In the current era of globalization, the tourism sector has become one of the largest and strongest industries in the world, as well as the largest contributor to public and state revenues. Tourism has become part of the lives of people starting from the existing community in the city to the community in the village. Maros Regency in South Sulawesi has a lot of tourist attractions but the community has not been fully able to identify the tourism potential that exists in the region. This study aims to promote the potential, important values and strategies for the management and development of the Leang-leang Prehistoric Park as a tourist destination. The research result shows that Leang-Leang Prehistoric Park has a cultural tourist attraction containing commercial values that attract many tourists, with the assurance that the expenditure, time and cost,is worth for the experience obtained during the visit

This study aims to determine the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects in Kepenghuluan Tanjung Medan, Rokan Hilir Regency, which contributes to the economy of the surrounding community. Lake Napangga is one of the lakes located in the Rokan Hilir area which has promising tourism potential if managed properly. Therefore, the role of BUMDes as the manager of Lake Napangga should be able to become a spirit in developing this lake tourism object to empower the economy of the village community, but the management of this tourist attraction is not only influenced by the seasonal agenda but also the Coronavirus Disease pandemic that emerged in 2020 This study choosing the type of qualitative research with a case study approach, where data collection is done by observation and interviews. After the data and information are obtained, it will be analyzed in depth with triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that the management of Lake Napangga tourism objects has not run optimally by the BUMDes in this case due to the inconsistency in the number of tourists visiting Lake Napangga, the inconsistent seasonal agenda, the lack of promotional activities and the COVID-19 Pandemic that appeared regularly. Suddenly disrupting the sources of income for people who depend on this Lake Napangga tourist attraction. This reality is what makes community economic empowerment in order to increase income still not running optimally. And aspects of sustainability in this case are needed to develop the tourism potential of Lake Napangga in the face of unforeseen conditions, in this case COVID-19 becomes an example of problems that must be faced in order to run the economy of the community and maximize the management of potential tourist attractions.

The village of Pulau Gadang District XII Koto Kampar, Kampar regency is a village that has an interesting historical value. Starting from the transfer of old Gadang Island Village to the current area due to the Koto Panjang PLTA Project, drowning four villages including Pulau Gadang Village. After 25 years passed the transfer was successful to give a positive impact, although initially received rejection. Improving the economy of local communities, supported by the tourism potential that recently developed in the area of this village and directly managed by the community of Pulau Gadang Village. Tourist attraction that is currently viral enough that Raja Ampat his Riau, at the beginning of the emergence of a very loved but the highest point of achievement only up there only. Tourism sector is a leading sector that is being developed and managed directly by the surrounding community, of course the positive impact of increasing the tourism potential in Riau. this paper will provide an in-depth analysis of the local wisdom of the community of Pulau Gadang Village that manages tourism directly, based on the construction of the concept of local wisdom that is capable of bringing progress to a region. Local wisdom is now an interesting issue as it returns to the foundation of a development theory that post modernism that can succeed a region is when the specialty of the area can be managed properly. Local wisdom that has influence in attitude and action, local local ideas that are wise, full of wisdom, good value, embedded and followed by members of the community.

The varied natural potential makes Bogor Regency has a lot of natural tourism potential. Its location in the highlands adds to the attraction of tourists to visit. One of the natural tourist destinations in Bogor Regency is Cipamingkis waterfall, the location of this waterfall is in Wargajaya Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency. Sukamakmur district actually has several tourist attractions, such as the Kahyangan villa and the Ciherang waterfall. However, the existence of this tourist attraction has not had a significant impact on the villagers, most of the villagers still rely on agricultural fields as their livelihood. In addition, the village youth have not played a role in the management of tourism objects. They prefer to work outside the village rather than develop their village. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide training in managing and developing tourism objects in Sukamakmur district, the concept of community-based tourism management or better known as Community Based Tourism (CBT). The training was carried out in three stages, including program socialization, group discussions, and the last stage was tourism management planning. The results of these activities, in the socialization stage, the youth of Sukamakmur district actually have the motivation to manage and develop tourism objects in Sukamakmur district. However, it is constrained by limited knowledge about the management of tourism objects. The second stage of activity tries to dig up information on the existence of the tourist attraction, so that several alternative tourism development plans are obtained. In the last stage, it is activated to try alternative tourism objects that can be developed in Sukamakmur district with the hope that Sukamakmur district becomes a Tourism Village and residents get a positive impact.

