This study aims first to analyze the strengthening of human resource models with variable quality fishing gear insyani resources, involvement in economic activities and the local culture through economic capacity in the utilization of natural resources and the second to analyze fisheries MP3EI program didaaerah Sulawesi economic corridor that has not been synchronized. Implementation of these variables in strengthening human resources in coastal communities. This research was conducted in the coastal area of Makassar, precisely the small island-island Makassar in (two) years. The study population was all fishermen are categorized as poor. Tax is a source of revenue to finance all State expenditures including expenditures for development and expenditure in improving the welfare and quality of Human Resources (HR). The tax contribution in funding State expenditures continues to increase and requires support in the form of raising public awareness to meet its tax obligations. This research was conducted in Manado City, where this study aims to examine the return of overpayment. The research method used is descriptive analysis research. Result of research indicate that KPP Pratama manado give good service for taxpayer individual who apply for restitution of amount of tax debt paid by public also must know that even if money have entered to treasury state if proved there is more pay then State treasury also willing to reverse or compensate for other types of taxes. The refund of the tax payment is a refund of tax overpayment that has been assumed is really a tax that is more paid.Keyword : Refund of overpayments, restitution, and compensation of individual taxpayers

This study aimed to identify the degree of academic leaders’ practice of excellence management in public and private Jordanian universities (Yarmouk University, University of Science and Technology, Al Al-Bayt University, Irbid National University, Jadara University, and Jerash University) from the faculty members’ viewpoint. The descriptive survey method was adopted and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built to measure the degree of practicing excellence management consisting of (32) items distributed into (4) areas: leadership (10) items, policies, and strategies (5) items, human resources (5) items, and partnerships and resources (12) items. The study population consisted of all the (2077) faculty members in the Jordanian public and private universities in the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021. Where the study sample consisted of (405) academics who constitute (19%) of the study population. and were selected by a random stratified method. The results showed that the overall degree of academic leaders' practicing of excellence management in the public and private Jordanian universities was moderate, and the order of the areas on the scale was respectively as follows; Partnerships and Resources, leadership, Policies and strategies, and human resources, and that all of these areas came at a moderate degree. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between the estimates of respondents in all areas (leadership, policies and strategies, human resources, partnerships, and resources) attributable to the difference in; the gender variable in favor of males, academic rank in favor of the professor, and the type of university in favor of public universities. Regarding these results, the researcher recommends giving more attention to the Department of Excellence, especially in the field of leadership, as well as the inclusion of Excellence Management as a basic criterion of performance quality standards in Jordanian public and private universities.

Purpose: The study sought to determine the influence of ICT capability on organizational performance in commercial state corporations in Kenya Methodology: This study adopted a census method, and used both qualitative and quantitative methods of data collection. The target population of the study was chief executive officers (policy makers), directors of human resources and deputy directors of human resources of both pure and strategic commercial state corporations in Kenya. A total of 165 questionnaires were administered to chief executive officers (policy makers), directors of human resources and deputy directors of human resources in both pure and strategic commercial state corporations in Kenya. Fifty five interviews were carried out and forty eight of the respondents were interviewed.   Result: The study found that ICT capability has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance of commercial state cooperation A unique contribution to theory, practice, and policy: The study recommended that organizations should place more emphasis on human centered information management in order to improve the ways in which people use and share information. The study also recommended that there should be IT education services that provide training in system use to employees and offer managers training in how to plan for and manage IT investments and IT research and development services that provide the firm with research on potential future IT projects and investments that could help the firm differentiate itself in the market place.

This study aims to examine the economic potential in the sector and sub-sector of agriculture, forestry and fishery of Jember Regency. In addition, this study also identifies and determines the leading sectors and sub-sectors in Jember Regency to provide an overview of the leading economic activities that can be developed in increasing the economic potential in Jember District. Analyzer used in this research include analysis of Shift-Share, Location Quotient (LQ), and Growth Ratio Model (MRP). From the research result, it can be seen that: (1) shift-share analysis shows Jember Regency economy during 2010-2015 period increased by Rp2,412.3 billion. The improvement of economic performance in Jember Regency can be seen from positive sector of agriculture sector, forestry and fishery; (2) Based on the analysis of Location Quotient (LQ) sector and the leading sub-sector in Jember Regency there is 1 sector and 1 sub-sector having average LQ> 1 or sector and subsector of the (potential) ie agriculture, farming, and plantation sub-sector; (3) Growth Ratio Model (MRP) analysis shows that the dominant sectors of growth and large contribution include estate crop sub-sector, agriculture and hunting services sub sector, forestry and logging sector, and fishery sector; (4) weighted results based on Shift-Share, Location Quotient (LQ) and Growth Ratio (MRP) analysis were obtained by the highest ranking sub-category of the most potential weighted crops sub-sector.

