Отрасль «Физическая культура и спорт» в настоящее время находится в стадии активного реформирования. Происходит модернизация системы, пересматриваются подходы к организации трудовой и учебно-тренировочной деятельности, а также физкультурно-массовой работе с различными группами населения. Специфика профессиональной деятельности в данной сфере становится все более очевидной и требует наличия у специалистов соответствующих особых профессиональных компетенций. В условиях реформирования особую актуальность имеет подготовка квалифицированных управленческих кадров, обладающих необходимыми знаниями и практическими умениями в области организации и управления деятельностью государственных (муниципальных) и общественных физкультурно-спортивных организаций. Действующие федеральные государственные образовательные стандарты по направлению подготовки (бакалавров, магистров) «Педагогическое образование» предусматривают необходимость формирования у выпускников готовности к решению задач профессиональной деятельности не только педагогического, но и организационно-управленческого типа. Рассмотрены результаты исследований, направленных совершенствование профессиональной подготовки студентов – будущих педагогов по физической культуре и спорту на основе повышения их компетентности в вопросах государственного и муниципального управления. На основе анкетирования государственных (муниципальных) гражданских служащих, осуществляющих управление в области физической культуры и спорта, выявлен перечень профессионально значимых знаний, умений и навыков, необходимых специалисту для эффективного выполнения организационно-управленческих функций в данной сфере с учетом современных социально-экономических условий. Приведены методические рекомендации по формированию у студентов профессионально значимых знаний, умений и навыков, необходимых для эффективного выполнения функций государственного (муниципального) управления в сфере физической культуры и спорта в современных условиях. The Physical culture and sport branch is currently in the stage of active reforming. The system is being modernized. Approaches to the organization of labor and educational-training activities, as well as physical-mass work with various population groups are being revised. The specifics of professional activity in this area is becoming more and more obvious and requires specialists to have appropriate special professional competencies. In the context of reforming, the training of qualified management personnel with the necessary knowledge and practical skills in organizing and managing the activities of state (municipal) and public physical and sport organizations is particularly relevant. The current federal state educational standards in the direction of (bachelors, masters) «pedagogical education» consider the need to form graduates’ readiness to solve problems of professional activity not only of pedagogical, but also of organizational and managerial type. The article gives the results of studies aimed at improving the professional education of students, that are future teachers in physical culture and sports on the basis of increasing their competence in matters of state and municipal administration. Based on a questionnaire survey of state (municipal) civil employees in charge of management in the field of physical culture and sports, there was made a list of professionally significant knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for a specialist to effectively perform organizational and managerial functions in this area, taking into account modern socio-economic conditions. The article represents methodological recommendations for the formation of professionally significant knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the effective fulfillment of the state (municipal) management functions in the field of physical culture and sports under modern conditions.

Problem and objective. The article provides theoretical basis for model for forming of readiness of future teachers to activity in virtual social and educational environment based on development of their digital competences. Analysis of types of activities of a future teaches listed in the Federal State Educational Standards (3++) for Higher Education and areas for application of their digital competences reveals their interconnection and provides opportunities for development of digital competences of a future teacher in the framework of suggested masters program build up based on the analysis of approximate profile of teachers digital competences. Methodology. The research is based on the analysis of digital competences of a teacher and the logic for build-up of subject training of future teaches at masters level for their successful and effective professional activity in the conditions of virtual social and educational environment based on development of their digital competences. Results. The research analyzes the content of basic digital competences of a teacher; suggests a model for development of professional readiness of a future teacher to activity in a virtual social and educational environment based on development of digital competences; formulates basic content for masters program Digital Technologies and Network Interaction in Education, Pedagogical Education, Professional Education, Additional Education based on development of digital competences of a future teacher in the framework of his professional training in an institution of higher education; formulates basic content of training in the framework of suggested disciplines of masters program. Conclusion. It is shown that for the improvement of effectiveness of teachers activity in the contemporary conditions of society digitalization and development of virtual social and educational environment it is necessary to include subject disciplines aimed at development of their digital competences on a special level into the process of their professional training.

Due to the release of new educational standards regulating the activities of educational structures of the Russian Federation the requirements for the results of professional training of a competent specialist with a developed set of competencies have increased. According to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education in 31.05.01 “Medical Care” and 31.05.02 “Pediatrics”, the future doctor must have a whole range of skills and abilities that determines his professionalism. These include the qualitative analysis of information, the identification of cause-and-effect relationships, the structuring of source data, and the reflection of one's own activities, which ultimately lead to the formation of analytical and reflexive activities. The formation of analytical and reflexive competence of a future doctor in the course of professional training is defined as a continuous and holistic psychological and pedagogical process aimed at strengthening motivation, ability and readiness to effectively carry out analytical and reflexive activities within the framework of professional activity. This has determined the need for the development of new didactic tools that contribute to its improvement in the process of professional training: models, pedagogical conditions, technology of formation, criteria apparatus and diagnostic tools.

