This research attempts to find out EFL teachers� understanding of lesson plan and the development along with problems the teachers faced in developing lesson plan. The researcher used two data collection techniques; interview and analyzing the lesson plan developed by four EFL teachers. The interview results revealed that all participants understand about the lesson plan as well as its development and understand about the elements that should be included as parts of lesson plan, but, unfortunately, the teachers could not understand the system of learning assessment. They thought that it is too complicated because they should provide one system of learning assessment along with the rubric of assessment. On the other hand, the result of lesson plan analysis showed that all participants understand how to develop lesson plan by stating all elements of lesson plan in accordance with the requirements stated in the Regulation of Ministry of Education and Culture No. 103 in 2014. The problems found are when the teachers did not state learning purposes, even two of the teachers stated that learning indicator is similar with learning purposes. Another problem is found when they did not include the assessment rubric. Then, the other problem is found when they were asked about the implementation of scientific approach. Scientific approach is a new thing for them to be applied as the approach consists of observing, questioning, associating, collecting, and communicating.Keywords: lesson plan, lesson plan development, 2013 curriculum

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. The study focuses on a sample of 663 socially responsible online consumers from the Sonora, Baja California, and Sinaloa regions in Mexico. For the data collection, it was carried out during the months of April to August 2020, and an online questionnaire was used addressed to each of the residents of these regions between the ages of 20 and 55 and who are economically active. The objective of this manuscript is 1) to identify the effect that the website has on socially responsible buyers and their level of satisfaction; 2) to identify if socially responsible buyers have an effect on customer satisfaction; 3) on the other hand, to demonstrate if the buyer experience has a moderating effect between website security and socially responsible buyers; and 4) verify if the buyer experience has a moderating effect between socially responsible buyers and the level of customer satisfaction.

<p>The purpose of this study was to influence of leadership style on employee performance in institution Bumi Damai Madiun. The sample in this study all existing employees in the institution Bumi Damai Madiun, totaling 34 people. Data collection using questionnaires. In analyzing the data used statistical methods to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study. </p>The results showed that leadership style has relationships and a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. It is obtained from the correlation test that shows the value of rhitung is rtabel 0.339 0.740 whereas, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value rhitung ≥ rtabel (0.740 ≥ 0.339) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 to show that leadership style has a relationship with employee performance on Institute <br /> Bumi Damai Madiun.  Further test results were also obtained Fisher, Fhitung value is 38.843 while the F table at 4.149, on the other hand is 0.000 while the magnitude Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value Fcount Ftabel ≥ (≥ 38.843 4.149) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which indicates that there is the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. Besides t test results obtained, is 6.232 whereas tcount ttabel of 2.037, on the other hand is 0.000 while the value Sighit Sigprob 0.05. This means that tcount ≥ TTable (6.232 ≥ 1.694) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0.000 ≤ 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which shows that there are different leadership style influence on the performance of employees at the Institute Bumi Damai Madiun. R 2 of 0.548 results showed that 54.8% of employees affected by the performance variable leadership style, while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose  of this study  was to determine  the prevailing  wage  in the home industry porridge  “MILAH”,    to determine  the productivity  of the employees  home industry porridge “MILAH”,    as well  as to determine  whether  or not the effect  of wages  on employee  productivity  at home industry  porridge "MILAH"  in Ponorogo.  The samples  in this  study  using  a sample  that  is saturated  all the  employees   home  industry  porridge “MILAH”, amounting  to 22 people.  Data collection  using documentation   and interview. In analyzing  the data used  for regression   testing  method  examines  the  hypothesis  proposed  in  this  study. The  results  showed  that  wages  have  relationships   and  a positive influence on employee  productivity  at home industry porridge  “MILAH”   in Ponorogo.  It is obtained  from the correlation  test showed  the value rhitung 0.867 whereas  rtable 0.423, on the other  hand  Sig(hit) is 0.000  while  the magnitude   Sig(prob) 0.05. This  means  that the value of rhitung &gt;= rtable (0.867 &gt;= 0.423) or Sig(hit) &lt;= Sig(prob) (0.000 &lt;= 0.05) meaning  a rejection  of H0 which shows  that wages  have a relationship  with  employee  productivity   at borne  industry  porridge  “MILAH”   in Ponorogo.  Further  test results  were also obtained  Fisher, Fhitung value is 60.542 while the value Ftable 4,351, on the other hand is Sig(hit) 0.000 while the magnitude   Sig(prob) 0.05. This  means  that the value  of Fhitung &gt;= Ftable (60.542&gt;= 4.351) or Sig(hit) Sig(prob) (0.000 d" 0.05) meaning  a rejection  of H0 which  indicates  that there are significant wage on employee productivity  at home industry porridge “MILAH”  in Ponorogo. Also  obtained  results  of the t test, thitung is 7,781 while ttable of 2,086, on the other hand Sig(hit) value  is 0.000  while  Sig(prob)  0.05.  this   means  that the value  of thitung &gt; ttable (7.781 &gt; 2.086)  or  Sighit&lt; Sigprob  (0.000  &lt; 0.05)  meaning  a rejection  of H, which  shows  that there are different  effects on the productivity   of the employee  wages at home industry  porridge "MILAH"   in Ponorogo.  Results  R2 of 0.752  indicates  that 75.20/0 of the variable  productivityof employeesaffectedbywagelabor,whiletheremaining24.8%isinfluencedby

