The paper presents the study results of the currently used nondestructive technique of multichannel analysis of surface waves which is adapted for express assessment of physical and mechanical parameters of dispersive soils during preliminary geotechnical investigation of the construction site. The authors propose a methodology for express plotting of model deformation curve of dispersive soil based on the wave analysis data, which will allow a rapid and non-expensive estimation of allowable load intervals and deformations under these loads with preliminary geotechnical assessment of foundation bases. The plotted deformation curve will be useful for obtaining initial data for numerical modeling of interaction of foundation base with the structure designed for the model of hardening soil and the model of hardening soil at small strains.

Every manufacturing company will strive to create the best quality products. This is also done by PT. CMSM, a steel company, is producing corrugated zinc products. In several production periods, the defective product values were still found that exceeded the tolerance limit value set at 0.5% in corrugated zinc products. These problems are, of course, very detrimental to the company, so it’s essential to control the quality of corrugated zinc products. This study aimed to determine the factors that cause product defects, propose plans to improve product quality, and provide managerial recommendations based on Six Sigma analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the study results, it is known that DPO is 0.000885 and DPMO is 884.6028. At this time, the company is at the level of 4.64 sigma with CTQ (Critical to Quality) folded zinc sheet, cut size is not according to standard, thickness is not according to standard, uneven coating layer and perforated zinc sheet. Based on the analysis, five factors cause product defects: humans, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. To improve quality, the company should improve their quality control through 5W + 1H analysis, namely by providing training to employees, periodic machine maintenance and ensuring that the SOPs that have been made are implemented correctly and adequately. Keywords: six sigma, DMAIC, product defect, quality control, manufacturing

Abstract During the uploading of data for submission to the EudraCT results database, a discrepancy was identified. It was noted that the number of deaths per group was not consistent with the number in the final report and trial publication. This discrepancy was found to relate to two randomisation numbers. During the trial, the randomisation database had been held separately from the trial database, with manual transcription of randomisation numbers from the randomisation database to the trial database. Two randomisation numbers had been entered incorrectly into the trial database and, although this was documented at the time, the correction had not been made in the analysis data set. The two infants in question received the correct treatment in accordance with their allocation, but were analysed according to the wrong treatment group. Following the identification of this error, all analyses were repeated. It was confirmed that this error had a negligible impact on the study results. Furthermore, the two infants in question had not been included in the primary and secondary outcome analyses, as one had died and the other had withdrawn prior to the primary end-point assessment, so the key study outcomes remain unchanged. The only changes to the results are in the number of serious adverse events and minor changes to the data in demographics tables mostly affecting decimal points and the CONSORT diagram. Our interpretation of the study results remains unchanged.

In 2021, the Russian Federation will assume the chairmanship of the Arctic Council. This fact confirms the special attention of the country’s leadership to the unique geostrategic region. In December 2020, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, at an online meeting with volunteers and finalists of the contest “Volunteer of Russia”, noted that Russia would grow with the Arctic and the territories of the North. Many Russian citizens’ lives and the state’s success in the international arena depend on this territory’s development. One of the most important mechanisms for achieving the stated goals is national projects (NP), which should make a significant contribution to the development of the country’s territory. The purpose of the study is to assess NP in the subjects that are entirely related to the Arctic zone: Murmansk region, Nenets Autonomous okrug (NAO), Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous okrug (YANAO), and Chukotka Autonomous okrug (CHAO). In the course of the work, general scientific research methods were applied: comparative analysis, data comparison, induction, deduction, etc. The study results showed that, despite all the differences in economic and geographical position, financial condition, population, and regional development priorities, all Arctic regions have similar problems that hinder the effective development of territories. Without solving the problems indicated in the work, it is impossible to expect a qualitative «breakthrough» and implement the NP’s goals.

