ABSTRACTThe results showed that through imitative stimuli in the dance learning process in Early Childhood there was a positive and significant relationship between imitative stimuli on kinesthetic intelligence of Early Childhood in Hikmatul Fadhillah Kindergarten, Medan Denai Subdistrict, indicated by the value r = 0.748 in the very high category . And 52.5% percent of children are seen while the remaining 47.5% percent is contributed by other variables outside of imitative stimuli. It is seen that the imitative stimulation coefficient has a positive influence with the development of child kinesthetic intelligence. The amount of 52.5% produced from kinesthetic intelligence is a large enough number of values to determine the relationship of imitative stimuli to kinesthetic intelligence. Keywords: Imitative stimuli, kinesthetic intelligence  ABSTRAK Hasil Penelitian diketahui bahwa melalui rangsang imitatif dalam proses pembelajaran tari pada Anak Usia Dini ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara rangsang imitatif terhadap kecerdasan kinestetik Anak Usia Dini di TK Hikmatul Fadhillah Kecamatan Medan Denai yang ditunjukan dengan nilai r = 0.748 yang berada dalam katagori sangat tinggi. Dan sebesar 52,5% persen anak yang terlihat sedang sisanya sebesar 47,5%  persen adalah kontribusi oleh variabel lain diluar rangsang imitatif. Terlihat bahwa koefisien rangsang imitatif memberikan pengaruh secara positif dengan berkembangnya kecerdasan kinestetik anak. Jumlah 52,5% yang dihasilkan dari kecerdasan kinestetik, merupakan jumlah nilai yang cukup besar untuk mengetahui hubungan rangsang imitatif terhadap  kecerdasan kinestetik. Kata kunci : Rangsang Imitatif, Kecerdasan Kinestetik

The relationship of mastery learning models and methods of discovery due to the motivation to learn of students. Each student has a different motivation to learn inborn but is not ready to be a motivation to learn. One container to form a motivation to learn that is through education, namely concrete form through the learning process. But the learning process in the classroom is still dominated by the role of the teacher (teacher centered) and less precise methods used by teachers in teaching. More teachers putting students as objects and not as subjects students. This study aims to: (1) Knowing the relationship mastery learning model due to the formation of the motivation to learn of students at SMAN 1 Kupang, (2) Knowing the relationship discovery method to motivation to learn formation of students at SMAN 1 Kupang, (3) determine the relationship of mastery learning thoroughly and use methods discovery on motivation to learn formation of students at SMAN 1 Kupang. This research is a quantitative correlation using the questionnaire method. Mechanical testing data in this study is a reliability test questionnaire, questionnaire validity, normality test, homogeneity test and t-test statistics. The results of the analysis obtained after correlated, the first correlation between X1 on Y, t = 2.819 t table while the error level of  0,05) = 1.721.a5% (  0,05) = 1.721. The second correlation between X2 on Y, t = 4.211 t table while the error level of 5% (  0.05). The third correlation multiple correlation between X1, X2 on Y obtained by R of 0.67, F 12.77,p = 0.000 > 0,05. Based on these calculations it can be concluded that (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of mastery learning models due to the motivation to learn of the student, (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable method of discovery to the motivation to learn of students, and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables mastery learning models and methods of discovery due to the motivation to learn of students.

