STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN DAN KECENDERUNGAN PERILAKU AGRESIF TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KEWIRAUSAHAAN

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual  dengan kecenderungan perilaku agresif  dan  siswa yang diajar dengan  strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan, (2) hasil belajar siswa  yang memiliki kecenderungan perilaku agresif tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki kecenderungan perilaku agresif  rendah dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan, dan (3) interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan kecenderungan perilaku agresif  terhadap hasil belajar kewirausahaan. Populasi   penelitian   adalah  seluruh siswa kelas XI program keahlian Bisnis dan manajemen  SMK Negeri 1 dan 7. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak (cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis Anava dua jalur pada taraf signifikansi a = 0,05 yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Scheffe. Hasil penelitian: (1)  rata-rata hasil belajar kewirausahaan  siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran konstektual lebih tinggi daripada  strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, (2) rata-rata hasil belajar kewirausahaan  siswa dengan kecenderungan perilaku agresif  tinggi lebih tinggi daripada perilaku agresif  rendah, dan  (3) terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan kecenderungan perilaku agresif  terhadap hasil belajar.   Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, kecenderungan perilaku agresif,hasil belajar kewirausahaan   Abstract: This research was aimed to: (1) the study of entrepreneurship between the student that taught by contextual   guided  and expository strategies, (2) the achievement of the study of entrepreneurship  between student who had ability of  trends of high aggressive behavior and trends of low aggressive behavior, (3)  interaction between instrucrtonal strategies and the aggressive behavioral tendencies  on the students’ achievement in  the study of entrepreneurship. the population of this research were the eleven grade students of entrepreneurship expert of SMK Negeri Medan. The samples taken by cluster random sampling technique. the techniqe of data analysis was a two way anova at the level of significance  a = 0.05 and and followed by scheffe test. the finding of the research showed that: (1) the students’ achievement in the study of entrepreneurship   that taught by contextual   guided strategy is higher than the students’ achievement that taught by expositoryl strategy,(2) the students’ achievement in the study of entrepreneurship with trends of high aggressive behavior is higher than  low  aggressive, (3) the is interaction between instructional strategy and the trends of  aggressive behavior   on the students’ of entrepreneurship. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan membaca bahasa Jerman siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran kelompok lenih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembejaran individual, (2) kemampuan membaca bahasa Jerman siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah, dan (3) interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan membaca bahasa Jerman. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 160 siswa dari 4 kelas X SMA N 17 Medan dan berdasarkan teknik cluster random sampling 80 siswa terpilih sebagai sampel. Instrumen penelitian untuk kemampuan membaca adalah 40 butir soal pilihan berganda dengan 5 pilihan jawaban dan untuk motivasi belajar digunakan angket motivasi belajar. Desain penelitian adalah faktorial 2x2 dan teknik analisis data adalah Analisis Varians (ANAVA) dua jalur pada taraf signifikansi a = 0.05. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan membaca siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran kolaboratif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar Fisika siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran individu, (2) kemampuan membaca siswa dengan motivasi belajar tinggi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kemampuan membaca siswa dengan motivasi belajar rendah, dan (3) interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar dalam mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca. Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, motivasi belajar, kemampuan membaca, bahasa jerman. Abstract: The objectives of research were to discover: (1) the students reading ability were taught in German language with group instructional strategy and individual instructional strategy, (2) the students reading ability who have high motivation learning than that having low motivationlearning, and (3) whether there was an interaction between learning strategy and motivation learning on students reading ability. The population of the study was 160 students from three classes Grade X State 17th Senior High School Medan and based on cluster random sampling technique 80 students were chosen as the sample. The research instrument used to test the reading ability in German language was a 40 items multiple choice with five options and a test of motivation learning used questioner motivation learning. The design of the research was 2x2 factorial while and the technique of data analysis was a two-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the level of significance a = 0.05. The results of data analisysis showed that: (1) the students reading ability were taught in German language with group instructional strategy and individual instructional, (2) the students reading ability who have high motivation learning than that having low motivation learning, and (3) there was an interaction between learning strategy and motivation in affecting students reading ability in german language Keywords: learning strategy, learning motivation, reading ability, german language.

