This article aims to investigate the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction in hot spring tourism areas. The concept of Servqual Parasuraman (quality of service) in 1998 was applied with aspects of responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance, and tangibles. This quantitative research was conducted at the Suban Hot Spring Baths, Rejang Lebong Regency. For primary data, the survey method was conducted on 100 respondents from 501 visitors to the Suban Hot Springs Bath in April 2021. Respondents were determined through accidental sampling technique. The survey method uses a closed questionnaire instrument on a Likert scale of 1-5. Secondary data sourced from the official web documentation of the Rejang Lebong Regency Tourism Office. Data analysis using SPSS 16 program with the hypothesis tested using the product moment by looking at the normality and linearity tests. The results of the study found that there was a significant influence between service quality and visitor satisfaction. Almost all aspects tested are significant with a value of <0.50. Of the five tested aspects, the highest score was in the empathy aspect of 16.89 percent and the lowest score was in the reliability aspect, which was 1.99 percent. Overall all aspects studied are significant to visitor satisfaction. Therefore, the high quality of service is directly proportional to the high visitor satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of sharia service quality, Islamic values ​​and destination image toward loyalty with visitors’ satisfaction as an intervening variable, a study on the great mosque of Demak tourism. This is a field research using quantitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data taken with survey method. There are three independent variables, namely: (X1) the quality of sharia service, (X2) Islamic values, and (X3) the destination image. The dependent variable (Y1)/loyalty and intervening variable (Y2) are visitor satisfaction. The population of this study is all visitors or pilgrims of the great mosque of Demak in 2018. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 167 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the sharia service quality does not affect the loyalty, (2) the Islamic values ​​have a direct positive and significant effect on the loyalty, (3) destination image has a direct positive and significant effect on loyalty, (4) the sharia service quality has no effect on the visitors’ satisfaction, (5) the Islamic values ​​have no effect on the visitors’ satisfaction (6) the destination image has a direct positive and significant effect on the visitors’ satisfaction, (7) the visitors’ satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on the loyalty, (8) the visitors’ satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between the sharia service quality and loyalty (9) the visitors’ satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between the Islamic values ​​and loyalty, and (10) the visitors’ satisfaction mediates part of the relationship between destination image and loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

Based on the results of this study, the quality of service consisting of reliability (reliability) X1, tangible X2, X3 responses, assurance and certainty (assurance) X4, and empathy (empathy) X5 affect customer satisfaction (Y) simultaneously or simultaneously.

Peneltian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh kualitas produk,kualitas pelayanan dan tingkat kepuasan  kepuasaan  dalam mempengaruh keputusan masyarakat menjadi nasabah di bank BNI syariah kota Bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas produk terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah, untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah, untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan terhdap keputsan menjadi nasabah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei,yaitu penelitian yang mengumpulkan data langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan kuisoner dan item-item dari kuisoner biasanya berhubungan langsung dengan skala perilaku atau pendapat seseorang. Lokasi penelitian di Bank BNI Syariah Cabang kota Bengkulu yang beralamat di jalan jendral sudirman No. 41-43, Pintu Batu, Teluk Segara, kota Bengkulu.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan  data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari nasabah yang memakai produk pada Bank BNI Syariah kota Bengkulu melalui penyebaran kuisoner. Sekunder adalah data yang dikumpulkan dari sumber-sumber dan literatur-literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian,dan menunjang data-data primer. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di bank BNI syariah . Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai tsig0.002 ≤ 0,05. Ini berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di bank BNI syariah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai tsig0.000 ≤ 0,05. Ini berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Tingkat kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di bank BNI Syariah pada calon nasabah pengguna produk bank BNI Syariah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai tsig sebesar 0.008 ≤ 0.05. Ini berarti Ha diterima Ho ditolak.Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian yang telah dilakukan terbukti dinyatakan dengan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualita sproduk, kualitas pelayaan, tingkat kepuasan  terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di bank BNI Syariah kota Bengkulu. Kata Kunci : kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan   ANALYSIS OF QUALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF SHARIA BANKING PRODUCTS IN AFFECTING COMMUNITY DECISION TO BECOME A CUSTOMER AT BNI SYARIAH BANK BENGKULU CITY  ABSTRACT This study examines the effect of product quality, service quality and satisfaction level of satisfaction in influencing the community's decision to become a customer at the BNI Syariah Bank of Bengkulu. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of the product to the decision to become a customer, to analyze the quality of service to the decision to become a customer, to analyze the level of satisfaction with the decision to become a customer. This type of research is survey research, namely research that collects data directly from respondents using questionnaires and items from questionnaires are usually directly related to the scale of a person's behavior or opinion. As for the research location on Jalan Sudirman No. 41-43, Pintu Batu, Teluk Segara, City of Bengkulu. data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. Primary data, namely data obtained directly from customers who use products at Bank BNI Syariah Kota Bengkulu through questionnaire distribution. Secondary data is collected from sources and literature relevant to the research topic, and supports primary data. the results of this study indicate, product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer at BNI syariah bank. This is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of tsig0.002 ≤ 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that Ha is accepted by Ho.Thus, the research hypothesis that has been carried out is proven to be stated by the positive and significant influence between product quality variables, quality of service, level of satisfaction with the decision to become a customer in the BNI Syariah bank in Bengkulu city. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and user value on the satisfaction and loyalty of users at the Padang City Library and Archives Service. The sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data is processed using SPSS 16. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis method with path analysis technique. The results of the study found that the quality of service had a significant effect on the loyalty of users at the Padang City Library and Archives Service, the value of users had a significant effect on the loyalty of users at the City of Library and Archives Service, the quality of service had a significant effect on the satisfaction of visitors at the Department of Library and Archives of Padang, the value of users have a significant effect on the satisfaction of library users in the Padang City Library and Archives Office, satisfaction has a significant effect on the loyalty of users in the Library and City Archives Office in Padang, the quality of service through satisfaction has no effect on loyalty and so does the value of users through satisfaction does not affect the loyalty of users in the Padang City Library and Archives Service.

