Taking practical responsible decisions in the field of social and industrial management in the context of rapid development of digital technologies in the era of the knowledge economy is impossible without reliance on expertise. A kind of organization of activities for the production of ‘predictions’ is required, when not only an accurate assessment of the impact of certain factors and their possible interactions with each other is given, but also as a result of creative construction of scenarios for the development of processes and events, an understanding comes which factors need to be taken into account. At the same time, the expertise constantly faces criticism, calling the conclusions of experts arbitrary, unreliable and subjective. Often, expertise is confused with monitoring, evaluation, diagnosis, inspection or counseling. The authors of the article carried out a structural analysis of the content of the expertise processes in the project management vector in the digitalization era and came to the conclusion that the effectiveness of the expertise is significantly increased in case of clear regulation of this type of activity, providing the necessary status.

Blockchain is a technology that can be applied in different sectors to solve various problems. As a complex system, agribusiness presents many possibilities to take advantage of blockchain technology. The main goal of this paper is to identify the purposes for which blockchain has been applied in the agribusiness sector, for which a PRISMA-based systematic review was carried out. The scientific literature corpus was accessed and selected from Elsevier’s Scopus and ISI of Knowledge’s Web of Science (WoS) platforms, using the PRISMA protocol procedures. Seventy-one articles were selected for analysis. Blockchain application in agribusiness is a novel topic, with the first publication dating from 2016. The technological development prevails more than blockchain applications since it has been addressed mainly in the Computer Sciences and Engineering. Blockchain applications for agribusiness management of financial, energy, logistical, environmental, agricultural, livestock, and industrial purposes have been reported in the literature. The findings suggest that blockchain brings many benefits when used in agribusiness supply chains. We concluded that the research on blockchain applications in agribusiness is only at an early stage, as many prototypes are being developed and tested in the laboratory. In the near future, blockchain will be increasingly applied across all economic sectors, including agribusiness, promoting greater reliability and agility in information with a reduced cost. Several gaps for future studies were observed, with significant value for science, industry, and society.

Growth of creative capital and ever-burgeoning interest in the creativity phenomenon appear to have been facing intimidation with new threats emerging in connection with them – the unpredictability whereof is increasing under conditions of globalisation. The purpose of this study is to analyse the possible negative consequences of human creativity, globalisation and technological development. This perspective is developed using methods of comparative theoretical and methodological analysis, methods of theoretical reconstruction of basic strategies of the creative capital formation, modelling and extrapolation methods. The issues of essence, nature, creativity and creative capital should be discussed in connection with solving social problems and studying of perspectives of human development. This is important because the human creation and creative activity can lead both to constructive and destructive processes, such as Human Development and Human disappearing from the history scene due to their own creativity. The proposed perspective substantiates the necessity of deepened theoretical-philosophic analysis of creativity and growth of creative capital in connection with the emerging threats of the human development— discloses new aspects of the topic under discussion, which did not receive sufficient coverage in the scientific literature. Conclusions of the study possess a practical meaning for substantiating the development strategies in various fields of social practice and education in terms of globalisation.

The experienced teacher has a bag of tricks of the trade at her command every day and uses a wide variety of them in the daily work of the classroom. You have doubtless heard a great deal recently about the discovery technique because in the hands of a skilled teacher it is said to provide (1) interest for the learner, and (2) satisfaction to the teacher. In our modern world, methods used a generation ago do not seem to create the same interest on the part of the student. The student of today needs to feel that today's methods are the newest, best, and most effective. With the advent of television, scientific progress, electronic computing machines, space satellites, supersonic speeds, intercontinental missiles and the like, he has a right to expect teachers who are alert, well informed, specialists in their fields and who can employ effective, modern methods of instruction.

The European Bioeconomy Strategy aims to strengthen and boost biobased sectors, unlocking investments and markets while rapidly deploying local bioeconomies across Europe and improving compliance with environmental and social sustainability goals. Current biomass provision structures and infrastructure might not be able to tap the sustainable potential of forestry-, agricultural residues and biogenic waste envisaged forming the biogenic feedstock base of the Circular Bioeconomy of tomorrow. Therefore, for the present paper, we assess mobilization strategies, their current status, opportunities, and barriers for local low value and heterogenous biomass resources. Based on discussions with bioenergy supply chain experts, we cluster mobilization measures into three assessment levels; the legislative framework, market structures and technological innovation. Scientific literature research on the respective keywords is performed, the European policy landscape mapped, and the results are enriched with anecdotal evidence, especially for recent and running projects and market developments that lack in published track records. We can identify research needs on all three assessment levels. Still, technological development and legislative frameworks are providing support for heterogeneous biomass mobilization. Market creation, however, represents a bottleneck. We provide novel perspectives, how physical- and virtual bio-hubs and crediting stake- and shareholder variety could create added-value based on sustainable primary economic activities and their cascading activities.

The aim of the paper is to understand in depth the notion of medical ethics and how it can be applied by medical and auxiliary staff in daily work, whether we are considering a private health unit or a public unit with the same object of activity. The importance of the subject, in the authors' view, although it is always current, comes especially in the context of the need to improve the health of an increasing number of people affected by the SARS Cov2 pandemic, people who use health services.

In this article, a study of the scientific literature was conducted, proving the prospects of using in medical practice a plant widely used in the food industry — common quince. Despite its popularity and a large number of studies proving the presence of valuable biologically active substances in the raw materials of this plant, today, it is not medicinal and is not used in medicine and pharmacy, due to the lack of necessary regulatory documentation.

The article focuses on the characteristics of the principles of independence, non-discrimination, national treatment and most-favored-nation treatment. Noting that in their direction and content these principles are heterogeneous and are divided into two groups: the principle of independence (principle of sovereignty) and anti-protectionist principles (all others), as well as the fact that there are certain features of understanding and application of these principles in EU, the author focuses on the study of such specifics in the context of differences from the basic content of WTO principles. A comprehensive analysis of the scientific literature allows us to conclude that the problems of the principles of WTO law have been studied by many scholars, and that the list of these principles may differ slightly, however, in general is quite stable. In the article the author substantiates the conclusion that the principle of independence is very powerful and protectionist in nature, in contrast to which a whole system of principles (anti-protectionist) is built, which together are designed to limit the principle of independence to expand and liberalize international trade. In the system of anti-protectionist principles of WTO law, the author distinguishes the basic component (principle of non-discrimination), regime component (principles of national regime and most-favored-nation regime), information component (transparency principle) and content component (principles of scientific validity and harmonization). The author sees the mechanism of recognition of equivalence as the main practical tool of realization of the principle of non-discrimination. WTO members recognize the sanitary and phytosanitary standards of other members as equivalent (even if they differ from their own) if the exporter demonstrates to the importer that his measures achieve an adequate level of sanitary or phytosanitary protection. Also, the article, on the example of some disputes, analyzes the practical application of the principle of non-discrimination in the field of non-tariff regulation - the application of sanitary and phytosanitary measures.

Gunshot-related injuries remain a significant and important cause of global morbidity and cost. The foot and ankle has certain anatomic and functional considerations that make gunshot-related injuries challenging to manage. While the scientific literature regarding gunshot-related injuries is extensive, little of the existing literature focuses on the foot and ankle. While principles of management can be somewhat extrapolated from the current literature, an understanding of the body of work specific to the foot and ankle is valuable. Therefore, this review provides an overview of ballistic injuries to the foot and ankle as well as specific guidelines to aid surgeons in treating these difficult injuries. Level of Evidence: Level V, expert opinion.
