This research aims to identify, describe and find out the impact of the development of cultural tourism on the community in Marbun Toruan Village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The problem focuse on the potential of cultural tourism in the village of Marbun Toruan and its development in order to approach this problem requires a theoretical reference from some previous researchers. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data is collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. This study conclude that the Baktiraja district which has the potential for cultural tourism such as Tombak Sulu Sulu, Sisingamangaraja Palace, Batu Si siungkap ungkapon, Aek Sipangolu, Hariara Tungkot, Batu Hundul. The Humbang Hasundutan Regency Government gives responsibility to the Department of Transportation and Tourism to develop the tourism potential in tourist attraction of Baktiraja. This tourism object does not receive serious attention to be developed as a tourist destination so it is not inferior to other tourist destinations in North Sumatra that have been developed.

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. Implementation of tourism destination development policy in Gresik Dsitrict in 2017. This study aims to determine the implementation of development policy of tourist destinations in Gresik regency. The reason this research is conducted is the potential of tourism destinations that support to be used as a place of tourism. The purpose of this study was conducted to find out how the implementation of tourism destination development in Gresik regency as well as to know what factors that drive and hinder the implementation of tourism destinations development in Gresik regency. This research uses descriptive research method using qualitative approach. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate the existence of existing tourist destinations in Gresik regency management has not been perfected by Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaanbecause of the status of land that still belongs to the village. The driving factor for the development of tourist destinations is tourism potential in Gresik regency proper to be developed into tourism area. While the inhibiting factor is the problem of management that is constrained by the status of land still belongs to the community. Keywords: Implementation, tourist destination, Gresik regency

In the current era of globalization, the tourism sector has become one of the largest and strongest industries in the world, as well as the largest contributor to public and state revenues. Tourism has become part of the lives of people starting from the existing community in the city to the community in the village. Maros Regency in South Sulawesi has a lot of tourist attractions but the community has not been fully able to identify the tourism potential that exists in the region. This study aims to promote the potential, important values and strategies for the management and development of the Leang-leang Prehistoric Park as a tourist destination. The research result shows that Leang-Leang Prehistoric Park has a cultural tourist attraction containing commercial values that attract many tourists, with the assurance that the expenditure, time and cost,is worth for the experience obtained during the visit

The Matabesi tribe is the oldest tribe in Belu Regency. The Matabesi Tribe community lives and develops into a traditional village. Matabesi society still use nature and the environment to fulfill their daily lives. The Matabesi Tribe area has a lot of tourism potential that bus is developed into a cultural tourism area. The purpose of this study was to identify the Significant Value possessed by the Matabesi Tribe. This research uses descriptive method, observation and indepth interview with key person to determine the significant value. Research result the cultural landscape area of Matabesi Tribe has 5 significant values namely history, science, culture, religion and education. Based on Tourism Law No. 10 of 2009 concerning tourist destinations, the Matabesi Tribe can be developed which can support the creative economy of the Matabesi Tribe through the development of facilities, developing tourist attraction and developing accessibility derived from the local wisdom of the Matabesi Tribe.

Abstract: Ragi Hotang Meat Traditional Village, in Tampahan Subdistrict, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province, has been inaugurated as a traditional village by the Ministry of Education and Culture's Director General of Culture on 11 February 2017. In the village there are several traditional houses that have been revitalized, original traditional houses, ulos woven crafts and the typical sarong of the village, as well as traditional dances. After being inaugurated as a traditional village, the community was asked to do the development of the village themselves as a tourist destination. As academics, it is required to be able to provide input, to the local government and to the villagers. The question is: how was the Ragi Hotang Traditional Village developed into a tourist destination that was not detrimental, but could provide benefits to nature and its inhabitants? The purpose of this study is to provide input to the local government and villagers on how to develop their villages so that they become tourist destinations that do not harm nature or the population. Analysis by examining data is associated with Tourism theory and Deep Ecology. Sebagai akademisi, dituntut untuk bisa memberikan masukan, baik bagi pemerintah setempat maupun bagi penduduk desa itu. Pertanyaannya: bagaimana Desa Adat Ragi Hotang dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata yang tidak merugikan, namun bisa memberikan keuntungan bagi alam dan penduduknya? Tujuan studi ini ialah memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah setempat maupun penduduk desa itu cara mengembangkan desanya agar menjadi destinasi wisata yang tidak merugikan alam maupun penduduknya. Abstract. Indonesia has a variety of tribes and cultures that cannot be separated from the natural beauty which is a tourist destination for the beauty of Lake Toba in North Sumatra. Pangururan District, Samosir Regency is one of the priority points of tourists because Pangururan District is the capital of Samosir Regency so that the impact of the influence of tourist destinations becomes a strategic area for national and international tourism. A person's fatigue in carrying out daily activities makes travelling one of the solutions to calm the mind after facing someone's busy life. Tourism has categories according to conditions, one of which is tourism. Tourism is defined as a form of sustainable tourist visits, in terms of attracting local and non-local tourists with the condition of a tourist destination provided with the natural beauty of Pangururan District, Samosir Regency. Tourism that occurs with tourist visits based on the holiday season and weekdays on tourist visits has increased during holidays with a high number compared to normal days. Tourism management still provides the best service so that tourists don't just drink. In this case, tourism shows the condition of tourists who visit during the holiday season so that they get a response so that the improvement of tourism management is better, this is evidenced by showing the results of field observations. With regard to tourism, it shows that the results are processed based on the opinion of the community as both visitors and local people

