The paper considers some ecological problems of the gold-mining enterprise in Amurskaya Oblast’. The investigations have revealed the technogenic pollution of the soil-grounds, air basin, and vegetation under the action of the processing wastes. High concentrations of heavy metals were found in the soils and vegetation in the zone of influence of the plant processing heavy concentrates at a distance of 100 and more meters. They are 2 to 90 times higher than the background values practically in all directions from the technogenic object. High TM concentrations were found also in the soils of building zone. Using the innovation approach we have elaborated the measures for decreasing the pollution negative effect on the habitat. We propose a new way of reclamation of the lands disturbed by the wastes of the mineral raw material processing with the use of the mixed bark-compost of the forest industry wastes.

A literature review was carried out to identify advances in research on workability of fresh concrete via both experimental tests and modeling, especially high performance concrete and self-compacting concrete. As to the relationship between fluidity of concrete and that of paste, future research can be conducted in two aspects, i.e. one is the influence of the quantity of paste in concrete, and another is the influence of fluidity of paste affected by a couple of factors. Most literature proved that the flow of concrete depends both on positive effect and negative effect, the former promote fluidity, such as dispersing, filling and lubricating, and the latter restricts fluidity, such as formation of particle coagulation, an increase of wettable surface of solid particles and mechanical interlock.

Demand forecasting is the basis of the inventory management. Aiming at the problem of subjective forecasting method, we use quadratic exponential smoothing method to establish the mathematical model, to forecast sales volume of product A in every month in 2013. And based on demand forecasting, we put forward ABC classification management method to solve the inventory management issues. The research result of this paper has important implications in improving the inventory management level for many enterprises.Demand Forecasting and Inventory ManagementInventory management is an important part of enterprise management, and it directly affects the business situation of enterprises. A reasonable inventory can significantly enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises; too much or too little inventory settings would have a bad impact on the business, and some company even bog down because of inventory problems companies bogged down because of inventory problems [1-2]. To do inventory management, what should we do in the first step. The answer is demand forecast. When business scale reaches a certain level, it would need strict, systematic demand forecasting. The more accurate the demand forecasting is, the more accurate inventory planning would be, and more favorable for business enterprises.Few companies are able to be completely in accordance with the order production, and the vast majority of businesses are not waiting for orders after arrival, then determine how much raw material and manpower needed, and how to arrange production. Because it often takes a long production cycle, and no one is willing to wait a month to buy a bag of washing powder. Successful companies always make accurate predictions for product demand, and then put into production according to forecasting [3]. Due to their more accurate predictions, they can often carry out a reasonable plan and inventory management. Inventory forecasting, its essence is demand forecasting [4]. Demand forecasting provides important information for inventory management such as inventory amount, lead time, inventory turns. Demand forecasting is based on research and statistics, to make a scientific and reasonable inference for product demand. Product demand generally is within a certain period, certain market range, the number of consumers’ demand for a product. Demand forecasting results can help companies determine the amount of raw material inventory and products, and provide enterprise continuous production of raw materials needed, save liquidity and reduce inventory costs, improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.Product Demand Forecasting Model

The subject of this research is the processes of price formation for raw materials depending on the demand for end consumer products. The article reviews a mathematical model that is based on the principle of maximum utility. The proposed model is founded on the stage-by-stage determination of the production output and consumption of end products, as well as corresponding prices depending on the prices of used raw materials and semi-finished products. The prices for intermediate products and raw materials are formed depending on the need for end products output with their optimization by demand. The article provides the basic mathematical ration with regards to using principle of maximum utility applicable to the demand-supply model and its implementation in multi-stage production. The acquired results indicate weak dependence of production output and prices for end products on the cost of raw material in terms of advanced refining. With limited production capacity of raw materials, the dynamics of prices is well predicted. The results of modeling, compared to the available statistical data, indicate the adequacy of the proposed model to the unfolding economic processes. It is determined that the accuracy of price prediction for raw products with a significant volume of its subsequent processing is limited.

The impact of Si3N4 content on the hardness and microstructural developments of ZrB2-SiC material has been investigated thoroughly in the present investigation. Having prepared the raw materials in a jar mill, the ZrB2-SiC samples containing various amounts of Si3N4 were hot-pressed at 1850 °C. Furthermore, XRD, FESEM, and HRTEM were utilized to evaluate the microstructure of samples. The formation of in-situ h-BN was proved by the mentioned methods. Also, it was shown that the Vickers hardness of ZrB2-SiC increases up to 20 GPa in presence of 4.5 wt% Si3N4 which is 3 GPa more than the sample without Si3N4. Results show that the positive effect of increased relative density on hardness is more than the negative effect of h-BN soft phase formation.

Background. The dairy industry plays an important role in ensuring the country’s food security, and the consumption of quality dairy products by the population in the required quantity and at reasonable prices is an urgent condition for ensuring the health of the nation. That’s why the study of the main trends and prospects for the development of the dairy market in Ukraine is relevant and important, especially in an unsaturated market. The analysis of recent research and publications hasrevealed the need of studying the innovative aspect of the development of the dairy industry and determining the prerequisites for the innovative activity of dairy enterprises to ensure their competitiveness on the market. The aimof the study is to analyzethe development of the dairy industry in Ukraine in general and in the context of its innovative activities in particular. The tasks of the study were to identify trends, highlight the problems of innovative activities of dairy industry enterprises to ensure successful long-term work on the market and determine the directions for their solution. Materials and methods. In the process of the study, we used statistical methods of analysis, which made it possible to determine the dynamics of the main indicators of the development of the dairy industry and its main structural characteristics. We also used dialectical, abstract-logical and systemic analysis, which made it possible to determine the main positive and negative trends in the development of the dairy industry and, in particular, its innovative activities. Results. In Ukraine, the dairy industry is developing unevenly. The article examines the indicators of the development of the dairy raw material market, the amount of production and consumption of milk per person in Ukraine, the structure of the market of dairy producers, the volume of dairy products production, the volume of innovative products sold by the dairy companies, the number of food and dairy enterprises, that were engaged in innovative activities and introduced innovations according to their types, the number of units of new products that were introduced in the food and dairy industry, the structure of new products introduced in the food and dairy industry, the number of introduced products per enterprise, the amount of innovation expenditures, and the cost efficiency ratio. This made it possible to identify the main trends and problems in the development of the dairy industry and determine the main directions of their solution. Conclusion. The main reasons that hinder the development of the dairy industry in Ukraine and have a negative effect on dairy producers are: lack of raw materials; price fluctuations for raw materials and finished products; law quality of raw materials, unstable socio-economic situation of the country, decline in the purchasing power of the population, loss of some international sales markets; decrease in market capacity due to the loss of control over the part of the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, the development of technical and technological basis doesn’t allow manufacturers and processors to reduce prices and stimulate demand; the links between producers and processors aren’t optimized in terms of delivery charges; low world prices for dairy products reduce the export potential of domestic dairy products. Therefore, there is a need for significant adaptation of dairy producers to export requirements.
