This article aims to describe how the model of integrated political education based on the five qualities of the Padang branch of the Islamic Student Association (HMI). The problem is focused on the Padang branch HMI integrated political education model. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected through documentation studies, interviews, observations, and FGD (focus group discussion). Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and decision making. Data validity was tested by source triangulation. This study concludes that the integrated political education model based on the five qualities of the HMI aspirants of the Padang branch is based on the objectives of the HMI with formal, non-formal and informal forms of political education.

This study aims to determine the potential conflict between Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru after conflict resolution. The research was conducted in the village of Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru, Sijunjung Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to reveal how the existence of potential conflicts between the two regions today. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discusion) and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman which consisted of three processes, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources. The results of the study showed: The potential for conflict is still stored in the nagari community of Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru villages after conflict resolution.  Community leaders to the two parties in conflict have not shown their sincerity together to obey the revolution.   The resolution is only an agreement but to comply with it is far from the expectations of those in conflict.

The aim of this study was to explore the role of teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) as motivator in political education. The research was conducted at State of Senior High School 1 (SMAN 1) and State of Senior of High School 10 (SMAN 10) at Padang City. This research had employed a qualitative research with comparative studies. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, data presentation, and concluding. The validity of the data was tested by source triangulation. The result showed that the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education not only educating the character of the nation's generation but emphasize the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education as motivators in political education. Where the teacher as a motivator plays a role to give encouragement, enthusiasm, and intelligence to students in understanding political education. This research aims to study and describe the existing conditions of Indonesia's current defense management and analyze and develop an adaptive and competitive Indonesian defense management model. This research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The nature of this research is exploratory and qualitative analysis techniques which consist of five stages, namely data collection and assessment, data reduction, data presentation, data validity checking, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that currently the defense management carried out by Indonesia still has some gaps and weaknesses where the defense management model has not been developed holistically, where the management of national defense and security has not been interpreted as a whole system. Considering that the implementation of security and defense must be comprehensively carried out as an integrated security and defense system, whose output is of course in addition to the realization of a component of the national defense and security force, including citizens who have strong national resilience. Then, the national defense management model that is found can improve coordination and cooperation between the Ministry of Defense and related institutions in strengthening defense and improving national security as a whole.

This study aims to describe the mistakes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya in solving the limit problem of algebraic functions and their causative factors. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are tests and interviews. The research instrument was a question sheet and interview guidelines. The questions used are in the form of a description consisting of 5 questions. Before being used, the questions were reviewed by 3 raters, namely 2 mathematics education lecturers and 1 mathematics teacher. From the results of the study it was concluded that all questions could be used. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by observing persistence and triangulation of sources. Then the collected data were analyzed using data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the errors made by students on the limit of algebraic functions were: (1) Conceptual errors: (a) errors in understanding the concept of limits which consist of formulas, theorems and definitions of limits. (b) the use of formulas, theorems and definitions of limits that are inconsistent with the conditions for the application of the formula; 2) Procedural errors: (a) errors in calculations, (b) inability to write work steps regularly. (c) errors in applying rules, principles or formulas. (d) the inability of students to manipulate algebraic forms based on applicable properties or principles. As for the factors causing students in this study in terms of internal factors of students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the strategy atta'bir almushawwar using the book Muthala'ah alqiro'ah al-rosyidah and to determine the increase in speaking skills. This research uses qualitative research. This research was carried out from June to August 2019 at the Islamic Boarding School Ta'mirul Surakarta. The data collection techniques are through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And the data validity technique uses triangulation of sources and methods. And data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. The results of the study show that the steps of atta'bir almushawwar using the Muthala'ah alqiro'ah al-rosyidah book, namely the teacher reads the vocabulary aloud and students follow it, and the teacher asks students to interpret it, the teacher asks the students to listen to the teacher's explanation with Image media are on the board and in a situation where students do not open the book, the teacher asks students to read muthalaah books and then gives students time to ask questions about vocabulary or things that have not been understood, the teacher asks some students to retell what the teacher has explained in front of the class by using Arabic. By using the attakbir almushawwar strategy in learning the muthalaah book, it is very helpful for students to remember the material that has been explained by the teacher. Because the explanation using image media makes students interested so that students pay attention to the scale of what is explained by the teacher. And in addition students have to memorize again using Arabic that they have understood, with this students are trained in speaking and can increase students' speaking skills