The characteristics of Viper's bugloss (Echium vulgare) plant, its pharmacological properties, and extracts’ composition are presented in this study. Results of the literature analysis, data on the biologically active compounds and areas of use of this medicinal plant are summarized. Viper's bugloss (E. vulgare) is a species of flowering plant in the borage family Boraginaceae. It is native to most of Europe as well as western and central Asia. Viper's bugloss (E. vulgare) is a plant that has been utilized as food (honey), medicine, a poison, an oil, and as a dye and tannin-producing ornamental plant. Viper's bugloss (E. vulgare) is especially rich in pyrrolizidine alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolcarboxylic acids, sterones and naphthoquinones. In traditional medicine, Viper's bugloss (E. vulgare) is utilized as exhilarant and a mood stimulant. That is why one of the possible uses of this plant is considered to be treatment of depressive states. Like most representatives of Boraginaceae family, it has been insufficiently studied. No previous work quantifying flavonoids content of aerial parts of Viper's bugloss (E. vulgare) growing in Ukraine has been presented. Continuing the studies of this species, the aqueous and ethanolic extracts from Viper's bugloss (E. vulgare) aerial parts were obtained and their phytochemical composition was investigated. For the first time, the qualitative analysis of biologically active compounds in Viper’s bugloss’s extract as well as the quantitative analysis of flavonoids by aluminum chloride spectrophotometric method are reported. The experimental results showed that the total concentration of flavonoids was 2.59% in the extract. The maximum yield of extractives was found to be 16%. The obtained research data will be used in future investigations.

Abstract: In the study of Islamic Education Management (MPI), it is necessary to develop a theory or concept of leadership based on Islamic values, one of which is the concept of prophetic leadership. This study aims to analyze how the prophetic leadership concept of the Prophet Muhammad SAW can be applied in organizations. This research was conducted qualitatively with a literature review. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which consisted of three activities: data analysis, data reduction, and verification. The study results explain that the concept of prophetic leadership is leadership based on prophetic (apostolic) values. The prophetic leadership character of the Prophet Muhammad is known by four characters, namely Fatanah, Amanah, Sidiq, and Tabligh. Apart from these four characters, The Prophet Muhammad SAW is also known as a prophet whom Allah SWT sent to be a mercy for the universe. The implication of the Prophet Muhammad's Prophetic Leadership is that each of his followers is encouraged to imitate these characters and apply them in their daily lives. Kata-kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Profetik, Nabi Muhammad SAW, Rahmat

Introduction. Apixaban is a direct oral anticoagulant prescribed for treatment and prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE) and for prevention of stroke in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation. Direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) such as apixaban are rapidly replacing warfarin therapy due to improved efficacy and safety profile shown in clinical trials. However, anticoagulants can cause serious and adverse drug reactions (ADRs).Aim. Study of the effect of carriage of polymorphisms in CYP3A4*22 (rs35599367) C>T, CYP3A5*3 (rs776746) A>G, ABCB1 (rs4148738) C>T and ABCB1 (rs1045642) C>T genes on the change in prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) in patients using apixaban.Materials and methods. A total of 36 patients were enrolled onto this prospective observational study. All patients received apixaban at doses in accordance with instructions on how to administer the drug. Atrial fibrillation was diagnosed in 26 patients, and secondary thrombotic complications in 23 patients. To perform pharmacogenetic tests and measure aPTT and PT parameters, venous blood samples from each patient were drawn on Days 4-5 after prescription of apixaban. The PharmGKB database was used to select candidate genes for the study. Genotyping was performed using the real-time polymerase chain reaction technique. Statistical analysis: data were analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statistics program, Version 23.0.Results. In our study, we assessed the effect of polymorphisms in ABCB1 (rs1045738) C>T, ABCB1 (rs4148642) C>T genes on the aPTT and PT parameters. No statistically significant associations were found.Conclusion. The differences between PT and APTT values in patients using apixaban in the groups with different polymorphisms in ABCB1 (rs1045738) C>T, ABCB1 (rs4148642) C>T gene were not statistically significant. Further studies are necessary to assess the effect of pharmacogenetics on the safety and efficacy profile of apixaban.
