The research aims to understand of the influence of price discount, bonus pack and variety seeking toward Brand Switching Anlene Milk to the other product in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang. The purpose of this research are: 1) the effect of price discount toward brand switching milk anlene to the other product in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang, 2) the effect of bonus pack toward brand switching milk anlene to the other product in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang, 3) the effect of variety seeking toward brand switching milk anlene to the other product in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang. The type of research used in this study is a causal quantitative research. The population in consumer of Basko Grand Mall Padang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method with the total samples of 100 people. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression by using t test and F test. The result of the research show that there are a positive and insignificant influence between price discount (X1) variable on brand switching behavior of milk anlene to the other product in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang, bonus pack (X2) significantly influence the brand switching behavior of milk anlene to the other product in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang, and variety seeking (X3) significantly influence the brand switching behavior of milk anlene to the other product in Foodmart Basko Grand Mall Padang.Keywords: price discount, bonus pack, variety seeking, and brand switching

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of endorser, price and quality of products toward  Brand Switching Maybelline Solid Powder in Padang. The type of research is descriptive and qualitative research.  The sampling technique used is Purposive sampling.  The type of data used is primary  and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression by using t test and F test.  The result of the research shows that there is a positive and insignificant influence between endorser variables on brand switching behavior of Maybelline solid powder in Padang. Then for price variable has no effect on brand switching, but there is significant influence between product quality variable to brand switching of Maybelline solid powder in Padang. Keywords : endorser,  price,  product quality,  brand switching

This study aims to examine the effect of quality of products, promotion and variety seeking towardbrand switchingSariayu cosmetic products in Padang. This research isdescriptive and qualitative research.. The population in this study was Padang city women who had used Sariayu cosmetic products. The sampling technique used is Purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents.The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Thedata analysis technique used is multiple regression by using t test and F test. The purpose of this study was to find out how much a significant difference between CAR BNI and BRI. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. This research sample for 5 years from 2014-2018 was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Types of quantitative research data with secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used independent sample t-test. The analysis shows that the CAR variable on BNI and BRI based on the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.010 so that a significant value of 0.010 0, 05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted stating that there is a significant difference between the average CAR on BNI and BRI . Of the two banks, BNI's average is 17.760% smaller than the BRI's average of 21.332%. This shows that during 2014-2018 BRI's CAR was better than BNI, due to the increase in the amount of capital received by BRI. When referring to the minimum Bank Indonesia regulation is 8%, both banks have good financial performance in terms of (CAR).

This research aims to show the effect of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), non-performing financing (NPF), operating expenses on operating income (OEOI), and inflation partially and simultaneously on return on assets (ROA) at Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. This type of research is a quantitative research using secondary data based on panel data. The research population consisted of 11 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia using the purposive sampling technique so that 220 samples were obtained. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression method, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, t-test, and f-test. The results show that CAR has a positive and significant effect on ROA, FDR has a negative and insignificant effect on ROA, NPF, and inflation has a positive effect and is not significant on ROA. At the same time, OEOI has a negative and significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on ROA.

<p><em>This research is a quantitative research that aims to describe about the correlation between effective sentence mastery and reading habit of printed mass media with news text writing skills independent or together. The method used is correlational survey. The sample in this study is 126 students or 28% from the total population of 446 students. Thesample determined by cluster random sampling technique. Research data were obtained through three instruments (1) test of news text writing skills; (2) effective sentence mastery test; and</em></p><em>(3) questionnaire of reading habit of printed mass media. Data analysis technique used is product moment correlation (simple and double) and regression. The result of this research show effective sentences mastery (X1) and reading habit of printed mass media (X2) together contributes 48% to news text writing skills (Y).</em>

At present the development of property and housing companies is very rapid. The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Company Size on Financial Distress in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017. The approach used is quantitative research. Researchers use secondary data types and sources. The population of this research is 48 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sample is 29 Property and Housing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 with 145 observational samples. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method. Data Analysis Technique used is Logistic Regression. The results of this study are liquidity affecting financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The size of the company does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity, leverage and company size affecting financial distress in Property and Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of interest rates, exchange rates and capital structure on profitability in state-owned and private banking go public in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research based on the study of empirical rational principles. Collecting data using secondary data with purposive sampling technique, the sample consists of Commercial Banks Business Group (BUKU IV) with core capital > Rp 30 trillion. The data analysis technique used panel data regression analysis using EVIEWS version 11 software. The results showed that the interest rate had a positive and significant effect on banking profitability; Exchange Rate has a negative and significant effect on Banking Profitability; Capital Structure has a positive and significant effect on Banking Profitability; Interest Rate, Exchange Rate, and Capital Structure simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Banking Profitability

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan yang signifikan ukuran perusahaan antara PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. Penelitian komparatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan PT TERKOMSEL TBK selama 22 tahun dari tahun 1997-2018 dan PT XL AXIATA TBK yaitu selama 18 tahun dari tahun 1999-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini selama 5 tahun dari 2014-2018 terdaftar di bursa saham. Jenis data penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas data dan independent sample t-test. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ukuran Perusahan pada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. berdasarkan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,010 sehingga nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0, 05, maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima yang menyatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara Ukuran Perusahaanpada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk.AbstractThis study aims to find out how big a significant difference in company size between PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix on Decisions on the Use of Transportation Based on Malang City Application. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who use online transportation services in Malang City area. The determination of sample size in this study uses Ferdinand's theory (2015). The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses the theory of Non Probability Sampling, which is an unknown sampling technique how much is the probability of each element or member of the population to get a chance to become a sample. Based on existing sources there are two kinds of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the promotion, people, process, and physical Evidence variables significantly influence the decision to use online applications. While the variables of production, price, and place do not significantly influence the decision to use online transportation. Simultaneously, together with produc, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical Evidence have an influence on the decision to use online transportation.

This research aims to examine: (1) the influence of green product against PT Indomobil Suzuki brand image in the city of Padang, and (2) the influence of green promotion against PT Indomobil Suzuki brand image in the city of Padang. Type of this research is quantitative research analysis techniques, using korelasional, which is the population in this research is the entire consumer users of Suzuki in Padang city of unknown amount. Researchers took samples of as many as 100 people. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The type of data in this study are the primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained by spreading the now's research. Technique of data analysis is the analysis of descriptive and Inductive analysis. Test the hypothesis in this study was conducted with the test t (t-test). The results of this research show that: (1) Green Product has the insignificant effect towards the brand image, (2) Green  Promotion has the significant effect towards brand image.Keywords: Brand Imageg, Green Product, and Green Promotion.