This research is motivated by a theory that combines daily reality and the reality behind it and tries to find daily reality, but on the other hand it also tries to discover what is behind daily reality. The problem under study is how romanticism in the poems of Surat Cinta by WS Rendra. The purpose of this study is to describe romanticism in the poem Surat Cinta by WS Rendra. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data source of this research, namely the poem Surat Cinta by WS Rendra. The research instrument was the researcher himself, with data collection techniques carried out by reading and writing techniques. The technique is carried out in the following sequence (1) reading poetry, (2) recording the entire data obtained from the reading results, and (3) identifying the problem points according to the scope of the study. Data analysis techniques are processed through an expressive approach that focuses attention on the authors of literary works. The results showed that there was an equivalent and opposition in the poem Surat Cinta by WS Rendra. Equivalent can be found in aspects of love that lead to: (1) passion, (2) liking, (3) remembering and thinking in the heart, (4) distress, (5) worry, and (6) sadness. Meanwhile, the Opposition can be found in aspects of expression in the form of: (1) thoughts with feelings, (2) men with women, (3) likes with grief, and (4) sweet with bitter. Equivalent and opposition in the poem Surat Cinta by Rendra as a whole develops the integrity of meaning in poetry.

The aim of this study is to identify the thoughts and behaviors of parents in motivating their children aged 4-6 for music, and for a hobby or profession related to music.While collecting the qualitative data for the study, literature review model has been used. For the collection of the quantitative data, on the other hand, a questionnaire has been applied to the parents of children. Collected data has been processed on SPSS and displayed in tables consisting of frequency (n) and percentage (%) values.Population of the research consists of the parents of children enrolled to the preschools affiliated to the official primary schools of Ministry of Education, located in the center of Ankara. The sample of the research, on the other hand, consists of 150 parents of children aged 4-6, who were enrolled to a total of 10 official preschool education institutions in the 2017-2018 school year, affiliated to the Ministry of Education and located in in the center of Ankara. The sample group has been determined through random sampling method. Findings of the study mainly reveal that; even though the parents encourage their children to listen to music, sing and engage in music most of the time, they do not want their children to choose a profession related to this field.

This article is intended to capture the extent to which PAI teachers are prepared to implement the 2013 Curriculum at the SMA and SMK levels in Sidoarjo. Readiness is seen from the planning, process, and assessment. This research is a qualitative research with interview data collection technique, observation and documentation study. The main data sources in this study were PAI teachers at SMAN 3 and SMK Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo. The results showed that in general the readiness of PAI teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo and SMK Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo was good, starting from aspects of planning, implementation and assessment of learning. However, a number of obstacles were found, namely in the aspect of learning planning including the lack of understanding of PAI teachers about the 2013 curriculum; in the aspects of the implementation of learning including not being able to apply the scientific approach to the maximum; on aspects of learning assessment including the number of instruments and assessment formats that must be prepared.

The aims of this research is to determine the implementation 2013 curriculum based scientific approach on biology, to obtain data on the results of the 2013 curriculum achievement in learning planning aspects, implementation of learning and learning assessment. This research design using descriptive research with check list observation method and is conducted in 3 meetings. The Sample of research is 2 biology teachers in class x who applied 2013 curriculum. Data collection with observation sheets and interview guidelines which as where for as many as 30 questions for learning planning, 38 questions for implementation of learning, and 12 questions for learning assessment. Results was indicated the average of learning planning was 85.00% cathegorized as done, implementation of learning was 79.30% cathegorized as enough, and learning assessment was 79.16% cathegorized as enough. Based on the results, implementation 2013 curriculum based scientific approach in SMA Negeri 3 Binjai is had not maximal get and need to be replaced. Keywords: 2013 curriculum, scientific approach, planning, implementation, assessmen

