Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan Kekuatan Otot Tungkai Dengan Beban Berbasis Pantai Terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Lari 50 Meter Siswa  Ekstrakurikuler SMP Negeri 8 Kaur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen (semu). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest-postes Design. Populasi adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 8 Kaur dan sampelnya berjumlah 30 siswa dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes digunakan pada pretes dan posttes. Setelah proses perlakuan diperoleh data rata-rata pretes 10,52 dan rata-rata posttes adalah 9,42. Berdasarkan uji statistic diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,28 dan ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5 % sebesar 1,69913. Karena thitung > ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis kerja dapat diterima. artinya bahwa latihan otot tungkai berbasis beban pantai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan prestasi lari 50 meter. Kata kunci : Otot Tungkai, Beban Berbasis Pantai, Kemampuan Lari 50 Meter AbstractThis study aims to determine the Effect of Leg Muscle Strength Exercises with Beach-Based Load on 50-Meter Running Capability in Extracurricular Students of SMP Negeri 8 Kaur. This research is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods. This study uses the research design of one group pretest-posttest design. The population is male students of SMP Negeri 8 Kaur and the sample is 30 students with totalsampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a test used in the pre test and posttest. After the treatment process, the average pretest data is 10.52 and the average posttest is 9.42. Based on the statistical test obtained tcount of 3,28 and t table with a 5% significance level of 1.69913. Because tcount> ttable, it can be concluded that the working hypothesis is acceptable because it is significant. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) rancangan the non-randomized pretest-posttest modified design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik (lompat jauh) SMP N 4 Abiansemal sebanyak 30 orang ditentukan dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0.05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.00. Berdasarkan uji t independent pada pelatihan single leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sebesar 8.527 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sedangkan pada pelatihan double leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sebesar 9.285 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Berdasarkan uji anava satu jalur diperoleh nilai sebesar 3.008 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.029 dan uji least significant difference (LSD) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan dan pelatihan double leg speed hop mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan single leg speed hop dengan mean difference sebesar 22.733. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik (lompat jauh) SMP N 4 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan serta pelatihan double leg speed hop mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan single leg speed hop.Kata Kunci : single leg speed hop, double leg speed hop, daya ledak otot tungkai. This research wash aimed at determine the effect of speed single leg speed hop and double leg speed hop training in improving power of leg muscle. Kemampuan berbicara merupakan hal penting bagi pembelajar bahasa Jepang. Masalah yang sering ditemukan pada siswa dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang yaitu di antaranya siswa sering kali merasa bingung dan tidak percaya diri untuk berbicara bahasa Jepang. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya latihan pada keterampilan berbicara. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, peneliti melaksanakan penelitian mengenai efektivitas penggunaan kartu identitas bahasa Jepang terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media kartu identitas terhadap kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa mengenai media kartu identitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dan dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test-post-test design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes lisan dan angket.  Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa XI IPS SMAN 2 Bandung tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa sebelum diterapkannya media kartu identitas yaitu sebesar 12,95 dan setelah diterapkannya media kartu identitas meningkat menjadi 23,8. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik komparasional didapatkan hasil thitung sebesar 29,73 dan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,09 dan taraf signifikansi 1% adalah 2,86, ini berarti  thitung >ttabel , maka Hk diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya media kartu identitas. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil analisis data angket, sebagian besar siswa memberikan respons positif terhadap media kartu identitas untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang.Speaking competency is important for Japanese language learners. Problems cited by the students in learning the Japanese language speaking skills are among the students often feel confused and insecure to speak Japanese. This is due to lack of exercise on speaking skills. Based on the above background, the researchers conducted research on the effectiveness of the use of identity cards Japanese against their speaking ability. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of media use identity cards to the ability to speak Japanese. Moreover, the purpose of this study was to determine the response of the media student identity card. This research is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods and research design one group pre-test-post-test design. Instruments used in the form of an oral test and a questionnaire. The samples used were students XI IPS SMAN 2 Bandung 2015/2016 school year as many as 20 people. The result showed the acquisition value of the average student prior to the implementation of the identity card media that is equal to 12.95 and the introduction of an identity card media increased to 23.8. Based on statistical calculation results obtained komparasional thitung 29.73 and ttable at significance level of 5% was 2.09 and 1% significance level was 2.86, this means thitung> ttabel, then Hk Ho accepted and rejected. So that it can be interpreted that there are significant differences between Japanese speaking skills of students before and after the implementation of media identification card. Then, based on data analysis questionnaires, most students give positive response to the media the identity card to improve his skills speak Japanese.