This research is motivated by quite high aggressive behavior in Jorong Alahan Panjang Kabupaten Solok. This study aims to find parenting levels, aggressive behavior of adolescents, and the relationship between Parenting Parenting with Aggressive Behavior teenagers in Jorong Alahan Panjang Solok District. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The population in this study amounted to 74 people. The number of samples in this study amounted to 37 people taken 50% of the population using Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, and data collection tools sheets of statements. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage and Product Moment. The results of the study found that parenting in Jorong Alahan Panjang Solok District is in the less good category, Aggressive Behavior of adolescents are in high enough category, and there is a significant relationship between Parenting Parenting with Aggressive Behavior of adolescents in Jorong Alahan Panjang Solok District.Keywords: Parenting, Aggressive Behavior

This study aims to determine the differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comic media. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study is all students of class VII MTs. The State of Selong Model and the sampling was determined by using cluster random sampling technique to select the class and simple random sampling to select the students in that class. The second sampling technique is random sampling by drawing lots, cluster random sampling, namely the class is divided into experimental class I, namely the class that is taught using interactive multimedia drills model (class VII-E) and the experimental class II, namely the class that is taught using comic media. science (class VII-F), each of which consists of 36 students. And simple random sampling, where students are drawn after data collection to reduce the sample to 30 students to facilitate hypothesis testing. The data collection technique used post-test while the data analysis technique to test the hypothesis was the t-test. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that there were differences in student achievement who were taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who were taught using science comic media. This can be seen in the post-test results where t-count > t-table is 2.206 > 2.002. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comics

The school students still show aggressive behavior such as shouting, swearing and glaring when offended, mocking, kicking and fighting, all of these are because of the uncontrolled anger. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of sociodrama within psychoeducational group to improve anger management skills for class XI students of State Madrasah Aliyah 3 Majalengka. A quasi-experimental method with 30 participants of class XI State Madrasah Aliyah 3 Majalengka were administered. The random sampling technique was used in this study. The results of 40 items test for anger management skills scale obtained 30 items are valid (α = 0.90). Data analysis to determine the effectiveness of the sociodrama to improve anger management skills through Wilcoxon test. The results showed the skills to manage anger of students generally in the medium category, it means that students already have the skills to manage anger but it is not yet been consistent, therefore, sometimes students showed aggressive behavior and sociodrama technique within psychoeducational group is effective to improve students anger management skills.

This research is based on the high interest and participation of the participants of make up training because the tutor applies the principles of andragogik on Wardah Cosmetic training process in Padang City. So this study aims to illustrate the application of principles andragogik by Tutor seen from the performance, environmental management of learning environment, and implementation of learning evaluation. Type This research is a quantitative descriptive with the population is the trainer participants to be sampled by use cluster random sampling technique. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations. The result of the research shows that in general the Application of Andragogic Principle by tutor in Wardah Cosmetic make up training in Padang City has been running well, viewed from the performance of tutor, the management of learning environment atmosphere, the implementation of learning evaluation.