ABSTRACT        This study aims to determine discipline, organizational commitment and motivation to work productivity of employees at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak. This research method uses descriptive and associative quantitative methods. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research was conducted from December 2018 to June 2019. The study population was 63 employees of KPDC, the sample was 61 people using saturated sampling. Data were collected using research instrumens and processed using SPSS statistics version 24.00 windows. Discipline process, organizational commitment and motivation have very important roles to realizae optimal company goals requiring quality human resources, but in reality based on preliminary observations at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak work productivity is currently in a low condition because the average score has only reached 30.3, the standard score of 35, due to the accuracy of employee work with a score of 19. So it can be said that employee productivity is still not good and successful in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained: discipline has no positive and insignificant effect, Meanwhile, organizational commitment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity either partially or jointly at PT. Putra Gerem Jaya-Merak.   Keywords : Discipline, Organizational, Motivation, Employee Productivity.

This research was conducted to provide an overview of the economic dynamic of the community, especially housewives in island Koloray in an effort to fulfill livelihood. This study it might be able to provide information that can be used to solve the problems of livelihood of fishing communities in small island. This study uses ethnographic approach. The data collected is secondary and primary data. The interview, discussion, and observation occurs more when the researcher is involved in the activity or when the informant is making, or selling the cake, it is not uncommon for an interview to occur while eating lunch, dinner and breakfast. Based on the verification of work, there are economic activities of housewives are ula-ula, making snacks, kiosk, wickerwork and saving. This activity was carried out so that they could increase the livelihood of the household. These activities depend on each other. Snack depends on the results of ula-ula, keeping the stall also done if there is not ula-ula activity, as well as plait the mat.

The difficulty of working mothers in stimulating the development of children's language was the lack of quality time for stimulation, the child was given a "leftover" time by the mother after the mother worked and the condition was tired after work. The study aimed to look for the predictor of language development achievement in under five years old children. The study design was analytic correlation. The study population was under five years old children with their mother (employed and unemployed) in  Mojokerto District as many as 760 respondents. Sample of 102 respondents were taken using cluster random sampling. Sources of data used primary data, the instrument used a questionnaire and DDST, and collection of DDST data through observation. This research used logistic regression test. The Research result showed that mother’s job influenced children language development with the analysis result p-value 0,000 < 0,05, while  the children’s gender also influenced their language development with p-value 0,046 < 0,05. From this research, it could be known that the working mothers had less time to motivate their children to learn a good language. Female children had a better language development than the male ones because female children had less activities

The research objective was to evaluate the administration of regional property in the Sarmi Regency Government. The administrative aspects that were studied included the aspects of bookkeeping, inventory and reporting. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used to answer the research formulation. The research object consisted of three Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), including the Public Works Office, the Health Office and the Education Office. The interviewed informants are treasurers of goods. The interviewed informants were managers of regional property in three regional apparatus organizationsThe results of the research show that the Sarmi Regency Government has not fully implemented asset administration in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 19 of 2016. It is the only aspect of bookkeeping that has the highest value or has implemented regulations. Furthermore, the reporting and inventory aspects have not been said to have carried out regulatory orders.The results of this research resulted in the findings of several obstacles, namely: misuse of assets, weak coordination, lack of human resources to handle assets, and limited incentives for asset managers.

This study examines the influence of: (1) job competence on student work readiness, (2) learning motivation on student work readiness, (3) independence on student work readiness, (4) discipline on student work readiness, and (5) job competence, learning motivation, independence and discipline on vocational students' job readiness. The research used quantitative methods, the research subjects were 717 vocational students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire used; learning motivation, independence, discipline, and job readiness. The documentation used is the skill competency test scores for student work competencies. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The implementation stage includes: descriptive analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing. Research result; (1) job competence has a significant influence on vocational students' job readiness, a significance value of 0.007, so that Ha is accepted; (2) learning motivation has a significant effect on vocational students' job readiness, a significance value of 0.000, so that Ha is accepted; (3) independence has a significant effect on vocational students' job readiness, a significance value of 0.022, so that Ha is accepted; (4) discipline has a significant effect on vocational students' job readiness, a significance value of 0.000, so that Ha is accepted; (5) work competence, learning motivation, independence, and discipline together have a very significant effect on vocational students' job readiness, the simultaneous significance value is 0,000, so that Ha is accepted.

<p>The purpose of this study is to demonstrate empirically whether human resources, infrastructure, information technology, organizational commitment, and accounting policies affect the readiness of the implementation of Government Accounting Standards based on accrual.The sample in this research is the employee who is in the sub-section of finance, assets, treasury and accounting fields, and field DPPKA budget of the city of Bengkulu. Respondents in this study amounted to 32 people. This study uses quantitative methods.<em> </em>The results of the study showed that the human resources, infrastructure, information technology, and organizational commitment positively affects the readiness of the implementation of Government Accounting Standards based on accrual. While the accounting policies are not influence on the readiness of the implementation of Government Accounting Standards based on accrual. The results of this study indicate that accounting understanding that each employee is not enough in the implementation of government accounting standards accrual basis.</p>
