Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) rancangan the non-randomized pretest-posttest modified design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik (lompat jauh) SMP N 4 Abiansemal sebanyak 30 orang ditentukan dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0.05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.00. Berdasarkan uji t independent pada pelatihan single leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sebesar 8.527 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sedangkan pada pelatihan double leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sebesar 9.285 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Berdasarkan uji anava satu jalur diperoleh nilai sebesar 3.008 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.029 dan uji least significant difference (LSD) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan dan pelatihan double leg speed hop mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan single leg speed hop dengan mean difference sebesar 22.733. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik (lompat jauh) SMP N 4 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan serta pelatihan double leg speed hop mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan single leg speed hop.Kata Kunci : single leg speed hop, double leg speed hop, daya ledak otot tungkai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa putri SMP N 3 Mengwi sebanyak 45 orang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan uji t independent pada pelatihan single leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sebesar 4,987 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sedangkan pada pelatihan double leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,509 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,018. Berdasarkan uji anava satu jalur diperoleh nilai sebesar 11,695 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan uji least significant difference (LSD) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan dan pelatihan single leg speed hop mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan double leg speed hop dengan mean difference sebesar 4,667. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putri SMP N 3 Mengwi tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan serta pelatihan single leg speed hop mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan double leg speed hop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 60 second box drill terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi) dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan Kekuatan Otot Tungkai Dengan Beban Berbasis Pantai Terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Lari 50 Meter Siswa  Ekstrakurikuler SMP Negeri 8 Kaur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen (semu). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest-postes Design. Populasi adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 8 Kaur dan sampelnya berjumlah 30 siswa dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes digunakan pada pretes dan posttes. Setelah proses perlakuan diperoleh data rata-rata pretes 10,52 dan rata-rata posttes adalah 9,42. Berdasarkan uji statistic diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,28 dan ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5 % sebesar 1,69913. Karena thitung > ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis kerja dapat diterima. artinya bahwa latihan otot tungkai berbasis beban pantai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan prestasi lari 50 meter. Kata kunci : Otot Tungkai, Beban Berbasis Pantai, Kemampuan Lari 50 Meter AbstractThis study aims to determine the Effect of Leg Muscle Strength Exercises with Beach-Based Load on 50-Meter Running Capability in Extracurricular Students of SMP Negeri 8 Kaur. This research is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods. This study uses the research design of one group pretest-posttest design. The population is male students of SMP Negeri 8 Kaur and the sample is 30 students with totalsampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a test used in the pre test and posttest. After the treatment process, the average pretest data is 10.52 and the average posttest is 9.42. Based on the statistical test obtained tcount of 3,28 and t table with a 5% significance level of 1.69913. Because tcount> ttable, it can be concluded that the working hypothesis is acceptable because it is significant. Muscle power was defined as the combination between speed and strenght of muscle contraction and enters in the fitness components. Plyometrics exercises can be used to improve the skills of volleyball players. This study was an experimental study using research designs pre test and post test control group design. The sampling technique inthis study with a simple random sampling. The total sample of 20 person so in one group consisted of 10 person. The first group was given additional ballistic stretching on knee tuck jump exercise. The second group was given knee tuck jump exercise. Measurements of leg muscle power using vertical jump test. Normality test p > 0.05 and homogeneitytest p > 0.05. The results showed an increase in leg muscle power in first group amounted to 14.30 cm and in second group an increase of 7.70 cm. Paired samples t-test p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) in first group and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) in second group. Test increase explosive power leg muscle after exercise in both groups using independent sample t-test obtained first group and second group where p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an increase in the percentage of 30.95% in the first group and 16.73% in the second group. From the research done can be concluded that the addition of ballisticstretching on knee tuck jump exercise is more effective than knee tuck jump exercise in increasing explosive power leg muscle in male volleyball players Medical Faculty Of Udayana University. This research aims to examine social integration of the individuals according to some variables who participated in youth camps of Ministry of youth and sports. Universe of this study consists of the individuals who participated youth camps of Ministry of youth and sports while sample of study consists of 151 females and 251 males, total 402 participants who participated in Antalya Duacı and BoluAladağlar camps. Sports and Social Integrations Scale (SSIS) which had been developed by Yılmaz and friends (2006) composed of seven point likert type was used for  research group. In order to analyze the data SPSS 18 (Statistical Package for Social Science) package software was used, frequency and percent age analysis to determine the socio demographic characteristics of the students, one-way ANOVA to determine the differences between the sexes and in view of the benefits of participating in outdoor activities to determine whether they present differences in gender  t-test wasused. Tukey