The purpose this research is to know whether there is the influence of Learning Cycle 5E model with the GeoGebra aid to understanding mathematical concepts. The type of this research is quasi-experimental research, population in this research is all students of class VII MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung as many as 10 classes with an amount of 320, sampling technique in this research using a classroom random technique where class VIIA as experiment class with Learning Cycle is learning 5E aided GeoGebra, class VIIJ as a control class with expository learning. Data analysis technique use N-Gain test and t test. Based on the result of N-Gain value analysis, the understanding of mathematical concepts in the experimental class with the use of GeoGebra application is in the medium category, that is in the experimental class there are 18 students and in the control class, there are 16 students. While the average value of N-Gain in the experimental class is 0.686 and the mean value of N-Gain in the controller class is 0.354. Based on calculations obtained t count = 6,180, so titan table, in other words, reject H0 and received H1. The conclusion that can be drawn is that there is an increase in the ability of understanding the mathematical concepts of learners in the Learning Cycle 5E class with GeoGebra in the learning process, it also shows that the application of GeoGebra has a positive influence on the improvement of the ability of understanding mathematical concepts in the learning process.

Research on the effect of the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes in class X MAN 2 Model Palu has been done. This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes in class X MAN 2 Model Palu. The type of research was a quasi-experimental study non-randomized design with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was conducted with a purposive sampling technique. The study sample was students in class X MIA 6 as an experimental group (n = 22) and students in class X MIA 3 as a control group (n = 22). The data testing of students' learning outcomes used a non-parametric statistical analysis, the analysis of Mann-Whitney U-Test. The research results indicated that the mean value of the experiment class was high compared to the control class, 22.61 >18.39. The statistical analysis obtained that sig. 2-tailed (0,032) ˂ 0.05 and Zcalculation (-2.149) ˂ Ztable (-1.96). The average value of the experiment class was 82.95 while the average value of the control class was 73.64. So it can be concluded that there is the effect of applying the problem-based learning model in the basic laws of chemistry on student’s learning outcomes.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of learning by using a realistic mathematical approach to the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts. This research is a quasi-experimental research. This research was conducted at MTs Islamiyah Medan. The research sample consisted of 50 students, 25 experimental class students, and 25 control class students obtained by cluster random sampling technique in class VII students. The results of the study explained that the average ability to understand mathematical concepts of students who use a realistic mathematical approach is higher than the average ability to understand mathematical concepts of students who use conventional learning. It can be seen from the average posttest score of students' mathematical problem-solving ability of 29.125 in the experimental class and 27.250 in the control class. However, the realistic mathematical approach model in the experimental class was significantly more successful in improving students' understanding of mathematical concept skills compared to conventional methods. Thus the learning of realistic mathematics influences the ability to understand the concepts of mathematical students (tcount = 3.91> ttable = 2.13). The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive influence on realistic mathematical approaches to students' mathematical concept understanding abilities.Keywords: Realistic Mathematics Approach, Understanding of Mathematical Concepts.

This research is motivated by a factual basis about Improving Student Skills in Basketball Chest Pass Materials Through WA-G and Zoom Video. To find out whether there is an increase in basketball chest pass skills through (WA-G), whether there is an increase in basketball chest pass skills through video zoom, and which is more effective between using (WA-G) and using video zoom to improve chest pass skills. basketball The researcher used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design method. The population of this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Tanjung with a total of 90 students. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 30 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Tanjung. To find out whether the test results are valid or not, it must be done through Pre-test and Post-test tests and data analysis techniques in this study using normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing techniques. The results showed that there was an increase between before and after being given treatment through WA-G towards an increase in the level of basic chest pass technique skills of class VIII students of SMP N 5 Tanjung with a mean value or average pretest of 78.58 to posttest of 82.48 and a score of 82.48. sum or the number of pretest is 2436 to posttest is 2557, there is an increase between before and after being given treatment via zoom video to increase the level of basic chest pass technique skills of students of class VIII SMP N 5 Tanjung with a mean or average value, pretest of 78.23 to posttest of 81.35 and the sum value or the number of pretests of 2425 to posttest of 2522, and the increase in the WA-G group was greater than the video zoom group.

  This research is motivated by the ability of understanding mathematical concepts of students is still low, students are less active in the learning process, students do not want to ask in the learning process. The study aims to determine how the student activity during the learning of mathematics and whether the understanding of mathematical concepts students use active learning types The Power of Two is better than understanding of mathematical concepts students with conventional learning. The type of research is experiment. The research population is all students of class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Lunang. Random sampling technique, was elected the seventh grade students as an experimental class and class students VII2 as the control class. The research instrument is the observation sheet and the last one with the conceptual understanding indicator. The form of test used in essay form with test reliability r11 = 0.91 hypothesis testing used t-test one party with the help MINITAB. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the P-value = 0.012 smaller than the research hypothesis is accepted. So it concluded that students 'understanding of mathematical concepts with the application of active learning strategy types The Power of Two is better than the students' understanding mathematical concepts with conventional teaching seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Lunang.

This study aims to determine the effect of video-based learning media on class X student learning outcomes in Technical Drawing subjects.  This research was conducted in class X TAVI and X TAV2 SMK Negeri 5 Padang.  The research took place in April 2019. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with posttest-only control design and purposive sampling technique.  The instrument used was a multiple choice objective test.  Data from test instruments were analyzed quantitatively.  Based on data analysis, the value of thitung > ttabel which is 1.99>1.685, which means Ha is accepted.  Then the use of video learning media has a positive influence on student learning outcomes.  The average class of student learning outcomes is 80.1> Kontrol class is 74.9.  There is an increase in the average value of the class of cement after treatment.  Learning using video has an influence on the learning process with a percentage of 6.94% Keywords: video based learning media, engineering drawings, KBGT learning outcomes.

