Banana passion fruit production in Colombia contributes to the development of the country’s economy as it generates income and provides raw material for the agro-based industries. Profitability is a key aspect of economic efficiency and plays an important role in farmer´s decision-making therefore; the purpose of the study was to determine the different factors affecting the economic profitability of banana passion fruit production. A descriptive, quantitative, correlational and non-experimental design was selected and a regression analysis was performed. Results showed that the stationarity, normality, homoscedasticity and non-autocorrelation assumptions were not violated; all estimated coefficients were statistically significant and consistent with hypothesized sign. As such, the independent variables contributed to explain individually banana passion fruit economic profitability.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of teachers' responsibility to classroom teachers' discipline. This type of research was quantitative correlational research. The population was six teachers at the State Elementary School of 012 Parit 7 Sungai Pinggan, Batang Tuaka District. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using the Product Moment Correlation formula. The results of the study indicated that there was a positive, and significant relationship between teachers' responsibility and classroom teachers' discipline. Through data analysis on the two variables, the output of the correlation coefficient was 0.582, meaning that the level of strength of the relationship between the teachers' responsibility and teachers' discipline was 0.582 or moderately strong. It means that the relationship (correlation) was significant at a significance value of 0.05. Thus, there was a positive and significant relationship between the teachers' responsibility to the classroom teachers' discipline in teaching.

This study aims to find the description of emotional quotient, description of self injury behavior, and to analyze the relation between emotional intelligence and self injury behavior in LGBT people. This is a quantitative correlational research. The population of this research is LGBT people in West Sumatera, with sampling technique used snowball sampling. Participants of this research were 60 people from various cities in West Sumatera such as Padang, Bukittinggi, Padang Panjang, Pariaman, Solok, Lima Puluh Kota and Agam. The instrument used was Self injury scale and Emotional Quotient scale developed by the researcher.The data were analyzed using product moment correlation.The results of this research showed rxy=-0,398 and p=0.002(p<0,01), it means there is very significant negative correlation between emotional intelligence and self injury behavior of LGBT people.

This research is motivated by the existence of parents who educate their children in excessive ways and will lead their children to negative influences in the future. The attitude of the parents is thought to be related to the child's independence. This study aims to examine the contribution between parents' attitudes and children's independence at SM Aur 01 Sungai Aur, West Pasaman Regency. This research uses quantitative correlational type method. The research population was VIII grade students of SMPN 01 Sungai Aur, West Pasaman Regency with a total of 195 respondents, a sample of 130 respondents, selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that there was a contribution between parents' attitudes and children's independence at SM Aur 01 Sungai Aur, West Pasaman Regency which was equal to (R 4.1% and significant rtable 0.021). This means that the level of independence of a child is not only influenced by the attitude of parents, but there are still many other factors that influence.

The Lapindo Mud is a natural disaster occurred 13 years ago and still erupts today. Of course this disaster affects the people who live around it. The people who are the victims of the mud disaster is still survive. Therefore, it is important to understand how this people could survive in this disaster situation. Thus, the purpose of this quantitative, correlational study is to investigate the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being for the resident around Lapindo mudflow. This research used quantitative method with survey. The scale used was The Gratitude Questionnaire-Six Item Form (GQ-6) developed by McCullough to measured the level of gratitude and Javanese Psychological Well-being Scale developed by Palupi to measured psychological well-being. The result showed that there is relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being in the population/resident around Lapindo mudflow.

<em>This research attempts to analyze the effect of religiosity and culture on purchasing decisions in buying cafe food in Bukittinggi partially or simultaneously. The design of this study is quantitative correlational. The population is Muslim teenagers in the city of Bukittinggi. The sample of this study was Muslim teenagers in the Bukit Tinggi town who bought cafe food. Furthermore, the determination of the sample to be used as the respondent was done by purposive sampling, by taking and selecting Muslim adolescents in Bukittinggi as respondents.Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: partially Religiosity and Culture have a positive effect on purchasing decisions in buying cafe food, while Religiosity and Culture simultaneously influence purchasing decisions in buying cafe food where the contribution of the determination coefficient (R Square) is 38.8% and the remaining 61.2% is influenced by other variables which are not included in this similarity regression or variables not examined.</em>

This research attempted to investigate the students’ grammar mastery, their translation ability, and the correlation between both variables. The research was designed as a quantitative correlational method. The population was 79 sixth semester students of English Education Study Program of Bengkulu University in the academic year 2018/2019. The samples were 40 students. The instruments used to collecting the data were grammar test and translation test. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson Product Moment Formula using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 16.0. The results of this research showed: 1. Majority of the student (77.5%) had poor grammar mastery. 2. Majority of the students (82.45%) had inadequate translation ability. 3. There is a correlation between students’ grammar mastery and their translation ability (the correlation coefficient is 0.797). Therefore, it was concluded that the students’ grammar mastery contributed significantly to their translation ability. Lastly, it was suggested that English Education Study Program should add semester credit units (SKS) of the grammar and translation subjects in order to improve the students’ grammar mastery and translation ability. Keywords: Correlation, Students’ Grammar Mastery, Students’ TranslationAbility

Abstract. Nowadays, the use of social media, one of which is the Instagram application in the Insta Story feature, has many advantages such as its wide coverage, because it uses online facilities, and its continuous connectivity. The presence of this new media makes it easier for humans to communicate daily. In the current era, companies need to utilize their resources optimally, and try to influence consumers' buying interest through the promotion of Wellborn products. Current technological developments make it easier for consumers to find information about a product on the market. The theory used in this research is the theory of Uses and Gratification. The research method used is quantitative correlational studies applying the rank Spearmen correlational formula to test whether there is the relationship between Attraction, Convert, and Transfrom, in using the insta story feature as a promotional medium, with the interest in buying Wellborn products. Sampling was carried out on 67 respondents as well as viewers. Based on the results of the study, it is showed that there was a significant relationship between the use of Insta Story features as a media promotion and the interest in buying Wellborn products; with a total coefficient value of 66,283.Keywords: buying interest, Instagram, Insta Story, PromotionAbstrak. Penggunaan media sosial saat ini mempunyai keunggulan salah satunya yaitu aplikasi instagram dalam fitur insta story yang cakupannya luas menggunakan fasilitas online dan terhubung kapanpun. Kehadiran media baru (new media) semakin memudahkan manusia dalam berkomunikasi sehari-hari.Di era sekarang perusahaan perlu memanfaatkan sumber dayanya dengan optimal, serta berusaha mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen melalui adanya promosi produk Wellborn. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini jauh lebih memudahkan para konsumen untuk mencari informasi tentang suatu produk yang ada di pasaran. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah teori Uses and Gratification. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif studi korelasional dan menggunakan rumus korelasional rank spearmen untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara Attraction, Convert, dan Transfrom penggunaan fitur insta story sebagai media promosi dengan minat beli produk Wellborn. Pengambilan sample dilakukan kepada 67 orang responden followers sekaligus viewers. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Penggunaan Fitur Insta Story sebagai Media Promosi dengan Minat Beli Produk Wellborn dengan nilai total koefisien sebesar 66,283.Kata kunci: Minat beli, Instagram, Insta Story dan Promosi
