The phenomenon of differences in Qur’anic reading based on seven qira’ah is one of the internalising factors of the Quraa Ulama with geographical backgrounds and languages diversity which are generated in a unified sociolinguistic discipline. The diversity in qira’ah raises its own problems and attracts observers of Arabic who criticize each other. One of them is in the aspect of reading variety of Surah Al-fatihah. This study aims to analyze and describe the views of the previous Al-Lughah Ulama on the differences in qira’ah sab'ah in Surah Al-Fathihah. In its implementation, the researcher used qualitative approach with content analysis, while the data collection techniques were carried out through primary data sources related to qira'ah sab'ah and Sociolinguistics. The results showed that the formation of two rational views of Ulama Al-lughah; manhaj Mutasahhil (tolerant) and manhaj Mutasyaddid (extreme) in response to the variety in reading of qira’ah sab'ah in Surah Alfathihah found on the fourth, sixth, and seventh verses. But Manhaj Mutasyddid put more emphasis on the seventh verse (إهدنا الصراط المستقيم) with the letter "Shad" as a language that is covenient and fusha compared to reading with the letter "Sa".

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive type of research, with the aim to provide a snapshot of a particular symptom. Techniques of data collection through observation, interviews, documentation and snowballing sampling. To analyze the data used descriptive qualitative methods and triangulation, the description is based on the symptoms that appear while the triangulation, ie, data checking technique that uses something other than the data for checking purposes or as a comparison to the data. The source of the data used in this research is the source of primary data and secondary data sources. This research used theory which is a method Glann calistung Doman. From the results ofthis study indicate that individuals Village Jati Probolinggo qiroati considers that this method is a method that is appropriate to in crease the reading and writing of the Qur'an as it is a method of reading the Qur’an that directly incorporate and practice reading Tartil accordance with qoidah tajwid. Effectiveuse of methods qiroati, qiroati method can be implemented by way of grouping students according to the level of its volumes since this method does not see the age of the child but the child's ability malihat. Cooperation between the agencies and parents to develop and increase interest in reading and writing of the Qur'an to his son. Ustadz/ustdzah trying to improve the reading and writing of the Qur'an by using classical methods of individual and under stand each students individual differences.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Android-Based School Examination (USBA) at SMAN 3 Sungai Penuh. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by interview and documentation. The data sources used were primary data and secondary data, which were analyzed by using triangulation techniques. The number of informants in this study were 6 people, namely USBA operators and class XII students of SMAN 3 Sungai Penuh. The results showed that the USBA implementation process at SMAN 3 Sungai Penuh was the same as the conventional exam implementation process, but at USBA students were more independent. The advantages of USBA include exams that can be done anywhere, USBA costs are more efficient than paper exams, test results can be seen after students have finished taking exams, with this USBA minimizing the occurrence of cheating by students. Constraints in implementing USBA are the low capacity of the internet network. Comparing conventional exams with USBA, there are many differences between the two, this can be seen from the equipment used, the form of the questions, the time for taking the questions, the place and the operational costs of the exam.

The technique of binding wood construction in Tolaki vernacular houses tends to fade due to esotericism. This research is important as follows: (1) to uncover and preserve Tolaki's architectural identity in the form of wood-binding techniques; (2) to enrich the Southeast Sulawesi architecture literature in particular and Indonesian architecture in general. This research is intended to formulate the wood construction binding technique in Tolaki vernacular house.  This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data.  This research uses triangulation data collection techniques. The method of data analysis is carried out by means of information organized, information and codefication studied, cases and contexts described, findings interpreted, and findings presented narratively. The study concluded that the construction of wood in the Tolaki vernacular house consisted of 12 (twelve) connective techniques as follows: first, peusu temomo, peusu kinalase, peusu pinewa’a, peusu pinepuhe, peusu niranggia, and peusu tundo ndowaea are included in the category of cross ties; second, peusu kinalili and  peusu pinekalo are included in the category of dead cross ties; third, peusu pinepuhu, peusu sinemba, peusu mbekale, and peusu sinemba aso hara are included in the category of mobile cross ties.

Murābaḥah is one of the most popular financing for Sharia Financial Institutions. Likewise, at the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta, murābaḥah financing is what customers are most interested in, therefore, among other financing products the risk is also higher. In addition, many customers choose deferred payments. This deferred payment creates several risks, one of which is financing problems. Many customers who are deemed capable are still procrastinating in terms of payment of installment obligations, this is what causes losses for the BPRS, where the more customers delay payment, the higher the level of Non Performing Financing (NPF) in a bank, causing the bank's condition to not healthy. Then the problem that will be raised in this study is how to solve the problematic murābaḥah financing in the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta and how the view of the fatwa DSN MUI towards the practice of solving the problematic murābaḥah financing in the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta. This study uses field research methods, with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection methods through interviews with informants and documentation and then analyzed with qualitative descriptive methods. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) The steps for solving problematic murābaḥah financing at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta include billing, rescheduling, restructuring, customers selling their own goods, execution of collateral, AYDA and judicial channels. (2) The mechanism for the settlement of murābaḥah financing at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta is in accordance with the MUI DSN Fatwa and POJK No. 29/POJK.03/2019, except for the Fatwa DSN MUI No. 47 / DSN-MUI / II / 2005 on the provisions of point 5 regarding exemption for customers who are truly unable to pay off their financing payments, because in its implementation the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta implementing the final solution of problematic murābaḥah financing by way of settlement through the judiciary, if the BPRS performs debt relief, only the write-off records are written off, not the write-offs. Even though it has been written off, there is still a billing.