Evaluation of service quality at Prabumulih College of Economics is needed to find out what is actually expected and perceived by students with what has been offered. This study aims to determine the effect of academic service quality on student satisfaction at the Prabumulih College of Economics. The method used in this study is a survey method. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through the interview method that is equipped with a questionnaire that has been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from related companies, as well as several library sources in the form of journals and books relating to this research. And the method used in this research is survey method. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through the interview method that is equipped with a questionnaire that has been prepared. In this study, what will be analyzed is the effect of service quality consisting of 1) tangible (direct evidence) including physical facilities, equipment, employees, and communication facilities; 2) reliability, which is the ability to provide the promised service immediately, accurately and satisfactorily; 3) responsiveness (responsiveness), namely the desire of staff to help customers and provide services responsively; 4) assurance, including knowledge, competence, courtesy, and trustworthiness of staff, free from danger, risk or doubt; and 5) empathy (empathy), including ease in establishing relationships, good communication, personal attention, and understanding of the individual needs of customers. The results showed that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, concern and student satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the knowledge of the members of the cooperative and the quality of service to the participation of members of the all-round cooperative effort (KSU) Warga Sejahtera, village Cipinang, East Jakarta. This research was carried out for two months, starting from May 2010 to June 2011. The study population was the whole business cooperatives (KSU) Warga Sejahtera East Jakarta 355 members. The samples used were 84 members using systematic random sampling technique (systematic random sampling technique). The method used is survey method with the correlational approach, while the acquired data to the variables X1, X2 and Y derived from primary data with test instruments for variable X1 and instruments like questionnaire with Likert scale for X2 and Y which has been in testing the validity and reliability. Processing data using SPSS 17.0. Partially, the influence of knowledge about the cooperative members with the participation of members is 0.803. This means that the influence of the knowledge of the members of the cooperative with the participation of members is strong and positive values. A positive value means that if members of the cooperative knowledge increases, the participation of members will be increased, and vice versa. While the influence of the quality of services with the participation of members is equal to 0.271. This means that the influence of the quality of services with the participation of members is weak and positive values. A positive value means that if the quality of service increases, the participation of members will be increased, and vice versa. F-test knowledge of the influence of members of cooperatives and the quality of services to the participation of members obtained F count equal to 137.423 while the critical value of F or F table is at 3.11, the F count> F table, meaning that there are significant knowledge of the members of the cooperative and the quality of service to participation of members together. R² value obtained is equal to 0.772. This means that the variable knowledge of the members of the cooperative and the quality of service could explain the variability of 77.2% of the variable participation of members, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined. The multiple regression equation obtained was Y = 28.725 + 1,742X1 + 0,209X2. From the above analysis it can be said that simultaneously a significant difference between the knowledge of members of cooperatives and the quality of service to the citizens of member participation in KSU Sejahtera, Cipinang, East Jakarta.

This study discusses the quality of service given the blessing of self-sustained cooperative Sungai Tebelian Kabupaten Sintang. This study aims to determine the quality of service that includes tangible dimension, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This type of research used in this research is the survey method. Data collection techniques are the primary data, interviews, questionnaires. The study population numbered 808 members and 100 of whom were sampled. The selected sample of Purporsive Sampling with the criteria set by saving at least 5 months old and all members of the cooperative blessing respondents who self-sufficient savings and loans. Technical analysis is the analysis of the data used servqual score = score of expectation-perception score is calculating the difference or (Gap) to determine the quality of service. Of the five dimensions of service quality Restu Cooperative of Self-reliance can be concluded that the positive savings and loan service users are not satisfied with the quality of service cooperatives Restu Berdikari for service quality Servqual score of 0.37 was obtained. The analysis showed that the expected value is greater than the perceptions of members of the cooperative, means a greater quality of service expectations than on reality. The results of this study indicate members' responses to service quality Restu Berdikari Cooperative shows that most responding dissatisfied. The problem occurred in Rumah Makan Bebek Pak Ndut based on observations conducted by researchers after conducting interviews to customers showed that customers still feel less satisfied with the price, quality of products and services. The price applied is still at a value less precise by some customers, the quality of the product is less in accordance with the expected and the service that looks less to customers who ask for orders that do not come. This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of price (X1), product quality (X2) and quality of service (X3) partially and simultaneously to customer satisfaction (Y) as well as to know and analyze the most influential customer satisfaction in the Pak Ndut restaurant in Samarinda ". Primary Data is obtained by spreading the questionnaire to the customers. Secondary Data is obtained by conducting field observations. Data was analyzed using simple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS statistical version 22. The results of this study were price variables and service quality variables partially influential insignificant to the customer satisfaction variables while the product quality variables partially impact significantly on the customer satisfaction variables, price variables, product quality and service quality simultaneously influence insignificant to the customer satisfaction variables and the most significant product quality variables against customer satisfaction variables. Rumah Makan Bebek Dan Ayam Goreng Pak Ndut The price that is set by the restaurant should be adjusted again with the quality of the customer received, in terms of quality products can be done by providing training to employees in the field of condiments so that the taste is maintained and does not eliminate the characteristic and improve the quality of service.