Tourism is one of the strategic sectors of the country foreign exchange contribution. Indonesia is a rich country which has a tourism potential, cultural tourism is one of them. The growth of the tourism sector must be balanced with a good marketing communications. Marketing communication is an attempt to convey and distribute the information to the public about the existence of a product, in this case is tourist attraction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the visitor, forms of marketing communication used by the tourist, the impact between visitor characteristics and the effectiveness of marketing communications. This study measures about the effectiveness of marketing communications based from each three promotion tools; leaflet, hybrid media, and Words of Mouth then divided into three aspects, namely cognitive, affective, and conative.. The result of this research showed that only affective aspect is impacted in marketing communication effectivity.Keywords: leaflet, hybrid media, Words of MouthABSTRAKPariwisata adalah salah satu sektor strategis sumbangan devisa negara. Pemasaran komunikasi adalah upaya untuk menyampaikan dan menyebarkan informasi kepada publik tentang keberadaan suatu produk, dalam hal ini adalah objek wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik pengunjung, bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh turis, dampak antara karakteristik pengunjung dan efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran. Studi ini mengukur tentang efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran berdasarkan dari setiap tiga alat promosi; leaflet, media hibrida, dan kata-kata dari mulut kemudian dibagi menjadi tiga aspek, yaitu kognitif, afektif, dan konatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya aspek afektif yang dipengaruhi efektifitas komunikasi pemasaran.Kata kunci: leaflet, media hibrida, kata-kata dari mulut

Ambon Island is famous for its natural resources, especially in the Central Maluku Regency such as Hunimua Beach in Liang Village and Natsepa Beach in Suli Village which is famous for its white sand along the coast. Unlike the two beaches, there is a beach in the western part of Ambon Island, precisely in the village of Lilibooi, namely Batu Kapal Beach or Batu Lobang. This beach has the potential to be developed as a tourist attraction. But besides its huge potential, this place still has several obstacles or challenges as a tourist destination. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying opportunities and challenges for developing the tourist attraction of Batu Kapal Beach. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative research method by observing tourism potential and supporting elements of tourism products at Batu Kapal Beach. In addition, the researchers also conducted interviews with the management of Batu Kapal Beach, the local community and the Lilibooi Village Chief regarding their views on the existence of Batu Kapal Beach attractions. Distribution of questionnaires to tourists was also carried out by involving 100 respondents who were randomly selected. The data collected is then processed and analyzed using the SWOT method. The results of this study are that based on calculations from the EFAS and IFAS Matrix, Batu Kapal Beach is in the quadrant point of 0.18 and 0.65 to be precisely in the quadrant I position, which is an aggressive strategy. Where the Batu Kapal Beach can utilize strengths and opportunities to progress, grow and develop in a better direction. Such as cooperating with the government and involving local communities to assist in the process of managing and developing Batu Kapal Beach.

In the era of globalization, the tourism sector is one of the largest and most influential industries in economic development in general. In the 21st century, the tourism sector will be the primary driver in the world economy. In tourism, there are elements contained in it, ranging from tourists, travel, tourist destinations, industry, and so forth. Tourism for foreign exchange sources, including Indonesia, which is one of the countries that have various types of tourism, namely natural tourism, social tourism, and cultural tourism spread from Sabang to Merauke. One of the regions in Indonesia where multiple types of natural wealth have the potential to be developed is Sungai Penuh City, located in the western area in the form of a plateau. The most popular highland tourist destination in Sungai Penuh City is Bukit Khayangan. Departing from the above, the author intends to develop these problems and raise them into an article that illustrates and discusses supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the development of the Bukit Khayangan attraction, Sungai Penuh City. Then the development of attractions in Bukit Khayangan, Sungai Penuh City city, as well as the contribution of Bukit Kayangan Kota Sungai Penuh attraction. Desa Sade merupakan salah satu desa di Kapupaten Lombok Tengah yang memiliki berbagai kearifan lokal yang tetap dipertahankan sampai saat ini sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya. Kearifan lokal yang terdapat di Desa Sadeterdiri dari Intangible dan Tangible. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif . Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukann dengan observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kearifan lokal yang terdapat di Desa Sade sebagai daya tarik yaitu bangunan khas suku sasak, tarian Gendang Beleq, tenun, dan Peresean. Desa Sade juga dilengkapi dengan aksesabilitas, amneitas, Ancillaries, dan Community Involvement. Untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatwan dilakukan pengembangan tempat dan aktivitas wisata, akomodasi, akses ke tujuan tujuan wisata, sarana pendukung pariwisata, dan juga komunikasi pemasaran pariwisata. Pemasaran pariwisata dilakukan dengan merancang bauran pemasaran, bauran iklan, bauran iklan, dan harga.Sade village is one of the villages in central lombok regency which has various local wisdom that has been maintained to date as a cultural tourism attraction.local wisdom contained in the village of sade consists of tangible and intangible. The research method used is descriptive qualitative.data collection techniques are done by direc observation, interview, and documentation. Local wisdom contained in the village of sade as a cultural tourist attraction is a typical building of sasa tribe, peresean, weaving lombok, gendang beleq dance .sade village is also equipped with accessability, aksesabilitas, amneitas, Ancillaries, and Community Involvement. To increase tourist visits conducted by the development of places and tourism activites, accommodation, access to tourist destinations, tourism support facilities, as well as tourism maeketing communications. Tourism marketiing is done by designing a marketing mix, advertising, and price.
