ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh  model pembelajaran problem posing berbantuan scaffolding terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa  dan mengetahui bagaimanakah peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X SMA  yang terdiri dari 10 kelas dan jumlah keseluruhan siswa kelas X sebanyak 407 orang. Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dua kelas yang menjadi sampel penelitian secara random sampling, didapat kelas X MIA 6 dan X MIA 5 yang masing-masing berjumlah 40 orang. Kelas experiment yaitu kelas X MIA 6 menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Problem Posing Berbantuan Scaffolding dan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas X MIA 5 menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment. Sebagai alat pengumpul data digunakan data pretest dan postest dalam bentuk test isian pada materi teorema phytagoras untuk pretest dan materi aturan sinus dan cosinus untuk postest, dimana masing-masing soal berjumlah 9 soal yang sudah divalidkan. Selanjutnya untuk alat pengumpul data yang lain digunakan juga data N-Gain, data ini diperlukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada kelas experiment dan kelas kontrol. Sebelum dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas sebagai syarat uji hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji kesamaan dua rata-rata data pretest.  Hasil penelitian  kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran problem posing berbantuan scaffolding lebih tinggi daripada kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran problem posing berbantuan scaffolding dengan kata lain “terdapat pengaruh  model pembelajaran problem posing berbantuan scaffolding terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa”.Pada data N-Gain untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada kelas experiment dan kelas kontrol diperoleh hasil bahwa jumlah siswa pada kelas experiment yang memiliki N-Gain tinggi sebanyak 10 siswa ataupun 25% , jumlah siswa pada kelas experiment yang memiliki N-Gain sedang sebanyak 23 siswa ataupun 57,5%, dan jumlah siswa pada kelas experiment yang memiliki N-Gain rendah sebanyak 7 siswa 17,5%, sedangkan jumlah siswa pada kelas kontrol yang memiliki N-Gain tinggi sebanyak 6 siswa ataupun 15%, jumlah siswa pada kelas kontrol yang memiliki N-Gain sedang sebanyak 13 siswa ataupun 32,5%, dan jumlah siswa pada kelas kontrol yang memiliki N-Gain rendah sebanyak 21 siswa 52,5%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis kelas experiment lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Kata Kunci : Quasi Experiment, Problem Posing, Scaffolding ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether there is an effect of learning model of problem posing scaffolding assisted to the mathematical communication ability of grade X S and know how improvement of mathematical communication ability students. The population in this study is the entire which consists of 10 classes and the total number of students of class X as much as 407 people. While the sample in this study selected two classes that become random sampling samples, obtained class X MIA 6 and X MIA 5, each amounting to 40 people. The experiment class is X Class MIA 6 using model of Problem Posing Scaffolding Assisted and control class ie class X MIA 5 using Conventional Learning Model. This type of research is quasi experiment. As a data collection tool, we use pretest and postest data in the form of content test on phytagoras theorem material for pretest and sine and cosine rules for posttest, where each problem is 9 validated questions. Furthermore, for other data collection tools used also N-Gain data, this data is needed to know how to improve students' mathematical communication ability in experiment class and control class. Prior to the normality and homogeneity test as a condition of hypothesis testing, firstly tested the similarity of two average pretest data.  Research result  can be concluded that the mathematical communication ability of grade X students which is taught using learning model of scaled-assisted problem posing is higher than mathematical communication ability of grade X students which is taught without using problem learning model with scaffolding assisted by word Other "there is the influence of learning model of problem posing scaffolding assisted to the mathematical communication ability ". In N-Gain data to find out how to improve students' mathematical communication ability in experiment and control class, it is found that the number of students in experiment class with high N-Gain is 10 students or 25%, the number of students in the experiment class that has N-Gain 23 students or 57.5%, and the number of students in the experimental class with low N-Gain were 7 students 17.5%, while the number of students in the control class with N-Gain was 6 students or 15% Students in the control class who had N-Gain were 13 students or 32.5%, and the number of students in the control class who had low N-Gain was 21 students 52.5%, it can be concluded that the improvement of mathematical communication ability of higher experiment class Than the control class. Keywords : Quasi Experiment, Problem Posing, Scaffolding.