The aim of this study is to understand and identify the relationship of the LGU’s functions to the preservation of the consciousness of the citizens. It sought to answer the following questions, (1) the mean level of the LGU’s functions in the preservation of consciousness on the culture of the citizens, (1.1) education, (1.2) laws implementation, (1.3) cultural heritage; (2) the mean level of the citizens’ consciousness of their culture, (2.1) customs, (2.2) habits, (2.3) values, (3) the significant relationship between the LGU’s functions in the preservation of consciousness on the culture of the citizens. Descriptive method of research was used to analyze the data systematically. The researcher looked for the population of the Pagsanjan, Laguna. From the population, the researcher used purposive sampling were in the members of the population are selected based on the objective of the study. The researcher formulated the self-made questionnaire and made it validated by set of experts before it was distributed through MS Forms. The approval of the municipal mayor of Pagsanjan, Laguna was also seeking by the respondents as courtesy for the implementation of the study. After the data collection, the researcher analyzed, presented and interpreted them. The best performed LGU’s function identified by the respondents to preserve the culture is laws implementation which rated 4.73 followed by education which rated 4.33, both are in a very high extend and lastly is the preservation of cultural heritage that rated 3.88 as high extent. The respondents are said to be most conscious in their culture in terms of both Habits and Values which rated 4.42 as very high while customs rated 4.07 as high. LGU’s functions in the preservation of the culture provide a ‘positive relationship’ to the citizens’ consciousness of their culture. The hypothesis which stated that there is no significant relationship between the LGU’s functions in the preservation of consciousness on the culture of its citizens is ‘not supported’. Abstract: Braveness in asking question is needed in learning process. By asking question, student is trained to think, to develop information and knowledge, and with frequently asking question, it can increase braveness and confident. However, many students experienced anxiousness in asking question, one of the influences is psychology aspect that is self-confident. This research is purposed to (1) describe students’ self-confident, (2) describe student’s anxiousness while asking question in classroom, and (3) see the relationship between student’s self-confident and anxiety while asking question in classroom. This research is using quantitative approach type descriptive correlation. This research is conducted in VIII and IX class SMPN 13 Padang. Research finding reveal that (1) student’s self-confident tend to to reside in high category, (2) student’s anxiousness while asking question in classroom tend to to reside in low category, (3) there is a significant relationship between students’s self-confident and anxiety while asking question in classroom with high level of correlation.  Keywords: self-confident, anxiety in asking question

This research is motivated by the low language development of children aged 3-4 years in Air Tawar Barat Village, Padang City. This is suspected to be poor communication in the family with children. This study aims to determine the relationship of communication in the family with the language development of early childhood in Air Tawar Barat Village, Padang City. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The study population was 54 mothers with a sample of 27 mothers. Sampling in the study used a simple random sampling technique, namely random sampling from a portion of the population. Research findings (1) communication in the family is categorized as low (2) language development of early childhood is categorized as low (3) there is a significant relationship between communication in the family and language development of early childhood in Air Tawar Barat Village, Padang City. There is a significant relationship between communication in the family and the language development of early childhood in the Village of Air Tawar Barat, Padang City.

Abstract This research aims to reveal 1. the condition of older people who lives in Plosokerep Shleter, 2. the psychological condition of older people in Plosokerep Shelter, 3. the social condition of older people in Plosokerep Shelter, 4. the relationship of physical condition experienced by older people with their functional disabilities in Plosokerep Shelter, 5. the relationship of psychological condition experienced by older people with their functional disabilities in Plosokerep Shleter, 6. to know the relatonship of social condition experienced by older people with their functional disabilities in Plosokerep Shelter. The research method used is explanatory-analytic correlational design, to examine the relationship of factors: Physical (X1 variable), Psychological (X2), and social (X3) with older people functional disabilities (Y variable) descriptive survey used explanatory-analytic correlational design. Data collection carried out through questionnaire. Research data analysis used descriptive statistic technique with Spearman test statistic. The result showed that: 1. some older people in Plosokerep shleter have high physical condition and the rest of them in the low physical condition category, 2. from the psychological condition some of older people are in high category, 3. Social condition experienced by older people who live in shelter are in high category, 4. Mengetahui hubungan kondisi sosial yang dialami lanjut usia dengan disabilitas fungsionalnya selama tinggal di shelter Plosokerep.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah disain korelasional eksplanatori-analitis, yaitu untuk menguji hubungan antara faktor-faktor: fisik (variabel X1), psikologis (X2), dan sosial (X3) dengan disabilitas fungsional lanjut usia (variabel Y)survey deskriptif dengan menggunakan disain penelitian korelasional eksplanatori-analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik Statistik deskriptif, dengan statistik uji Spearman.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Sebagian lanjut usia di shelter pengungsian Plosokerep memiliki kondisi fisik kategori tinggi, dan sebagian lagi berada dalam kondisi fisik kategori rendah, 2. Dilihat dari kondisi psikologis, sebagian besar lanjut usia berada dalam kategori tinggi, 3. Kondisi sosial yang dialami lanjut usia selama berada di shelter pengungsian, sebagian besar juga berada dalam kategori tinggi, 4. Hubungan kondisi fisik yang dialami lanjut usia selama berada di shelter pengungsian dengan disabilitas fungsional, meskipun terdapat korelasi tetapi tidak signifikan, 5. Hubungan kondisi psikologis yang dialami lanjut usia selama berada di shelter pengungsian dengan disabilitas fungsional, meskipun terdapat korelasi tetapi tidak signifikan, 6. Earnings management is the moral hazard problem of manager that adses because of the conflict of interest between the manager as agent and the stakeholder and the owner as principal. The behavior of earnings management will immediately influence the reported earning. The aims of this research at examining the relationship of board and audit committe to earnings management. The samples of this research is all of companies member Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) in the years of 2003-2006 which were listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. The results of this study show that (1) the proportion of independent directors on the board had not significant relationship to earning management, (2) competence of independent directors on the board had not significant relationship to earning management, (3) the size of board had significant relationship to earning management, (4) the proportion of independent directors on the audit committe had not significant relationship to earning management, and (5) competence of members of the audit committe had significant relationship to earning management.