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman konsep berdasarkan taksonomi bloom dalam memecahkan masalah aljabar ditinjau dari kemampuan kognitif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Wungu. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Subjek dengan kemampuan kognitif tinggi dapat memenuhi semua tahapan pemecahan masalah dan memenuhi semua indikator pemahaman konsep berdasarkan taksonomi bloom. (2) Subjek dengan kemampuan kognitif sedang hanya memenuhi beberapa tahapan pemecahan masalah yang meliputi memahami masalah, merencanakan pemecahan masalah, dan menyelesaikan pemecahan masalah, serta memenuhi beberapa indikator pemahaman konsep yaitu pengetahuan, pemahaman, penerapan, dan analisis. (3) Subjek dengan kemampuan kognitif rendah hanya memenuhi tahapan penyelesaian masalah memahami masalah dan merencanakan pemecahan masalah, serta memenuhi beberapa indikator pemahaman konsep yaitu pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan penerapan.</p><p> </p><pre>This study aims to describe the understanding of concepts based on bloom's taxonomy in solving algebra problems in terms of cognitive abilities. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of SMPN 2 Wungu. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) Subjects with high cognitive abilities can meet all stages of problem solving and meet all indicators of understanding concepts based on bloom taxonomy. (2) Subjects with cognitive abilities are only fulfilling several stages of problem solving which include understanding the problem, planning problem solving, and solving problem solving, as well as fulfilling several indicators of concept understanding namely knowledge, understanding, application, and analysis. (3) Subjects with low cognitive abilities only meet the stages of problem solving, understanding problems and planning problem solving, as well as meeting several indicators of concept understanding, namely knowledge, understanding, and application.</pre>

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) policy in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Padangsidimpuan City. In this study using the George C Edward III implementation model that is considered very appropriate and has detailed variables. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate, the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) policy has been running since 2015. However, there are still some problems encountered. Of the 4 variables in the George C Edward III implementation model namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucrat structure. The results showed that the Disduk Capil Kota Padang Sidempuan only fulfilled 2 variables. The 2 variables are fulfilled namely disposition and bureaucrat structure. While two more variables that are not fulfilled are communication and resources.

This article aims to describe how the inheritance of the cultural traditions values of the Suku Anak Dalam Air Hitam, Sarolangun, Jambi. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, interviews, documentation. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data by triangulation of sources. The results of the study found that the inheritance of cultural traditions values Suku Anak Dalam Air Hitam, Sarongun Jambi was carried out face-to-face, the involvement of the younger generation (children) in culture, and customary rules. The values inherited are individual, social and love values for the country.

Dinda Bestari Traditional Dance Studio is a dance studio that teaches traditional dance, dance creation and contemporary dance. The studio also teaches children's dance and opens special classes for children. In this studio, students who are not only children and adolescents, but there are also adults. This research aims to describe the management of Dinda Bestari Traditional Dance Studio, which is domiciled in the City of Palembang, South Sumatra, which implements management functions in all aspects of studio activities including planning , organizing, implementing and controlling. This research applies a qualitative approach. The research subject is myself as the owner, founder and at the same time the manager of this studio. The object of this research is the Dinda Bestari Traditional Dance Studio in Palembang which includes, its background and management system applied. Data collection techniques carried out in three ways, namely participant observe, interview and documentation. In this study using a human instrument that is the researcher himself who acts as an instrument, serves to determine the focus of research, choose informants as sources of data, collect data, assess data quality, analyze data, interpret data, and make conclusions on its findings. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data description and conclusion drawing. The data validity test in this study uses the data triangulation method. The results of this study describe that the Dinda Bestari Traditional Dance Studio uses management functions as (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) acting (Actuating), and (4) controlling (Controlling).

<p>Entrepreneurship is very important to instill independence in the younger generation. There are a number of things that have an important influence on a child's soul, including family, school and the environment. The role of the family, especially mothers as early educators who put the most important foundation for the growth of the personality and maturity of children's thinking. There are several research focuses that exist in, among others, (1) to know parents in instilling entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang. (2) to knowing the form or result of the cultivation of entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang (3) to knowing the obstacles in cultivating entrepreneurial education values in the Tempe chips industry center in Sanan, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. The obstacle in implementing entrepreneurship for children is the lack of parental trust so that it is difficult to teach entrepreneurship, it is difficult to determine which products are sold because they are too expensive, and the difficulty of the child to divide time.</p><p class="CPKeyword"><em><strong>Keywords: the role of parents; entrepreneurship</strong></em></p>