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan smash kedeng dalam permainan sepak takraw setelah diterapkan latihan otot tungkai menggunakan bola gantung. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat eksperimen dimana terdapat perlakuan pada objek penelitian dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pre test, perlakuan, post test dengan populasi penelitian 30 atlet laki-laki dengan penarikan sampel  dalam total sampling sebanyak 30 atlet PSTI Kabupaten Lebong. Hasil tes akhir diperoleh korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus product moment  diperoleh pre test dan post test latihan otot tungkai dengan menggunakan bola gantung  dengan r = 0,574, hasil korelasi  post test latihan bola gantung dengan r = 0,349 , hasil korelasi  dari hitungan pre test dan post test smash kedeng dengan r = 0,4407. Dan disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan otot tungkai menggunakan bola gantung selama 1 bulan 2 minggu dengan 3 kali/minggu terhadap kemampuan smash kedeng adalah sebesar 59,65%. Kata kunc: Latihan Bola Gantung, Peningkatan Smash kedeng dan Smash Gulung.                                                                     AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement of the ability of smash kedeng in game sepak takraw after applied leg muscle exercises using hanging balls. The type of quantitative research is experimental in which there is treatment on the object of research by using pre-test research design, treatment, post test with a population of 30 male athletes with sampling in total sampling of 30 athletes PSTI Lebong District. The final test results obtained correlation calculated by using product moment formula obtained by pre test and post test of leg muscle by using hanging ball with r = 0,574, result of post test correlation of hanging ball with r = 0,349, correlation result from pre test and post Test smash kedeng with r = 0.4407. And concluded that there is a significant influence between leg muscle exercise using a hanging ball for 1 month 2 weeks with 3 times / week on the ability to smash kedeng is equal to 59.65%.Keyword: Limb muscle training, Improved, Smash kedeng and Smash Gulung.

One of the objectives in foreign language teaching in Indonesia is to improve speaking skill accurately and fluently. Speaking is one of difficult aspect for students to master. This is hardly surprising when one considers everything that is involved when speaking: ideas, what to say, language, how to use grammar and vocabulary pronunciation as well as listening to and reacting to the person you are communicating with. The purpose of this research is to know there is any positive and significant influence of using Inside Outside Circle (IOC) technique toward students’ speaking ability at the second year students of MA Negeri 1 East Lampung academic year 2016/2017. This research is quantitative research. Research design that is used in this research is quasi experimental design. Data collecting technique of this research consists of pretest, treatment and posttest. The researcher gives test to know how far the students ability in speaking. The score of the students get from pretest and posttest. Inside Outside Circle influence the students’ speaking ability. It is appropriate with the result of the students score. It was proved based on the result of ttest, where tcount was 15,89 were higher than ttable was 2.0 in significance level 5% and 2,66 in significance level 1%. It means that there is an influence of Inside Outside Circle technique toward students speaking ability in second year of MA Negeri 1 East Lampung.

Murottal therapy is one type of music therapy that has a positive influence on listeners, where when someone listens to murottal therapy it will provide stimulation to the eardrum which will then be transmitted through the auditory nerve to the auditory cortex in the brain so that there will be a decrease in cortisol which can cause a relaxed feeling. and comfortable. This study aims to determine the effect of audio murottal al-qur'an relaxation therapy on the anxiety level of patients treated in the ICU. The research method used is quantitative research with quasi-experimental design and one group pretest posttest design and statistical test using Wicolxon test. The population studied were patients who were treated in the ICU room of Aminah Hospital and the sample studied was 38 people who were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study using the Wicolxon statistical test, obtained p value = 0.000 (p < = 0.05), it can be concluded that there is an effect of anxiety levels before and after giving murottal Al-Qu'an therapy to decrease anxiety levels. From the results of this study, it is hoped that all health workers in the ICU will continue to improve their performance and routinely provide Ar-Rahman letter therapy to patients who experience anxiety while being treated in the ICU.   Abstrak Terapi murottal merupakan salah satu jenis terapi musik yang memiliki pengaruh positif pada pendengar, dimana saat seseorang mendengarkan terapi murottal maka akan memberikan rangsangan pada gendang telinga yang kemudian akan diteruskan melalui saraf pendengaran ke korteks pendengaran di otak sehingga akan terjadi penurunan kortisol yang dapat menimbulkan perasaan santai dan nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi relaksasi audio murottal al-qur’an terhadap tingkat kecemaasan pasien yang di rawat di ruangan ICU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu dan rancangan one group pretest posttest serta uji statistik menggunakan Uji Wicolxon. Populasi yang diteliti adalah pasien yang di rawat di ruangan ICU Rumah Sakit Aminah dan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 38 orang yang diambil dengan cara menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik wicolxon di dapatkan p value = 0.000 (p<α=0.05), maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah pemberikan terapi murottal Al-Qu'an terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada semua petugas kesehatan yang ada di ruang ICU agar tetap meningkatkan kinerja dan rutin memberikan terapi surat Ar-Rahman kepada pasien yang mengalami kecemasan saat di rawat di ruang ICU.