Sharing knowledge and firm innovation are the crucial ways to sustain competitive advantage. This study builds a nested model to test the relationship between learning organization, knowledge-sharing behavior, and firm innovation. Data gathered from 254 employees were used to examine the relationship of the learning organization to employees' knowledge-sharing behavior and firm innovation. The results indicate that open-mindedness, shared vision and trust have positive effects on both knowledge-sharing behavior and firm innovation. While commitment to learning does not shows significant relationship on knowledge-sharing behavior and firm innovation. Communication has significance on firm innovation but not significance on knowledge-sharing behavior.

Though a lot of studies have been done to conclude customer loyalty as dependent variable but still there is a vast margin of researches to be conducted in future in different spheres of this construct. On the other hand the truth of the importance of customer loyalty as an enduring asset cannot be falsified. It is fundamental for organizations to build up long term and mutual beneficial associations with the customers. The purpose of this research paper is to show the inter relationship of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty. According to the observations reputation is the major independent variable that has significant relationship with customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and trust. Data for this research study was taken from the Islamia University, Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, and different banks located at various geographic locations of Bahawalpur region of Pakistan. Data was collected through self administered questionnaire and analyzed by using regression through SPSS. The results have been drawn from 150 users of NISHAT LINEN and it was found that there is positive and significant relationship among reputation, customer satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty. Hence the studies give the positive sign that with the increment of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust the customer loyalty enhances.

The change in educational paradigms has led to the need to define new methodological regulations that allow to consider the objects of pedagogical reality from a different angle. This led to the need to study traditional issues of pedagogy in an innovative context. The issue of forming students’ independent learning activities is not new for pedagogy. However, we present it from the perspective of an integrative-reflexive approach, which allowed us to identify its internal potential for personal development. The theoretical methods of pedagogical research used in the study: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, method of causal relationships research, etc., which allowed to mentally penetrate into the essence of the studied pedagogical phenomenon and rethink it in a new educational reality. It is established that the educational independent activity accumulates the reflexive and didactic potential for professional and personal formation and development in the process of studying at the university. The possibilities of reflexive discourse as a way of realizing the reflexive-didactic potential of educational independent activity in the learning process are determined. According to the structure of the process of reflection in educational independent activity we distinguish the stages of reflexive discourse: reflexive-indicative, reflexive-presentative and reflexive-realizational. We consider the relationship of these stages of the discourse with various types of reflection and features of self-assessment, self-analysis, self-design and self-realization as structural components of educational independent activity.
