This study aims to analize the online learning process in the Covid 19 pandemic era experienced by students. This analysis is seen from the student's perspective of impressions, challenges, obstacles, and hopes during the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection method in this study used a survey by distributing a google form link to students. The number of respondents in this study were 292 students. The data analysis used included reduction of the data obtained, 2) presentation of the data, and 3) drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are positive and negative impressions during the online learning process. The negative impressions of the online learning process are supported by the challenges and obstacles experienced by students. In addition, this study also provides an overview of student expectations in the online learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic

Learning activities have an essential role in improving learning, which serves to see how understanding students receive new knowledge from the teaching and learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic with audiovisual materials at Kana Ungaran Integrated Kindergarten. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative (survey). The data collection method used a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) aspects of children's learning activities in participating in the learning process in terms of prayer (93%) were stated to be very active; (2) then the observing aspect (76%) can be noted that children are involved in online learning; (3) then the aspect of remembering (94%) can be stated that the child is very active in participating in the learning process in terms of placing; and (4) the next aspect is understanding (66%) can be stated that they are pretty active in the learning process. From the research results, the lowest aspect is understanding (66%), and the highest aspect is remembering (94%). This study suggests that teachers and parents work together and entrust the child to the supervisor during the online learning process. Aktivitas belajar memiliki peranan penting dalam proses peningkatan pembelajaran, yang berfungsi untuk melihat seberapa paham siswa menerima pengetahuan baru dari proses belajar mengajar terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan berbantuan audio visual di TK Terpadu Kana Ungaran.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif deskriptif (survei). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian bahwa: (1) aspek aktivitas belajar anak dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran dari dalam hal berdoa (93%) sebelumnya (53%) dinyatakan sangat aktif; (2) kemudian aspek mengamati (76%) sebelumnya (45%) dapat dinyatakan anak aktif dalam pembelajaran daring; (3) selanjutnya aspek mengingat (94%) sebelumnya (59%) dapat dinyatakan anak sangat aktif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran dalam hal mengingat; dan (4) aspek yang keberikutnya ialah memahami (66%) sebelumnya (36%) dapat dinyatakan cukup aktif dalam proses pembelajarannya. Dari hasil penelitian menghasilkan aspek terendah ialah memahami (66%) dan aspek tertinggi ialah mengingat (94%).  Dalam penelitian ini disarankan kepada guru dan orang tua murid untuk bekerjasama dan mempercayakan anak kepada pembimbing selama proses pembelajaran daring.

AbstrakPenelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala pembelajaran daring di SD Negeri 38 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dialami guru selama pembelajaran daring yaitu sulitnya mencari strategi yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran daring, guru kurang menguasai penggunan teknologi dan hanya menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp, cara penilaian (sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan) yang kurang efektif, kurangnya fasilitas yang dimiliki siswa dalam mendukung pembelajaran daring, sering terjadinya gangguan koneksi internet sehingga menghambat dalam proses pembelajaran daring, kuota bantuan dari Kemendikbud yang tidak dapat digunakan, guru tidak bisa menilai secara langsung kelemahan dan kelebihan setiap siswa, tugas yang diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa kebanyakan dikerjakan oleh orang tua siswa.Kata Kunci: Kendala, Pembelajaran Daring, Pandemi AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the obstacles to online learning at SD Negeri 38 Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis used in this research is data collection by observation, interviews. The results showed that the obstacles experienced by teachers during online learning were the difficulty of finding strategies that were suitable for online learning, teachers were not good at using technology and only used the WhatsApp application, ineffective methods of assessment (attitudes, knowledge, skills), lack of facilities owned by students. In supporting online learning, there are frequent internet connection disruptions that hinder the online learning process, the quota for assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture cannot be used, the teacher cannot directly assess the weaknesses and strengths of each student, the tasks given by the teacher to students are mostly done by parents students.Keywords: Constraints, Online Learning, Pandemic