This research was conducted to look at the increase in mathematical communication towards cooperative learning type Course Review Horay assisted PowerPoint in the seventh grade of  SMP Negeri 1 Takengon. This research used Experiment Research with Quantitative research. SMP Negeri 1 Takengon was the population of research. Two classes were determined by purposive random sampling for the sample of research, called experimental class and control class. The experimental class was taught by using a cooperative learning type Course Review Horay assisted PowerPoint while the control class was taught by STAD. The conclusion was that by using a learning model Course Review Horay, the students more active because it can be suggested with the peers and its language. Things can improve the ability of mathematical communication students. Along with the development of their understanding of the material has been taught students to do math activities that encourage the application of mathematical communication ability.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) lebih tinggi daripada kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) pada pokok bahasan kubus dan balok di kelas VIII. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP N 27 Medan semester genap, yang terdiri dari 9 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dua kelas yang dipilih secara acak dimana kelas VIII-2 sebagai kelas eksperimen TTW dan kelas VIII-3 sebagai kelas eksperimen TPS dengan masing-masing jumlah sampel 40 orang dalam tiap kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu jenis instrumen yaitu post-test dalam bentuk essay. Dari hasil penelitian yang diberikan, diperoleh  nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen TTW sebesar 70,3125 dan kelas eksperimen TPS memperoleh nilai rata-rata 64,6875. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yaitu dengan mengggunakan uji t dengan  diperoleh thitung< ttabel (1,5857 < 1,667). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 diterima dan ditolak sehingga dapat dinyatakan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TTW lebih tinggi daripada kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS.Kata kunci: Komunikasi matematis, TPS, TTW ABSTRACT This research aims to know determine whether the mathematical communication ability of  students who learn with Think Talk Write (TTW) cooperative learning model is higher than mathematical communication ability of  students who learn with Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model on the material of the cube and the beam grade VIII. Type of this research s using quasi experiment. Population in this research is all student grade VIII SMP N 27 Medan., consists of 9 classes. The sampling in this research was done by random sampling, VIII-2 is called experimental class TTW and VIII-3 is called experiment class TPS which amounts to 40 students per class. The instrument used in this research is post-test only design. From the research conducted, obtained the average value of post-test experimental class TTW amounts 70,3125 and the average value of post-test experimental class TPS amounts 64,6875. Based on hypothesis testing by using t test with  obtained thitung< t tabel (1,5857 < 1,667). This shows that Hoaccepted and Ha rejected so that it can be stated that the mathematical communication ability of  students who learn with Think Talk Write (TTW) cooperative learning model is higher than mathematical communication ability of  students who learn with Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning modelKeywords : Mathematical communication TPS, TTW

   This study aims to determine how the effect of STAD learning model assisted by autograph software on mathematical communication skills and mathematical dispositions in terms of gender. The sample used in this study is Senior High School PAB 4. With the method of data collection literature study. The method used is literature study. The results of this study indicate that the overall STAD learning model assisted by autograph software has an effect on mathematical communication skills and mathematical dispositions, this can be seen from the results of previous studies and strengthened by the theories of experts.

The general objective of this study was to find and analyze empirically the effect of the I Care learning model on the students' metacognition. The method used in this research was the experimental method. The affordable population in this study was grade X students of SMK Assyafiah which is located at Jalan Bukit Duri No.29, South Jakarta 2016/2017 academic year. The sample of the study was 60 students obtained through random sampling method that the researcher mixed in the population so that all subjects were considered the same. Data collection was done by documentation techniques (learning model variables) and test techniques (student metacognition variables). The collected data was then analyzed using the t-test. Before the data was analyzed, first descriptive statistical analysis and data requirements test (normality test, homogeneity test) were carried out. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of the I Care learning model on the students' metacognition. In other words, students' metacognition who used the I Care learning model was higher than the students' metacognition who used constructivism learning model.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) learning model assisted by the experimental method on understanding the concepts of students of class XI science. This research is a Quasi Experiment with the design of Non-Equivalent Control Design Groups. The sample selection uses Cluster Random Sampling. The research sample was the experimental class (XI IPA 1) which applied the POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) learning model assisted by the experimental method and the control class (XI IPA 2) which applied the conventional learning model. The data collection instruments used were test instruments for understanding concepts (pretest and posttest). Based on the results of the study calculated by the t-test from the results of the posttest understanding of the control class concept of 78.75 and the experimental class of 82.75 obtained tcount> t table (2.148> 2.024) with a significance value (ɑ = 0.05). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is the influence of the POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) learning model assisted by the experimental method of understanding concepts.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) berbantu metode eksperimen terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas XI IPA.Penelitian ini merupakan Quasi Experiment dengan desain Non-Equivalent Control Grup Design.Pemilihan sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Sampel penelitian yakni kelas eksperimen (XI IPA 1) yang diterapkan model pembelajaran POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) berbantu metode eksperimen dan kelas kontrol (XI IPA 2) yang diterapkan  model pembelajarankonvensional. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu instrumen tes untuk pemahaman konsep (pretest dan postest). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dihitung dengan uji-tdari hasil posttest pemahaman konsep kelas kontrol sebesar 78,75 dan kelas eksperimen sebesar 82,75 memperoleh thitung> ttabel (2,148 > 2,024) dengan nilai signifikasi (ɑ = 0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) berbantu metode eksperimenterhadap pemahaman konsep.