The development of the province of North Sulawesi, specifically South Minahasa, especiallyEast Tawaang Village, has a very interesting potential to be developed into a rural touristdestination. However, to develop these destinations, it is necessary to identify what potentialscan become the backbone of the area. Determining the identification of potential in the area willfacilitate the initial steps for strategy preparation and initial mapping as one of the leadingdestinations in South Minahasa.Qualitative descriptive research method is used to determine the potential that exists in thevillage of East Tawaang and is supported by interviews of related people to get valid results. Theresults of this research show that the village of Tawaang Timur has various potentials that can bedeveloped.By formulating a SWOT analysis, it can be found that the strengths of East Tawaang Villageinclude the potential for natural tourism, culture and local arts. Natural tourism such as moinitbeach, songkur beach, mangrove forest, BTO dam has natural tourist attractions. Art tourismwhich is the basis of the Minahasa art, such as the kebesaran dance, lenso, and the culture ofmaking traditional cap tikus needs to be a concern. weakness of East tawaang Village in terms ofinfrastructure and human resources.From the village profile, there are still many people who have very low education, infrastructureto get to tourist attractions is still lacking, roads that are still damaged or not even paved, publictoilets are not available, restaurants or eating places that have not been formed and properlyorganized, service and cleanliness which is very minimal, lodging, souvenir shops that are notyet available must be a priority that need fixing. The involvement of the local government andlocal communities is very lacking in understanding the tourism potential in the village of EastTawaang. There are many opportunities for East Tawaang Village, the potential for nature, artsand culture should be able to be explored deeper and be prepared more thoroughly to become atourist village because this village has potentials that are very rarely found in other villages,traditional arts need to be formed and traditionalized to children - Adolescents and young people,dance studios are made to shape the character of the citizens' arts and culture, and can bedisplayed in front of tourists visiting potential places, training on handicrafts to make souvenirobjects that can be used as a driving force for the tourism economy. The tourism sector contributes a lot to the economic development in Indonesia, it can be seen from the number of new job opening, increasing the income of the state and increasing the economy of the people around the tourist destination. However, in its development, tourism has also experienced many problems, such as the increasingly tight competition among Southeast Asian countries in controlling the world tourism market target to make its region as the world's main tourist destination in the region. A poorly-organized marketing strategy can be a major problem in market target. It happened at the outbound tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park located at Eka Karya Bali Botanical Garden, Bedugul, Tabanan Regency. Many tourists do not know the attraction of this outbound tour. This is due to lack of information for tourists about the tourist attraction, a less precise marketing strategy is suspected to be the main problem. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of Bali Treetop Adventure Park at Eka Karya Bali Botanical Garden, Bedugul, Tabanan Regency. Types of data that is used are qualitative data and quantitative data with approaches through observation, interviews, questionnaires distribution to tourists, literature study and documentation. The data analyzed in the research is the explanation of various explanations of data obtained directly from the managers of Bali Treetop Adventure Park and tourists during this research took place. The result of this research is Bali Treetop Adventure Park has several marketing strategies that is direct promotion (sales call, exhibition, brochure), promotion of mass media (magazine, baliho, Facebook, YouTube), indirect promotion (travel agent and local guide). The target of the market has been obtained but it is not maximized, this is caused by the market strategies which is not done properly. So it is necessary to improve its performance for human resources in the tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park is to achieve the desired number of tourists visit.   Keywords : outbond, tourist attractions, treetop

Village of Yehembang Kangin is one of tourism village which has various tourism potential inside which have not been optimized as a tourism destination or tourist attraction. The purpose of this studies to know potential of tourism in the Yehembang Kangin Village Tourism and know the efforts to development of tourism potential in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. The research method used in this research, is a qualitative research, where the qualitative research used, observation, in-depth interview technique and qualitative documents. The concept of tourism supporting components in formulating the existing conditions in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. And data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research is Yehembang Kangin Village have two potensial tourism among others is natural and culture potential tourism and the effort to the development of tourism potential in the Tourism Village Yehembang Kangin there are two aspects is mapping of tourist attractions and local community empowerment in the Village Tourism Yehembang Kangin. The purpose of this study is to know: a) how the development of tourism sector in the city of padang, b) what development programs undertaken by the cultural and tourism office of the city of padang, and c) obstacles faced by the culture and tourism office of the city of padang in developing tourism object . Technique of collecting data in this research is done by interview, observation also literature study. The analytical method used is 31 descriptive qualitative analysis that is digging information from the source about the development of tourism sector in Padang city. The results showed that a) Tourism sector in the city of Padang has experienced a good development. This is evident from the increase in the number of visitors who come to the tourist attraction of the city of Padang, especially Padang Beach attractions and Sweet water Beach has become a favorite tourist destination for local and foreign tourists. In addition, the municipal government of Padang together with the tourism office also continues to make development efforts by revitalizing the 5 selected tourist objects, namely padang beach, siti nurbaya, heritage, old town, and waterfront, b) development program undertaken by the culture and tourism office the city of Padang through various activities such as tourism destination development programs, partnership development, regional tourism product development, promotion of tourism in social media sharing and web, c) Constraints faced in the development of urban tourist attraction is limited budget funds, community mindset is still primitive and yet modern, the education of the tourism actors is still low and not well managed infrastructure in some tourist attractions such as beaches sweet water, sand jambak and others.

