific Approaches through academic supervision activities. Academic supervision is a coaching model conducted by the Principal to the teacher to help solve problems related to learning activities so that the quality of learning can be achieved optimally. Madrasah Action Research (PTM) includes quantitative research using Comparative Descriptive Analysis by comparing the results of the initial conditions with the results of Cycle I local level upgrading techniques (In House Training) and the results of Cycle II with personal conversation techniques. The procedures performed in this study in-clude planning, implementing actions, observations and reflections that are recycled or cyclical. This research was conducted in two cycles. The average quality of RPP Based on Scientific Approach in Pre-Cycle conditions was 71.66 (less category). The average quality of RPP Based on Scientific Approach in Cycle I was 86.33 (good category). Increased results of Cycle I compared to initial conditions was 18%. While the average quality of RPP Based on Scientific Approach in Cycle II is 98.66 (very good catego-ry). The increase in the results of Cycle II compared to the results of Cycle I was 12.33%. Thus, aca-demic supervision can improve the ability of MIN 1 Aceh Tenggara class teachers in the preparation of a lesson plan based on a scientific approach significantly.

The objective of this research is produce science learning tools that eligible for  the completeness of learning outcome student’s  at subject human motion system  on the junior high school. The development of this learning tools is based on 3-D model  by using test based on One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The test is conducted on eighth grade student of SMP Negeri Rasiei Teluk Wondama district-Papua Barat. The research consisted of two stages which is: 1) Developing the learning tools consisted of lesson plan, student’s book, and student’s worksheet, learning achievement test validated by experts. 2) the lesson learning tools which has been  validated by expert is a tested. The instrumental used including observational sheet of student’s activity, and student’s response questionnaire. He result of the research shows that: 1) the learning tools is valid; 2) the lesson plan accoplishment is categorized as good; 3) the student’s activities indicate tha they learn to actively build their own knowledge through a scientific approach; 4) the student’s responded positively to the learning process; 5) the student’s learning outcomes of attitude, knowledge, and skill aspects is accomplished. Based on the following results can be concluded that the science learning tools based scientific approach on human motion system is a valid, practical, and effective. Thus the science learning tools can be used on the learning process and proofed to be effective for the completeness of student’s learning outcome