The purpose of this research is to improve mathematical communication skills through the Problem Posing learning model. The method used in this research is (Classroom Action Research). The subjects of the study were 11 students of Mathematics Education Study Program FKIP Bengkulu University 11 students in conference courses in odd semester 2019/2020. Stages of Study for Classroom Action are planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results obtained after being given an action is an increase in student communication skills through the Problem Posing learning model compared to learning before that increase by 60.Keywords: Communication Ability, Problem Posing

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TTW lebih baik dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-4 dan kelas VIII-2 dengan banyak masing-masing siswa ada kelas yang diteliti 40 orang. Kelas VIII-4 diberi model pembelajaran TTW dan kelas VIII-2 diberi model pembelajaran TSTS. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa soal pre-tes dan post-tes yang bentuknya sama. Tes ini berbentuk essay test yang banyaknya 8 soal, sebelum tes kemampuan komunikasi diberikan kepada sampel terlebih dahulu tes divalidasi oleh validator. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pretest dan postest di kelas VIII-4 secara berurutan adalah 54,60 dan 77,89. Hasil pretest dan posttest di kelas VIII-2 secara berurutan adalah 53,67 dan 71,32. Hasil pretest diuji t dua pihak dan didapat hasilnya bahwa kemampuan awal kedua kelas tersebut sama. Hasil ketuntasan kelas yang diberi model pembelajaran TTW adalah tuntas sedangkan   kelas yang diberi model pembelajaran TSTS tidak tuntas, hal ini ditunjukkan dari presentase ketuntasan kelas yang diberi TTW sebesar 85% sedangkan presentase ketuntasan kelas yang diberi TSTS hanya sebesar 55%. Pada uji hipotesis yang menggunakan uji t dengan menggunakan hasil dan postest di kedua kelas diperoleh 2,438 dan  =1,667. Karena , sehingga  ditolak dan  diterima sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TTW lebih baik dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS..Kata Kunci : eksperimen semu, Think Talk Write, Two Stay Two Stray ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine whether the mathematical communication skills of students who are taught using cooperative learning model TTW type better than the mathematical communication skills of students who were taught by using cooperative learning model TSTS type in SMP Negeri 22 Medan.  The sample in this study Is a student of class VIII-4 and class VIII-2 with many of each students there is a class which researched 40 people. This type of research is a pseudo experiment. Data analysis technique used is normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The pretest and posttest results in Grade VIII-4 sequentially are 54.60 and 77.89. The results of pretest and posttest in class VIII-2 sequentially are 53.67 and 71.32. The pretest result is tested by two parties and the result is that the initial ability of the two classes is the same. The result of class completeness given by model of TTW learning is complete while class which given by model of TSTS learning is not complete, it is shown from percentage of completeness of class given TTW equal to 85% whereas percentage of completeness of class given TSTS only equal to 55%. In hypothesis test using t test by using result and postest in both classes obtained 2,438 and   =1,667. Because , so  rejected and accepted so that obtained by conclusion that mathematical communication ability of student who taught by using cooperative learning model of TTW type better than mathematical communication ability of student taught by using cooperative learning model TSTS type in SMP Negeri 22 Medan.Keywords : Quasi Experiments, Think Talk Write, Two Stay Two Stray

This study aims to determine the ability of mathematical communication and mathematical problem-solving ability to learners after using the learning model Logan Avenue Problem Solving (LAPS) -Heuristic and correlation between mathematical communication ability with mathematical problem solving ability to learners using model of learning LAPS-Heuristic. The population of the study were students of class VII of SMP Negeri 8 Tasikmalaya. Samples were taken one class at random and the selected ones were class VII I. Data collection techniques used were the provision of mathematical communication ability test and mathematical problem solving ability. Statistical analysis used is hypothesis test. The results of the analysis show the mathematical communication ability of the learners through the learning model LAPS–Heuristic baik and mathematical problem solving ability of learners through LAPS-Heuristic less good model. There is a correlation between mathematical communication ability with problem solving ability of mathematic learners using learning model LAPS-Heuristic.Keywords: Mathematical Communication, Mathematical Problem Solving, Logan Learning Model Avenue Problem Solving (LAPS) -Heuristic.

The research design used is treatment by level 2x2, with independent variable is the learning model that is Generative and conventional (expository), dependent variable is mathematical communication ability. Sampling technique used random sampling. The result of this research is first learning Generative effective to improve student communication ability so that this model can be used by elementary school teacher in building material. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.