Physical condition is a very important component in sports activities while they are achievement or learning. Explosive power leg muscle and speed of motion is the dominant component in sporting activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, martial art. The purpose of this study was to determinate This research is a "Quantitative" research method with quasi-experimental techniques, research conducted rigorously to determine the causes and effects between variables. Data analysis techniques in this study were to test the double normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis can be seen that the mean value of the ladder drill 90 degree rotation for increased explosive power has increased from the pretest (452.507) and posttest (482.220) while the speed of the pretest (4.4) and posttest (4.394). The ladder drill ali shuffle group found that the mean value of leg muscle explosive power had increased from pretest (461,269) and posttest (576,757), while the speed of the pretest (4,364) and posttest (4,360). For the control group, the mean value for leg muscle explosive power from pretest (450,738) and posttest (456,009).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “The Non-randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. Jumlah subjek penelitian 30 orang siswa putra. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk tes kelincahan adalah tes illinois agility run. Sedangkan instrumen untuk tes kecepatan adalah tes lari 60 meter. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kelincahan sebesar -5.679 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kelincahan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Sedangkan untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kecepatan -7.078 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kecepatan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan” dapat diterima. Hasil analisis data pada pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kelincahan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2.002, sedangkan pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kecepatan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1.73733. Pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan tidak sebesar kelompok perlakuan karena hanya diberikan pelatihan konvensional pada kelincahan terjadi peningkatan 0.0974 dan pada kecepatan terjadi peningkatan 0.1246. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan peningkatan kecepatan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di SMA Negeri1 Kubu tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Introduction: Children often experience anxiety when undergoing the treatment process at the hospital. Efforts to reduce such anxiety can be done with music therapy and bibliotherapy. This study aims to analyze the differences in the effectiveness of music therapy and bibliotherapy in reducing anxiety in children before getting intravenous therapy.Methods: The research design was quasi-experimental, with the pretest and posttest approach. The population was 178 with 32 samples, each of the 16 respondents were given music therapy and bibliotherapy using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected with observation sheets from the adoption of the HAM-A scale, analyzed by the Wilcoxon test and independent T test at a significance level of p ≤ 0.05.Results: There were differences in children's anxiety when getting intravenous therapy before and after music therapy and bibliotherapy with p = 0.001 (p <0.05), and there was no difference in the effectiveness of the two p values = 0.91 (p> 0.05), but the average bibliotherapy reduced anxiety by 65%, and music therapy by 57%.Conclusion: Bibliotherapy can be given as complementary therapy in children before intravenous therapy.

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dapat dikarenakan adanya beberapa faktor seperti proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung serta pemilihan metode pembelajaran. Rendahnya tingkat prestasi hasil belajar siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh siswa yang merasa bosan dalam menerima materi dan tergolong pasif di kelas. Upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa ini dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran mind map. Tujuannya adalah mengukur pengaruh metode pembelajaran mind map pada mata pelajaran komputer dan jaringan dasar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan Quasi Experimental. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan separated varian, menunjukkan bahwa pada taraf signifikan 0.05 dengan diperoleh Thitung 7.65 > Ttabel 1.672, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran mind map terhadap hasil belajar dengan hasil aspek afektif dari kedua kelas dikategorikan baik, rata-rata kelas eksperimen 76% sedangkan pada kelas kontrol 69.17. Low learning outcomes can be caused by several factors, such as learning processes and learning methods. Another contributing factor worth considering is the student boredom and passiveness in the class. On that ground, the present study was aimed at applying a learning method called mind map method in the subject of computer and basic network; it focused on examining the extent to which the learning method contributed to the student learning outcomes. This quantitative research relied on a quasi-experimental approach. The hypothesis was examined using a t-test with separated variants. According to the result of the test, t-count (7.65) was greater than t-table (1.672), with a significance level of 0.05. In other words, H0 was refuted and H1 was accepted. This result further indicated the significance of the mind map method to the learning outcomes. It was shown that the affective aspect of the learning outcomes of both the experimental group and control group fell under a good category, with a percentage of 76% and 69.17%, respectively.
