Связь преподавания с жизнью, сельскохозяйственным производством – это не только использование материалов об историческом пути сельскохозяйственной науки и практики, но и рассмотрение актуального вопроса как необходимость знания экономики, организации и планирования сельскохозяйственного производства. The article presents the author’s view on the training of qualified specialists for agricultural production. The author describes the model of training qualified specialists in the specialization «Agricultural Mechanization». The specification of the World Skills standard on the competence “Operation of agricultural machines” is given. The introduction of this specification in the educational process of OGBPOU «Tomsk Agrarian College» is described. The process of organizing training sessions is considered. The connection of teaching with life, with agricultural production is not only the use of materials about the historical path of agricultural science and practice, but the consideration of an urgent issue as the need for knowledge of the economy, organization and planning of agricultural production. The teacher’s task is to apply economic knowledge in practice, for example, in the study of agricultural machinery, that is, machines and mechanisms, to be able to determine the effectiveness of the use of machines, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. Thus, in the matter of training students, it is important that the content of classes include specific material aimed at developing students’ interest in their chosen specialty.

The authors believe that the strategy of modern education should be aimed at updating the content of education and developing mechanisms for its mastering in accordance with the realities of the modern world and the psychology of present-day childhood. The article reveals the ways of finding answers to the issues, which are topical for modern education, namely, how to convey to pupils the necessary amount of fundamental and most modern knowledge, how to ensure knowledge acquisition, how to spark children's interest in learning the world, and teach them to apply acquired knowledge in practice. Based on the research in the field of cognitive psychology and pedagogy of art, the authors distinguish the factors of creative cognition, describing the "ART+" cross-cultural pedagogical technology and its principles, as well as provide guidelines on the application of technology in the educational process of secondary school to make the learning process fun and creative.

In the presented study, the authors raise the question of the need to include in the educational process of a preschool institution to familiarize children with some philosophical categories. The educational system in which the child is included, starting from preschool childhood, provides him with the opportunity to gradually and continuously enter the knowledge of the world around him. It is in preschool childhood that the child is exposed to various relationships, values of culture and health, diverse patterns in the field of different knowledge. This contributes to a broader interaction of the preschooler with the world around him, which, in turn, ensures the assimilation not of disparate ideas about objects and phenomena, but their natural integration and interpenetration, which means understanding the integrity of the picture of the world. The authors prove the idea that the assimilation of philosophical categories by children contributes to the understanding of the structure of the surrounding world. The analysis of research is presented, proving that children's fiction in an understandable and accessible language, life examples and vivid images is able to explain to children the laws of the functioning of nature and society, as well as to reveal the world of human relations and feelings. Fiction surrounds the child from the first years of his life. It is she who contributes to the development of thinking and imagination, enriches the sensory world, provides role models and teaches you to find a way out in different situations. Philosophical categories such as "love and friendship", "beautiful and ugly", "good and evil" are represented in children's literature very widely, and the efficiency of mastering philosophical categories depends on the skill of an adult in conveying the content of a work, on correctly placed accents.

The world of education is a world where there are learning activities between teachers and students, these two components cannot be eliminated in an educational process because if one of them is lost there will never be a learning goal. However, on the other hand there are components that also play a role as supporting learning activities both directly and indirectly. No less important components are facilities and infrastructure. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving a goal of education, as a personal education we are required to master and understand the administration of facilities and infrastructure, to improve work power effectively and efficiently and be able to respect the work ethics of personal education, so harmony, comfort can create pride and a sense of belonging both from the school community and the residents of the surrounding community.

The article shows that the year 2020 taught us a lot and opened our eyes to a number of issues. However, it was precisely the Covid situation and the then announced pandemic that allowed many of us to slow down our pace of life a little and take a broader look at the world around us. The author, a well-known variety vocal teacher, reflects on the possibility of training vocal in an online format, while realizing such an essential component of the educational process as mentoring, and shows that the mentoring function is a necessary part of vocal lessons. It can be realized both through the choice of the repertoire and through communication between the teacher and the student. Vocal classes provide such an opportunity in the best possible way, since individual communication involves the transfer of one’s own worldview to the students, who perceive both the idea of the beautiful, and form their own technical singing skills, as well as build their own picture of the world following the teacher.

Abstract. Fog catchers have been successfully applied in several countries around the world. In Ecuador, the Galte communities in the Andean region suffer from water deficits because they are located at an altitude higher than 3500 m above sea level. Rainfall in the area is relatively low, about 600 mm per year, with high evapotranspiration of approximately 615.74 mm per year. This study aimed to install fog catchers in Galte in 2014 and 2015 to help meet the communities’ water needs. The fog catcher system was designed to satisfy the irrigation water demand for local agricultural production, mainly maize, based on estimates using the Blaney-Criddle method. Every day throughout the year, each fog catcher collected 5 to 20 L of water per m2 of catcher area. The results indicate that the fog catcher system can meet about 5% of the local water demand for agricultural production. Keywords: Ecuador, Evaporation, Evapotranspiration, Precipitation, Water deficit.
