Рассматривается вопрос формирования краеведческой компетенции школьников. Исследовательская деятельность определяется в качестве инструмента в формировании данной компетенции. Показан образовательный потенциал исследовательской деятельности в контексте формирования краеведческой компетенции обучающихся общеобразовательной школы. Анализируются эмпирические данные, полученные в результате педагогического эксперимента, направленного на выявление образовательного потенциала исследовательской деятельности в контексте формирования краеведческой компетенции. Краеведческая компетенция рассматривается как поликомпетенция, соответственно, результат сформированности краеведческой компетенции представляется как сумма комбинаций овладения выделенными компетенциями. Результаты, полученные в ходе педагогического эксперимента, позволяют выявить позитивную тенденцию в формировании краеведческой компетенции обучающихся. Так, количество обучающихся с высоким уровнем сформированности краеведческой компетенции в процессе выполнения исследовательских работ выросло с 10 до 34 %. The patriotic education of the younger generation is still relevant in modern educational system. There are a lot of multicultural regions. In order to form a socially active and tolerant personality special attention should be paid to the formation of the local history competence of schoolchildren. And according to the trends towards the activation of research activities in the educational space of students the formation of local history competence becomes not only a necessary condition of modernity, but also a fascinating process for pupils. The issue of formation of the local history competence of schoolchildren is under consideration. Research activity is defined as a tool in forming this competence. The purpose of the study is to show the educational potential of research activity in the context of the formation of the local history competence of students of the secondary school. The significance of the work is explained by the fact that the process of forming local history competence is based on the research activities of students. The work is carried out on the basis of general provisions of logic, theory of cognition, psychology and pedagogy using methods of theoretical analysis, questionnaire, testing, analysis and generalization of practical experience, pedagogical experiment. The theoretical analysis of works of leading researchers on the problem of formation of the local history competence allowed to consider formation of this schoolchildren competence in the integrated connection with the research activity. Examples of formation of the local history competence in students are given. The empirical data obtained from a pedagogical experiment aimed at identifying the educational potential of the research activity in the context of the formation of the local history competence are analysed. The local history competence is considered as a polycompetence. Accordingly to this the result of the formation of the local history competence is presented as the sum of combinations of mastery of the allocated competences. The results obtained during the pedagogical experiment reveal a positive trend in the formation of the local history competence of schoolchildren. Thus the number of subjects with a high level of the local history competence in the course of research works increased from 10 to 34 per cent. In the course of the study, the features of the formation of local history competence of students in the process of research activities are identified, the educational potential of research activities is indicated.

At the present stage of society's development, there is an increasing need for highly qualified specialists who are ready for continuous updating of knowledge and skills, solving research problems in their professional activities. In this regard, one of the important tasks of the implementation of educational programs is the achievement of a high level of research competence by graduates. Teaching mathematics opens up unlimited opportunities for the development of the intellectual sphere and research skills of schoolchildren. However, the insufficient development of pedagogical technologies focused on the implementation of psychodidactic patterns of research activity development is a negative factor that prevents the realization of the developing potential of mathematical disciplines. The article presents the author's approach to the organization of research activities of high school students, based on the idea of integrating the process of educational cognition and modern digital technologies. As a key aspect of personal development in teaching mathematics, we consider the activity of mastering complex knowledge in the course of performing ordered, forming a single motivational and applied integrity of the complex tasks of a research nature, in the process of which there is an active mastery of knowledge, deeper penetration into the essence of mathematical concepts,methods, ideas. At the same time, intelligent management of research activities of high school students is carried out within the framework of using the functionality of a hybrid learning environment that integrates the functions of artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms, fuzzy logic, expert systems, providing individualization of learning, synthesis of mathematical and computer modeling of the content of knowledge and procedures. The paper describes the content and functionality of the basic modules of the intellectual learning system, describes the theoretical, methodological, and technological aspects of the organization of research activities of high school students to master complex mathematical knowledge.

The article considers conditions of use professional orientation system personalized education system (PES) for the formation of professional identity in terms of secondarygeneral school. The article summarizes the practical experience of an individual-differentiated approach in the interaction of participants of a unified educational system in the field of professional self-determination with the inclusion of the family as a subject of PES. The author gives an example of a correlation analysis of the level of educational potential of family, level of readiness of classmen to professional self-determination and the extent to which career goals of graduates of general secondary school. Special attention is paid to designing a professionally-oriented PSV based on E.N. Stepanov's research on personalized education systems. The effectiveness of the implementation of a professionally-oriented personalized education system in the conditions of professional self-determination of classmen in general secondary school was experimentally tested and evaluated.

Research activity of a modern graduate of the pedagogical magistracy is a prerequisite for his or her professional and pedagogical activity. Development and implementation of their own pedagogical approaches as well as their own curricula can only be performed by a creative teacher of Mathematics. The one who has a high level of a research work culture. In the process of the research, made on the basis of the integration of culturological, activity-oriented, axiological and personal approaches, the concept of “research work culture” of a Mathematics teacher was updated. In the structure of this concept, four components were identified: cognitive, technological, axiological, and subjective. The results of experimental work on the formation of the research work culture of undergraduates in the direction of training “Pedagogical education” of the program “Mathematics in professional education”, showing the effectiveness of the chosen methodology.

The article reflects the current trends in education associated with the active development of project and research activities in a modern high school and the importance of identifying the most effective ways to improve the general professional and professional competencies of teachers in this direction. The newness of the study is in the disclosure of an approved system for improving the professional qualifications of teachers in the field of modeling project and research activities of schoolchildren. The theoretical significance of the study is in the description of the main elements of the teacher’s competence development modules on the basis of a theoretical analysis of educational design and the creation of an idea about the expertise of a research project as a form of assessing the level of forming the students’ universal educational actions. The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that the provisions of the study, reflecting the specifics of the development and support of children’s giftedness by the pedagogical community, can be widely used in the process of preparing and implementing programs of interaction between high schools and universities.

