The purpose of the article is to explore the essence and features of using intelligent technologies in tourism and to develop proposals for their implementation. The subject of research – intelligent technologies in tourism, the technology of forming the “profile” of the tourist. The research methodology consists in the application of methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, forecasting, as well as in the use of systematic, activity approaches. The article presents the technology of forming the “profile” of the tourist. It is established that it is necessary to create a world of tourist models, the “profile” of the tourist, as it is a matter of formalizing such poorly structured concepts as “impressions”, “intentions”, etc., it is necessary to use artificial intelligence technologies, in particular neural networks. The scientific novelty is that this article proves the effectiveness of the use of intelligent technologies to create a model of the tourist, his “profile” using neural networks. Conclusions. Effective using of information from various sources in the field of tourism is an important and difficult task. Managers are often forced to make decisions based on partial, incomplete and inaccurate information. The article considers knowledge management in a rapidly changing environment for the task of promoting a tourism product. Neural network technology allows for the effective formation of the “tourist profile” and use all the information in available databases. Key words: tourism, intelligent technologies for tourism, neural networks, tourist profile, tourist product.

The nature of social organization during the Orcadian Neolithic has been the subject of discussion for several decades with much of the debate focused on answering an insightful question posed by Colin Renfrew in 1979. He asked, how was society organised to construct the larger, innovative monuments of the Orcadian Late Neolithic that were centralised in the western Mainland? There are many possible answers to the question but little evidence pointing to a probable solution, so the discussion has continued for many years. This paper takes a new approach by asking a different question: what can be learned about Orcadian Neolithic social organization from the quantitative and qualitative evidence accumulating from excavated domestic structures and settlements? In an attempt to answer this question, quantitative and qualitative data about domestic structures and about settlements was collected from published reports on 15 Orcadian Neolithic excavated sites. The published data is less extensive than hoped but is sufficient to support a provisional answer: a social hierarchy probably did not develop in the Early Neolithic but almost certainly did in the Late Neolithic, for which the data is more comprehensive. While this is only one approach of several possible ways to consider the question, it is by exploring different methods of analysis and comparing them that an understanding of the Orcadian Neolithic can move forward.

Studying the historical facts of past wars and armed conflicts and natural and man-made emergencies, today in the Republic of Kazakhstan one of the most important security issues is the preparation and organization of the evacuation of the population from possible dangerous zones, taking into account the emergence of new threats to the country’s security. The paper presents an algorithm for constructing universal scales of the distribution function of opportunities by types of support and rebuilding them into subject scales using display functions. The purpose of the paper is to determine the integral indicators characterizing the possibility of accommodation of the evacuated population and the impact on resources during relocation. On the subject scales of cities and districts of the region, indicators of the possibility of relocation of a certain amount of the evacuated population by types of support and indicators characterizing the impact on the district’s resources during resettlement of a certain amount of the evacuated population are determined. It was concluded that the use of integrated indicators allows the selection of areas to accommodate the evacuated population without the use of statistical data, in conditions of incomplete and inaccurate information. The presented method does not replace traditional methods based on classical methods of territory assessment by the level of life sustenance, but also allows their reasonable combination with the experience of specialists in this field, taking into account the incompleteness, uncertainty, and inconsistency of the initial data of the study area, which does not allow the application of existing methods.

n the second half of the 19th century – especially in the period following the introduction of the Academic Constitution of 1869, and in the 1880s and continuing until the forced closure of Theological Academies after the Revolutionary coup – the historical and liturgical research area in Russian academic science experienced a period of its formation and flourishing. The subject of the article is a comparison of approaches to the study of the worship service history and analysis of the formation of the research methodology for teaching Liturgics by professors N.V. Pokrovsky and I.A. Karabinov of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy, where they taught the history of Christian worship from the 1880’s until its forced closure in 1918. Analysis and juxtapos- ing of academic courses in Liturgics allows defining the boundaries and content of the discipline in the period of its formation as well as considering the evolu- tion in research methodology and, more broadly, the formation of the Russian historical and liturgical scientific school. A comparison of the courses reveals the authors attitudes towards histori- cal sources material and its studies. Their own ideas about the provenance of various rites used in church worship characterize their views on the develop- ment of the liturgical tradition, expressing their approaches to its study and thereby form our picture of the establishment of historical Liturgics as a field of researchable knowledge.

As the siginificant factors influence passengers comfort, the vehicle celebration performance may easy to cause accidents, such as hard acceleration and deceleration performance. In order to find the relationship between passengers comfort and celebration performance, 35 passengers and three professional drivers were recruited in the field experiment. The passengers’ comfort feelings were analysed by subject questionnaires, the acceleration and deceleration data were received by CAN bus.The Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) model was elaborated to estimate and predict the passengers comfort level of driver unsafe acceleration behavior situations. Therefore, the subject views of the passengers could be compared to object acceleration data. An ANN is applied to interconnect output data (subjective rating) with input data (objective parameters). Finally, it is found the investigatioin have demonstrated that the objective values are efficiently correlated with the subjective sensation. Thus, the presented approach can be effectively applied to support the drive train development of bus.
