The article shows that the year 2020 taught us a lot and opened our eyes to a number of issues. However, it was precisely the Covid situation and the then announced pandemic that allowed many of us to slow down our pace of life a little and take a broader look at the world around us. The author, a well-known variety vocal teacher, reflects on the possibility of training vocal in an online format, while realizing such an essential component of the educational process as mentoring, and shows that the mentoring function is a necessary part of vocal lessons. It can be realized both through the choice of the repertoire and through communication between the teacher and the student. Vocal classes provide such an opportunity in the best possible way, since individual communication involves the transfer of one’s own worldview to the students, who perceive both the idea of the beautiful, and form their own technical singing skills, as well as build their own picture of the world following the teacher.

The endemic coronavirus (COVID-19) is growing exponentially around the world. The prevalence of the new coronavirus COVID-19 around the world has led to global changes in society, various organizations, and educational institutions. Primary school and university populations appear to be at a lower mortality risk than older adults, but precautions are still needed in a pandemic called "social distance" to reduce interpersonal contact and thereby minimize transmission of the virus. Approximately 264 million children and adolescents are out of school (UNESCO, 2017), and the pandemic has further exacerbated the situation. The more the pandemic grows, the more schools, colleges and universities are closed, contributing to the transition to online learning. The time has come to rethink and rebuild our education system based on the current situation. In the aftermath of the COVID-19 crisis, online education has been a pedagogical breakthrough from a traditional method to a more modern approach to teaching and learning, from class to Zoom, from personal to virtual, from seminars to webinars. Around the world, the entire education system, from primary to tertiary, was destroyed during the isolation of the new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The pandemic has prompted a re-examination of the main points of online learning in education, as well as how existing educational resources can help transform formal education online through virtual classrooms and other online resources. The process of online teaching-learning modes is perceived by teachers and students in different ways, sometimes causing difficulties and controversy in the effectiveness of their use.

Introduction. the essence of the situation in education during the COVID-19 pandemic in the world is quite complex: due to the large number of restrictions in some countries, education is conducted completely remotely or hybrid. In the period of 2020, medical university students were forced to practice in hospitals in the context of the pandemic, helping local medical staff, which helped to fill the shortage of specialists. The quality of education will inexorably fall due to low involvement in remote education as well as many distractions which have already proven many researchers. Universities were not ready for mass digitalization due to government restrictions and social distancing, so the quality of material transfer cannot match the classical education. The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on the medical education market and its stakeholders. Results. Universities were not ready for the transition to online (distance) education, as evidenced by the decline in the quality of education, based on surveys of the faculty of some universities. As a result, on the one hand, you can get higher education online while in your country, on the other hand, the quality of education falls without an adequately commensurate practical part (for example, medical education cannot be of high quality when it is taught online). Over time, only the year 2025 is expected to surge technologies to improve online education and the full transfer of many universities to provide distance learning; it is a good chance to get an education to those who previously could not obtain it, including for economic reasons. Conclusion. The global COVID-19 pandemic has become a catalyst for global processes of digital transformation in all spheres of life. In such circumstances, the role of digital technologies in education has become extremely important. Among the many technological advantages, their ability to protect human lives and at the same time ensure the implementation of the educational process remained almost unnoticed. Current situation has accelerated the mass transition to the use of digital technologies, including digitalization of education, its technologization and standardization.

Breastfeeding initiation is on the rise in New Mexico; however, breastfeeding duration here, and around the world, does not meet international recommendations. Misunderstanding a baby’s behavior is often an overlooked variable that decreases breastfeeding duration. Hoping to help parents better understand how child development impacts breastfeeding, 138 New Mexico Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) professionals recently completed HUG Your Baby's Roadmap to Breastfeeding Success—a 2-hour online program, with accompanying resources, that covers key information from birth to 1 year. After completing the course, participants demonstrated increased knowledge of how child development impacts breastfeeding, expressed a stronger intention to teach parents about normal child behavior, and reported greater confidence to do so. The course was viewed as evidence-based, its online format was well-received, and participants would recommend it to colleagues.

AbstractWith the rapid onset of an unprecedented lifestyle due to the new coronavirus COVID-19 the world academic scene was forced to reform and adapt to the novel circumstances. Although online education cannot be regarded as a groundbreaking endeavour anymore in the21st century, its current character of exclusivity calls for deeper understanding of, and a sharper focus on the “end-consumer” thereof as well as more cautious procedures to be exercised while teaching. While millennials are no longer thought of as being born with a silver spoon in their mouth but with an iPad or any sort of device in their hand (irrespective of their social status), adults are more hesitant when coerced to alter course unexpectedly and turn to new methods of attaining their learning goals. This is why proper communicative approaches need to be thoroughly considered by online instructors. This article aims at presenting teachers with a set of strategies to employ when the beneficiaries of online academic education are adult learners.

In the presented study, the authors raise the question of the need to include in the educational process of a preschool institution to familiarize children with some philosophical categories. The educational system in which the child is included, starting from preschool childhood, provides him with the opportunity to gradually and continuously enter the knowledge of the world around him. It is in preschool childhood that the child is exposed to various relationships, values of culture and health, diverse patterns in the field of different knowledge. This contributes to a broader interaction of the preschooler with the world around him, which, in turn, ensures the assimilation not of disparate ideas about objects and phenomena, but their natural integration and interpenetration, which means understanding the integrity of the picture of the world. The authors prove the idea that the assimilation of philosophical categories by children contributes to the understanding of the structure of the surrounding world. The analysis of research is presented, proving that children's fiction in an understandable and accessible language, life examples and vivid images is able to explain to children the laws of the functioning of nature and society, as well as to reveal the world of human relations and feelings. Fiction surrounds the child from the first years of his life. It is she who contributes to the development of thinking and imagination, enriches the sensory world, provides role models and teaches you to find a way out in different situations. Philosophical categories such as "love and friendship", "beautiful and ugly", "good and evil" are represented in children's literature very widely, and the efficiency of mastering philosophical categories depends on the skill of an adult in conveying the content of a work, on correctly placed accents.

The world of education is a world where there are learning activities between teachers and students, these two components cannot be eliminated in an educational process because if one of them is lost there will never be a learning goal. However, on the other hand there are components that also play a role as supporting learning activities both directly and indirectly. No less important components are facilities and infrastructure. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving a goal of education, as a personal education we are required to master and understand the administration of facilities and infrastructure, to improve work power effectively and efficiently and be able to respect the work ethics of personal education, so harmony, comfort can create pride and a sense of belonging both from the school community and the residents of the surrounding community.
