The problem in this School Action Research (PTS) is the understanding of classroom teachers in the preparation of the 2013 Curriculum RPP is still far from expectations. There are several things that be-come obstacles including: (1) The creativity and innovation of classroom teachers is relatively low; (2) Teachers still adopt the example RPP from KTSP 2006; where there are still competency standards found in the content standards not in the syllabus; (3) Learning objectives have not been arranged logi-cally; (4) the flow of the learning implementation plan prepared has not been based on a scientific ap-proach and has not shown the stages of exploration, elaboration and confirmation activities, so that the lesson plans are made less meaningful; and (5) An authentic assessment plan is not yet visible, and so on. This requires efforts to improve the quality, guidance, motivation and direction of the School Princi-pal. This study intends to describe the efforts to improve the ability of MIN 1 grade teachers in South-east Aceh as many as 3 representatives of class teachers in preparing Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) Based on Scientific Approaches through academic supervision activities. Academic supervision is a coaching model conducted by the Principal to the teacher to help solve problems related to learning activities so that the quality of learning can be achieved optimally. Madrasah Action Research (PTM) includes quantitative research using Comparative Descriptive Analysis by comparing the results of the initial conditions with the results of Cycle I local level upgrading techniques (In House Training) and the results of Cycle II with personal conversation techniques. The procedures performed in this study in-clude planning, implementing actions, observations and reflections that are recycled or cyclical. This research was conducted in two cycles. The average quality of RPP Based on Scientific Approach in Pre-Cycle conditions was 71.66 (less category). The average quality of RPP Based on Scientific Approach in Cycle I was 86.33 (good category). Increased results of Cycle I compared to initial conditions was 18%. While the average quality of RPP Based on Scientific Approach in Cycle II is 98.66 (very good catego-ry). The increase in the results of Cycle II compared to the results of Cycle I was 12.33%. Thus, aca-demic supervision can improve the ability of MIN 1 Aceh Tenggara class teachers in the preparation of a lesson plan based on a scientific approach significantly.

This study aims to determine the increase in the ability of teachers in preparing RPP Curriculum 2013 through academic supervision at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang in 2018. Academic supervision is a model of coaching carried out by principals or supervisors to teachers to help solve problems related to learning activities for quality. learning can be achieved optimally. School action research (PTS) is a type of quantitative research using Comparative Descriptive Analysis by comparing the results of the initial conditions with the results of the first cycle of local level upgrading techniques (In House Training) and the results of the second cycle with private conversation techniques. This research was conducted in two cycles. Academic supervision as a group (In House Training), with the results of the research cycle I RPP Curriculum 2013 made by teachers is still not optimal, it is necessary to carry out further supervision in cycle II, namely the implementation of supervision measures individually (individual conversation). The average result of the teacher's ability to prepare RPP Curriculum 2013 in the initial conditions is 67.38 (sufficient category). The average result of the quality of the lesson plans compiled by the teacher in the first cycle was 75.02 (good category). The increase in the yield of cycle I compared to the initial conditions was 7.64. Meanwhile, the average quality of RPP Curriculum 2013 compiled by the teacher in cycle II was 81.89 (good category). During my tenure as a professor I often encouraged students to actively pursue thesis and project work that made sense to them as classroom teachers and school counselors. I challenged them to look at research with an eye to actually making a difference. In doing so I always reflected on what a very special colleague of mine used to refer to as the 5 “W’s” and an “H”. Jake Rogers, a veteran teacher and an instructor for several years in the Pre Service Intermediate Senior Program at Brock began every new class with an introduction to the words Why, What Where, When, Who and How as a means to explain almost every lesson plan he taught. In his words “if there ain’t no plan or purpose or action, their ain’t no use. Outcomes and student success meant everything to Jake and he taught his students that every lesson a teacher planned and taught should be directed with change and success in mind. I applied this model to the action research methodologies I taught in my statistics courses and research and change and innovation courses. It would be simple here to quote the likes of Michael Fullan and others who have championed the process of change in schooling in Ontario, or Friere’s approach to Particpatory Action Research which influenced social change throughout the world, but this article is intended to provide a brief and simple outline of what a teacher should do if s/he decides to pursue a research activity either in a school setting or as an assignment for a graduate or preservice professor with the intent of transformational change within a school setting. In my model I include the word “Will”.

Specifically, this research aims for 1) Obtaining information about whether or not the flow sentence technique can improve recount text writing skills, 2) Obtain information about the ability of sentence techniques flow increases student participation in learning to write recount texts. Procedure This Classroom Action Research includes stages: (1) action planning (2) implementation actions, (3) observation and interpretation, and (4) analysis and reflection. This research was designed in two cycles using flow sentence techniques. The research instrument uses test and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques use Descriptive analysis, i.e. student learning outcomes were analyzed by describing inter-test scores cycle with performance indicators. Observation results were analyzed descriptively based on results observation and reflection. The results of this Classroom Action Research are: initial conditions 15 students or 46% are incomplete, 17 students or 54% complete. In cycle I 8 students or 25% are incomplete, 24 students or 75% complete. In Cycle II 4 students or 12.5% did not complete, 28 students or 87.5% complete.
To solve the problem of students' interest in mathematics, we need a model of interactive learning and not boring. It is important to establish educational interactions, and one of them to do with the activity-based teaching. Learning is an activity-oriented action research and reflective study is conducted in the classroom, as well as aiming to improve the quality of learning. This process is applied to the "boards nailed" to practice, both by teachers and students collectively. The teacher's role is only to the response associated with the wake geometry as flat and square. This evaluation starts with preparing the implementation plan thematic learning with competency standards in the wake circumference flat, square and rectangular wider, as well as applications and problem solving.