This article discusses the application of research activities as a means of forming the research competence of a bachelor. Research the concept of research competence is the General concept of “research”. The role of research competence of the bachelor is determined. The result of the study is a certain territorial system concept and objective education. The emerging levels of professional competence of the future bachelor’s mathematics teacher coincide with the level of students’ performance of educational and methodological tasks: low level-the lack of a system of knowledge of a reproductive nature about the methodological features of teaching certain topics of mathematics, about the age characteristics of students; inability to make educational and methodological questions even on a given sample; intermediate level-a system of acquired and existing knowledge, skills and basic professional qualities in the learning process, which is able to solve educational and methodological issues in standard situations with the help of a teacher or other persons through level 1 tasks using individual approaches based on the model; a high level of methodological literacy — readiness for independent and creative release training tasks in the changed conditions on all major types of educational-methodical assignments with the use of special, generic methods or their own methods of instructional activities in accordance with accepted standards and norms and the implementation of educational-methodical tasks of the second and third levels. We can conclude that research is a phenomenon of human culture, the essence of which is the knowledge of the world around us. The result of the research is objective knowledge reflected in the system of concepts in a certain area.


The relevance of the problem under consideration is caused by the existing discrepancy between the increased need of society and the state for high quality engineering education, and the actual level of readiness of graduates of engineering universities to perform their professional functions, as well as insufficient development of the theoretical foundations of students training in research in the context of competence-oriented education. The purpose of the article is to solve the problem of training students for the research activity in the course of independent work and research during the educational process at engineering university. Based on the systematization and development of existing approaches to solving the problem of training of students of engineering universities for research, which contributes to the development of a functional model, the authors propose the method of preparing students for research. The article describes the development of practical experience in research activities during the participation of students in scientific seminars; represents the process of using the project method, end-to-end research tasks when preparing the course and qualification works; the issue is considered on consolidating and improving the experience of research activities of future engineers during all kinds of practical training. The pedagogical experiment was aimed at identifying the effectiveness of independent and research work in the course of formation of students' readiness for research activities in the framework of the functional model. The materials of the article can be used by the academic staff of engineering universities, specialists in the field of pedagogy, theory, and methodology of vocational education, as well as in the system of extended education

The purpose of this article is to consider the possibility of using the technology of step-bystep formation of mental actions in the process of teaching children the elements of research activity, as a means of developing the cognitive abilities of younger schoolchildren with mental retardation. The material of the study was a theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research: the theory of step-by-step formation of mental actions by P. Ya. Galperin; the provisions on the development of cognitive abilities of younger schoolchildren as a result of developing training by V. V. Davydov, A. V. Zaporozhets, L. V. Zankov, A. N. Leontiev; approaches to the development of cognitive abilities of children with mental retardation by N. V. Babkina, L. N. Blinova, A. D. Vilshanskaya, G. N. Penin, U. V. Ulenkova, L. M. Shipitsina. The theoretical analysis of the scientific and methodological literature suggests that the technology of step-by-step formation of mental actions can be effectively used to teach younger students with mental retardation the elements of research activity at different levels of independence and complexity, and thereby develop students’ cognitive abilities. The relevance of addressing the topic of the development of cognitive abilities in children with mental retardation (hereinafter referred to as PDA) is due to the fact that this category of children is one of the numerous groups represented in general education organizations that implement inclusive educational practice, since PDA can be observed in most categories of children with disabilities and is secondary in nature.

A low-level equilibrium exists between low investment among employers and low loyalty among employees in private enterprises, and this is because enterprises follow the laws of the market and wait for changes in labor relations. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper establishes a process model to achieve high-level equilibrium between employees and employers and win–win situations. First, enterprises should follow social-exchange laws and create their management philosophies accordingly, in addition to exploring collective targets set including their interaction paths. Second, enterprises should be active and take the first step to improve labor relations through a participative style of management. The ensuing change in employee cognition leads to positive organizational behavior and positive interactions, with the realization of mutual benefit and win–win situations as possible final results. Democratic participative management is a necessary condition for the creation of win–win situations, which can effectively avoid the disequilibrium of high employer investment and low employee loyalty that contributes to labor shortages in China.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES. The changes in society associated with the country's transition to an innovative way of development radically change the nature and goals of labor activity. Profession under such conditions is considered by a person as a source of material well-being and gaining the desired social status. Professional self-determination occurs too late or is realized as forced, so the lack of opportunity to realize one's professional preferences has a negative impact on the individual and on society as a whole. As a result, in recent decades there has been a significant increase in the requirements of modern employers to the professional training of graduates of educational institutions. A young specialist must improve in the profession, be ready to change professional activity, i.e. be socially and professionally mobile, scientifically established, which can be realized with the help of Hackathon-ecosystem.METHODS. Collection of information, survey of students and teachers were carried out using a systematic approach on the basis of the Hackathon ecosystem. Processing of the obtained information, definition of scientific statements, generation of conclusions and practical recommendations were carried out with the help of the software product "Methodology of studying students' adaptation to dual education in higher education".FINDINGS. It is proved that the research activity of students is a necessary condition for their professional self-determination, acts as part of a holistic, long-term, dynamic process of entry into the profession and as a result of the choice and design of their future professional activity. Students' involvement in research activity largely determines the effectiveness of their social and professional development.CONCLUSION. Research activity of university students is an effective means of forming knowledge, abilities and skills necessary for personal and professional self-determination. It not only stimulates and motivates personal and intellectual development, contributes to the continuation of education, proves the degree of its readiness and acts as one of the guarantors of the success of the process of professional self-determination in general.