Noda has an explanation function. The research aims to describe the structure and meaning of noda modality as interpropositional modalitiy. The data were obtained from Japanese website, such as asahi.com, ameba.jp, aozora.gr.jp, yourei.jp, and context.reverso.net. The data collection method in this research is the simak and catat method. Then, using qualitative descriptive method to analysis the structure and meaning of noda modality, while the agih method is used to find out noda modality.’s usage The data presentation stage use informal techniques. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that noda’s modality could be attached to verbs, i-adjectives, na-adjectives and nouns. Noda as an interpropositional modality has two types; “related types” (kankeidzuke) and “unrelated types”  (hikankeidzuke),  and each  types have  its meaning.

This research is based on the style used by KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy through his snippet of da'wah (quote) that has interesting style of languages, education messages delivered simply but so attractive. The aim of this research was to analyze and to study the language style of quotes used by KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy in religion speech and the implementation in running his function in Pondok Pesantren Syalafi’iyah-Syafi’iyah. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative that focused on analytics and didactics. Data collection method had used the textual data analysis in language style of KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy. The research result showed that in language style of KHR. Ahmad Azaim Ibrahimy there were metaphor, personification, allegory, irony, association, simile, metonymies, euphemism, and pleonasm figures of speech. The messages of the quotes can be understood by the readers, especially the students and the alumni of Pondok Pesantren Syalafi’iyah-Syafi’iyah.

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk menelaah dan menghasilkan kajian tentangimplementasi metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga matematika terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengansampel yang diteliti sebanyak 72 peserta didik tingkat SMP secara random. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kemampuan komunikasi matematis berbentuk uraian. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t setelah dilakukan uji prasyarat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan metode Brainstormingerbantu alat peraga lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak diajar menggunakan metode Brainstorming berbantu alat peraga. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Brainstormingberbantu alat peraga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik dengan kriteria sedang. Kata kunci:metode Brainstorming, alat peraga, kemampuan komunikasi matematis.   ABSTRACT Thestudy aims to determine whether or not there is an implementation of theBrainstorming method assisted aid teaching to the students’mathematical communication ability. Thesample of this research are 72 students. The research used data collection method by using instrument test of mathematical communication ability in the form ofdescription. Data analysis techniques using t-test after the prerequisite test. Based on the results of the study it was found that the average of mathematical communication ability of students taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props were higher than those not taught using the Brainstorming methodassisted props. It can be concluded that theBrainstorming method assisted props can improve mathematical communication ability of students with medium criteria. <p><em>The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application leadership and environment work in </em><em>the office of </em><em>Gunung Kerinci regency with </em><em>performance </em><em>of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a </em><em>full sampling</em><em> as many as 17 people. </em><em>Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant </em><em>leadership and environment work </em><em>have a positive and significantinfluence with </em><em>performance of employee</em><em>. The implies that played as important role</em><em>leadership and environment work </em><em>(individualy or simultaneously) in developing performance </em><em>of employee.</em><em></em></p>