Cross-interest is a curricular program that is provided to accommodate the expansion of students' interests, talents, and academic abilities with a mastery orientation of a group of scholarly subjects beyond the choice of interests. Selection of cross-interest subjects at SMAN 1 Pasaman is determined by the school. Based on daily test result on cell materials in class XI IPS, it is known that there are still many students who have not get the minimum completeness criteria. Implementation of make a match learning model is an attempt to overcome the problem. This study aims to determine the effect of applying make-match learning model to the learning outcomes of students cross-interest about reproduction system human material class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Pasaman. This research is a quasi experimental by using Non-Randomized Control Group Posttest Only Design. The population in this study is all students of Class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Pasaman. Samples were taken using Purposive Sampling technique. In this study Class XI IPS 5 as experimental class and class XI IPS 2 as a control class. The instrument used is the final test of multiple choice questions as much as 20 items. The result of t test is known that t-value> t-table (3.51> 1.67). Therefore, the hypothesis is stated acceptable. So it can be concluded that the application of make a match learning model gives a positive influence on the learning outcomes of learners cross-interest about reproduction system material in human class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Pasaman.

This study aims to reveal the effect of using guided inquiry based experiment worksheet on reaction rate topic on students� learning outcome. This research is a quasi-experimental research, using randomized Posttest Only Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experiment class and control class obtained through cluster sampling technique. The population were students of class XI MIA SMAN 4 Padang as much as 6 classes, the academic year 2015/2016. Sample were class XI MIA 1 (experimental group) and class XI MIA 3 (control group). Learning outcome ware collected by tests at the end of the study. Data analysis showed that the experiments class learning with guided inquiry based experiment worksheet got learning outcome with average value of 86.27. Meanwhile learning outcomes of student in control class who learned without guided inquiry based experiment worksheet was 74.40. Both of Normality and Homogenous�s results showed that the distribution of the two experimental classes were normal and homogeneous. After the t-test on the real level of 0.05 was found that tcount is greater than ttable. It�s means that research hypothesis (H1) is accepted, so that it can be concluded that the results of student learning using student worksheet guided inquiry-based reaction rate is significantly higher than the student worksheet without a reaction rate-based guided inquiry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the dictogloss method in teaching listening to students' listening skills. This research was designed as a quasi-experimental. This study aims to investigate whether a material or treatment yields a different outcome for participants. There are two classes in this study, namely the experimental class (which is a sample to be treated with the dictogloss method) and the control class (using a method other than dictogloss). The results of this study are the results of data analysis showing that the results of learning skills in listening to the experimental group obtained the average value for the initial test of 60.33 and 71 for the final test score. While the control group using conventional methods has a mean value for the initial test of 60.1 and 70 for the final test. T test results also indicate that the significance value is 0,000. The significance value states smaller 0.05, it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of the dictogloss method in improving listening skills in students

The 2013 curriculum requires teachers to integrate higher-order thinking skills. One of them is creative thinking. Mind map integration in Problem Based Learning (PBL) is thought to be able to assist students in improving creative thinking. This study aims to determine the effect of increasing creative thinking through the integration of mind maps in PBL on eighth grade students of SMPN 25 Pekanbaru. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The research population was class VIII SMPN 25 Pekanbaru. The research sample consisted of class VIII.1 as the experimental class and class VIII.2 as the control class. Data in the form of pretest and posttest. N-gain analysis was conducted to see the increase in student scores and MANOVA was used to examine the effect of mind maps in PBL on students creative thinking abilities. The average value of creative thinking is better in the experimental class which is 78.08 in the digestive system material with N-gain relatively close to high, namely 0.68 while in the control class only 54.88 is sufficient category. The MANOVA test also shows that there is an effect of mind maps in PBL on the creative thinking ability of class VIII SMPN 25 Pekanbaru with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the application of mind map integration to PBL is able to improve the creative thinking skills of SMP Negeri 25 Pekanbaru students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the cooperative Student Teams Achievement Devision (STAD) learning model on the ability to understand students 'mathematical concepts and students' responses to the STAD cooperative learning model type. This research method is a quasi experimental method. This research was conducted in State 2 Junior High School of Sorkam at the even semester of the 2016/2017 Academic Year. The sample of this study was class VIIIA as the experimental class and VIIIB as the control class. From the research data obtained a regression equation Y = 74,857 + 8.857X (there is a positive effect). The average value of students' understanding of mathematical concepts learned by the STAD cooperative learning model is 83,714, while the conventional learning model is 74,857. The coefficient of determination is 21.6%, meaning that 21.6% of the influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts. The results of the analysis of student responses were obtained (1) by 98.2% stating they were interested and the rest not; (2) amounting to 95.05% stating that there are benefits obtained and the rest not; (3) amounting to 86.78% stated that there were no obstacles experienced during the learning process and the rest stated there were; (4) 94.04% hoped the STAD type cooperative learning model was used in the learning process and the rest did not expect. So, it can be concluded that the student response is very positive because the average percentage of student approval responses to the STAD type cooperative learning model is ≥ 85%.