The purposes of this study is to reveal : (1) the correlation between religiousity and psychological well being of the adolescent in Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fihtrah, Surabaya, (2) the correlation between stress and psychological well being of the adolescent in Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al fithrah, Surabaya, and (3) the correlation of religiousity, stress, and psychological well being of the adolescent in Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al fithrah, Surabaya. The method of this study is a correlational quantitative by using three scales which are; religiousity scale, stress scale, and psychological well being scale. Researcher chose 77 students in Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fithrah, Surabaya and they were selected using random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear reggresion analysis test. The result of this study showed that : (1) religiousity has significant correlation with psychological well being, with positive direction of correlation which can be seen from the level of significance which was 0,000 and the reggresion coefficients was 0,559 (2) stress has significant correlation with psychological well being in the negative direction of correlation which can be seen from the level of significance of 0.000 and the regression coefficient of -0,460; and (3) the Rsquare value is 0,593, which is mean that the 59,3% of variation in psychological well being is influenced by the religiousity and stres, and the rest of 40,7% is cause by another variable which is not measured in this research. The correlation between religiousity and stress with psychological well being is known having a significant correlation with 0,000 of significance value. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) hubungan antara religiusitas dan psychological well being remaja Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al-Fithrah, Surabaya, (2) hubungan antara stres dan psychological well being remaja Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al-Fithrah, Surabaya, dan (3) hubungan antara religiusitas dan stres dengan psychological well being pada remaja Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al-Fithrah, Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Terdapat tiga skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni skala religiusitas, skala stres, dan skala psychological well being. Peneliti menggunakan sebanyak 77 santri Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al-Fithrah, Surabaya sebagai sampel penelitian yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) religiusitas memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan psychological well being dengan arah hubungan yang positif yang dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi 0,559. (2) stres memiliki hubungan siginifikan dengan psychological well being dengan arah hubungan yang negatif yang dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,460. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,593; artinya sebesar 59,3% variasi pada psychological well being dipengaruhi oleh religiusitas dan stres, sisanya sebesar 40,7% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini. Hubungan antara religiusitas dan stres dengan psychological well being diketahui memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000.

The low interest in entrepreneurship of graduates of BLK Padang barista training, which is thought to be due to the low achievement of barista training graduates at BLK Padang, is the background of this research. Objectives (1) aim to excel (2) describe interest in entrepreneurship (3) describe the relationship between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial interest for barista trainer graduates. The approach in this study is a quantitative correlational type. In this study, the population was 64 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, the 50% sample consisted of 32 people. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used theoretical theory, percentage and Spearman Rho. This study found that (1) achievement motivation was categorized as moderate. (2) the entrepreneurship interest of the barista training students is categorized as moderate. (3) There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and the interest of graduates of barista training at BLK Padang.

This research is motivated by the high participation of participants in participating in BKB activities, as seen from the number of participants who attend each month. This is allegedly due to good cadre service in providing each service to BKB participants. The purpose of this research is first to describe cadre work discipline in BKB program, secondly to describe cadre communication in BKB program, third to describe service facilities in BKB program in Kolok Mudik Village Barangin District, Sawahlunto City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 87 BKB participants. The sample was taken 50% of the population totaling 44 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that cadre service was very good according to BKB participants, this was seen from three aspects, including work discipline, communication, facilities. It is recommended to all those involved in the activities of the BKB Permata Bunda in Kolok Mudik Village, Barangin District, Sawahlunto City, to maintain the quality that has been carried out well. The purpose of this research is to know about students problem solving ability between students who implemented metacognitive strategy and conventional strategy,  to know about students problem solving ability between student who have high perception, medium perception dan low perception in mathematics, and to know about interaction between of strategy and perception. This research is quasy experimental. The population of this research were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Karangreja year 2014/2015. The sample of this research were 2 class which is 63 students with cluster random sampling technique. Data analysis is used descriptive analysis dan two ways Anava or F-test. The result of this research showed that: The problem solving ability of experiment class better than control class  that is ; The problem solving ability of student who have high perception is better than medium and low perception, the problem solving ability of students who have medium perception is equal with low perception  that is , and there is no interaction between of strategy and level of perception in problem solving ability  that is .

The responses given by final year FKIP UMPRI Lampung students to Muhammadiyah were different even though the treatment given was the same in the regeneration process. Whereas experience in the organization as a cadre is very important in dealing with pandemic conditions, so that it affects student learning achievement. This is the background of this research which aims to reveal the learning achievements of Muhammadiyah cadres within the scope of universities in the era of covid-19 so that it can be a consideration for Muhammadiyah universities to further strengthen Muhammadiyah cadres and prospective Muhammadiyah cadres through better regeneration programs. This type of research is a comparative quantitative study with a population of all final year students of FKIP UMPRI, amounting to 268. The sample in this study was 20% of the population using a proportional cluster random sampling technique of 54 students. The use of data analysis techniques in this study is a t-test with test prerequisites, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Based on data analysis, it was found that there was no difference in learning achievement between Muhammadiyah cadres and non-Muhammadiyah cadres in the scope of universities in the covid-19 era.