Abstrak Penelitian ini meneliti satuan lingual sapaan istilah kekerabatan Bahasa Bali di kalangan kasta ksatria di Jero Tengah Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini khusus meneliti di satu keluarga besar Jero Tengah yang terletak di Banjar Tegal Baleran Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui satuan lingual sapaan istilah kekerabatan Bahasa Bali kasta ksatria di Jero Tengah. Kasta Ksatria yang diteliti yaitu yang menggunakan nama Gusti. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dengan narasumber dan dilanjutkan dengan teknik catat. Metode analisis data digunakan dengan metode agih, yaitu metode yang alat penentunya itu justru bagian dari Bahasa yang bersangkutan itu sendiri. Metode penyajian hasil analisis data menggunakan metode informal, yaitu hasil analisis disajikan dengan kata-kata dan kalimat. Satuan-satuan lingual sapaan istilah kekerabatan Bahasa Bali kasta ksatria di Jero Tengah yang ditemukan yaitu, kompyang ‘buyut’, ninik, mbah ‘nenek’, wayah ‘kakek’, ajik ‘ayah’, biang ‘ibu’, utik ‘ibu’, ‘ibu’, ji + urutan kelahiran ‘paman’, biang + urutan kelahiraan ‘bibi’, tik + urutan kelahiran ‘bibi’, bu + urutan kelahiran ‘bibi’, titu ‘bibi’, raka + urutan kelahiran ‘kakak laki-laki’, wi gus ‘kakak laki-laki’,  mbok gek ‘kakak perempuan’, gung + nama, gung + urutan kelahiran / nama saja ‘adik laki-laki/perempuan’. Satuan lingual dan sistem sapaan istilah kekerabatan Bahasa Bali yang ditemukan beragam sesuai dengan penggunaannya. This study specifically examined a large family of Jero Tengah located in Banjar Tegal Baleran, Tabanan Regency. This study aimed to determine the lingual units of greeting of Balinese kinship terms among ksatria caste in Jero Tengah. The Ksatria caste studied were those whose names were Gusti. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing the interviewees and continued with note taking. The data analysis method used was the distribution method that is the method in which the determinant is precisely the part of the language itself. The method of presenting the results of the data analysis was informal method, in which the results of the analysis were presented by using words and sentences. The lingual units of greeting of Balinese kinship terms among ksatria caste in Jero Tengah found were kompyang 'great-grandfather', ninik, mbah 'grandmother', wayah 'grandfather', ajik 'father', biang 'mother', utik 'mother', ji + birth order 'uncle', biang + birth order 'aunt', tik + birth order 'aunt', bu + birth order 'aunt', titu 'aunt', raka + birth order 'older brother ', wi gus 'older brother', mbok gek 'older sister', gung + name, gung + birth order / name only 'younger brother / sister'. The topic of this article is "Sentence analysis in Merry Riana's Spotify broadcast for the period October-November 2019". As the background of this study is that, in the 41 broadcast episodes chosen, Merry uses modern Indonesian, making it easier for the researchers to review when this analysis is carried out. Second, research on Merry Riana's spotify siniar with sentense structure has never been done. Third, this study may be  motivating and increasing researchers' insight. In this study, two research questions were raised, namely what types of sentences are contained in Merry Riana's spotify podcast and how is the structure of the sentence function filler in Merry Riana's spotify podcast. The purpose of this study is to find out the types of sentences contained in Merry Riana's spotify podcast and to find out how the structure of the filler function is. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive study which is presented in the form of data excerpts containing sentences and table of data percentage. In the data collection method, observation supported by listening technique followed by note-taking techniques were applied. The results of this research data analysis are presented in formal and informal methods. The results of this study obtained eight types of sentences, namely single sentences, compound sentences, declarative sentences, interrogative sentences, imperative sentences, exclamative sentences, complete sentences, and incomplete sentences. In this study, it is also found 23 variations of syntactic functions consisting of seven variations of single sentences and 16 variations of compound sentences.

The study of feminism is a literarytradition that leads tokan fokus analisis to female. One of the focuses of the study of feminism is the image of women. In the Qur'an there are many verses that tell about women, there is even one surah that tells the female character specifically, surah Maryam. The purpose of this research is to describe the image of women in the story of Maryam in the Quran including psychic imagery and social imagery. The data collection method that library studies use. The method of data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study are the text of surah Ali Imran, surah Maryam, and surah At Tahrim in the Qur'an. The result of this study is a psychic image ofa woman in the storyof Maryam in the Qur'an consisting of 1)a sincereperson,(2)a devout worshipter,(4)a worried person,(4)a fearful person,(5)a man who is inflicted in pain, and(6)a man who guards honor. The social image of women in the story of Maryamin the Qur'an in the family and community consists of (1)a nephew, (2a) mother, ( 3a child, (4) a sister, (5) a weak man rather than a man in worship (6) an exiled person, (7) a contested person, (8) an accused person, and (9) a man who is given to serve. Based on the analysis of the above imagery found gender injustice contained in this study in the form of stereotypes and violence