Agro-tourism is one of the tourist attractions for regional and national tourists. Watu Lawang has potential tourism object to become an agro-tourism that has been determined by Local Tourism and Culture Departement of Cilegon City has not been implemented optimally. The tourism sector, which is designated as the leading sector in increasing the country's economic growth, is a challenge for local governments in optimizing tourism potential. The purpose of developing tourism and regional culture as a tourism destination is a form of increasing foreign exchange for the region in particular and the economy of the local community or region in general. The purpose of this study was to analyze policies, strategies and constraints in the development and development of tourism objects in Watu Lawang agro-tourism in the city of Cilegon. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research and normative juridical approach, data and document collection is done through interviews and observations. The results showed that the tourism policies have been formed from national policies to regional policies. Various strategies have been formulated by the ministry of tourism and the tourism office in the regions in order to develop the potential for tourism objects. The potential of the Watu Lawang agro-tourism object is not optimal due to several factors, including accessibility, facilities, human resources, geographic and sociological location.

The study aims to identify the potential of natural resources as an object and attraction of ecotourism in Liliboy Village, West Leihitu District and to know community perceptions about the potential of ecotourism. The research method used is a survey method by direct observation to the location of attractions and interviews using questionnaires to the community. Data were analyzed using an analysis of the assessment of ecotourism potential carried out by the assessment of natural tourist objects and attractions (ADO), 2000. The five main components of the assessment are attractiveness, accessibility, socio-economic environmental conditions, accommodation and infrastructure and supporting facilities. The results of the study showed that the ecotourism potential in the village of Liliboy was very diverse including the ship's rock beach, waisamal beach and Hatuasa “rafting” river tourism. This tourism potential attracts a number of tourists with various tourist attractions. Community perception shows that 90.0% of respondents agreed to develop ecotourism activities. The community is willing to participate in the development of the tourism object, they argue that if the State of Liliboy becomes a tourist country then they will get job opportunities and business opportunities through various activities such as selling at tourist sites and also becoming a tour guide. The results of the analysis using object assessment and tourist attraction analysis using the ADO guidelines show that the potential attraction of ecotourism objects in Liliboy village is categorized as "Good", with a score of 2320. This shows that the potential of ecotourism in Liliboy village is good for tourism development.

AbstrakMultiplier effect sektor pariwisata terhadap sektor lain relatif tinggi. Hal tersebut terlihat pada dampak positif di sektor lain apabila sektor pariwisata mengalami peningkatan, khususnya di sektor perdagangan, hotel, restoran dan perhubungan. Pemberdayaan potensi wilayah sebagai daya tarik wisata, sampai saat ini masih belum optimal dan keterlibatan dari pihak terkait juga belum optimal. Untuk keperluan tersebut maka penelitian  ini dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis keterlibatan stakeholder dalam pengelolaan wisata dan pengembangan wisata Kota Semarang. Objek penelitian adalah wisata budaya (Gubug rembug), wisata sejarah/alam (Goa Kreo) dan wisata kuliner (pusat oleh-oleh Jl. Pandanaran). Sebanyak 12 keyperson diwawancarai sebagi sumber data penelitian. Data hasil wawancara dianalisis dengan software Nvivo 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan stakeholders dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan wisata Kota Semarang adalah berupa pembinaan dalam proses pengelolaan wisata sejarah, alam dan kuliner. Kata kunci : pengembangan, pariwisata, Kota Semarang Tourism Development In Semarang CityAbstractThe multiplier effect of the tourism sector on other sectors is relatively high. This can be seen from the positive impact in other sectors if the tourism sector has increased, especially in the trade, hotel, restaurant and transportation sectors. The empowerment of the region's potential as a tourist attraction has not been optimal and the involvement of related parties has not been optimal. For this purpose, this research was conducted. The purpose of this study was to analyze stakeholder involvement in tourism management and tourism development in the city of Semarang. The object of research is cultural tourism (Gubug Rembug), historical / natural tourism (Goa Kreo) and culinary tourism (souvenir center Jl. Pandanaran). A total of 12 keypersons were interviewed as a source of research data. Interview data were analyzed using Nvivo 12 software. The results showed that the involvement of stakeholders in the management and development of tourism in the city of Semarang was in the form of guidance in the process of managing natural and culinary tourism.Keywords: development, tourism, Semarang City
