Исследования российских и зарубежных ученых показывают, что распространенность агрессивного поведения детей в школьной среде в последние годы имеет тенденцию к росту. Пространство образовательной организации перестает быть безопасным, несмотря на принимаемые меры по его обеспечению: установка турникетов, металлоискателей, наличие охраны, создание школьной службы медиации (разрешения конфликтов) и т. п. Анализируется понятие и содержание агрессивного поведения. Проблема агрессии в образовательном учреждении рассматривается с позиции насильственных действий как по отношению к учащимся, так и по отношению к педагогам и к образовательной организации в целом. Крайним выражением агрессии и жестокости, как показывают реалии сегодняшнего дня, стали случаи нападения на школы и массового насилия со стороны учеников, сопровождаемые гибелью в равной мере детей и учителей. В этих условиях особую значимость приобретает роль учителя как носителя модели социального поведения в школе. Однако в ряде случаев именно учитель может вызывать агрессивные действия учеников, неправомерно используя вербальные средства для выражения своей неприязни к обучающимся, оскорбляя их достоинство. На основе результатов научных исследований анализируются проявления агрессивности в школьном социуме, определяются факторы, провоцирующие агрессию подростков. Делается вывод, что в формировании агрессивных намерений подростка-школьника ведущую роль играют межличностные отношения. Поэтому в образовательной среде важно создание такой модели взаимодействия субъектов воспитания, которая будет обеспечивать наиболее оптимальное сочетание их позиций и интересов. The prevalence of aggressive behavior of children in the school environment in recent years has a tendency to increase. The space of the educational organization is no longer safe, despite the measures taken to ensure it: the installation of turnstiles, metal detectors, the presence of security, the creation of a school mediation service (conflict resolution), etc. The article analyzes the concept and content of aggressive behavior. The problem of aggression in an educational institution is considered from the position of violent actions both in relation to students, and in relation to teachers and the educational organization as a whole. The extreme expression of aggression and cruelty, as today’s realities show, are cases of attacks on schools and mass violence by students, accompanied by the death of children and teachers alike. Under these conditions, the role of a teacher as a carrier of a model of social behavior in school is of particular importance. However, in some cases, the teacher can cause the pupils to act aggressively by illegally using verbal means to express their hostility towards students insulting their dignity. Based on the results of scientific research, the article analyzes the manifestations of aggressiveness in school society, identifies the factors that provoke aggression of adolescents. It is concluded that interpersonal relationships play a leading role in the formation of aggressive intentions of a teenage schoolchild. Therefore, in the educational environment it is important to create such a model of interaction between the subjects of education, which will provide the most optimal combination of their positions and interests.

The article provides an overview of foreign and national research on the possibilities of using cognitive management in the educational environment of higher education institution. The authors emphasize the potential of cognitive management principles application in the educational organization, the direct correlation between cognitive management tasks and the general purposes of educational process. The possible approaches to knowledge management in educational organization are described. The authors dwell on the general methodological, economic and functional aspects of cognitive management at the university, argue that the value-communicative essence of university education enables to manage the knowledge base of the university. On the example of Ukhta State Technical University the article considers the possibilities of students’ project activity and project self-government. Firstly, it ensures the increment and intensification of the value-communicative flow of knowledge within the University and in its interaction with the external environment. Secondly, it fosters students to master the role of a cognitive manager. Thirdly, it encourages students to develop their meta-abilities which can be viewed as a form of cognitive management outcomes in higher educational institution.

The article is dedicated to the actuality of the problem of implementing a gender approach as key in creating a non-discriminatory school environment in the conditions of reforming the educational system of Ukraine. The authors’ understanding of the essence of the non-discriminatory environment in an educational institution as safe, healthy, inclusive and gender-equitable is given; the role of a teacher in this process is indicated. The essence of the gender approach and the peculiarities of its implementation in the general secondary education institutions are revealed. The results of the study of the content and prevalence of gender views and stereotypes among teachers of both sexes are presented. It has been found that most educators are heavily influenced by traditional views on the relationship between the genders. The differences in the gender perceptions of female teachers and male teachers depending on age and teaching experience have been revealed. About 20% of teachers implement a gender approach in school practice. It is empirically proved, that pedagogical groups deepen differentiation of social and psychological requirements and expectations regarding pupils and students. Most teachers remain uncertain in their gender orientations, profess the ideology of complementarity of male and female roles. The educational process in secondary education establishments reinforces traditional views on the dichotomy of women and men social roles and to a lesser extent demonstrates the equality and equivalence of both sexes, capable of assertive behavior and the interchangeability of gender roles. Prospects for further research outline a further need to determine ways to develop the egalitarian culture of teachers of general secondary education.

Background: The increased rates of aggression and drug abuse among students are considered an important health issue. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the relationship between the emotional atmosphere of the family, the school climate, perceived social support, aggressive behavior, and preparedness for addiction among students, considering the mediating role of extroversion. Methods: This research used the analytical-correlative method. Also, the statistical population included all high school students in Tehran, during the academic year of 2017-2018. Results: The school environment had a significant direct effect on the preparedness for addiction. Besides, we identified the indirect effect of the school environment on irregular drug addiction. The hypothesized model showed the full effect and the nonsignificant direct effect of perceived social support on aggressive behavior. Moreover, there was a significant indirect effect between perceived social support and aggressive behavior. However, there was no direct or indirect effect between perceived social support and preparedness for addiction and the existence of extroversion’s mediating function. Conclusion: Thus, teachers and school administrators are recommended to discuss the psychological environment of the family, the school atmosphere, and perceived social support.