Kebijakan e-learning yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia memberikan pembelajaran dengan memudahkan pendidik membuat media dengan waktu terbatas. Media/aplikasi berbasis internet selain memberikan kemudahan bagi guru, juga akan memberikan warna lain dalam proses pembelajaran. Peserta didik tidak akan mudah merasa bosan saat mendengarkan penjelasan/mengerjakan sesuatu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan evaluasi penggunaan e-learning di Taman Kanak-kanak di Provinsi Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif yang digunakan secara langsung untuk menggambarkan detail narasumber dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan guru di Taman Kanak-kanak di Kabupaten Bantul dan Sleman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan ini sangat baik dan membantu memfasilitasi semua pihak baik guru maupun siswa. Namun di sisi lain, e-learning masih kurang diminati oleh sebagian pendidik. Pendidik beranggapan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi/media berbasis internet sangat membingungkan. Pendidik akan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup banyak untuk mempelajari cara mengoperasikan komputer/laptop sebelum mereka mulai mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Sedangkan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di beberapa sekolah termasuk dalam program ekstrakurikuler. Program ini tidak diikuti oleh semua siswa dan terbatas pada pilihan, tidak wajib. Oleh karena itu, dampak penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran tidak dapat dirasakan oleh semua siswa. Hanya sedikit siswa yang dapat menggunakan teknologi ini dalam pembelajaran. Kementerian Pendidikan telah menyediakan wadah bagi pendidik untuk mengakses beberapa media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Selain Kementerian Pendidikan, pusat pengembangan Taman Kanak-Kanak Provinsi juga telah melaksanakan pendidikan terkait pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di Taman Kanak-Kanak. Namun kurangnya sosialisasi menyebabkan pendidik tidak mendapatkan informasi dan kurang pengetahuan untuk dapat mengaksesnya. The e-learning policy is carried out by the Indonesian government in learning to provide learning by making it easier for educators to create media with limited time. Internet-based media/applications in addition to making it easier for teachers, will also provide other colors in the learning process. Learners will not feel bored easily when listening to explanations/doing something. This study aims to explain the evaluation of the using of e-learning in the kindergartens in Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. The method that is applied for this study is a qualitative analysis which uses directly to portray the detail interviewees by conducting an in-depth interview with the teachers in kindergartens in Bantul and Sleman districts. The results of this study indicate that this policy is very good and helps facilitate all parties both teachers and students. However, on the other hand, e-learning is apparently still lacking interest by some educators. Educators assume that the use of application/internet-based media is very confusing. Educators will need a considerable amount of time to learn how to operate a computer/laptop before they begin to develop learning media. On the other hand, technology-based learning in several schools is included in the extracurricular program. This program is not attended by all students and is limited to optional, not mandatory. Therefore, that the impact of the use of technology in the learning process cannot be felt by all students. Only a few students are able to use this technology in learning. The Ministry of Education has provided a platform for educators to access some technology-based learning media. In addition to the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Kindergartens development center has also conducted education related to technology-based learning in kindergartens. However, the lack of socialization causes educators not to get information and lack the knowledge to be able to access it.

Abstract   This research aims to describe the meron tradition in mount kendeng community at Pati Regency and to address the socio-religious values reflected in the  meron tradition. The research used qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques were done through interviews, observation and documentation. The data were analysed through interactive models and validated through triangulation technique. The findings of the study show that  the tradition of meron  in javanese perspective is considered a form of public gratitude to the God Almighty, for the abundance of sustenance that has been given. On the other hand, the tradition of  meron is carried out to commemorate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Meron become  the embodiment of Javanese and Islamic cultural acculturation.  In the  tradition of meron,  there are ritual, prayer and magical activities performed accompanied by gamelan, terbangan and other traditional arts. Social values reflected in the meron tradition are compassion, living together, togetherness/solidarity, and responsibility. Religious values reflected in the meron tradition include the value of worship, love for the Prophet Muhammad, gratitude, the value of trust, and exemplary.     Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tradisi meron masyarakat gunung Kendeng di Kabupaten Pati dan menyibak nilai-nilai sosial-religius yang tercermin dalam tradisi meron tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi meron dalam perspektif jawa dianggap sebagai wujud syukur masyarakat kepada yang Maha Kuasa atas limpahan rezeki yang telah diberikan. Disisi lain tradisi meron dilakukan untuk memperingati kelahiran Nabi Muhammad SAW. Meron menjadi perwujudan akulturasi budaya Jawa dan Islam.  Dalam  tradisi meron ada kegiatan ritual, doa selametan dan magis yang dilakukan dengan diiringi gamelan, terbangan dan kesenian tradisional lainnya. Nilai sosial yang tercermin dalam tradisi meron yaitu kasih sayang, hidup rukun, kebersamaan/solidaritas, dan tanggung jawab. Nilai religius dalam tradisi meron meliputi nilai ibadah, kecintaaan pada Nabi Muhammad SAW, syukur, nilai amanah, dan keteladanan.   Kata Kunci: nilai sosial, nilai religius dan tradisi meron