The paper considers the concept of professional formation and its projection on the professional training and professional activity of the prospective teacher through the concepts of formation and development. As a result of the analysis of existing views on the phases, stages and periods of professional formation, the main ones were identified, which are due to the time frame - the period before choosing the institution where professional training will be carried out, the actual professional education and the period of it. Having analyzed the set of competencies (subject, general pedagogical, professional-communicative, managerial, innovative, reflective) provided by the Federal State Educational Standard in relation to the teachers profession, as well as referring to the models of Hard-skills and Soft-skills, we identified indicators (skills) of the professional development of the prospective teacher and invited the 3rd-year students of the Institute of Russian Language and Literature of the Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University to evaluate these skills in the order of their significance. The assessment was carried out on a 5-point scale, where 1 point is an absolutely insignificant indicator, 2 - rather insignificant, 3 - rather significant, 4 - significant, 5 - very significant. As a result, we were able to build their gradation and divide them by areas, as well as allocate 3 levels in the process of professional development. Taking into account these levels, we considered how the educational environment can influence the professional development of future teachers through educational, extracurricular activities and through the environment.

The article deals with the problem of improving the quality of professional training of cadets of military educational institutions of higher professional education of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as military universities of the VNG RF), the solution of which determines the level of security of the Russian Federation. In connection with the changes that have occurred in the educational process on the basis of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3 ++, as well as in the structure of the troops, the need to revise the content of military education, as well as the choice of more effective methods for its implementation, has been identified. After analyzing the current state of affairs, the possibilities of frame methods were studied, the main advantage of which is the intensification of the educational process through the structuring of educational information. The authors have developed frame schemes, the effectiveness of which has been tested experimentally. All this made it possible for the teacher to devote more time to explaining the educational material of a lesson, eliminating the excessive amount of information, and for the cadets - to study the subject in more detail, to comprehend the information received, and then apply these methods in their future professional activities when training the personnel of their unit in the army.

Проводится теоретический анализ современного состояния специфики профессиональной деятельности адвокатов. Анализируются вопросы о сущности профессиональной деятельности применительно к самим адвокатам, их личностным качествам. The article provides a theoretical analysis of the current state of the specifics of professional activity of lawyers. Questions about the essence of professional activity in relation to the lawyers themselves and their personal qualities are analyzed. The article describes the peculiarities of lawyers ' work, taking into account the subject-subject interaction. Theoretical and applied research directions of professional activity of lawyers are outlined: implementation of professional selection procedures, taking into account the requirements of Federal state educational standards of higher education and standards of professional training and professional development of lawyers; taking into account modern social and educational conditions and labor market requirements-a refined professionographic description of the profession «lawyer», professionograms and psychograms; the possibility of building a psychodiagnostic technology for predicting the success of a lawyer's professional activity and a model of a multi-level system of psychological and pedagogical support and support for a lawyer's professional activity.

The author considers the organizational and substantive bases of achieving new educational results in professional education from the standpoint of social-pedagogical approach, justifies its importance in the improvement of quality of Secondary Professional Education (SPE). The article examines the traditional and innovative (pilot) integration models of the professional training of specialists for the current job market in the system of secondary professional education, determines the key subjects of professional education, their powers and responsibility, as well as marks the pat for achieving compatibility of educational results and the requirements of modern industrial enterprises. Methodological foundation for this research is the philosophical principles of cognition – integrity, consistency, general communication, causality. Solution of the problems at hand is carried out on the basis of scientific methods of idealization, synthesis, comparative and qualitative content analysis, expert assessment. The scientific novelty lies in a consideration of possible position of assessing the new educational results in the SPE system, acceptable for educational institutions and industrial enterprises. A conclusion is made on the need for reconciliation of requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of new generation with requirements of the professional standards to solve the problem of youth employment.

It consists of two main sections. The first section provides information about the properties of wood as a wall material used for the construction of baths, houses, cottages. The device of the equipment is considered, structural and technological schemes of sites and shops for the production of semi-finished products for wooden housing construction are given. In the second section, various areas of processing of Humpbacks for various types of saw products are considered, including those that were not previously produced from them - profile milled parts, pallets, etc. Compiled in accordance with the Federal state educational standards of higher education in the areas of bachelor's and master's degree 35.03.02, 35.04.02 "Technology of logging and wood processing industries". It will be useful for students of the "forest Engineering" profile when completing course work and the corresponding sections of the final qualification work, as well as for students of secondary vocational education. The current problems of the modern social and cultural activity specialty are considered, which is a promising direction of training personnel for cultural and leisure establishments and becomes the environment for the formation of personal qualities and properties that provide modeling of the multi-level process of the young people’s life prospects. Based on the analysis of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education on the specialty “Social and Cultural Activity”, difficulties are revealed in the fulfillment of their requirements, among them the definition of the boundaries of the specialty and objects of professional activity of graduates, the problem of the need to implement the concept of intensive and integrated education on the basis of a competence approach, the problem of lagging the content of higher education institutions from the needs of practice. The objects of professional activity are singled out, taking into account the profile of training specialists (various institutions of the state and non-state sector in the field of culture, arts, leisure, social funds, movements and organizations in the field of social and cultural activities, objects of the leisure, tourism and recreation industry, cultural institutions engaged in artistic and creative and productive activities, leisure and production centers). Particular attention is paid to designing as a basis for the formation of professional competencies of students specializing in social and cultural activities. The goals and tasks of social and cultural design are disclosed, methods and innovative approaches used in teaching students are analyzed. It is proved that social and cultural design is an effective means of forming independence and responsibility for one’s ideas, actions, thoughts, feelings, and also the basis for forming the professional competencies of students.