HSD multiple comparison test was applied with the purpose of determining which groups lead to statistical difference that comes out after one-way variance analysis (ANOVA). T-Test was applied in order to determine whether the sex of the participants creates difference in their opinions about the benefits of outdoor sports. The significance level of p<0,05 was taken into account in statistical analysis and interpretations of data. According to statistical analysis result, it was determined that 62.4% male and 37.6% female subjects. According to gender, found significant difference between the levels of social integration (p<0,05). Significant differences were observed in “emotional development subscale” among the male and female participants. The views of participants on the socialization aspects, compared to age [F(4-397)= 3,440; p< ,05]; the view of moral development dimension compared to age [F(4-397)= 2,569; p< ,05] and the view of regarding physical benefits when compared to ages have significant differences. According to this result, extreme sports affect young people’s personnel development and the quality of life in a positive way. ÖzetBu araştırma, Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı Gençlik Kamplarına Katılan Bireylerin Sosyal Uyumlarının Bazı Değişkenlere Göre Araştırılması” amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın evereni; Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı Gençlik Kamplarına Katılan Bireyler oluştururken örneklemi; Antalya Duacı ve Bolu Aladağlar kamplarına katılan 151 kadın, 251 erkek toplam 402 bireyler oluşturmaktadır.   Araştırma grubuna Yılmaz ve ark. (2006) tarafından geliştirilen, yedi alt boyutlu ve Likert tipindeki “Sporda Sosyal Bütünleşme Ölçeği” (SSBÖ)  anketi uygulanmıştır.   Elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 18 istatistik programı kullanılmış olup, öğrencilerin sosyo-demografik özelliklerini belirlemek için frekans ve yüzde analizi, cinsiyetler arasında Farklılığı tespit etmek için tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA)  ve katılımcıların doğa sporlarının faydalarına ilişkin görüşlerinde cinsiyetlerinin farklılık oluşturup oluşturmadığını belirlemek için t-Testi uygulanmıştır. Tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) sonucunda ortaya çıkan istatistiksel farkın hangi gruplardan kaynakladığını belirlemek amacıyla Tukey HSD çoklu karşılaştırma testi uygulanmıştır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde ve yorumlarda, p< 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyi dikkate alınmıştır. Yapılan istatistiksel analiz sonucuna göre, deneklerin % 62,4 ünün erkek ve % 37,6 sının bayan olduğu belirlenmiştir. Cinsiyetlere göre sosyal uyum düzeyleri arasında (p<0,05) düzeyinde anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Erkek ve Kadın” katılımcılar arasında “Duygusal gelişim” alt boyutunda anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılık görülmüştür. Katılımcıların doğa sporlarının sosyalleşme boyutuna ilişkin görüşleri yaşlarına göre [F(4-397)= 3,440; p< ,05];ahlaki gelişim boyutuna ilişkin görüşleri yaşlarına göre [F(4-397)= 2,569; p< ,05] ve fiziksel fayda boyutuna ilişkin görüşleri yaşlarına göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermektedir.  Bu sonuçlara göre doğa sporları gençlerin kişisel gelişim ve hayat kalitelerini olumlu yönde etkilemektedir.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound dan knee tuck jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini siswa peserta ektrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja berjumlah 36 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 12 orang diberikan pelatihan alternate leg bound, 12 orang diberikan pelatihan knee tuck jump, dan 12 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya Ledak diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0.Hasil analisis menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variable daya ledak. Pada kelompok alternate leg bound terjadi peningkatan, pada kelompok knee tuck jump meningkat dan pada kelompok kontrol tidak terdapat peningkatan daya ledak Hasil uji one way anova variable daya ledak antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 58,920 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan alternate leg bound dan knee tuck jump. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, maka kelompok pelatihan knee tuck jump lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan alternate leg bound terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. This type of research is use quasi-experiment with “the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. The subject of this research is student participant of volley ball extracurricular SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja as much 36 people, and then divided into 3 groups with ordinal pairing technique that is 12 people given alternate leg bound, 12 people given knee tuck jump training, and 12 people control groups. Explosive power is measured by vertical jump test. Data was analyzed by F test ( one way anova) with significance level (α)= 0,05, through SPSS 16.0. Analysis result indicate a change in the average value of the variable explosive power. In alternate lef bound groups there is increased, in knee tuck jump groups increase and contril goups there is not increased explosive power. The result of one way anova test, explosive power variables between the treatment groups and control group gained f count 58,920 and significance 0.000 that mean contained different effect between alternate leg bound training and knee tuck jump. Cardiorespiratory endurance in sports is very important. Because cardiorespiration is closely related to human activities doing work and moving. This research is motivated by cardiorespiratory fitness which is closely related to human activities doing work and moving and exercising. This study aims to determine the differences in cardiorespiration endurance among students who take extracurricular volleyball and basketball. This study uses a comparative research design with the test method. The subjects of this study were 19 basketball basketball extracurricular students and 20 volleyball extracurricular students. Data collection techniques in this study used a measurement test. The instrument used in this study was a multistage fitness test. The analysis technique used is the t-test (Paired t-Test). The results of statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between cardiorespiration endurance between students who took extracurricular volleyball and basketball with male students t count = 3.354 greater than t (0.05) (9) = 2.36 and female students that t arithmetic = 3.053 is greater than t (0.05) (8) = 2.31 at a significance level of 5%. The difference in cardiorespiration endurance between students who take extracurricular volleyball and basketball is male students by 13.31% and female students 18.64%.Keywords: Basketball, volleyball, cardiorespiration, Sport, Student AbstrakKetahanan kardiorespirasi dalam berolahraga sangatlah penting. Sebab kardiorespirasi erat kaitannya dengan kegiatan manusia melakukan pekerjaan dan bergerak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebugaran kardiorespirasi yang erat kaitannya dengan kegiatan manusia melakukan pekerjaan dan bergerak serta berolahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaaan daya tahan kardiorespirasi antara  peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakutikuler bolavoli dan bolabasket. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kompratif dengan metode tes. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 19 siswa ekstrakurikuler bolabasket dan 20 siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli.  Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah multistage fitness test. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji-t ( Paired t-Test ). Hasil analisis statistika diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara daya tahan kardiorespirasi antara  peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakutikuler bolavoli dan bolabasket dengan siswa putra t hitung = 3,354 lebih besar dari t(0,05)(9)  = 2,36 dan siswa putri bahwa t hitung = 3,053 lebih besar dari t(0,05)(8)  = 2,31 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Perbedaan daya tahan kardiorespirasi antara peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakutikuler bolavoli dan bolabasket adalah siswa putra sebesar 13,31% dan siswa putri 18,64%.Kata kunci: Bola basket, bola voli, kardiorespirasi, olahraga, siswa

Introdaction: Patients with mechanic neck pain a population that often found overstretches it is caused by occurred between the two bones in the neck on the ligaments and soft tissues located around, static resulting in hipomibilitas the joint space and joint play movement, resulting in the emergence of provocation on the part of the occipital region on Cervical stressor resulting in excess tissue around the contractile and non-contractile. Purpose: This study the application of ultrasound and McKenzie exercise and myofacial release ultrasound in reducing disability in mechanical neck pain, Methods: This research method is a quasi experimental research with Pre and Post Test Two Group Design. The samples were divided into two treatment groups consisting of McKenzie exercice and ultrasounds were 20 participants with myofascial release and ultrasound with 19 participants, a total of 39 participants. Result: Differences between the mean decrease in neck with NDI disability before and after the application of each group were tested by t-test related, the results obtained mean between the groups before treatment 17,10±1,889% and after treatment 12,90±2,490% by value (p = 0.001) with a mean difference of 42% and showed the average group between before treatment 17,42±2,388% and after treatment 15,63±2,362% (p = 0.001) with a mean difference of 17,9%. The statistical test of using independent t-test showed is a significant difference between group I and group II and the result is p = 0.001 (p< 0.05). Conclusion: application of combined Mc Kenzie exercise and ultrasound better than the application of a combination of myofacial release and ultrasound in reducing disabilities in case of mechanical neck pain.

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Sidemen berjumlah 43 orang, dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 22 orang diberikan pelatihan double leg box bound, 22 orang diberikan pelatihan alternate leg box bound. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan double leg box bound terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 58,77, pada kelompok perlakuan alternate leg box bound sebesar 61,86. Hasil uji one way anova variable power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok control didapat Fhitung sebesar 8,91 dan signifikasi 0,001 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, kelompok pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 2,46. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruhantara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik dari pada alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. This experimental research aims to know the effect of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power. The research design with the non-randomized control. The subject were 43 male student participants of volleyball extracurricularin SMAN 1 Sidemenschool, then divided into 2 groups using ordinal pairing techniques, which is 22 male students given double leg box bound, 22 male students given training in alternate leg box bound. Leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. The data can be analyzed by F test (one way ANOVA) at a significance level (α) = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. In the treatment group of double leg box bound howed an increase of leg muscle power as much as 58.77, the treatment group alternate leg box bound as much as 61,86. The test results of Fmeasureof one way ANOVA of leg muscle power between the treatment group and the control group was obtained 8.91 and the significance is 0.000, which means there is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to the leg muscle power. Based on the test results of LSD, the repetition double leg box bound group have better influence than alternate leg box bound training to increase leg muscle power as much as 2.46. From the results of data analysis in the discussion it can be concluded that; (1) training double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound effecting the increase in leg muscle power. (2) There is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “The Non-randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. Jumlah subjek penelitian 30 orang siswa putra. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk tes kelincahan adalah tes illinois agility run. Sedangkan instrumen untuk tes kecepatan adalah tes lari 60 meter. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kelincahan sebesar -5.679 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kelincahan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Sedangkan untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kecepatan -7.078 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kecepatan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan” dapat diterima. Hasil analisis data pada pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kelincahan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2.002, sedangkan pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kecepatan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1.73733. Pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan tidak sebesar kelompok perlakuan karena hanya diberikan pelatihan konvensional pada kelincahan terjadi peningkatan 0.0974 dan pada kecepatan terjadi peningkatan 0.1246. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan peningkatan kecepatan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di SMA Negeri1 Kubu tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.
