Currently, coffee shops or commonly known as coffee shops are not foreign to the ears.  For in Bandar Lampung itself there are lots of coffee shops ranging from lower class to upper class.  Various types of consumers make business competition something that must be considered for entrepreneurs in running and maintaining their business.  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of accounting knowledge, organizational commitment, environmental uncertainty and entrepreneurial characteristics on managerial performance at a coffee shop in Bandar Lampung.  The research method used is causal associative research, namely research that aims to analyze the relationship between a variable with other variables.  The sampling technique used in this study is a sampling technique with purposive sampling method.  Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires.  The result of this research is that there is a positive influence between accounting knowledge, organizational commitment and entrepreneurial characteristics on managerial performance.

 This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Budget Participation on Managerial Performance, (2) Effect of Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance, (3) Effect of Organizational Commitment to Moderate the Relationship Between Budget Participation and Managerial Performance. The research data was collected using questionnaire techniques. The number of samples in this study were 42 respondents Structural Officials at one of the private universities in Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) method, the analysis is carried out through three stages, namely outside model analysis, internal model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate the effect of budgeting participation has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, the second hypothesis shows organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, and the third hypothesis indicates that moderate organizational commitment has a positive influence and significant influence on participation participation relationships budget with managerial performance.

This study aims to find the effect of job involvement and organizational justice on three types of organizationalcommitment, which are affective, continuance and normative. This research was conducted in Pacto-Bali, using 70 employees as its respondents. Sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling technique.Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique was multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS software.The findings indicate that job involvement has positive influence on each types of organizational commitment, that was affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. The same finding was found in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment, where the more justice the employees received the more committed the employees to the organization. To improve the organizational commitment of employees, Pacto-Bali should increase employee motivation by inviting employees to involve in the decision making process, and also should improve the networking between the owners and employees in order to help organization to reach its goals

Managerial performance is very important for a company because it can be used to measure the success of the company. A manager needs to implement a managerial control system that can be used to achieve the company goals. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of applying accountability accounting, competence and organizational commitment to the managerial performance of the financial division on PT Pegadaian Kota Denpasar. Sampling technique that used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The amount of sample in this study are 52 samples. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows that accountability accounting, competence, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on the managerial performance of financial division on PT. A person’s loyalty is a form of loyalty to an object, both people and tasks. But in fact in the current era, loyalty is a difficult thing to find. Human resources who born in 1983-1997 or called Y generation have lower loyalty than X generation (1963-1982). So that studying loyalty of tourism buses’ drivers and their assistants is an interesting thing in order to know what cause the loyalty of drivers and their assistants. The purpose of this study are (1) to find out the description of job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and driver and kernet loyalty, (2) to find out whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment, (3) to find out whether there is a positive influence significant organizational commitment to driver and kernet loyalty, (4) to determine whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on driver and kernet loyalty, (5) and to find out whether there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on driver loyalty and kernet through organizational commitment. This research is quantitative and using path analysis to determine the relationship between variables. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in the form of judment sampling. Population in this research is 125 driver and kernet in Malang with sample 105 driver and kernet. Data collection methods use a closed questionnaire. The research results show that: (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment; (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on driver and kernet loyalty; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on driver and kernet loyalty; (4) Job satisfaction affects the loyalty of driver and kernet through organizational commitment.

Faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan efek dari partisipasi anggaran pada peningkatan kinerja manajerial seperti meningkatkan komitmen organisasi, motivasi dalam manager dan kondisi pendelegasian wewenang semakin terdesentralisasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dan pengaruh komitmen organisasi, motivasi dan struktur desentralisasi di moderasi hubungan partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial di Pemkab. sampel Purbalingga.The digunakan adalah 269 manajer Pemerintah Pemerintah Kabupaten Purbalingga untuk semua unit kerja regional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional stratified random sampling. menguji hipotesis pertama menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, dan analisis regresi lain menggunakan dimoderasi. Berdasarkan analisis di atas semua hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa efek positif dari partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial. Komitmen organisasi dan struktur desentralisasi memoderasi hubungan antara partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sedangkan variabel motivasi tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada SKPD di Pemkab. Purbalingga.One way that is believed to influence the government's success in improving performance is to carry out the plan as best as possible, ie in budgeting process. Because of the nature of the budget that might have an dysfunctional budget impact then the right way to prevent is through the participation of all the budget line manager at Pemkab. Purbalingga. Factors that may increase the effect of budget participation on managerial performance improvements such as increasing organizational commitment, motivation within the manager and conditions of the delegation of authority is increasingly decentralized. This study analyze the effect of budget participation on managerial performance and the influence of organizational commitment, motivation and a decentralized structure in moderating the relationship of budget participation on managerial performance in Pemkab. Purbalingga.The samples used are 269 government manager of Pemerintah Kabupaten Purbalingga for all the regional work units. The sampling technique used is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The first hypothesis testing using simple linear regression, and for another using moderated regression analysis. Based on the analysis above all hypotheses can be concluded that the positive effect of budget participation on managerial performance. The commitment of the organization and structure of decentralized moderate the relationship between budget participation on managerial performance. While the motivation variable can not moderate the relationship of budget participation on managerial performance at SKPD in Pemkab. Purbalingga

<pre><em>This study was conducted to examine the effect of organizational commitment</em><em>,</em><em> the internal control system of government</em><em>,</em><em> and the leadership style of the performance of managerial work unit area in Sumbawa and Sumbawa Regency Government of West</em><em>. </em><em>The</em><em> </em><em>sampling technique used purposive sampling.</em><em> </em><em>The</em><em> data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. Results based on test data analysis showed that the p-value variable organizational commitment and internal control system of government has positive influence on managerial performance</em><em>. </em><em>While the leadership style variable did not show any effect on managerial performance</em><em>. </em><em>Based on the value of the F test showed that the variables of organizational commitment</em><em>, </em><em>the internal control system of government and leadership style were simultaneously had positive effect on managerial performance.</em><em></em></pre>

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. Indonesia as one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world has an important role in global trade, namely the specialty coffee trade. Specialty coffee is one of the leading commodities for coffee producing countries like Indonesia because of the taste of the coffee. The quality of the product itself has an understanding that the product offered by the seller has more selling value that must be owned by competitors' products, therefore the company is trying to focus on the quality of the product and compare it with the products offered by competing companies. This research is associative research using a quantitative approach. With the aim to analyze the effect of Coffee Beverage Product Quality on Buyer's Decisions at Point Coffee Pedurenan, South Jakarta, as well as find out which factors have a dominant influence on Buyer's Decisions at the Coffee Shop. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who had visited Point Coffee by using the Probability Sampling method with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was collected using questtionnaires and distribute it directly to buyers at Point Coffee. The suggestion from this research is that the owner of Point Coffee can maintain the hygiene that has been applied by the workers, Increase again the Quality, Quantity, Variation, and Innovation of coffee beverage products in terms of flavor, to meet the buyer's decision. And Point Coffee is more innovative so that buyers don't get bored easily if they come again at Point Coffee. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Purchasing Decisions

The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). (2) Website Quality has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,046 < 0,05)Keyword: promotion, website quality, impulse buying.

Objective – This study investigates the mediation role of job satisfaction in the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. A study about turnover intention in the textile company is still rarely done in Indonesia. This study can fill the gap regarding the topic. Methodology/Technique – A nonprobability sampling method with an accidental sampling technique was used, and we get 110 usable responses from a textile company in West Java, Indonesia. Macro Process with SPSS was used to measure the regression and the mediation. Findings – The study found that work stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Work stress significantly related to turnover intention in a positive direction. Job satisfaction did not have a significant relation with turnover intention. Thus, in this study, we found no mediation role in job satisfaction. Novelty – Evidently, work stress solely took part in shaping the turnover intention. Type of Paper: Empirical.