This study aims to find out how the origins of the Mantu Kucing tradition and its implementation process. As well as describing the symbolic meaning and potential in the Curhajati Hamlet, Grajagan Village, Bnayuwangi Regency.The m ethod used is a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, and documented / archived.From the research that has been carried out it is mentioned that the Cat-in-Law Tradition in the village of Ekstrajati Grajagan Village began in 1930. The tradition is still carried out until now once a year during the long dry season. The tradition of the Cat Aunt has symbolic meaning in terms of the procession and equipment used during the Cat Aunt ritual. The mediation is a form of mediation or a way of saying prayers to ask for rain from God Almighty so that rain will soon be reduced. As well as expressions of gratitude for the blessings of God Almighty, and preservation of ancestral culture. The tradition of Mantu Kucing has the potential to unite Dagjati dusun community to maintain mutual friendship and work together in building the culture that is owned by Dagjati Dagjati Village Grajagan Village.

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

<p><em>This study aims to describe the intertextuality relationship between the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari and Calabai by Pepi Al-Bayqunie. The type of research is descriptive qualitative approach using content analysis. Data are collected by inventorying events that are similarities and differences, specifications on the characters, settings, plots, and themes of both text. The research results indicate that there are similar themes on the two novels, the theme of self actualization in addition with the theme of family and friendship. The same characterization are also used by both author, masculine figures with feminine soul characters. The difference between the two novels lies on the plot and setting. Pasung Jiwa uses progressive plot and Calabai uses a flash-back plot.. Okky Madasari takes Java Island as the background in the novel Pasung Jiwa, while the novel Calabai, Pepi Al-Bayqunie using the setting of Sulawesi Island. The basis of the similarity of theme and characterization supported by the similirity of events in the story shows the existence of intertextual relationship between the two novels. As a previously published work, the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari is a hipogram and novel Calabai by Pepi A-Bayqunie as a transformational text. On the theme and characterization, the transformation of Calabai forward the hypogram, while in the plot and setting deviates his hypogram, Pasung Jiwa.</em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan intertekstualitas antara novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari dan novel Calabai karya Pepi Al-Bayqunie. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan konten analisis. Data dikumpulkan dengan menginventariskan peristiwa yang merupakan persamaan dan perbedaan, spesifikasi pada tokoh, latar, alur, dan tema dari kedua teks. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan tema pada kedua novel, yaitu tema aktualisasi diri, ditambah dengan tema keluarga dan persahabatan. Penokohan yang sama juga digunakan oleh kedua penulis, yaitu tokoh maskulin dengan karakter jiwa feminin. Perbedaan kedua novel terletak pada alur dan latar. Pasung Jiwa menggunakan alur maju dan Calabai menggunakan alur campuran. Latar dalam novel Pasung Jiwa, Okky Madasari mengambil latar Pulau Jawa, sedangkan novel Calabai, Pepi Al-Bayqunie menggunakan latar Pulau Sulawesi. Dasar kesamaan tema dan penokohan didukung kesamaan peristiwa-peristiwa dalam cerita menunjukkan adanya hubungan intertekstual antara kedua novel. Sebagai karya yang terbit terlebih dahulu menjadikan novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari adalah hipogram dan novel Calabai karya Pepi Al-Bayqunie sebagai teks transformasi. Pada tema dan penokohan, transformasi Calabai meneruskan hipogram, sedangkan pada alur dan latar menyimpangi hipogramnya, Pasung Jiwa.</p>

This article discusses the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung Subdistrict X Koto Atas, Solok Regency in a review of muamalah fiqh. The type of research is field research (field research). The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from farmers and farm laborers who were carried out to 8 people and 4 farm workers, while the secondary data were obtained from documents in the form of the Bukit Kandung Nagari Profile that were related to this research, which could provide information or data. Addition to strengthen the primary data. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing that the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of wages in agriculture carried out in Nagari Bukit Kandung District X Koto Diatas Solok Regency is farm laborers who ask for their wages to be given in advance before they carry out their work without an agreement to give their wages at the beginning. Because farm laborers ask for their wages to be given at the beginning, many farm workers work not as expected by farmers and there are also farm workers who are not on time to do the work that should be done. According to the muamalah fiqh review, the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung is not allowed because there is an element of gharar in the contract and there are parties who are disadvantaged in the contract, namely the owner of the fields.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.