Abstract This paper presents the research results of what the process of mathematics tеaching should be under the competency-based approach allowing the development of a university student's mathematical competency. It indicates that integrative structure of mathematical competency containing cognitive, practical, motivational and value-based, reflexive and assessment-based components, updates the polyparadigm approach in teaching mathematics as an open cluster of approaches; their integrated utilization under the leading role of competency-based approach contributes to developing all mathematical competency components. It justifies that competency-based, context-based, interdisciplinary, discipline-based and information technology approaches and fundamentalization play a critical part in the polyparadigm approach; the integrated utilization of all approaches results in a synergetic effect. Within this framework the basic principles of competency-based mathematics teaching as well as a coherent system to select the content of mathematics teaching for engineering educational institution students are developed.

Timely adaptation of first-year students to new living conditions and educational activities is one of the most important challenges of high school. The objective of the research was to study and analyze the problems of adaptation to high school experienced by Ukrainian and foreign first-year students of the Department of Medicine. The questionnaires offered to students showed that the main adaptation difficulties arise in the educational sphere. At the end of the first term, most students positively assessed the degree of their adaptability and noted the leading role of groupmates and friends in its formation. The possible directions of higher educational institution activity facilitating the process of adaptation of first-year students to high school were analyzed. According to the results of the questionnaire survey which indicated that the main difficulties were a lack of leisure time and academic overload, there is a need to optimize academic overload, as well as to inform psychologists, curators and lecturers about the formation of students’ ability to rationally schedule their time and the development of independent working skills.

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению вопросов, связанных с основными направлениями деятельности общественных объединений (формирований) в сфере высшего образования, способствующих процессу формирования профессиональных и нравственных качеств у обучающихся. На примере шести общественных объединений, функционирующих на базе Самарского юридического института Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний, к которым относятся Офицерское собрание, Совет наставников института, Совет молодых специалистов, Совет ветеранов, Женский совет, Совет обучающихся, автор анализирует роль их деятельности в воспитании обучающихся, а также эффективность применяемых форм и методов работы. На основе проведенного анализа деятельности общественных объединений в образовательной организации высшего образования автор приходит к выводу о том, что многообразие форм этих общественных образований и разноплановый характер их деятельности способствуют дальнейшей социализации молодого поколения, формированию у обучающихся профессионально значимых, волевых и нравственных качеств, необходимых им для решения разнообразных задач в рамках своей будущей служебной деятельности. Однако, несмотря на это, на современном этапе развития общества у молодежи происходят изменения в ценностно-мотивационной сфере, в связи с этим возникает необходимость внедрения в деятельность общественных формирований новых форм и методов работы, обеспечивающих реализацию Стратегии развития воспитания в Российской Федерации на период до 2025 года. В конце статьи автор предлагает ряд мер, которые, на его взгляд, будут способствовать повышению эффективности воспитательного воздействия общественных объединений на лиц, обучающихся в образовательной организации высшего образования. This article is devoted to the consideration of issues related to the main areas of activity of public associations (formations) in the field of higher education, contributing to the process of professional and moral qualities formation in students. Using the example of six public associations operating on the basis of the Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, which include the Officers' Meeting, the Council of Institute Mentors, the Young Specialists Council, the Veterans Council, the Women's Council, the Students Council, the author analyzes the role of their activities in the students education, and also the effectiveness of the applied forms and methods of work. Based on the analysis of public associations activities in the educational organization of higher education, the author comes to the conclusion that the variety of forms of these public formations and the diverse nature of their activities contribute to the further socialization of the younger generation, the formation of professionally significant, strong-willed and moral qualities in students to solve a variety of tasks in the framework of their future career. However, despite this, at the present stage of social development, changes in the value-motivational sphere are taking place among young people, in this regard, it becomes necessary to introduce new forms and methods of work into the public formations activities that ensure the implementation of the Strategy for the development of education in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025 of the year. At the end of the article, the author proposes a number of measures that, in her opinion, will help to increase the effectiveness of the educational impact of public associations on persons studying in an educational institution of higher education.

This study examines the phenomenon of the formation of stable partnerships as the main resource of a modern educational organization, aimed at helping students acquire not only disciplinary competencies but also a system of moral and ethical values, social and creative abilities, psychological and social adaptability in the socio-cultural space, within whose framework they develop and shape as individuals and professionals. It also examines the essence and process of building such relationships in the higher education system. The study deals with comprehending the role of educational activity in the modern socio-cultural environment, and with revealing the theoretical foundations of the formation of joint activities in the context of an interdisciplinary and multifunctional approach. The main research method here is the method of questioning students from one of the leading universities of the Republic of Crimea: Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “Crimean Federal University named after V.I. Vernadsky" on the topic "Revealing the role of joint activities and partnerships as a key resource of a modern progressive educational organization." Among the respondents there are representatives of various areas of training, different levels of education, and forms of education. It is important to note that not only the interpersonal partnership of students is assessed directly in the course of the educational process, but also their opinion regarding the existing external partnerships of the educational institution with other organizations that provide educational services to one degree or another. The study also considers pedagogical partnerships and partnerships between teacher and student. The research results are fully reflected and presented in the form of a complex analytical conclusion, which is of particular interest for further statistical, social and pedagogical research on this topic.
