Introduction: The article is devoted to the research of normative regulation of human organs and tissue transplantation in Ukraine and some foreign countries. A considerable part of problem aspects of transplantology in Ukraine is hidden due to the normative and legal base shortcomings, therefore there is a necessity of considering and borrowing foreign experience of legal regulation of this process, a legal regulation of the bases and conditions of providing consent to the removal of organs or refusal of the potential donor and legal consequences of it. The question as for the possibility of consolidating the “consent presumption” on the removal of organs and tissues at the legislative level remains current, but many experts express the idea of inadmissibility of such legislative actions because of the military operations on the territory of Ukraine and the imperfection of state control for the activities of institutions performing transplantation. At the same time, it is obvious that now the legislative regulation of the sphere of transplantology does not meet modern requirements, and creates certain gaps in the Ukrainian legislation. The aim is to determine and concretize problematic issues of legal regulation of the transplantation sphere in Ukraine, to analyze the experience of the successful countries in this direction and to develop an integrated approach to the solution of certain problems. Materials and methods: During the research, international normative acts, national legislation acts and scientific works of scholars were used. The article is based on the dialectical, legal, historical, comparative, systematic methods of research. Review: The analysis of the current situation of legal regulation of the sphere of transplantology in Ukraine has been carried out, the main problems and gaps, which must be eliminated as soon as possible for the real possibility of organ and tissue transplantation operations, are identified. The experience of the most progressive countries that are leaders in the number of transplantation operations is analyzed and their experience has been taken. Conclusions: The solution of this problem is possible only after the transformation of the transplant coordination system, the introduction of the Unified State Information System for transplantation, the training of specialized personnel, the improvement of the technical equipment of medical institutions, and the creation of an effective mechanism for regulating of the human anatomical materials’ transplantation.

The article is devoted to the problems of psychological and pedagogical preparation of future educators and primary school teachers for professional activity. The aim of the article is to highlight the results of the study of the peculiarities of future teachers' awareness of the need to acquire psychological competencies for further work with children and outline the basic principles of interdisciplinary and integrated approach to teaching psychological and pedagogical disciplines in universities. A brief theoretical overview of modern research on professional and personal growth of teachers is given. The results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of students' awareness of the need to acquire psychological competencies for further work with children of preschool and primary school age are highlighted. It was stated that a significant part of the surveyed students are generally aware of the need to apply psychological knowledge in the future profession, but such awareness is significantly "blurred" and unstructured. It has been found that the vast majority of students are not fully aware of the purpose for which psychological and pedagogical disciplines are combined into a common integrated course, which may indicate a lack of work to implement integrated and interdisciplinary approaches. It is determined that psychological knowledge is practically used more by students to improve their own lives and personal self-development, rather than directly in working with children. In this regard, some practical aspects of the integration of psychological and pedagogical knowledge in the training of specialists in the field of preschool and school education, in particular, in the study of such an integrated course as "Anthropology". The purpose, tasks and structure of the course are described, strategies of combination of psychological and pedagogical knowledge in the process of its teaching are defined, which consist in clear understanding by teachers of disciplines of psychological and pedagogical cycle of necessity of interaction among themselves and orientation on practical side of their subject application. The view of such structuring and teaching of this course is described, when the study focuses on psychological concepts and categories, that is the complete system of psychological research and indicates the possibility and method of application of this research in the pedagogical process.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is one of the world's oldest medical systems, having a history of several thousands of years. It is a system of healing based upon the Chinese philosophy of the correspondence between nature and human beings. Its theories refer to yin and yang, the Five Elements, zang-fu, channels-collaterals, qi, blood, body fluid, methods of diagnosis, the differentiation of symptom-complexes, etc. TCM has two main features: a holistic point of view and treatment according to a differentiation of syndromes. The therapeutic methods of TCM involve different approaches, such as acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina bodywork, herbal medicine and qi gong, in order to allow the body to heal itself in a natural way. Western medicine was first introduced into China from the middle of the 17th century. During the first two centuries several different views, related to the future of TCM and the relation between TCM and Western medicine, emerged. Some advocated ‘complete westernization’ of Chinese medicine, others were in favour of keeping it intact, whereas again others recommended the ‘digestion and assimilation of TCM and Western medicine’. Nowadays, more and more people realize that each of the two medical traditions has its own merits and advise that the two systems should benefit from each other's strong points. We offer an argument for integrating Western medicine with TCM. In the 20th century China has maintained and developed three kinds of medical science, that is, TCM, Western medicine, and ‘integrated medicine’. Much has been achieved in clinical, experimental and theoretical research. The development of any science can be furthered by cross-fertilization based on absorption and fusion of whatever useful theory and experience. It is our dream that, in the future, diverse modalities – including TCM, Western medicine and possibly other variants – can work in conjunction with each other as part of a unified team rather than in competition. This integrated approach will ultimately lead to safer, faster and more effective health care.

The article analyzes the key approaches to the phenomenon of stress in the teacher's professional activity. The views of scientists on its nature, the factors that give rise to its appearance and deployment are presented. The concepts of "work stress", "organizational stress", "professional stress" are distinguished. Professional stress among teachers is viewed through the prism of an individual's individual response to the impact of a difficult situation (psychological approach). The teacher's reaction to the increased demands of the social environment for his activities is investigated (social approach). The psychological state of the teacher, determined by the powerful action of factors associated with the implementation of professional tasks (professionally oriented approach) is described. The importance of an integrated approach to the study of psychological characteristics of professional stress of teachers is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to objective and subjective stressors, in particular to interpersonal, mid-personal and motivational. General and special occupational stressors are described in detail. The differences from stressors that are controlled and not amenable to control in the conditions of pedagogical activity are determined. Attention is focused on the fact that professional stress among teachers can become a serious threat to the successful deployment of professional activity and lead to professional burnout. Cases in which professional stress becomes a stimulus prompting a teacher to develop and improve are identified.
